you better control your partner my friend welcome back to the lackluster channel on June 11th 2022 taiwarenka was leaving a parking garage after work when he noticed Boise Police Corporal Denny Carter and officer Avery westendorf giving someone a ticket and began filming them from nearly 50 feet away as he was leaving officer Carter approached him and said that he was interfering I'm leaving right now I'm trying to leave once you came back around no you're here in the garage he asked me to kept driving and I kept driving right he didn't say he didn't say don't come back I'm trying to leave what do you think I'm doing you just stop interfere let me make this clear I want to make it super clear in the video the first time we see Tai is as he is leaving the grounds in fact he is almost off the property before officer Carter calls him back just to have the parking attendant confirm that he wants Ty to leave but instead of allowing him to continue on his way officer Carter loses all sense of Civility and professionalism and attacks Tai first by slapping his camera to the ground I'm not resisting I'm glad your camera is on yeah same location oh my gosh you guys so what do you what do you arrested me for do not read resisting and obstructing yeah okay well suppose I abstracting my investigation how is I expecting your investigation can you try to block my view block your view from what my face I'm trying to have a conversation with you tell me what was that blocking your view from see how you guys are gonna get so so much love for this Carter was a Ganondorf perfect the power's gone to your head bud the power's going away the power's gone majorly to your head you're gonna shove me in the face after holding my camera up no for blocking my view and blocking my view of what of my face see you can't Carter you got yourself up dude okay blocking your view what was I blocking his view on westendorf you got nothing I bet not that's a battery you put in electronic devices so this one thank you you better control your partner my friend ties then locked inside the police cruiserable Carter shove me in the face for what hold the camera the officers finished with the traffic stop Tai was initially filming and the officers mute their body cams the department also blurred out the video footage of that incident audio and video returns a few minutes later so don't grab my cash you can grab my ID I'm going to take the whole thing okay I know how you guys work yeah go ahead I'm gonna take the whole thing I'm taking charge dude get a lie come on how could you not take my ID very first you want me to put it in your pocket um I don't know I'm scared of what you might do so I'm gonna put it in my pocket that's the wrong one crazy people and Ty you have the right to remain silent I would request that you do so you guys think that's weird it's not police just shove people around them next time like I get it cameras are your picture night but just because you're on camera it doesn't mean that you do this back up I can tell you're not like Carter like your dad's not a cop he kind of chose this out of your own way I'm getting from you but honestly you guys should do something productive with your license is my divorce this is where you're gonna tell your kids that you did oh yeah I stopped some guy from using the camera I mean seriously it's so pointless you're gonna take me down there to bail myself out nothing's accomplished except for you to make yourself look like a damn fool [Music] I think if you set out to protect me serve you'd be proud of being seen good job I guess that's just one more thing for you to wrestle is just try to fall asleep tonight thank you I know you're crazy Ty was taken to jail and released after paying 300 for a cash Bond the department kept his phone for evidence for two months and four months later the officer finally filed a complaint against him for resisting in the report officer Carter wrote quote this blocked my vision and based on barenka's unusual behavior I feared for my safety a few days after the complaint was filed the city dismissed the charges and about a month after that Tai filed a notice of tort claim against the city of Boise the Boise Police Department and the office of the Boise City attorney seeking five hundred thousand dollars in Damages and of course the Boise Police Department now
