Praise the Lord. This is the land of the free. Could you imagine how bad things would be if it wasn't? >> Step out of the vehicle. I got 803. >> If you put your hands on me, you kidnap my automobile. Step out of the vehicle, sir. If you kidnap, step out of the vehicle, sir. If you don't, get your hands off me. Stop it now, sir. Don't touch me. You're going to jail. You get your hands off. The unfortunate but inherent truth about government supporters and bootlickers is that they're hypocritical, inconsistent, and convoluted in their thinking regarding rights versus government permission. You remember Supreme Bootlicker Sergeant Curtis? Well, listen to what he just said in a recent video. I'm going to concede. You do have the right to travel, but you do need a driver license and you do need to obey laws. It's that simple. Hate to break this to you, Sergeant Curtis, but rights are not permissions. If you have a right to do something, you don't need the permission of anybody to do it, let alone a psychopath and the corrupt organization known as government. But we're going to go into this because status psychopathy is fascinating. Let's go over another one of these videos where Sergeant Curtis condemns liberties and freedom and extols tyrants and tyranny. Let's start from the beginning and make some comments along the way. If Hollywood does a casting call for the sovereign citizen final boss, this guy's got to be in the running. He at least has the record for the most misqued case law on a traffic stop that I've seen in quite a long time. >> How's it going? I'm officer. Let me see your hands real quick. Please stop. You got no plate on your truck here. >> Yeah, exactly. I know. >> Why not? >> I'm traveling. >> The reason I, an armed state functionary, decided to stop and harass you today is because I noticed you didn't have the government approved thin piece of metal on the back of your property. And we can't have that in the land of the free. >> Why not? >> I'm traveling. >> You're traveling? >> Yes, sir. >> You got a driver's license? >> Don't need it. >> Don't need it. Ding ding ding. No DL, no plate. Traveling sovereign citizen. >> Okay. >> Ding ding ding. Yes, we do have a sovereign citizen on the scene. And he's wearing a uniform, a badge, and a utility belt. >> Why not? The state of Michigan, it says you got to have a driver's license. >> Look here, son. I'm in control here. And my political parasitic overlords have told me that if you see a vehicle driving down the road without a thin piece of metal representing the permission slip of the government, you need to pull him over and harass him. And that's what I aim to do because I'm a damn conformist doing what he's told regardless of what is right. >> You know anything about the United States? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Yeah. What's the for Okay, so no. What's the fourth amendment? I mean, that that's a really good question. What is the fourth amendment? I have the right not the permission from government. I have the right to be secure in my persons and effects. And here you are making me insecure. Can you tell me officer how you're standing up for my rights while you're trying to demolish my rights and threaten my life? >> Asking you a question. Do you have a valid Michigan driver's license? Why don't you get your supervisor? No, I'm good. 814. He's not driving. He's traveling. >> He's not driving, he's traveling. That's how you tell your sergeant you got a sovereign without telling your sergeant you got a sovereign. >> Sir, do you have any idea? >> Oh, did he say without telling your sovereign you got a sovereign? Let's hear this again. >> He's not driving, he's traveling. That's how you tell your sergeant you got a sovereign without telling your sovereign you got a sovereign. >> Without telling your sovereign you've got a sovereign. [laughter] He totally called the sergeant a sovereign, which is true. So he unwittingly told the truth about who the real sovereign citizens are here. >> Do you have any identification on you? >> I don't have to provide it unless I committed a crime. >> Sir, you got no plate on your vehicle. >> I do not have to provide you with anything as long as I have not committed a crime. >> Okay. I I'm just simply asking for your mission driver. >> What's your I'm Officer Stump. I work for the Dundy Police Department. >> I understand. >> Where is your ARS? What do you mean ARS? >> What is your articular suspicion that I have committed a crime? >> Okay. So, you you don't have a plate on this vehicle, which is a violation of Michigan. >> It's a statute or it's a legislative law. >> Okay. >> Okay. When >> you know Michigan, >> I don't I do know it, but I don't need to know it. Okay. What do you know about it? >> Because I drive in the private capacity. >> Okay. >> Okay. I do not need it. >> Okay. Okay. And and I'm going to need your name and >> under natural law, under the laws of freedom, that's absolutely right. I don't need permission from another man to go from A to B. I don't need to be questioned by another man or detained or harassed or threatened because that's not freedom. >> 811 811 is your badge number. cuz I'm going to let you know I'm going put you on notice right now that this is going to be connected to your bomb. >> Okay. What kind of bomb? >> I know I know your bomb. >> All officers are Look at Sergeant Curtis laughing. And the reason he's laughing is because he knows he has the insulation of the political parasites and the corrupt system who will go to bat for their corrupt law enforcers. >> Okay. And either you took an oath. >> Okay. You did take an oath personally. All law enforcement taken off. You >> sure did. So now you're bonded. >> Okay. Okay. So now, >> and that makes it worse. I mean, your word is nothing. If you say, "Yeah, I'm going to protect people's rights to be secure in their person's houses, papers, and effects." And you do the exact opposite under the color of dot dot dot, fill in the blank of whatever law, you're a garbage human being. You aren't worth anything if you don't keep your word and honor your oath. What's going to happen is is when your supervisor gets here. Okay. You're probably going to be finding a new job. >> Okay. Why you not? >> Because you broke your own just now. How? >> Because you pulled me over. You don't have a license plate on your >> I am traveling. >> Okay. >> It's understandable. I'm an American. >> Okay. American. >> Are you failing to identify yourself to law enforcement? I'm not going to identify. All right. Go and shut the truck off. No. Unless you told me I committed