Hey, welcome back to the channel. The question is often posed, do cops become psychopaths or do psychopaths become cops? And I'll leave you to answer that question yourself. I wanted to go over the Jimmy Lee Steverson arrest and the officer Chris Fiser murder by Jimmy Lee Stevenson just a couple days after that arrest. And uh we're going to talk about some missing footage. We have the entire body cam footage of the incident except for 20 seconds. And um I'll leave it to you to mle around in your mind why that 20 seconds is missing and who disappeared that footage. So let me just get you up to speed in case you don't know. And even if you do know, this is just kind of a refresher. On August 27th, 2026, Fiser, that's Officer Fiser, stopped Steverson at a Marathon gas station in Warm Springs, Georgia, after smelling marijuana, or at least Fiser says he smelled marijuana coming from the truck as it passed by with the windows down. Sounds like a pretextual stop to me right off the bat. Steverson argued that he was smoking these black and milds and he questioned how Fiser could have possibly smelled anything from across the street and then he grew, you know, and in the eyes of the Warm Springs Police Department non-compliant. Fischer tried to detain him. A physical struct struggle followed. And we're going to watch that physical struggle. By the way, the body cam cuts out at 5013 and doesn't resume until 1533, 20 full seconds after the fight that started between and officer Fiser. And the police say that the camera was struck or knocked loose. I don't believe that for a second. Surveillance video shows the two wrestling. we're going to watch the marathon uh surveillance video and for some reason whoever recorded the video of the video decided to pan their their camera up and a lot of that action that we need to be seeing is somehow gone from the documents the uh the record that we should have access to. Fischer later said that he slipped while attempting a leg sweep. We're going to watch that. It was an absolute failure of a leg sweep because Steverson actually lands on top of him while Fischer's on his back. They engaged in punches and uh Fiser says that Steverson threw the first punch, but of course we have no record of that because the body cam mysteriously cut out. And it's crazy to me that it would cut out at the exact moment that would show us whether or not Fiser threw the first punch. But to me, it doesn't even matter because Officer Fischer is the one who initiated the traffic stop. First of all, let's look at actually before I play this whole thing, and I am going to play this whole video. We're going to make some comments along the way and we're going to stop at the pertinent part where I believe and a lot of other people believe that the Warm Springs Police Department interfered with the investigation by conveniently eliminating that 20 seconds that we really really need access to. First though, let me show you this. They call it a leg sweep. I don't know what you call it. Let me just show you this. Let me expand this so you can see the full thing. And again, the Marathon Police Station, I mean, not Marathon Police Station, but the Marathon convenience store security footage is a recording of a recording. They could have easily put this on some kind of external hard drive and we could have seen the actual video footage, but now this is just completely degraded video. The resolution is horrible. But you can see this is Officer Fischer right here. This is Steverson wearing the yellow um the yellow sweatpants. And we're going to take a look at this takedown real quick. >> Again, the body cam video provided by Warm Spring does not show the altercation. A separate video you're watching now appears to be gas station surveillance showing a portion of that fight. The blurry video seems to show the two men wrestling on the ground, but it is not clear who threw a punch first. Fox 5 is continuing. Now, let me let me let me play this over and I want to show you if I can play this over. I may have to Yeah, I may have to let me refresh this page right here. It was at third uh 3:22. Thanks for joining the live stream. I appreciate it. Give this video a like and share if you wanted to get out to other people. Let me take it to where they started tustling here and I'm going to show you where the body camera footage cut out >> the altercation. A separate video >> right here. Right here is where the body camera footage cut out. Almost this exact frame. And I'm gonna point out to you in the actual body cam footage from Chris Fischer, which we're going to see here in a second. There's 56 minutes of it. Hope hopefully you guys will stay till the end. And I I I suggest you do stay tuned to the end because we're going to become uncovering some crazy stuff right here. At this point, the body cam footage cut out at 5013 and wouldn't resume till 20 seconds later. >> You're watching now appears to be gas station surveillance. >> Okay, now you see Steverson is on top of Fiser. This is an embarrassing move. And because he got so embarrassed, maybe Fiser still thought that the body cam was rolling, he got his feelings hurt. And of course, we know that when cops get their feelings hurt, there's retaliation soon after >> and showing a portion of that fight. The blurry video seems to show the two men wrestling on the ground, but it is not clear who threw a punch first. Fox 5 is continuing to review the footage. We do know Steverson ambushed and killed Fiser days later. >> Gee, I wonder why he did that. I think we're going to get the answer in this video right here. So, let's take a look at the actual body camera footage from start to finish. Again, officer Chris Fiser pulled Jimmy Lee Steverson over because he says that he smelled marijuana coming out of the vehicle, the Silverado that he was driving as it passed by, which is ridiculous. >> 21, please. >> Hey buddy, >> you know why I stopped you? >> What? >> Marijuana. I smell so strong right now. You smoking it, >> man. Look, you see that? What I told you last time? >> Okay. >> Black game. >> That's not a black and what I'm smelling. Okay. Step out of the car. >> Every time. Look. Every time you smell like that, I'm on search. >> You loud music. >> You smell like marijuana. Like I'm I'm smelling it right now. >> So, this is another harassment stop. An unconstitutional harassment stop under the color of law. Under the color of what law? Under the color of drug war laws. It's not a war on drugs. It's a war on people. So, right here we have this microcosm of a war playing out between Officer Chris Fiser who has waged war against Jimmy Lee Steverson. >> Come over here. >> How much you had to drink? >> How much you had to drink? >> Just a little bit. >> Thank you at all. >> Come on, bro. You >> That is a dumbass move on the part of Steverson to admit that he drank a little bit. So stupid. >> Let me ask you a question. >> You doing this? You know this truck, man. You know >> I don't know that truck. You you know how many people I pull over a day? I'm gonna be I'm gonna be honest with you. Let me be honest with you, okay? >> I don't remember half the people pull over. And I'm also not gonna take nobody. Listen to me. I'm also not >> You don't remember me, bro. I'm >> I remember your face. >> But that's not I don't know who was driving this truck. All I know is No. All I know is is when Hold on. Hold on. Let me talk. No, no, no. Let me ask you this. How you smell marijuana? You all the way over there. >> You walk past me, your windows down. I can smell it. I can smell it. Or drove past me. I'm sorry. I can smell it as I was walking up to the car. >> Bro, you weren't even nowhere near my car, gang. You was literally all the way over there. >> I'm not argue with you. >> You were just shining your light. Hold on. I'm from the court. Ain't no way, gang. Ain't no way. >> You fixing a what? >> Absolutely. I'm I'mma check your pockets though cuz you smug marijuana. So, go ahead and stand up. >> What you just said? >> Stand up for me. >> Where you was when you said this? >> You saw me another I was walking. >> You was at the the uh community building. >> Correct. I was >> shining your light in your window. Was not >> your window was down. >> Were you not shining your light inside? >> Please. And I can smell marijuana coming up from the vehicle. That's why I asked. >> All right. >> Now, I don't know if you noticed that, but Officer Chris Fischer just called for backup twice, if not maybe it was three times, but at least twice. And he told them to step it up. In other words, I want you to run code three even though my life is not in jeopardy. Nobody else's life is in jeopardy. This isn't ex is not an exigent circumstance. There's no emergency. So, he's basically asking his fellow Thin Blue Line gang to run code three through the streets, lights and sirens, exceed the speed limit, and put others in danger for a non-emergency. It's pathetic. Oh, you said >> 1049. 108. >> No, I don't. Please hold your money. Okay. >> It's just a keys. Listen, man. >> I'm not out here trying to hem nobody up, but when you smell like marijuana, it gives me probable cause of search. Okay? >> I'm not out here trying to hem you up as he's out there hemming him up. I I don't know what else to call this. This is just psychopathy. I'm not trying to hold you against your will as you're holding somebody against their will. >> Oh my. Were you not just inside over there at that community building? >> Kick your shoes up. >> Do you have a stat for that? >> Yes. This is the cop who a 4 days after this traffic stop was killed by the man that you see on the screen. >> What's going to happen? Okay. Just like last time. When >> someone else gets here, I'm going to search the vehicle. >> Ask you this. >> Yes, sir. >> When you at the community building? >> Yes, sir. >> What were you doing? >> I was doing a security check at the building. >> Okay. I come at the stop sign >> and I and I'm looking at you at the How do I know you at the building? Shining your light inside the building >> and you can smell all the way over there. >> I was walking back across the street when you drove by me with your windows down. Bro, you not everything. I love you and you How do I How you shine your light inside the building. >> Listen, man. Listen. >> You come on. You playing games. >> I'm not playing games. I smell marijuana. You just like this. >> Absolutely. You have every You have every right to. You have every right. But what I'm telling you is I smelled marijuana. That gives me what we call ARS. >> ARS. Hold on. Hold on. >> It gives me ARS. Isn't it RA? What is this cop talking about? >> Listen, that gives me ARS to stop a vehicle. Not I don't have to have PC. I have ARS based off of you're the only vehicle passing me and I smell marijuana. So I made my stop as I approached the vehicle. I can still smell marijuana. It's coming from this vehicle. So now I have PC. >> So you No, I don't. I'm not here with you. >> Now I have PC. Basically in this cop's mind, they have probable cause that you have committed a crime if you violate the political parasites drug laws. That is that according to some, you know, I'm not a legal expert or anything, but according to some, that sounds pretty darn unconstitutional and unamerican if you ask me. >> Okay, >> I'm playing shining your light inside the building. We're past that, man. Look, sit down. We're not sit down. We're past though. >> We are past that. >> Were you not shining your light in the building? >> How many times I got to answer your question? >> Marijana all the way over there. >> I was walking. We're past how far you are. >> You can go back and watch your video where I've already explained this. Okay. So, so go back and watch the video. >> Okay, I got you. Okay, >> understand that. Have you not pulled me over before? >> Have you not pulled me over before? >> I have. Yes, >> you have. Okay, so you know my truck. >> I don't know. YOU KNOW HOW I PULLED OVER? >> OKAY. Last time you said you smell marijuana. Did you find marijuana in my truck? >> Does it mean that it that it's >> Did you even smell marijuana, though? >> Sit down right now. >> You didn't even smell marijuana. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Sit down. Did you hear officer Chris Fiser snap his fingers as though Jimmy Lee Steverson is some kind of dog? This is the psychopathy they were talking about. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely and power draws the corruptible and you are truly a corruptible human being in my opinion. If you snapping your fingers and telling another man that he needs to do this or he needs to do that, that tells me that you think you finger snappers think that you are masters over us and we need to obey you. At the snap of a finger, we need to sit on the curb. At the snap of the finger, we need to back up to your brush bumper. At the snap of the finger, we need to put our hands on your hood so you can shake us down. Now, this 20 seconds of uh edited footage is coming up here in just a couple seconds. We're at 1050 0. At 105013, it's going to skip to 105033. I'm just going to let it play all the way through and then we're going to back it up and I'm going to show you exactly where a lot of people believe the Warm Springs Police Department edited this footage because it it appears that they may not want people to know that the initiation of violence came from officer Chris Fiser and not from Jimmy Lee Steverson. And and in my mind, you don't even need that 20 seconds cuz we already saw that the interference happened on the part of officer Chris Fiser first. He's the one who initiated the traffic stop under corporate not even traffic laws, but under corporate drug war laws. >> You start listen to me. You know, turn around. I'm detaining you. That's fine. No. Stop. Stop. Stop. Put your hands down or put your phone down. Put your phone down. Put your money down. Hey, let me >> video mark. >> Why would you do me like that? >> Now, the auto said video mark. I don't know why this would happen. So, we've played it through to the We've already watched the edit. This right here is at 37. It went from 13 to 33. 