So, she gave us a credit at she had trouble filling out her information. Sign on the back, her name's Emily, signed it with a second E in the name. >> Came in saying she wanted >> like at the beginning. >> Yeah. No, Emily. And then instead of just L Y E L Y, and that's not her name is on her license. She just has like a temp license. Um, she said she wanted a $450 payment. Wasn't sure if she'd get approved. Showed her a $1,200 payment. She signed right away. We looked up the address. Didn't line up. She says she's in Cincinnati. >> Works at Cleveland Clinic. Nothing. She got dropped off. She said random. I mean, didn't call in about the car and it's a Range Rover. So, you guys have her license? >> I have the temp license in there. You want to go buy her or do you want to go around? >> I just want to see the license. Maybe I can run it and see. It's where the in the temp license says she got it at a uh the Elllet had like up here which doesn't we pulled her credit. We asked her if she had any previous car loans. We could see that she did say no. >> Does the picture on her look like it? >> Hard to tell because it's been like copied. >> Yeah. >> How's it going, man? sushi sign and >> obviously that doesn't really match that >> unless she signed it again here with the second >> when we asked her just simple questions about her credit report like previous auto loan she didn't she didn't know she had one or not this is a 54 $4,000 loan she had before. And she's from there. She says she works at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland. It's a 216. And then look where she got this at. Right over in Ellen. >> Where's Mason? That's Cincinnati. >> Yeah, downtown Cincinnati. >> Where's she saying she's living now? >> She says she's lived here for 3 years and 3 months. >> But you see here, she almost screwed up that. >> Was she looking at her license when she's filling us out at all? So my sales guy, >> my sales guy said that he has making a copy of this. So he had with her and she was struggling to fill this part out without the info. >> You're done >> there. >> Hello. >> Can you guess why I'm here today? >> Um why >> can you guess? because of the eyelashes. That would be my guess. >> Okay. Um, >> look, look, look, look. Oh, man. It's probably so hard for you to see on the screen. But watch her chest compressions. It It changes like her. It's It's more up and down now. Like, yeah, that that blood pressure raising, boy. Oh, yeah. You was calm, cool, and collected now. Mhm. They about to get you together >> there. >> Hello. >> Body language >> today. >> Um, why? >> Not yet. >> We have no idea. >> Okay. Um, there we go. now. >> Oh yeah. >> Yeah, >> folks. They're telling me, and you can tell me this is >> true or not, where do you live right now? >> Um, >> look at this. Where do you live? >> I live on Cleveland. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have a real ID on you? >> No. Not right now. >> No. It's >> not yours. >> Um, not at the moment. I don't have my ID, but I do have a driver's license. >> What's your name? >> LA. >> Okay, LA. Stand up. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're done. >> So, you know that piece of paper that you made up? Mhm. >> You know how it says? Read that. Did you read it about forgery part? >> Yes. >> Okay. And it says there. >> You have anything on here that's illegal? >> No. >> Anything sharp, dangerous? >> No. >> Drugs? >> No. >> Weapons or anything like that? >> Nope. >> Okay. All right. >> She got a big dollar sign on her neck. Anything else beside your phone? >> Nope. >> Nope. Okay. All right. I'll be right back in mind. Someone would mind waiting around. I know you guys are closing and looking to go home like that. All right. We're going to walk right out these doors here. You stand right by this front tire for me. I never knew why that was a trend. >> All right. Well, though listen, you got the right to remain. >> It is a trend when people buy expensive jeans. You know what I'm saying? They keep the tag on them. That's why especially true True Religion is out of date. I don't even know who wearing True Religion in 2025, but you know, this is this video is from 2025. You know what I mean? So, True Religion been out of date, but they do have the tags, you know, and so if a cop ain't familiar with the, you know, with the culture, you know what I'm saying? He going to be looking at it like, damn, did she steal these jeans? But no, it's just a part of the the the gene itself, the trend. And people don't people don't cut it. I I don't understand it. But >> anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. >> Big dollar sign. >> Yes. >> Okay. Why you out here with that fake license? >> It wasn't even my idea, bro. Somebody >> So, whose idea was it? What were they trying to do? >> Get the snitching. >> Trying to put a card get a card down and just keep it or whatever. But I told them I don't think that's a good idea because >> 14. This is me taking a big ass. >> On top of that, this is my ID. You know what I'm saying? It's my stuff. >> On top of that, I'm still young. So when I had came in here, they had said, >> "So you were you were told what to be an 18-year-old." >> They they told me to come. They had drove me all the way down here. Gave me that. Yes. gave me that and told me just go in there and say that you want to car down for 100 I mean for $0. >> Okay. Why' you think that that was a good idea? Are you going to work? >> Exactly. Well, I I have a job, but I have I I raised my grandma. Like I literally take care of her. This is irritating. >> So, you knew that you're coming in here with a fake ID to try to buy a car? Not buy it. >> Not buy it. Then what? >> I wasn't going