20 seconds missing. I'm going to back it up here and I'm going to show you where everybody's hands were. Watch this. >> I'm detaining you. That's fine. >> Stop. Stop. >> Okay. So, we've got Steverson's hands. They're both Steverson's hands and Fischer's hands are going to be in full view here. >> Put your hands down or put your phone down. Put your phone down. Put your money down. >> Put your money down. Boom. Right there. Did you see it? Both Steverson's hands and Fischer's hands are in plain view. There is a bump. And after that bump, the camera stops and then resumes 20 seconds later after Stevenson is on the ground with one of the taser probes in his right ear. Boom. >> Why would you do me like that? Dang. >> Why would you hit me with a taser again? You just >> tased the man in his head. >> You just shot me in the back of my head with a tas. >> Stop [ __ ] moving. I'm pretty sure that Warm Springs protocol shouldn't be, if it is, it shouldn't be to tase somebody in the back of the head. >> 409 was 10. I got one in custody. Start 401 shot in the back of my head with a taser. >> 409 224. [snorts] Can you get the tape over? Like come on. >> Go ahead and start EMS once been taste. Yeah, you come. Why you had to do like that game? >> My airplane. >> Yep. >> I'm getting EMS to you. Stay on. >> Let me call my mom real quick. >> I'll let her call. She call >> mama real quick. >> Listen, >> let me call my mother. >> I will. >> I can die. >> No. No. From what? >> What you mean, bro? Look, you just shot me in my ear, gang. >> No. >> That thing sticking out of his right ear right there is not an earring. That's a taser probe. I've never seen Put a one in the room if you've ever seen a taser probe stuck in somebody's earlobe. >> Tased you. You were moving. >> No, you did that on purpose, bro. >> No, I did not. >> Yes, you did, gang. >> I did not. >> Yes, you did. Your whole video is on tape. >> I know it is. >> Okay. >> And it's going to show you acting a fool, too. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you were. >> Oh, >> it's going to show you acting a fool also, too. Does that mean that Chris Fiser is admitting to acting a fool here? Acting like a roadside pirate for the corporate elitists who want the corporate drug laws to be initiated on simple innocent people who haven't done anything wrong. >> When I tell you to stop racing and stop doing things, you start bucking >> and then you start then you want to start swinging on me. So I swung back. >> All my life I didn't I swung on you. >> I attacked you. How dare you? How dare you not let me attack you and just just roll over like a bump on the log. You need to let me attack you. You don't need to be fighting back. I'm the authoritie. You need to respect this uniform and this badge. If I throw a punch on you, how dare you try to put up your dukes or fight back or defend yourself. >> You did. And then you swung after I swung. >> Who you think you are to me defend myself, though? >> I love that. Jimmy Lee Stevenson's right. What? You're saying I can't defend myself? What's wrong with you, man? That's psychopathic. >> You're not going to swank on me >> in a minute. I'm not removing the EMS's. I'm not a doctor. >> 708 on 108. >> Why would you shoot me with a tas man to man? This ain't your me and you man to man. Why would you shoot me with a taser, bro? >> Great question. fight you. >> You just tried to fight me >> because you you you were resisting. >> Oh, my life. I will not resist it. >> Okay, buddy. >> By the way, we don't have to see a punch. All we have to do is look at the ga marathon gas station footage to know that officer Chris Fischer put his hands on Steverson first, pushed him up against the brush bumper when Steverson turned around on command because he was commanded to turn around and he's like, "Yeah, okay. I'll do it." And then he grabs Steverson from behind and tries to take him down. And he probably got his ego bruised when the takedown didn't work. And Steverson landed on top of of Fiser with Fiser looking straight up at Steverson. >> Said, "Let me put my money in my tape." >> Well, you're under arrest now. >> You're under arrest. Like, >> come on. Just shot me in my ear. Like, come on, bro. 16. >> I just almost died. >> I just almost died. >> All my life. I just almost died. >> Okay. Okay. >> Fish are still out of breath. >> I have EMS coming to you. They're like right down the street. >> All right. Let me tell them. I want my phone right now. >> Let me get my phone. Bro, >> you know what's freaky? It's freaky to realize that the two men in this video right now are no longer with us. Jimmy Lee Stevenverson is gone and officer Chris Fischer is gone. And it's just why it's it's so senseless. Why is this? Because one person decided to be an order follower and initiate the unconstitutional drug war laws on a man who literally committed no crime. >> Get your phone in a minute. >> Come on, bro. You just like let me let me stand up. Like come on, bro. Like this is a bad position. >> I don't want you to hit your head. >> I can move, bro. Like let me >> I'm going let you sit up. You ain't standing up. >> Damn. >> I would just shoot me with a tape or no gang. Like come on, bro. >> It's not cool. You abusing your rights, bro. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> You want to start fighting? I fought back. >> I swung on you. >> And there we go. There we go. Chris Fischer's buddies running code three, putting everybody in danger for nothing. For nothing. >> Come here. >> Hold on. Sit. >> I don't want to call my mama. This Hold on, man. You can call your mom in a minute. Okay. >> Yo, step me up. He right there. All right, I'mma stand him up. >> Oh, the EMS. >> No, he's the police. >> Stand up. >> I'mma sit I'mma sit him back in in in the back of my car. >> I want my phone. Let me get my my phone. >> Yo, get your phone in a second. >> Just I'll grab everything. Just go sit down. Okay. >> Come on. Get my phone. Now, if I was this cop right here and you have critical thinking skills, why wouldn't you say, "Okay, Fischer, why are we putting this guy in the back of the patrol car? Because I am not going to put somebody in a confined space unless I know that they've committed a crime." So, where is the victim? Where is Jimmy Lee Steverson's victim? Where is the verified complaintant? Well, you got to understand, I smelled I smelled marijuana coming out of his vehicle as he passed by with his windows down. Therefore, I had probable cause. Yeah, wait a second. Probable cause of what? Probable cause that he committed a crime, that he left an actual victim, that there's a verified complaint in. No, they don't do this. Why? Because they're order followers. Hey, I don't know what's going on. I just arrived on the scene. Why don't you find out what's going on before you grab another man and put him in a confined space and then go and kidnap him? >> I'll grab your phone. Where's the money? >> Okay. >> Oh, by the way, did you see the wad of cash? Apparently Jimmy Lee Steverson had $5,000 in cash on him and now Fischer's asking where the money is. >> Come on, man. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Just sit there with him. Keep the door open. >> Yeah. >> Huh? He threw it where? >> In the car. >> He threw it out the car. Out that way. 409 72 located. All that for this. All that for this. All that for this. >> 72. >> [ __ ] >> Yeah, it is. I thought there was more in the car, but I watched you throw it. >> Stupid, bro. >> Yeah. Yeah, exactly. That's what we have to say about that Fisher. All that for this. All of that violence for just a little over an ounce of MJ. Is it really worth it? Now two lives are gone. And you know, a lot of people say, "Hey, I don't care about that one life leaving this earth, you know, the the costumed life." But all that for this, that's exactly what I have to say. Look, he holds he even holds it up. Let me see if I can play it back. It's kind of hard to get the exact frame on these videos. All that for this. >> He's holding up this baggie of weed. That's all it is. It's just weed. >> All that for this. All that for this. >> Yeah, I can't. I Let's see if I can pause it. >> 409. >> No, I can't pause. >> Get it. >> All that for this. >> Let's see if I can get it. I just want to focus on this baggie. >> Okay, so just look at this baggie right here. Two lives gone because of plant matter. This is all it is. Is it really worth it? Doesn't this kind of sound like insanity? Haven't we encroached kind of in Twilight Zone territory? If two lives are going to be lost over this, that's it. Even if the it was the white powdery sub substance, even if it was the f word, the fent word, all is it worth losing lives over? How many how many lives have been extinguished because of this stupid long costly failed war on people that they call the war on drugs? >> This for this >> [ __ ] >> Yeah, it is. I thought there was more in the car, but I watched you throw it. >> Disgusting. >> Stupid, bro. Stupid. Stupid. Love muffin. What the heck did I just see? What did I just see on this guy's phone? Did it say love muffin? Let's see. I'm going to try to pause it. Is that his wife or something? Love muffin of my life. Oh, I I hate to tell you this, love muffin. Uh, not only do you not have your hubby anymore, but your hubby was a raging, roving road pirate, ruining lives. How did that make you feel? Were you really back in the thin blue line? Love muffin. Hey, I just caught one. Yeah, he's bleeding from his face and my taser hit him in the ear. Thank you. Is there anything else in the vehicle besides that? >> What? Any messes here? >> I'm going to have them remove the the prongs from your ear. Okay. We are talking about a mere 34.6 g of MJ. And they also got firearms. But who cares? Aren't you supposed to be, isn't this the land of the free, home of the brave? Aren't you supposed to be free to keep and bear arms? And that right is not supposed to be infringed. And yet constantly we see it infringed by the people who are supposed to be protecting those rights. More arriving in the distance. Code three. This is nonsense. Listen to him. Why are they arriving code three right now? Or is this EMS? Even if it was EMS, all this cop has to do, all Chris Fischer has to do is say, "Hey, go ahead and slow it down. We have this guy in c custody. It's just a taser probe in his ear. He's not in any kind of life-threatening situation. >> He's on that side. He's got a taser in his ear." >> Yeah, it was EMS. >> Taser prong in his ear. And I punched him in the face a couple times. Yeah, >> I punched him in the face a couple times. You know, cuz you only punch people in the face when you're protecting and serving the crap out of them. You understand that, right? That's my job. >> Not that I aim for, but when someone's fighting me and running from me, >> what was he fighting you for? What'd you pull him over for? What's What's the deal? And this cop is not going to ask that question either because they don't engage in critical thinking. They are order followers doing what they're told regardless of what is right instead of doing what is right regardless of what they're told. >> Yeah. Hit them here. >> I'll pull All right. >> No. No. I got you. You're fine. >> EMS can't pull them out. >> I'm good. >> 409. >> Go ahead. >> Just contact 401276. Relax. >> Is that cuz you didn't have weed on you? Cuz you didn't have weed on you. >> Oh, it's not your weed. Yeah, you full of [ __ ] bro. I watched you throw it. I watched you throw it. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. >> Show the camera. >> It's all right here. >> It's all right here. >> It's all right here. >> I have not seen any video evidence of Jimmy Lee Steverson throwing the bag of weed. And even if there was, who cares? This stop should have never been made. It should have never happened. This interaction which infuriated and enraged Jimmy Lee Stevenverson to such an extent that when he got out of jail, he felt like, you know what, this guy's going to have to pay for this. And he did. He paid with his life. What is he doing? The last conversation we had, what did I tell you? Stop doing dumb [ __ ] You >> got a bag fish? >> What do y'all do with >> I'll just I'll put it in this. >> Yeah, cuz I'm going need to collect everything from >> DJ. Here, get the get the give me the cartridge and I'm upside down. >> I'mma put it in this too, though. He didn't try. >> These gang members all tatted up. >> Turn around. Face. What I want you to do, I want you to open your fist. I want you to hold that right there. >> [snorts] >> on me, bro. >> I don't I don't know if the jail going to let you in there with all that. Are you towing his car, SGE? >> Huh? >> You towing the car? >> Yep. >> Well, >> what you going? You got somebody come get your dogs? >> Huh? >> Does he have somebody come get his dog or what? Whatever those are in there. >> Yeah, I do. I do. I do. Let me Let me make a call. Let me make a call. >> You got somebody that can get your dogs. They can come get you. I said, "Okay, shut up. Listen. I was going to tell you if you have somebody, I'll let them take your car, too. >> Or I'll just tell the [ __ ] Are you going the problem with you or are you gonna release the money to the person that's coming to your car? >> The cop is just totally talking like a thug. Again, this is Sergeant Chris Fischer with you who is no longer with us cuz Jimmy Lee Steverson eliminated him 4 days after this traffic stop or after this drug war stop. They found cash in his vehicle in the sum of, you know, reports say $5,000. says they he got a firearms charge because he had three AR- style rifles. He had alcohol, two pitbull puppies, and then he posted a $10,000 bond was was released soon after. That's when September 1st came around. September 1st, 2026, just this month around 11:57 p.m. Fiser was sitting in his patrol car in the parking lot of the Merryweather Country Inn after an unrelated traffic stop. a black 2026 Chevy Silverado, that's Steverson's vehicle, pulled up beside him and Steverson, who is the driver, fired, reportedly fired multiple shots into the cruiser, killing Fischer, who's 36 years old, and then he fled. Fiser was pronounced dead at the scene. And I want to know if you guys feel sorry for Fiser. Fischer is the one who initiated this completely unnecessary traffic stop on a fellow American on American soil. No constitutional rights were violated on behalf of Jimmy Lee Stevenverson. He committed no crime. There was no verified complaint. So, let me show you another segment right here where they actually the news shows a different angle of that marathon surveillance camera footage. >> For the first time, we are getting a look at the arrest of Jimmy Steverson just days before police say he shot and killed Warm Springs Police Sergeant Chris Fischer. >> That's right. 11 Live Chase House spoke with members of Steverson's family who provided surveillance video they say shows the interaction between the two during that earlier arrest. First, I want to be clear here. This is not the full surveillance video. We don't see why Sergeant Fischer approached Steverson, why Steverson got out of his truck, or what led up to them getting into a tussle. I also want to note, I've asked for Sergeant Fischer's body cam footage for days now. >> That is pathetic, pathetic reporting. But this is before the Warm Springs Police Department released the redacted and edited body cam footage. asked again today with this new video coming to light, but was once again told it won't be released until quote, "The investigation is final or terminated." Surveillance video from a gas station recorded by Jimmy Steverson's brother shows who the family says is Sergeant Fiser at his driver's side window on August 27th at 10:43 p.m. >> So, if it was recorded by Steverson's brother, you'd think that they would they would press Marathon Gas Station to give them the actual video footage instead of recording a video of the recording. >> The cell phone then pans down and moments later we see sitting on the hood of Sergeant Fischer's patrol car. Then in this video timestamped at 10:46, you see what looks like Steverson and Sergeant Fischer arguing before Steverson is pushed back onto the hood of the car. 2 minutes later, you see Sergeant Fischer pull what the family says was his taser and tased Steverson in the back while his hands were up before he brings to the ground and handcuffs him. Now, what happened in those two minutes is unclear, but according to arrest warrants, Steverson allegedly punched Sergeant Fiser in the face. There is no record of that, but we do know that officer Fischer put his hands on Steverson first for no reason. >> Something the family admits he told them he did. Now, the family member I talked with admits what Steverson did was wrong and that they have a lot of respect for law enforcement. >> Steverson's family has a lot of respect for law enforcement. Back the blue till it happens to you. And when your own family member gets put down like this, like Fischer did to Steverson, you're going to continue to back the blue or is this just maybe it's a strategic move. They're like, "Hey, you know, you got to understand we back the blue. We support law enforcement when they really don't." Maybe it's a strategic move. >> In the newsroom, Chase Howell. Maybe it's a strategic move to impress upon the prosecuting attorney or whoever that hey we are law-abiding folks here and we aren't against the police. We don't want to defund the police. We back the blue but you know there has to be justice here. You know you guys done wronged my boy. >> Body cam video show >> this is a different this is a different angle. >> One of the last official acts of a police officer who was shot and killed nearly two weeks ago. Good evening. one of one of the last official acts. It just so happens that that official act was complete tyranny. It was an unconstitutional move on an American citizen that he's supposed to be protecting and serving. I'm Blair Miller. Take a look and you will see Sergeant Chris Fiser arresting [music] Jimmy Steverson on August 27th at this gas station in Warm Springs. Steerson shot and killed Sergeant Fiser days after this happened. He was found dead hours later in South Carolina after authorities say he shot himself. Atlanta News First. >> Yeah, he he took himself out, they say. I wonder if that's even true. We can't unless it's documented unless we have the evidence. There is no reason to believe any report from any law enforcement officer ever. We already know from their own mouth. They are trained to lie, to engage in deceptive practices to get you to talk and to obstruct the truth for their own purposes. >> Joe Gorcho is here in studio tonight. This newly released video also shows Sergeant Fiser tussling with Steverson before placing him eventually under arrest. Right. >> And Blair, we just got it with into the newsroom within the last hour. And there's over an hour worth of footage, Blair, that we're combing through right now detailing some of the things you were just mentioning showing not just the arrest, but a brief conversation between Sergeant Fiser and other law enforcement officers. So on August 27th, again, you're seeing some of the body cam video now of that arrest. Sergeant Christopher Fischer pulled over 23-year-old Jimmy Lee Steverson at a Marathon gas station after smelling marijuana. Stefson said he was smoking a black and mild when he was then asked to get out of his truck. Again, that's in a different body cam video clip that we do have in our newsroom that we're working again going through all the video and we will be presenting that to you throughout our different shows, especially beginning. >> How incomplete can you get? And they don't do a follow-up because I looked on their website and I looked on their Facebook page and I looked on their YouTube channel and they don't even do a followup on this showing what actually took place >> in the morning. Now, investigators say Stepherson admitted to drinking and became combative during a physical search. That was some of that gas station surveillance video we had at the beginning of the show, the top of it where you saw some of that interaction where Severson refused to stay seated on Fischer's patrol car. I don't know if we can call that up and go back to that was the beginning, one of the first clips we showed. Investigators said that the officer tried to detain him, sparking a physical struggle. Now, we're not seeing that play out. Is there any way we can go to that clip, the first one? So, we can't. So, we all working to get that to you later in the show. >> We [laughter] can't go to that clip. You mean you didn't have this set up before you went live? What is wrong with you people? >> Eventually, Fischer did strike Stephson. There was a hand to hand combat uh in that report that we're referencing. Again, >> how about the initial takedown? I know you've seen the video. seeing that in this video here. And days later on September 1st, Stefson shot and killed Fischer, if you recall, while he was sitting in his patrol car. Stefson took his own life hours later in Anderson, South Carolina. Again, that was just a small snippet of the video we received from the Warm Springs Police Department. We still have at least an hour's worth of footage that we're digging through and we are working to present to you. Our overnight crews are already working on it as we speak. So, >> that sounds like a bunch of BS. And by the way, we've got a law enforcement officer who can never ever act as a road pirate revenue generator ever again. I just wonder how many Americans are actually sad about that. I know there are some. They're drinking the Kool-Aid. They're cemented in cognitive dissonance. They've locked themselves in their own echo chamber and they're suffering from major waves of Stockholm syndrome. But for everybody who can see, are you really really missing this police officer? Are you missing the fact that there's no more roadside tyranny and injustice that can happen at this guy's hand? Leave your thoughts. I want to hear what you guys have to say about this because it's really important that we get a handle on this and a mental framework that looks at this appropriately. I don't care if you're wearing a uniform or a suit and tie and call yourself a politician or if you're a sheriff's deputy or a law enforcement officer. If you're putting your hands on somebody and that person you're putting your hands on has not violated the rights or life of somebody else, you are doing that which is inherently illegitimate. Yeah, it's unconstitutional, but it's illegitimate because any other person doing the exact same thing is committing a crime. Cops know it. We all know it. And we just got to start calling a spade a spade. And that's why I do these videos right here. These people need to be exposed every day, all day, constantly because one thing we need to understand about Americans, we have a really, really short memory when it comes to identifying truly, truly evil people. And for some reason, it's very easy to hoodwink the masses into believing that these costumed freaks are heroes and warriors who are only out there to protect and serve. and we feel so sorry for them when they as they abuse the rest of us end up losing their lives. So, let me know if you feel any sadness or sorrow about the passing of Sergeant, not just officer, Sergeant Chris Fiser. Leave your thoughts in the comments section below. Let me let me just transition here real quick. Let me let me go to the room. What do you guys want me to cover in the time that we got left? I got about another 15 20 minutes. Do you want me to keep keep this live stream going? I don't really have anything else set up, but if you have Yeah, I feel sad for the citizens, too, Mike. I do too. And the only reason we have what we have is because we continue to accept what we have. We continue to promote. And when I say we, I'm just talking about fellow Americans because I know it's not you. I know it's not me. Maybe I should stop using that all-inclusive word we. Some Americans Startlingly, a large percentage of Americans still continue to vote for the chains of their own oppression to support the chains of their own oppression by all these tyrants out there. 24-hour live stream. Holy smokes. Who Who would be interested in a 24hour live stream? You could hang out all night. Cool. I I just don't want to bore anybody and I want to deal with, you know, there is a there is a video that I have not seen yet. I've had this thing up for two or three days now on my screen. Let me see. It says travelers caught with 8 pounds of CocaCola in the mountains. I wonder what the initial traffic stop was for and I wonder if it was because of ALPR. Do you want me? It's just an 18minute video. We can just touch the highlights or maybe go over the whole video if you want to. Stevenverson's family is afraid of retaliation. And I would be the cops will take it. Yeah, that actually that's a good point. I don't hold anybody it it against anybody to be strategic and go, "Hey, we back the blue. We support the thin blue line. Uh we we aren't we aren't for Jimmy Lee striking one of these officers." even though it was in self-defense as kind of a strategic move to keep the police retaliation off their back over there in Warm Springs, Georgia. I hear that retaliation is thick. Yeah, it's thick everywhere in law enforcement, but I hear it's exceptionally thick in Georgia and Mississippi and Arkansas. So, yeah, let the matter you said. Yeah, let's see it. No 24 hours from me. I don't blame you. I don't blame you, Mark, but I I couldn't imagine tuning into a 24-hour live stream. Search cop approaches man sitting in parking lot and says, "I'm looking for a crime." Let's open up a cop. I'm looking. Oops. Cop approaches mening in a parking lot. Says, "I'm looking for a crime." Oh, wow. Auditing cops. This is 14 minutes long. >> Hi. >> Hi. What's going on? >> Your registration's been expired since 2024. >> What's going on? >> That's I just told you. >> What's going on? So, you guys are doing searches? >> I'm sorry. >> You guys are searching everywhere? >> I'm just talking to you right now. So, >> No, no, no, no. But you're doing searches. >> No one's doing searches. >> So you're driving around a private parking lot. You're doing searching. >> That's not searching. >> Looking is