to buy it. >> It was zero down. I was going to try to see if I was going to get approved for it. So, >> okay. You're going to try to get approved for it. And if you got approved, then what? >> Um, nothing. >> You going to walk out the door? >> I was just going to try to get the car. >> No, I couldn't. I I can't drive the car. I ain't driving it. But I was going to see if I can get approved. again. I was going to come back, you know, next day or something. Well, whatever they want to do, but I I was just trying to see if I could get approved for a car. >> Okay. You're 18 years old? >> Yes. >> Have you tried this before? >> Nope. >> Nope. It's my first ever time experience ever doing something like this. >> You been arrested before? >> Nope. >> Even as a kid? I mean, sponge or seal, I should say. Man, >> this is very nerve-wracking for me. So, you know, I had >> sto. >> No, I just got these the other day for my auntie. I just kept the tag on there just to show people >> WHAT I WHAT I tell you. Come on, man. I'm black. What you mean, man? I'm part of the black community, man. I'm black, man. I'm a peanut butter chocolate man. I know these things, man. I know these things. True Religion was popping back in the day. Like when I was like, oh man, I'm I'm True Religion was probably popping back in like 201 13, 2010, some somewhere in that range. probably like 2010 to like 20 no more than like 2016. It ain't really no more than that cuz I don't really remember 2016. Yeah, no more than 2016. So yeah, but that's what it was. You buy your True Religion jeans. These jeans used to be like a hundred plus dollars. Like mad expensive for no reason, you know? I never had a pair of True Religions, you know, but that's what people used to do. They used to buy the jeans or whatever and you keep the tag on them as a symbol of like I don't know to show people like she said to show people I got money. But the only problem is that, you know, yeah, you may have brought those jeans and everything, but them jeans is out of date, man. Like that's why you can't get with the fashion trends. They change so fast, man. It's 2015. Nobody don't care about no True Religion jeans. Just like we seen a video the other day where the lady was she she was with the cop or whatever and the cop was going through her bag or whatever and she like, "Yeah, my Michael Kors or whatever." And this was I think this was a this was a white chick. She like, "Yeah, my Michael Kors bag." And this and that. Michael Kors been out of date since years ago. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like of course bags is a girl thing or whatever, but you know what I mean? The guys be buying the bags. You know what I'm saying? So you got to be up on these trends, man. Your chick want to Michael Kors, man. You got to go spin that bag. YOU KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING? Like but it those things is out of date. These trends, these symbols like to to flaunt for other people, man. It it it really gets our brain screwed up, man. And we do stuff like this. do stuff like this. You gonna go get that car or whatever to to flex for who? For somebody else. And you don't realize these things when you young like that. 18, 16, 17, you know, you want to be down with everybody and you want to, you know, impress everybody and all that stuff or whatever, but you doing things to show other people off. But when you get older, I'm saying when you get 25 and up, [ __ ] you. All right. [ __ ] you. All right. That's how it go, man. Yeah. I'm not here to impress you, man. Am I Am I doing what I got to do to get to the next level in life? Am I doing what I got to do to stay on the straight and narrow? You know, things like that. That's what matters. You know, if you got kids, you know, am I doing what I got to do to put my kid in a better situation than how I was growing up? But man, these materialistic things got the black community fried, boy. And I'm not even going to just say the black community, the people in general, okay? Cuz like I said the other day, we did the with the white lady and she flaunting a talking about Michael Kors. Nobody don't care about that. The only person that care about that is Michael Kors himself, man. You know, >> I don't know why we do that, but that's what we do. We'll keep the tags on our stuff just to show people how much it cost. >> Told you we don't do that in acronym. Must be a Cleveland thing or some of your group peoples. >> Did you read? >> Nah, it's not an area thing, bro. It's a it's a it's a it's a you in the white community. You know what I'm saying? You know, you in the white community, so you don't get it. >> Something that I don't know why we do that, but that's what we do. We'll keep the tags on our stuff. Just show people how much it cost. >> Well, we don't do that in acronym. It must be a Cleveland thing or something with your group peoples. Did you read this thing at all or >> No. And I should have read that. >> You should have read this part. >> Yep. I should I should have read that [ __ ] You You right. >> Tells you it's illegal to have this right on it. >> I didn't even read it. >> This part you probably didn't read. >> My own license. >> This part you didn't read, but I'm sure you probably studied this part real good to try to >> I should have read it. >> But I have my own license. That's That's what's wrong to me. Like I should have read that [ __ ] >> Who made that? >> Um I know the person who had had it made. I I know who that is and I know their Instagram. And yes, I would be a snitch. I don't care. >> Start ratting. >> Who made it? >> Um his name is Instagram. >> You know his real name at all? >> Um no. >> No. You know >> I just know what