searching. >> Oh, really? Looking is searching, I guess. >> What do you mean you guess? >> If you're out the last guy said, too. >> If if you're out driving and you're searching, you're looking on you, sir. >> Sir, you're out searching looking. >> I'm looking for crime. Yes, that's my job. >> So, where's the crime? >> Your registration has been expired since >> that's not a crime. >> May I see your driver's license, please? >> No. >> If you don't provide to me, I'm going to take you to jail. >> No. >> This man is sitting inside his vehicle. >> Wow. Interesting. Okay. Uh, you got my curiosity peaked on this. >> All right. Let's listen to this again from the very beginning. >> Hi. >> Hi. What's going on? >> Your registration's been expired since 2024. >> What's going on? >> Let me start this again. >> Hi. So, you're driving around a private parking lot. You're doing searching. >> That's not searching. >> Looking is searching. >> Oh, really? Hey, park. Looking is searching, I guess. >> What do you mean you guess? >> If you're That's what the last guy said, too. >> If If you're out driving, >> that's what the last guy we harassed said, too. >> You're searching. You're looking. >> License on you, sir. >> Sir, you're out searching looking. >> I'm looking for crime. Yes, that's my job. >> So, where's the crime? >> Your registration's been expired. >> That's not a crime. >> May I see your driver's license, please? >> No. >> If you don't provide to me, I'm going to take you to jail. >> No. >> This man is sitting in. So in other words, if you don't provide me what I told you to provide to me, that is your ID. In other words, make yourself insecure in your person. And I know I took an oath to protect your anonymity under the fourth amendment of the constitution. But if you don't show me your ID, if you don't show me your papers here in Germany, I will take you to a cage. I will kidnap you and throw you in my basement is basically what this cop's saying. He's not out there to serve and protect anyone. He's out there looking for crimes and he believes it's a crime if you disobey his political parasitic masters and don't register your car, which is basically taxation. Now, if we were back in the 1700s, the late 1700s, this guy would be wearing red. He would be a red coat and the colonists would be dumping tea into the to the Boston Harbor in violation of this guy's masters. inside his vehicle in a private parking lot when two cops start driving around the area looking for violations. And when the man questions the investigation, the officer says, "It's private property and I'm looking for crime." The recording begins with the man minding his business, but he seems to sense that the cops driving around the area are eventually going to make their way over to him. So, he starts recording before they even approach. And sure enough, two officers show up at his car. One of them immediately brings up the vehicle's registration, telling the man it has been expired since 2024. But the man is less interested in the registration and more interested in why these officers were driving around the private parking lot looking at vehicles in the first place. He starts, >> you know, it it makes me always wonder how many crimes have these badged thugs committed in the name of law and order. How many people have been violated? How many people have been harmed? How many people kidnapped? How much property damage have they done? How many wrong houses have they gone to? How many Karen Garners have they broken the bones of? How much economic terrorism have they forced on the American people that they claim to be protecting and serving? How much tyranny has happened? How much has funneled through into reality through the hands of these officers right here? >> Questioning what they are doing and whether they are searching the area. The officer initially pushes back on the word searching, but then he makes his purpose very clear. I'm looking for crime. Yes, that's my job. The man fires straight back. So, where's the crime? The officer points to the expired registration. Then the officer asks for his driver's license. The man refuses and the response comes with a direct threat. If you don't provide >> Yeah, we already got this. We already got this. All right, let's see. >> He's in a private parking lot. >> Hi. >> Hi. What's going on? >> Your registration's been expired since 2024. >> What's going on? >> That's I just told you. What's going on? So, you guys are doing searches? >> I'm sorry. >> You guys are searching everywhere? >> I'm just talking to you right now. >> No, no, no, no. But you're doing searches. >> No one's doing a search. >> So, you're driving around a private parking lot. You're doing searching. >> That's not searching. >> Looking is searching. >> Oh, really? Hey, part looking is searching, I guess. >> What do you mean you guess? >> If you're out the last guy said, too. >> If If you're out driving and you're searching, you're looking on you, sir. >> So, you're out searching looking. >> I'm looking for crime. Yes, that's my job. >> So, where's the crime? Your registration has been expired since >> that's not a crime. >> May I see your driver's license, please? >> No. >> If you don't I >> I just want to hone in on this mentality right here. Cops actually do think that you have committed a crime if you did not renew your registration, which is basically taxation. Taxation by any other name is still theft. In the name of state functionaries, it is extortion. So he's basically saying if you don't allow yourself to be extorted then we will arrive on the scene and help the state to extort you. They are agents of the state. They're not there to secure and protect your rights. They are there to promote the purposes of the state. And the state will always be that great fiction by which everyone seeks to live at the expense of everyone else. >> Mean I'm going to take you. >> No. No. So you're going to ruin my life? >> Nope. I have no plan. >> You're rakateeering right now. >> Amen. You're violating 1961. 18 USC 1961. You're racketeering. >> Wow. >> You're you're racketeering against me. So, whatever you do now will be used against you in the court of law and I already have a lawsuit that's pending. So, your officer is searching my car. >> No, he's not. >> This is a Terry stop. >> No, it is. You're detained and we have probable cause to >> probable cause. There you go. Corporate traffic law gives in the mind of the cops. Corporate traffic law gives cops what they believe is probable cause. The problem is there's no crime. And we know there's no crime because there's no victim. The state can never ever be a victim in any of these cases right here. >> You're inside of a private parking lot. >> That is true. Yes, sir. >> And and and you're driving around searching. >> No one's searching. I still don't know what you mean by >> Yeah. You know exactly what I mean. >> Let me help you out a little bit. Do you mean like >> you're searching? >> Yeah. I can't help you out. >> You're searching. Both of you guys are searching. >> Can I start with your driver's license and can I >> I can't help you out. Well, I'm while I'm here. I've arrived on the scene to harass you. I can't help you while I'm harassing you. >> See your right hand? I don't know where it's at. I don't know what's in this car. >> Now that the door's open, I'm just going to keep it open. >> No, you're not. >> You're not going to touch that. I'm not going to touch that. >> Okay. So, so again, so this is what you guys do. This is a racketeering. You guys are racketeering. >> You guys are racketeering. >> Hi, sir. We're here for for >> Okay. I don't care what you say. You guys You guys are raketeering. I >> I have this on video. You guys are racketeering. You guys are racketeering right now. It's it's a criminal act. >> You will you will be arrested. >> It's a criminal act. >> And your dog will go to the the animal shelter, which I don't want to ask. >> Arrested for what? >> For for 148. For a failure to provide ID. >> It's obstruction. >> No. That's stop and identify. It doesn't exist here in California. No, sir. >> Wow. This is very very interesting. Now, I am not familiar with 18 USC 1961. He says it's racketeering. Let's go ahead and take a look at this right here. Racketeering activity means a any act or threat involving murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene manner, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical. That's that's just completely unconstitutional right there on its face. Which is chargeable under state law and punishable by imprisonment for more than a year. Any act which is indicated under any of these following provisions 18. But yeah, any act of threat involving murder, kidnapping, which is exactly what this cop threatened. He threatened to kidnap this guy just because his registration he claims isn't up to date. >> You guys are identify you. We have a form to sight or >> you are. You are going to take the car and put me in jail. That's racketeering. >> I'm planning committed I committed no crime. So So you're going to >> say your license or sorry your registration has been expired. >> Yeah, I I understand that because there's a legal dispute. There's a legal dispute for now as four times for your driver's license. >> Okay. So I saw you over there >> searching. You guys have been dispatched to contact me and try to take the car. You know exactly what I mean. It came through the chain of command. So you guys go and take me to jail and we will hit you with the lawsuit. And you guys you guys are ruining I don't want to happen. Okay. I don't want you >> guys are going to ruin my life right now. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> I don't want that to happen. Right. And most I don't want to ruin your life as he's already in motion to ruin this man's life. Everything this guy is saying is completely true. If 18 USC, we don't even need 18 USC 1961 about racketeering to know that what these cops are engaged in is completely wrong. I don't care if the entire world believes it's right. Truth is still truth even if nobody believes it. And lies are still lies even if everybody believes it. See, lies are very popular these days. And it's no measure of good mental health to be considered well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. Most of society is not well adjust well adjusted. Why? Because they're indoctrinated to believe fiction, to believe fables, to believe that these guys who are racketeers and road pirates are actually heroes and warriors. >> Because you guys are raketeers. Because you guys are grabbing. Do not grab. >> You want to push this and what do you mean grab a weapon? So you're escalating. So So you're escalating. Totally. You're escalating. >> What? What's your name? Just don't grab. >> You guys are racket. Look. >> I'm warning you guys. You guys are racket right now. And I have a federal lawsuit that's that's drafted and ready to go. >> I'm willing to provide your driver's license. Yes or no? >> You guys have already stopped me for this. >> You're going to you're going to jail. >> Oh god. Here we go. >> In the end, the officer's arrested. >> I don't want to do this. I don't want to put my hands on you. Okay, then there's an easy remedy to that. just don't put your hands on me. Is there you you got a demon fighting inside of you? Is the demon taking over, taking control of your hand? What are you actually telling me here when you're saying I don't want put want to put my hands on you? I don't want to kidnap you when in fact that's exactly what you're doing cuz that's what you wanted to do >> for what they describe as failure to provide identification and obstruction. The recording cuts off during the arrest, so the footage does not show what happens afterward. His channel is linked in the description, so make sure to check it for any updates. This cop shows up at a woman's home over a trespassing call. But there is one. >> All right. So, there's this other one right here from Douglas County, Georgia. We'll just go ahead and go through this, too. Very interesting. Let me see what channel this was. Let me go ahead and go into the description of this video right here. Check out what he's talking about. Original video credits. Fourth stop causing injury. See what the name of the YouTube channel is so we can give this guy some credit. His name is Adam. Let's see if he has any kind of an update. There's only two videos posted on his page. And doesn't look like there's any kind of follow-up. Let's go ahead and go in the description under his video. Let's see if he's got any kind of followup underneath it. This happened after three prior stops where they were issuing citations with four or more CVC violations to consume my funds. And that's what it is. It truly is economic terrorism because it really does ruin the life of the person who is the victim of law enforcement. Let's go over this next one. >> Massive problem. Nobody at the house called the police and nobody is trespassing. The recording begins outside a home where a police officer has just arrived. The woman who lives there is confused from the start because she never called the police and has no idea why an officer has been sent to her property. She wants to know who actually reported the problem. The officer explains that dispatch sent him there in reference to trespassing. Now, the woman asked the most obvious question, who is supposedly trespassing? And when the officer asks whether anybody is trespassing on her property, the answer is clear. Nobody is trespassing. He then asks whether she needs law enforcement. >> All right, let's just go ahead and watch this. Let's see. >> Told you >> reference. I got dispatchers. >> Somebody trust. Yeah, that's why I >> truth begins to unravel. Watch for yourself and share your opinion in the comments. >> Now, I saw you park right there. That's why I came out here to see I was sitting right there. But who sent told you that we trespass? Somebody trespassing? >> I got I got dispatched out here. Trespassing. My dispatcher sent me out here. >> But who who in the dispatch said somebody's trespassing? >> I got sent out here by dispatch. >> But that's all they told you? >> Reference trespassing. Miss, is there anybody trespassing on your property? >> Nobody's trespassing on the property, but it's >> Do you need law enforcement? >> I do not. But that's weird though. So, Officer Hernandez. >> Yes, ma'am. >> You don't remember how you was here before? >> Yeah, I've been here before. >> You and I got the police report. You took a I don't mean no harm. You took a half extra piece for I see mine and Mr. Shiffman's name on there. >> Do you need law enforcement right now? >> No, no, no. But I'm I got I got a question for you though. Since you're here, >> I have to go handle some other things right now. >> Isn't it amazing how they want to jettison the conversation when they don't like the questions being posed to them? It's so convenient. or or if they know that they're completely in the wrong and you're very calm and articulate and trying to explain what's going on. All of a sudden, I don't want to I don't want to enter into this argument. It's like, hey, no, who's arguing? We're just having a conversation. You made some assertions against me. You're trying to violate my rights under the color of we got a call and I'm calling you on it and now you want to eject from the conversation. Not so fast. I'm not letting you go, officer. >> Okay. There's more calls coming in, more calls for service. >> But this call is very weird. You said someone sent you out here for transport. >> Do you need law enforcement right now at this time? >> Well, you took a police report and you you don't remember? >> No. No. I'm asking you, do you need law enforcement? >> Yeah, I need law enforcement since you here. >> Okay. >> So, my question my question to you, you took >> report something. >> I did report and did you >> do you need to report something? >> Yes. Let me report it. >> Okay. >> Yes. So when you was here before I had you take a and that was the same type of attitude. >> Did you hear him sigh and watch the tyrant twitch? They're very uncomfortable when you press them and you put their nonsense back on them trespassing. >> By who? >> My dispatch. >> Can you call dispatch on the phone and ask who said the thing for um trespassing? >> Cuz I mean who? >> I can't. Can you call him? >> I wonder if this is even true. Did they really get a call or is this guy making this entire thing up? Hey, we need to foyer request that emergency services call officer. If we foyer request that, is there really going to be a call or you did you just drop by to harass me? >> Yes. >> Okay, I'm waiting for you to call. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to go do that in the car. Okay. >> Not one of him. >> Do that in the car. >> Here we go. So dangerous to be in the presence of a law enforcement officer. >> Do you need to make a police report about anybody trespassing on your property right now? >> I didn't call nobody. Can you Can you call? >> Do you need law enforcement right now at the time? >> Well, I want you to call us tell for you to find out who sent somebody out here and said somebody was trespassing. >> Exactly. I have a question. Do you need >> Why? Why are you short with me? Have I done something to you? >> No, ma'am. >> So why why every this your second time here? >> I'm asking you a question. Do you need law enforcement? Because if you don't need law enforcement, I can head out and handle other things that happen. >> I I understand that, but someone sent you here. You said your dispatcher sent you here cuz somebody said somebody was trespassing. >> And and I asked you if there's anybody. >> Are you at the right address? You want to talk to him? >> Here we go. >> Here we go. >> Mr. Green, >> you don't have to answer all them questions. We not being integrated. You don't have to answer no questions. Stop doing that. Go. You can go. >> Ma'am, at this time, you're impeding. >> Oh, now you're impeding my investigation as I stand unwelcomed on your property. They need to tell this guy to go and they need to shut the front door right now. It's never going to go well for you when you start talking to police. >> I know. >> Wait, wait, wait. You said at this time I'm impeding what? Finish your investigation. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Who's been investigated? >> Can be arrested for obstruction. You know >> who's been investigated? You on my property. >> Do you see him? Do you see him? The fangs and the claws, they're coming out. He's salivating. He wants to put his hands on somebody. It doesn't matter who it is. He's gonna get his claws in them. >> You understand that? >> I understand that. But you just said >> she's mom. Yes. Well, >> but you just said You just said >> what else can I answer for you? We're just trying to There's nobody. >> I got sent out here. >> Okay. >> Reference somebody trespassing. >> Okay. >> Okay. Is there anybody trespassing on the property? >> No, sir. >> Is there anybody else in the house? >> There's a whole bunch of people in the house and nobody's a trespasser. >> God, stop answering their stupid questions. Stop giving them ammunition to use against you. Because now the cop could go, "hm, maybe there's somebody you're holding against your will, their will. Maybe they made a phone call you weren't aware of. Maybe they're in distress. Maybe I need to call for law enforcement reinforcements. >> Like everyone lives here. No one's >> Okay. So, do you need law enforcement?" >> No, sir. >> Okay. So, let me promise you we're good. >> You can go, Woody. >> We're done here. Okay. You don't need law enforcement. >> No. All right, >> Mom. Let him go. >> Let him go. >> Thank you. >> I never did ask him to come here. >> I'm waiting on you to call 911 to tell me who who said somebody was trespassing >> if you are still here. >> Yeah, because you you have a right to face your accuser. If somebody accused somebody of trespassing on your property, why would this cop be showing up? does not lose first amendment protection. >> Yeah, that's it. That's it for this. I hate these AI generated deals. So, this cop really had no reason to be there, but he didn't like being questioned at all. I don't know. Leave your thoughts. What do you What do you guys think about this? So, if he truly did get a call, is it okay, do you think, for a law enforcement officer to enter your property? And do you think when they do enter your property, it's a good idea to talk to talk to those police and help them in their investigation? Because it almost looks like this cop is investigating this woman for some reason. It almost seems like he's on the property for a reason other than he stated. I don't ever believe that what a cop told me is all the story, the entire story. I think truths from the law enforcement perspective can be twisted. They can completely be suppressed. Lies can be told, deceptions can be engaged in, and rights are almost certain to be violated when law enforcement officers show up. Let me know what you guys think about that in the uh comment section. Let's go over this because I haven't seen this video right here where, see, I just pulled it over here somewhere. Says travelers caught with eight pounds of Let me show it to you. says, "Travelers caught with eight pounds of CocaCola in the mountain. Let's see if they fail to shut at the front door." >> 5 years. He's got a little gray beard there. I like it. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another video. Oh, god. No way. This is not Mark Lamb. Is this This is a reaction for Sheriff Mark Lamb. Would you look at that? Sheriff Mark Lamb is going to do a reaction video. Shall we do a reaction of the reaction of Mark Lamb's video? I think we will because we know that Mark Lamb hates the Constitution, which means he hates your unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. So, let's see how far Mark Lamb takes this in this episode, shall we? Thank you for joining. Don't forget to hit the like button and share this video with everybody you know if you care about freedom. And I'm not talking about free DUMB. I'm talking about real freedom for you. This one comes from Rogue Fugitive. And it is travelers caught with eight pounds of cocaine in the mountains. You can't do that. Uh I haven't seen You can't do that. Why? Why? What if the What if the colonist did it? Would you pull them over for King George there? Mark Lamb, would you be a general in the red coat army army? the British army and would you be harassing and collecting from the colonists telling them what they can and can't do? Mark inquiring minds want to know. >> Seen it. Let's go. >> Every day, thousands of vehicles race along Interstate 70 through Colorado. Most drivers pass through without anyone giving them a second glance. But every once in a while, a routine traffic stop turns into something much bigger. >> I'm sure it's probably ALPR routine. February 11th, 2025. Members of Spear, a multi-jurisdictional drug task force operating in Garfield County, Colorado. Okay. Anytime I hear drug task force, I hear constitution trampling force, unalienable rights steamrolling force, Nazi Gestapo force. conducting enforcement operations along eastbound Interstate 70. While working near Milearker 108, investigators initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling through the county. Initiated an unconstitutional freedom snatching stop. Let's just go ahead and be honest about what this actually is. >> So, there's his spear. Ours was uh ASU, anti-muggling unit. Um our canines were also interdictors. So, >> what about the anti-robery unit? Do you know anything about that, Mark? Oh, that's right. You didn't have an anti-robery unit. You were the robbery unit. >> There's different units, but the spear is usually comprised of some of the local guys, some feds. Um, that way you can tap into the feds resources. So, these these and they're a lot of time they're they're Haida task force too, which is highintensity drug trafficking administration. It's a federal agency that funnels money into local agencies for us to put drug investigations together and put these uh teams together, these task force. >> My god, I think I'm going to start calling him Mark Lame. This isn't Mark Lamb. This is Mark Lame. >> Seated three. >> Hey Mark, let's talk about the Constitution. Let's talk about unalienable rights. Let's talk about your right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects and your right to keep and bear arms which shall not be infringed. Can we talk about that and find out who the real infringer is? Mark >> passengers Zachariah, Janessa, and Salmanasar. To you and I, the least likely >> caught up in any serious criminal activity. >> Hello there. I'm Deputy Laura with the sheriff's office. Hey, the reason I pulled you over is cuz you're following that semi too closely. >> Following too close? God, I should have called it before we watched it. Following too close is always code for we know you got drugs. We have you on the ALPR. We got a source who's already spilled the beans on you. We know what you got on board. And boy are you in trouble. I'm just going to give you a warning, though. Let's see if he pulls the I'm just going to give you a warning line. >> Yeah, you had ample opportunities to pass him, but you were just on him going like 65 miles an hour. >> Okay. So, the fact that he pulled him over for following too closely. I've talked to you guys before about a cold stop and a whisper stop. A cold stop and a whisper stop. They're both infringement stops. Mark lame. >> Stop is you have no idea. You just see something, it doesn't feel right or they make they commit a violation. You >> You have no idea. You have no idea. But they committed a traffic violation. So you can under the color of corporate traffic law pull them over. Yeah, it's a deprivation of your rights under the color of that traffic law, but we don't care about that because we're psychopaths. pull him over and then it turns into something. A whisper stop is and especially on a team like this, they're probably working a whisper stop. So, they have information that these guys are especially 8 pounds of coke you're tra but but did you have information Mark that they committed a crime against another person? Like they stole this? Was the coke stolen? If the coke was stolen, we got to pull them over and we need to punish them because they left a victim. Or are they forcing people to buy their Coca-Cola? Oh, they're not. They So the So the Coca-Cola is not stolen stolen. They're not forcing anybody to buy their Coca-Cola, but you're going to conduct this whisper stop anyway. How does that square with the Constitution again? Marking 8 pounds of Coke. They probably got information on that. And so they found a reason to stop him. And the stop was he was following too closely. >> They found a reason to stop him. Remember Brianna Strauss from Federal Way Police Department? If us officers