he look like. Nope. I know his number. >> What's his number? It's in my phone. >> All right. >> But I can show you the >> Why'd you guys decide to come down on a try? >> Um, this is where they took me. I had no clue there was like I never had any clue that we was going this far. So when I looked at my location, I'm like, why is we going all the way to A? >> Yeah. >> This is far as hell. >> Yeah. >> Just past Bedford. I'm like, man, bro, >> you guys had the whole Bedford auto mile >> right there. own car dealerships. >> I'm just irritated. I see some [ __ ] >> Yeah, you do have anything you're not supposed to have. >> They have a scanner at the jail. >> That's fine. I don't got nothing. >> They'll see it. They can see stuff that's inside you. >> It's like an X-ray machine. >> Yeah. I don't >> So, tell us now cuz it's another It's another felony charge. >> It's much I don't got nothing. I just came out here with my phone to myself. >> Okay. >> So, is this the car she was trying to buy? This Kia? Did she come Did she come in with this or >> I needed her to show me proof of uh insurance. So, whoever she was talking to created that and then she >> Oh. Oh, it is. Okay. It is. Okay. >> She had to take a picture of it off of her phone. >> Oh, I see. Okay. >> Never a dull moment. >> Yeah. Can't believe they thought she can get away with it, but you're 18, I guess. Here >> tell me about these insurance documents. Huh? >> Is it that to me? So they show you. >> They sent it to you. >> Okay. So you didn't come up with them yourself? Was it the same person that t person sent you these things? >> Uh show. >> Okay. >> I believe her. >> They're up in Cleveland now. this type person >> or you hang out with them in person at all? >> Well, this is actually my second time meeting them. They shouldn't be that far. Not too far from here cuz they the ones who dropped me off and was waiting. So, >> is it was it the guy that dropped you off? He dropped you off? >> Yes. >> Um, did they were you supposed to call them to come pick you up? >> Well, they was when I came out, they supposed to be waiting right there where they dropped me off at, but I They supposed to >> They probably saw me and took off. I bet. Yeah, >> that's what I'm guessing. But >> what kind of car they got? >> Um, it was a Nissan >> color. >> Oh, gray. Gray Nissan. >> And when I first pulled up, I was s I was sitting over there. >> They were sitting over there. You could see them. >> Yeah. >> All right. Yeah, they probably took off. That'd be dumb to hang out. Okay. So >> cry now. >> Excuse me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Is there any way I could show you the text messages or like his number or anything? >> Yeah. I ain't going. >> Yeah. Um, >> what are like what are you trying to say? >> Like I ain't trying to get put down for this. I ain't I got a life. I got But you did. >> Yeah. It's cooked. You done ruined it. You done ruined Oh, well, there's only a little bit left to go. So, I I I'll let it rock. >> But I'm not the one who made the the thing. You got to be careful with what you do. You're 18 now. You got some real consequences. >> Do you know how long I'm going to be in there? >> No, I do not know. >> Could you call my mom for me? >> You'll be able to do that in here tonight. >> Could you Could y'all just show you the guy's face >> or anything? >> I don't need to see that at the moment. >> Okay. The woman was arrested and charged with forgery and false identification. Drop your opinion in the >> unbelievable. See, the thing is is that even if you going to snitch, you doing it all wrong. If you going to snitch, you want to get your charges, yada yada yada, and then you know say, "Hey, I want to cuz they going to make plea deals with you. They going if you got information to get the big fish and you just a small pond. If you if you if you if you the you know, you just a guinea pig or whatever, they trying to catch the big fish. So, of course, they going to offer you deals. They're going to offer you deals, whatever, if you got information to get the guys who's cuz they're the bigger problem. These are the guys that's forging these documents, making these IDs, and doing all of that, like sending you insurance papers that's fake and all of that. These are the guys that you just the dummy that go in the store. You you just the crash out dummy, okay? But the guys who's actually doing the paperwork and everything, that's the big fish. So even if you are going to snitch, you don't snitch to the patrol cop that's on the He don't care. He don't care. You go in the county, you go do whatever. You get your your charges formally and stuff like that. You meet with your lawyer. Da da da. You get your little public defender or whatever. Hey, I know some information. I got some contacts. Boom. Boom. Boom. I want to make a deal. They going to offer you a deal cuz you just the like I said, you just the this is your first time in trouble, yada yada. You just the they don't care about you. They trying to get the big fish. So if you could lead them to the big fish, they going to let you go. You probation some something light. You probably not even going to do no time. They just going whatever. If you show remorse and all that, you know, yeah, she good. You don't snitch to the to the guy on the corn, the cop on the court. He don't care cuz then once they got all the information, there's no reason for them to make you a deal. You ain't got nothing to offer us. It's a business. People getting incarcerated is a business. It's a business. Okay. So, you got to know how to work the business. You know what I'm saying? But, uh, yeah, man. This is crazy. But, uh, overall, the cop get a five out of five from me.