get behind you, we stay behind you long enough, we'll find a reason to stop you. I can go 90 miles an hour. You can't. If we get behind you, we're going to find a reason. That sounds like it's so consistent with protecting and serving, doesn't it, Brianna? Doesn't it Mark Lame? >> No, we're super dry, man. >> Okay. Do you have your license, registration, and insurance? >> Yes. Um, this is actually her vehicle, but I do have my voice. >> Okay. >> What's that? >> You guys pulled over. >> The dog's like, "Hey guys, I smell some coke in this car. You guys might want to check it out." >> That was just for being on the left. >> What a punk. >> Colorado, if you travel on the left lane without passing. >> Yeah. >> Aha. Left lane camping, too. So, that's the same. Look, look, he puts up. He's so proud of this. Stop camping in the left lane. You thought this was the land of the free home of the bl brave. Will you just try camping in the left lane and see what us law enforcers do to remedy that problem? >> Arizona, you can't >> Yeah, I can't stand when people camp in the left lane, too. I can't stand it because, you know, it's supposed to be the passing lane. Everybody knows this and it just seems like you're being a little rude on the rules of the road, but I don't think that an an armed road pirate should pull you over and economically terrorize you for it. >> Left lane camp, which is a pet peeve of mine and a lot of yours, right? >> Oh, you are being >> Yeah, it's a pet peeve of mine. The difference between me and you and a whole lot of other people out there, Mark Lame, is that we don't want to put our hands on people who are camping in the left lane. And we definitely don't want to pull money out of their pockets. on the red thing that you have. >> Okay. So, yeah, >> you're allowed to pass people, but just >> be cautious. >> I got you. No, not a big deal. Do you have uh your license? >> Not a big deal. If it's not a big deal, why are you pulling them over? You freaking psychopathic liar. >> Where you guys coming from right now? >> Where you guys headed? By the way, if they tagged you with an ALPR, they know exactly where you're coming from, exactly where you're going, how where you were when you passed through which state, how fast your speed was. They already got the answer to these questions, so shut the freak up. >> Denver, >> what's that? You see, >> you go see your girlfriend? All righty. Sit tight. I'll be right back with you. See if your driver wants to get out. >> So now what you want to do is pull start pulling people out because then you can cross reference the stories. You can check to see if this story matches up with this one. They've already talked about where they're coming from. Now you're going to dive into it a little bit more and just see if you can't find some holes in the stories. Here's how you can be a better tyrant. Mark Lamb is basically saying you got to pull them out of the car. You got to separate them and see if their stories match up. If their stories don't match up, then they're lying to you. And if they're lying to you, you can just continue to pile on the charges, man. Cuz that's what we do in the land of the free home of the brave. >> Hey guys, could you do me a favor? Could you guys step out for us, please? Just everybody. >> Don't want to step like >> Yeah, they're running a K9. Okay. Yeah. I don't know who they are. >> No, we just got pulled over. >> Who did you guys get pulled over by? >> Yeah. I mean, we're just trying to get out of >> Okay, sounds good. Yeah. Like I said, we're all doing our interdiction stuff today. >> Interdiction stuff. You mean your interference stuff? Even though the fourth amendment says shall not infringe. Shall not infringe. The second amendment says shall not be infringed. And the fourth amendment says shall not infringe. You're not supposed to infringe on unalienable rights while they're traveling. They're not doing anything to anybody. >> We're doing too. I don't know if that's exactly what they were doing, but >> I wonder if they got pulled over. Let's see. Now, if this is a cold stop and the other group pulled over these guys because they look suspicious and now this group is, man, that tells you these guys are very good. They know what they're looking for. Yeah, if you guys don't mind, go ahead and just step out for me, please. >> This organized crime unit is so good, man. They're just so good. >> How old's your dog? >> 5 years. He's got a little gray beard there. >> Look, I am a Mr. Friendly face. I like your dog. How old's your dog? Never trust this. It's an act. They're not nice. They're not cool. They're not good. They're not righteous. >> 5 years. He's got a little gray beard there. I like it. >> Just sitting there holding his dog. >> You you were going to go see your girlfriend. Thanks. Where you at, man? >> Uh she was at Springs, Colorado. >> Oh, Colorado Springs. >> Springs, Colorado. >> All right. If you guys want to, just come back here with me. >> All right. See, >> just right in front of the Tahoe. The white one. >> Yeah. Let's just stand right here in front of the white one. Is your dog friendly? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. I'll have you stand just right over here with the dog. >> How long you guys been driving for? >> I'm coming from Cali. >> Yeah. hours. >> Yeah, >> there goes the K9. >> Responding officers was Glennwood Springs Police Department Corporal Blake, accompanied by his K-9 partner, Ree. Rather than immediately searching the vehicle, officers first deployed Ree to conduct what's known as a free air sniff around the exterior of the vehicle. And then if you get a hit, that gives you the probable cause to actually search the vehicle. >> Yeah. Which is which is a freaking lie because even if the dog could accurately hit, which say 67% of the time according to research they don't. They're very inaccurate. Even if they could accurately hit, this isn't probable cause that a crime has been committed because you can't call something a crime when there's no victim. Mark, you know this. It's it's just true. It's inherently true. It's self-evident. >> It's not terrible. >> Like stopping every four hours or 16 hour 16 hour. >> Where do you guys come from? >> Um I'm sorry. Cost >> like Santa Maria by like Santa Barbara. Yeah. >> San Francisco. >> Yeah. Okay. by right. >> Yeah, cuz I used to live in Bakersfield. >> Oh, it's hot. >> Yeah, I was be 110 degrees at 10 o'clock in the morning. >> Oh, I know. >> Yeah, it snowed once when we were there. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. back. Uh, like >> I can't stand the law enforcement small talk while they're setting you up, while more patrol units are coming by so they can really nab you. >> What if on all of these traffic stops, um, lead starts flying, high velocity lead starts flying and and you know, makes contact with costumed targets. What if that started happening on a routine basis? >> Missed it. Like last week it was a lot. It was nicer. It was like 65. >> Oh, you mean like >> weatherwise? Yeah. Outside it was like 65. It was really nice out. They're looking at each other. So, this one must be a juvenile cuz they got her blurred out. These two over here are uncomfortable. I'm uncomfortable with everybody's hands in their pockets. But >> you're Wait a second. Let me Let me get this straight, Mark Lame. You're not uncomfortable that uniformed road pirates are actually acting as uniformed organized crime road pirates. You're not concerned about that. You're concerned about the victims of the road pirates putting their hands in their pockets to warm their hands on a cold day in Colorado. This is February 11th, so you know, it's probably really, really cold and windy out there. I'm really uncomfortable. You know, if we're going to economically terrorize you, if armed road pirates in this organized crime ring are going to stand you on the side of a vehicle in freezing weather, I'm very uncomfortable about you seeking relief with the warmth of your pockets. >> Okay, come back. All right, I'm going to ask you guys. Is there any illegal narcotics in there at all that you're aware of? No. Is there any fentanyl? No. >> I wish just once and maybe this has happened. I just haven't seen it. I wish just once we would see body cam footage of people who've left California in a rental car cuz you know that's what they're looking for on these ALPRs with 10 or 11 pounds of refined sugar or confectioner sugar or or um flour or something like that that looks like it's really incriminating. You know, it's like, "Hey, we're bakers. What is it? This is the Swedish chef right here. We're bakers." and just just let them get that huge hall of flour or refined sugar. It would be hilarious. >> Any methoin, >> but they would probably test it and claim that, oh yeah, it turned blue. Yeah, you got some you got some a baggie of math back there. >> Nothing at all. Okay, but we do got a positive alert. So, we are going to search it. So, right now, I'm going to ask you guys there's nothing at all in there. Okay. A free air sniff allows a trained narcotics detection dog to walk around the outside of a lawfully stopped vehicle without any see this is where the accuracy level of a drug sniffing dog comes into question and gets really obscured because the ALPR already told them hey there's a high and and they when they feed that flock safety or axon or motoral or whatever it is into the palunteer coalation network they have a high probability of nabbing some drug runners. So then when the dog does this free air sniff, it makes it look like, oh, the dog is the one who actually alerted to that them to the presence of these narcotics. When the alert came through the technological allseeing eye of the surveillance state >> entering it as recircled the vehicle, the K9 gave what handlers describe as a positive alert indicating the odor of possible illegal narcotics. that alert. >> It's always funny to see the inside of a cop's car. That guy's car was clearly not super clean. Let's see. We throw stuff down though. We're during our shift, we throw, you know, our drinks down. Um, when you're doing traffic stops, you'll crumple up the papers and throw them [snorts] on the floor, clean it out hopefully at the end of the the shift. >> That alert changed everything because a trained drug dog's positive indication can establish probable cause. Officers were legally authorized to search the vehicle without obtaining a warrant under the automobile exception. >> Zack step on face the vehicle for me. Nothing on you. Nothing's going to stick. Poke me on a little bit. >> Okay, we're doing a terry pat. >> Little fris. >> Doing a terry pat. You like those terry pats, don't you, Mark? Lame. You love putting your hands on another man, don't you, Mark? So, you're not really supposed to in this particular case. I'm not critique them. Um, you're just checking for weapons on a Terry Pat. Um, because you're not really don't have the probable cause to search yet. So, more so you're looking for some type of weapon. And for example, he had that vape in the back of his pocket. You could kind of check that because you don't know if that that could feel like maybe it's a weapon. So typically what you're feeling for are weapons in the large areas, you know, your waistband, um places where they could pull, you know, present a weapon and hurt you. [snorts] God, not only is he a tyrant, he's a freaking boring tyrant. And he's a pathetic tyrant. He was, guys, he wasn't a police chief. He was an elected sheriff. An elected sheriff actually has this tyrannical mindset. This is what blows my mind. I want to put I want to put my hands on somebody. >> I want to feel the heat from somebody. All righty. You want to stand back over there, man? Do you mind coming >> with somebody who's traveling >> over here? >> Nothing on you that's going to poke or stick. >> No. >> So, now you got to be a little bit more careful. The juvenile and a female. So, you'll blade. So, you blade >> blade >> the in the areas where they might be able to hide a weapon. >> I'm going to blade. Don't worry, ma'am. I'm not feeling you up. I'm just blading. I'm just going to do some blading. You know, like a blade of grass. Nothing nothing hyper sexual. Nothing like that, ma'am. It's just blading. Don't worry. It's totally constitutional. This blading that I'm doing right here. See >> how he's blading with the back of his hand? >> Oh, yeah. I see. I see the blading. The blading's all over the place. The things that these psychos will justify, man. It's so so embarrassing. >> What I want you guys to do is just come right over here. >> It looks cold. It looks real cold out there. >> Yeah, it looks cold. But I don't want you to put your hands in your pockets. I'll put my hands in my pockets, but you're not going to. Officers haven't found any drugs yet. What they're doing is methodically working through the vehicle, looking for anything that seems out of place. >> Smugglers rarely leave contraband sitting in plain view. Instead, it's often hidden inside factory compartments behind interior panels, beneath carpeting, or inside customuilt concealment areas. Soon, more cops join in to search the vehicle. Of course, they do. >> The K9's alert has already given them probable cause to search the vehicle. So now the focus shifts from establishing suspicion to finding the source of the odor Reese detected. Drug traffickers often invest thousands of dollars in sophisticated hidden compartment. >> You do you have these scanners you can use. >> There's trap doors. I mean there are so many places that they can hide a vehicle in the air intake. They've hide them in gas your gas tanks. They hide them in the tires. They hide them in the spare tires and anywhere you can think. We've had them up in with a I don't knowund and something pounds of fentinel and and meth and cocaine. We had a bunch of it and it was all in liners of the inside the doors, the liner of the the roof of the vehicle, the ceiling of the vehicle. So they can hide it anywhere. >> In 1920, Sheriff Mark Lame would have spearheaded the campaign against alcohol during alcohol prohibition. Oh, you got that alcohol. You got moonshine in the forest 50 miles in. We're going to find it, man. We're going to spill it out and we're going to put our hands on you, Mark Lame. What an unconstitutional We know prohibition doesn't work. Mark Lame and his his criminal cartel can't even keep drugs out of maximum security prisons. And yet here they are because they know this is lowhanging fruit. They know that more than likely most of these people, they just want to make a couple extra bucks because, you know, his political parasitic overlords, the ruling class, are crashing the dollar. The dollar is becoming devalued, which means things are becoming more expensive, and the jobs that you have aren't enough to put food on the table. So, these people are like, you know what? I could use an extra $500, $5,000. So, I'm going to go ahead and take a risk and I'm going to go ahead and just be an entrepreneur, start my own business and my my own Drug business to compete with the big wigs, you know, because there's legalized DRUGGS's and there's illegal DRGs's and the cops act as the gobetween to eliminate the competition for the CVS's, the Raids, the Walgreens, and the Walmarts of the world. If you run drugs, that's a no no and we're going to send you to jail. But if they run drugs, I mean, in 45 foot trailers, mind you, getting people hooked on opioids during, you know, creating an opioid epidemic. But when we try to bring our stuff to market, oh, we're all of a sudden the bad guys, you freaking psychopathic hypocrites. Designed to fool both officers and casual inspections. But trained interdiction teams know exactly where to look. and patience is often the difference between an empty search and a major seizure. My >> god, how many of these actually go without them even finding anything, but they don't mind interfering with somebody's rights in the meantime, >> despite the initial claims of the >> This is why they gave them, >> by the way, this is why they gave them qualified immunity cuz they're wrong most of the time. They're they're not out there solving real crime, stopping real crime. They're actually creating crimes out of innocent people and those innocent people become victims of law enforcement crime. >> Traveling with narcotics. During the search, investigators discovered something shocking. What's shocking? Uh-huh. >> Oh boy. >> Okay. >> Can't do that. Milana the free home with brave Mark Lame says, "Nope. Can't do that. Can't have that stuff. That's 8 pounds of that white stuff now. Yeah, that's a problem. That uh looks like drugs. >> Shut up. Shut up. Seriously, shut the freak up. This pisses me off so bad. [music] >> So, the guy with the mask, that's going to be one of your narc guys. They'll come in, they hide their identity because they do by bus all the time because they do a whole lot of criminal activity and they don't want anybody to see them because they don't want to get targeted. They can t That's the deal. You want to You know, here's the deal. This is the deal. They target you, but when you retaliate, when you defend yourself against that targeting, oh, all of a sudden you're the bad guy. It's like, "Hey, you drew first blood." A by. This is why First Blood was so popular. This is why Rambo is so popular because everybody knows that most sheriffs and police departments are corrupt. And Rambo is just an innocent guy trying to walk through, trying to get a meal, trying to hook up with his his Vietnam buddy, finding out that his Vietnam buddy's not alive anymore. And so he decides to go to this town and maybe, you know, start a new life. But the sheriff's like, "No, you ain't coming through our town, boy. This is my neck of the woods. I'm the king of the hill over here. >> Is where you sell some you buy some drugs immediately. You bust the dealer. Um but they will come out and work these investigations higher. Just the traffic stop may not be the p the people. We don't want to stop it at that point. We want to find out who provided them the drugs in California or wherever they came from. Who gave them the cocaine? And who are they trafficking it for? So, oh, you want to find out who I got my my shipment from? No problem. I got it straight from the CIA. You're going to go bust them? Oh, no. You're not, are you? We're going to try to work that case up as high as we can as well. [music] >> All the ominous music. >> 8 lbs of cocaine. I feel like every one of them in the car should get at least 10 years for that. What? To everyone in the car, including the young one that they, you know, the minor that they blurred the face out of, they should get 10 years in a cage, in an RA cage for bringing something to market because there's a demand. See, the free market, there's a there's supply and demand. These are the suppliers and there's a demand market that wants that to come to market so that they can enjoy this product. But the interferes in that free market process are the law enforcement officers who say that they're we're proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free. Oh yeah, that's right. We're not really free, are we? [music] Hopefully they didn't just let him go. It is Colorado, which I don't have a lot of faith in their judicial system. What a psych. Only a psycho would want to put somebody into a cage, into a 6x6 uh shell, 6x6 cell, and torture them. Mentally and physically torture them. Oh, and to make matters worse, you go into our AP cage and we're going to extract money from the American tax cattle so they can give you three hots and a cot. And the whole reason you're there, not because you committed a crime, not because you created a victim, not because they're a verified complaintant, but it's because people like Mark Lamb are verified psychos. >> Obviously, they got good interdictors. >> Good interdictors. [music] You make me sick, man. You make me sick. >> Investigators soon uncovered the source of the K9's alert. Three kg sized bricks of suspected cocaine concealed inside the truck. Together, the bricks weighed approximately 8.325 lb, a quantity far more consistent with drug trafficking than personal use. Following the discovery, officers inside the vehicle >> or dog. Now, the dog the dog will probably be put down. He'll be taken to an animal shelter. These cops do not care about whose lives they wreck. All three suspects were transported to the Garfield County Jail where they were booked on multiple drugrelated charges. Officials later announced that each defendant received a $20,000 bond. Investigators have not publicly released additional details regarding the intended destination of the suspected cocaine or whether the arrests are connected to a larger trafficking organization. The investigation involved multiple agencies working together through the Spear Task Force. multiple agencies working together in this organized crime ring. So really how it work I mean there's so much money to be made on one the bodies and souls of men because that's what they're doing. They're tra this is actually you could look at this as human trafficking because that's exactly what they're doing. These people have they committed a crime? Nope. Because there's no criminal there. I mean there's no verified complaint. There's no victim. So they actually created a victim out of somebody who didn't create a crime or create a victim. and they're going to filter them through to the injustice system, post a, you know, $20,000 bond, which means they have to put up $2,000 of that, and then take them through the long and arduous court system, and then feed the prison industrial complex. And who benefits from that? Not the American tax cattle. They get bled even more the higher the incarceration rate is, which is why they call us incarceration nation. And then Core Civic and Geog Group where the actual prison overseers and administrators are going to pocket a whole bunch of cash and the police departments get rewarded through this thing called it's civil asset forfeiture and there's basically a federal and state split where they actually split the profits of whatever civil asset forefeiter there was. you know, if if these people own this vehicle, they're gonna get that vehicle. They're going to impound that vehicle. They're going to take possession of that vehicle and all of the drugs and any money that's involved in that. And then they do this little equitable sharing thing with the law enforcement agencies on the fed side and the state side. So, everybody gets the everybody's little little hands are in the pie and everybody's incentivized to create more criminals because that generates more revenue. with assistance from the Glennwood Springs. >> Nobody commits crime, by the way, like law enforcement. Nobody. >> Police Department, the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, [music] and the Colorado State Patrol. Cases like this highlight how highway interdiction operations often rely on cooperation between local departments, state agencies, and specialized task forces. Of course, there's going to be cooperation because everybody gets a cut and the lowhanging fruit gets snipped. >> Many traffic stops end with a warning or citation. Trained K9 units remain one of law enforcement's most effective tools for identifying vehicles potent. >> It's so effective that a high percentage of the time the drug dog doesn't know what the hell it's doing or why he's there. He just wants to go play. He knows at the end of this he's going to get a little tug, a little throw of the ball, a little pat on the back, a little scratch on the head. >> Involved in narcotics trafficking [music] as this case moves through the court system. >> So, you got to go through the vehicle. Even if you find the drugs, you have to keep searching. We did one, like I said, we had one where we had meth, we had cocaine, we had a whole bunch of stuff. We had that same traffic stop. We found a camera and a recorder that was listening like a listening device and we find it and then we take it back to the station and then we get a call from one of our federal partners saying, "Hey, they're listening to you guys." They had a second um tracker, camera, audio device on the vehicle that they were able to listen to us talking about the drugs. And the reason they knew this is because the amount of drugs we found was I want to say a kilo short or a pound short. Which means that the guy that we busted that had the drugs or somewhere along the line that load shrunk a little bit and uh we caught more less than what they had originally shipped. So that was going to be a problem for them. [clears throat] >> Big freaking deal. So what? Who kills more people than cops? Who ends more lives than government officials? Who sacrifices more on the altar in the drug arena than the big pharma industrial complex? Just just take a look how many people are killed every single year by taking prescription medication. Look how many tens of thousands lose their lives. If cops were really, really concerned about people losing their lives through unhealthy habits, they would have made cigarettes and alcohol illegal. But we know prohibition doesn't work because if you want cigarettes and alcohol, as bad as it is for you, it's still dangerous freedom. And I'd rather have dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery. Wouldn't you? Prosecutors will need to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt. As with all criminal cases, the three defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. >> I'm curious to see what they got. Um, Colorado $20,000 bond for trafficking eight pounds of cocaine. Seems pretty light to me. >> What a what a scum. What scum. They should get more. They should throw the book at these young people. Well, they shouldn't see the light of day for at least 10 years, says Mark Lame. >> That's a major felony you're talking about there. >> It is not It's not a major felony just cuz your political parasitic masters say it is. >> 8 pounds of cocaine. I I feel like that's 5 to 10 years at least is what you should get for that. Send a strong message that drugs will not be trafficked in this country. And uh clearly I don't know if this that message was received by these folks. I don't know. >> If you really didn't want drugs to be trafficked in this country, wouldn't you eliminate the FBI, the CIA, the DEA, ATF? Aren't they constantly Weren't they caught running drugs and guns in Fast and Furious? I mean, that's just one example. Didn't they make a movie called American Made with Tom Cruz where it depicted Barry Seal working for and transporting heavy plane loads of coke to the point where this guy was making so much money running out of Mana, Arkansas, getting coverage from Bill Clinton at that airport down there in Arkansas that he had to bury hefty trash bags full of $100 bills. There was like 18 trash bags they unearthed in Barry Seal's yard. Let's let's see what some of these people are saying. Guy loving on his dog because he's know he knows he's leaving it. You guys are sick. That little dog in the guy's arms was like, "Oh crap, here comes the big dog. We're toast now." Definitely a whisper stop. They 100% had to tip off. I hate it when pets get caught up in these messes. Yeah, me too. But guess who's catching them up in these messes? It's the law enforcement off operators, the organized crime ring with badges. being that young and already destroying your life. The life got destroyed by people like Mark Lame. Leave your thoughts about this. What do you think about Mark Lame? What do you think about his outlook on freedom versus tyranny? His his absolute disdain for constitutional protection, specifically your right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects. And what do you think about the drug war as a whole? Leave your thoughts in the comments section. Let me get to I saw a super chat come through or a couple. Mike Cucumber 24-hour live stream. I don't know if that's going to happen. Nate from Valhalla VFT had his military friends on. They all agree that all the moral responsibility falls on politicians and they shouldn't let their disagreement with the war stop them. Interesting. Interesting. Yeah. Well, guess what, Nate from Valhalla? That's true. If you are the one who put your hands on an individual who didn't commit a crime, you are responsible. So you basically saying, "Hey, you can't pin that on me. My political overlord told me to commit this evil. So me committing this evil is really not me committing this evil. I shouldn't get in trouble for the evil I committed because my political overlords told me to do this." If they told you to chop up little people in tiny pieces and put them in bags and sell them on the side of the street, would you do it and say, "Hey, I'm only doing this because the politicians told me to." And I know that's a crazy example, but it I I say stuff like that to highlight how ridiculous it is to stop a person who's not interfering with somebody else's rights. How simple can it possibly be? Why are people so blinded? I mean, I know we've been indoctrinated for decades and decades since 1971 that the drug war is legit and you know, the public enemy number one is drug abuse and addiction because everybody believes Nixon and then they started the drug war. But my god, come on. Just stop for a second and ask yourself if that person wants to destroy his life with cigarettes or get popcorn lung through vaping or drink his liver into oblivion or put that stuff into his body into his veins or or take white powder inside the old nostrralles. What business is it of mine? Who cares if they want if they believe that's fun and that's their pursuit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and this is how they enjoy life, who am I to interfere with them? But as soon as I put my hands on them for doing something that I don't want them to do because somebody else told me that I needed to put my hands on them, then you I become the criminal. If I put my hands on somebody who hasn't committed a crime, I become the criminal. How is not that not as plain as the nose on your face? Why do people like Mark Lamb here get to get away with murder? Literal murder. I mean, people die in prison. People die on the roadside. People have been shot for less than 8.3 pounds of CocaCola. Let's put it that way. I can't stand it. I can't stand it. I can't stand that people look at tyranny and call it freedom. They look at tyrants and call them heroes and warriors. And then when they die, there's this 21 gun salute. They shut off all of the roadways so that they can get that body to the to the funeral home from the funeral home to the cemetery. They have they they they lower the flags to half staff. They do all these stupid, pathetic rituals when the real crime was committed by the guy who's laying in that box right there. Leave your thoughts in the comment section below. Thanks for thanks for joining. If you haven't done so already, like this video, share this video, subscribe to the channel, hit the bell notification icon, maybe become a channel member. Appreciate you guys being here. I will see you in the next video. Stay tuned if you're on the live stream because I just wanna I just want to just talk to you real quick. Or you guys can talk to me. Thanks for giving me a sane place to hang out, says Mike. Man, those sane places. Hey, what's up, Pablo? Pablo's here. Winky's here. Excalibur. American Mut. Just want to just want to tip my hat to all you guys. I'm going to put your names up on the screen. If I don't read them, I apologize. Texas Outlaw says, "Just like in Breaking Bad after SCEX in the car. Why was that not so good?" And Walt says, "Because it was illegal." Or, "Why was that so good? Because it was illegal." When you criminalize stuff, kids begin using it because it's illegal. Yeah, that's another It's almost like It's kind of like putting your hands or telling a kid, "Hey, you can't do that." Now, it consumes this kid's mind. It's like, "Wait, you don't want me to do it? There must be a reason you don't want me to do that. And it makes them want to do it all the more. Now their every thought is consumed by God, I wish you hadn't told me to do that cuz I didn't really want to do it until you told me not to do it. Now all I can think about is doing it. Speaking of doing it, Steve Harola just uh gave gifted five here's deal memberships. Let's see who got those. Let's see. I got to look at this other screen right here. Mike got one. Secret Owl got one. Mike Cucumber got a membership. Angus Walker got one. And who else? That's one, two, three, four. Who else got one? There's There's supposed to be five. H I only see four. Oh, Louisa 12:45 got one. Thank you, Steve. Very much appreciate that. Violence begets violence and I don't believe stupid people should be executed. Exactly. You know what I you know what I heard? I heard that fraudtor troll no longer has or shut down his channel. I mean, it's still there, but let me show you something. I just I just learned that today. this morning, as a matter of fact. Yeah, his channel's still there with 70,000 subscribers. And look, there's no videos. There's no videos at all under his post. Oops, you can't see that under his posts. And this guy is totally pro tyranny as well. Yeah, I don't agree with a lot of things that some of these a lot of the auditors do. Definitely definitely don't like it at all. I think it's almost like showing yourself to be a dirt bag human being the way some of these auditors portray themselves. But fudtoritor troll is also an enemy of the people. He says, "Thank you for four incredible years. We made the decision to close the channel and turn off memberships as we are stepping away from the anti-frauditor game. Oh, so it was a game for you. Yeah, that's all it is. It's just a game. It's a money-making game. I and many of you are here on the internet so that we can affect change so that we can hopefully set brush fires of freedom in the minds of men. Because if we don't, you know, basically we are toast. This isn't a game. None of this is a game. Our dollar is becoming devalued. the left versus right paradigm lie has continued to be hoisted just like it always has as some kind of you know politicians are the somehow the saviors of America when they do the exact opposite of what you would expect a savior to do so for him it's a game so he's pulling away from the anti-frauditor uh oh this say genre oh wait did I just wait I read game we made a decision close this channel and turn off membership so we stepping away from the anti. Oh, genre. Okay, so it's genre. I thought I Man, I don't know. I'm going crazy. I read game. Why did I read game? Wow, I must be going crazy. That's bad on me. We don't want you guys to keep paying for a membership as we will no longer post on this channel. At this point, the mission is complete. The fraud auditors have been demonetized and are now scattering like ants to Rumble. Rumble is where social media careers go to die. And our prediction was true. As soon as the money stopped coming in, most frauditors told their viewers that they are quitting. Is that true? I mean, I've seen videos saying that they're quitting. Like um I think one of them was Central Tyrone Investigations, but it was it was all tongue andcheek and very sarcastic. Let's see. Yeah, quitting for good. It was just all very very sarcastic. That's another thing I noticed that Central Tyrant Investigations changed the name, the title of every single one of his videos. I don't know if you guys noticed that. Look, season 11, episode 5, season 11, episode 4, episode 3. And even if you go to his oldest videos, episode, look, nine months ago, episode 1, episode 2, episode 3, he changed the name of every single one of his videos. I know that they weren't named this before. or they actually had a like a compelling clickbay title. And I'm not saying clickbait is wrong. Clickbait is a good way to get somebody hooked onto your video so that you can actually set uh set brush fires of freedom in the minds of men. I personally think that the anti- fraudger community did a fantastic job bringing awareness about this plague for the last couple years. And I think that we as a community did make a significant impact that led to the great demonetization. It was a great honor to be a part of this movement and I do believe you guys are in good hands. Although I don't think anti- frauders will be needed for very long as the frauders will fade into obscurity. No money equals no fraudits. But if you if you put out a channel like Fraud Troll had, which is definitely pro- tyranny, pro quote law and order, you'll be making some money out there. We are done posting on this channel, but we have never been more active on YouTube. If you see any other account with this name for our troll on it, it's not us. It's an impersonator. We are focusing on our body cam channels as well as our new channels in cooking, gaming, and music genre. If you are interested in any of those, it's just a matter of time before one of our videos ends up in your recommended page. Thank you for all your support. Jonathan and Na. So, Frauditor troll channel. He says he will no longer pro post on the fraudtor troll channel because his work is done. They have successfully accomplished the mission of demonetizing all of the frauditors out there. Very interesting. Interesting thing to give your life to. By the way, let's see. Steve dropped a super chat. Says, "Brian, I should be back on my feet by the end of October and have this tracheotomy reversed and removed." What? One more cycle of chemotherapy. It's been a rough couple months. Can Can't nobody hold me down, man. I did not know you were going through that, Steve. Hope you get better, man. Dang. Just if you have health, guys, don't take it for granted. If you have failing health, do whatever you can to get yourself out of that situation, whether it was self-inflicted or whatever, because if you don't have health, you don't really have freedom. And I'm not just talking about physical health. I'm talking about mental health. You know, stand guard over the your eye gates and your ear gates. Really, really be careful about what you let into your eyes and into your ears and into your heart. You know what is I'm not I'm not a religious person. I wouldn't even call myself a spiritual person, but there are I do read the holy books. I because I read everything. And there are a couple things that are good to consider. And it says, "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks." You know who a person is by what comes out of their mouth. And what comes out of their mouth, the reason it comes out of their mouth is because it was already in their heart. A good tree bears good fruits. A bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree can't bear bad fruit and a bad tree can't bear good fruit. It's just true. It's objectively observably true. So yeah, Steve, I hope you hope you get better, man. So, what else do we have here? I think that's pretty much it, man. My bladder is about to bust. I really appreciate you guys being here. Thanks for thanks for joining. Thanks for liking the these videos, sharing these videos. I really appreciate you guys supporting the channel. The the goal here is as it's always been. If there's some way that we can just sew a kernel of truth, goodness, righteousness, faithfulness, nobility into the hearts of people, then our world will be a better place. Because I'm telling you guys, we we have a rough road coming up with the advent of artificial general intelligence and super intelligence. and uh you know according to the estimates of some and the prognosticating of some things might not go so well for us in the next year. I'm talking about in the in the land of banking and finance, dollar devaluation, the pushing of the central bank, digital currency, the CBDC, all the politicians going wild. I just can't believe we're in 2026 and people are still believing in Democrats will save us. Republicans will save us. Donald Trump will save us. The next Democrat hero will ride in on a white horse and save the day. It's It almost seems hopeless. I am not blackpilled. I really think we can pull ourselves out of this, but you know, it's it's it's looking a little dicey. Let's just put it that way. Appreciate you guys. Love you. Protect each other. Love each other. And call out evil wherever you see it. Have a good one. Take care. I'll see you in the next