a crime. >> You committed a traffic violation. So supervisor. >> Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. >> Take note of the phone here with this little screen recording. If this turns into a very serious situation, that can be taken in a search warrant as evidence. >> I don't want >> What do you mean if this turns into a very serious situation? This is a very serious situation where a guy with a gun is threatening a guy who's innocent. This is a horribly serious situation. I do nothing bad to nobody, but the thing is that is you guys need to understand >> the law. Okay, you might understand the statute law. It's like if this thing goes south right here, we can commandeer that phone right there. We can get a warrant for that phone and get every bit of information off it. You were the ones who initiated the freaking violent contact, you unrepentant tyrants. >> Okay. Commerce. You talking about MCL's? No, you but yeah, you you might understand that, but you don't understand uh common law. Okay. And I'm not running in in commerce law. >> Okay. Okay. My supervisor's on the way as you requested. >> Awesome. Thank you. >> So, you guys have a chief of police or >> Yeah, we got a chief. >> Got chief. We could be out here, too. >> My boss is coming. So, he'll be able to talk to you, right? >> It's just a simple traffic stop. Man, you got no license plate on your vehicle. That's it. >> Okay. All I'm asking is you just broke your oath by I didn't commit a crime. Okay. And >> you're violating >> you pulled me over. You broke your oath. Okay. You broke the Fourth Amendment. This guy's right. He's speaking the truth. Everything that he's saying is 100% verifiably true. And Sergeant Curtis mocks our freedoms. He's okay with law enforcers violating their oath because he believes that other laws trump your unalienable rights to travel freely. This is a huge issue because psychopaths run our country and psychopaths are on the internet highly popularized and topshelf spreading the message of tyranny is okay because it's legal. It's got the support of Supreme Court case law. The police officers are just doing their jobs, >> okay? The Constitution. If you don't know what it is, go look it up, okay? And then you'll understand what I'm talking about. >> This guy has butchered so many different laws in reasonable, articulable suspicion. The Fourth Amendment, search and seizure. What he's conflating is that he believes that he's being seized unlawfully during a traffic stop. And people who want to debate this can debate it all they want. It's been proven in court that the police can stop people for lawful traffic violations. It's been proven in court. Cops can legitimately dishonor their oath and trample unalienable rights under the color of case law or whatever law they decide to fabricate. Hey, it's true. Tyranny is the law of the land. Corporate traffic law they consider the supreme law of the land and they don't give a damn about your rights. They will easily and quickly and even articulate that they can temporarily suspend your rights for officer safety. Terry v. Ohio, Pennsylvania versus Mims. These are all things that they consider as supreme laws of the land. I would much rather trash law than trash unalienable rights. Who's the more moral person? The person who stands in support of injustice, which has become law, or the person who actually stands up for freedom, which is highly illegal. You do realize that, right? Judges and politicians and law enforcers have made freedom illegal in America. And bootlickers like Sergeant Curtis applaud it. >> It's unfortunate this guy's butchering a lot of ways and he's definitely bitten off more than he can chew. And >> and I don't blame you because you guys are taught a certain way. You're taught through the academy. You're taught everything. >> I blame them. They're grown men. They should know. They should sit there and say, "You know what? My conscience won't let me violate the oath that I took, the solemn oath to protect the rights of the people. Throw whatever law you want to at me. Drug law, anti, you know, prohibition law, don't free the slaves law, apprehend people who own gold law from executive order 6102. They've made plants illegal. You can't even transport, buy, or sell or possess plants. And only a man of conscience and a man who is bent toward freedom will oppose antihuman laws >> through MCL laws. You guys ain't taught common law >> and you're not taught to protect yourselves. I have nothing against police officers. I really think you guys are awesome to have around. You guys are awesome to have around because you're always stopping us, harassing us, detaining us, arresting us, kidnapping us, throwing us into cages, trampling our rights under color of law. You guys are awesome to have around. I mean, without you guys, who would throw a Karen Garner to the ground? Dementiaridden 72-year-old Karen Garner. Without you guys, who would shoot a completely submissive Daniel Shaver in the hallway of a Lita? Man, without you guys, who would tase mercilessly a Johnny Wheatraftoft in front of his screaming family after Johnny had done absolutely nothing at all? And who but you cops would kill a Johnny Hurley after he saved the entire Arvvada Police Department from a mad gunman. Yeah, you guys are awesome to have around. >> I just I just think that you guys are very uneducated, okay? And what what the real laws are. Okay. Now, see, a driver's license, if you really want to know the truth, a driver's license is a contract for the state to be a driver. Okay? The only time you need a driver's license is if you are running in commerce, you are doing business under that driver's license. That's the only reason you need it. >> Okay. Okay. And I got two cases going now. I've already won one. The cop is just playing around and stalling until his fellow buddy cop gets there. The supervisors, they can drag this guy out of his vehicle. >> Where'd you at? Taylor. >> Taylor. >> Yep. Okay. So, and there's four officers that got arrested up there already. You know, got got arrested and kicked off the force. >> Oh, I didn't know that. >> Because of [ __ ] like this. >> Oh, they stopped you for no play. >> They didn't stop you for no play, but they stopped me for sitting in a parking lot. Oh, okay. >> This is a misdemeanor car stop. what's being exchanged is what I call felony stupid. None of this stuff makes sense what this guy is saying. This whole sovereign stuff, it still continues to amazing that people that are in my age group still believe this. And even after more than one time of going to jail, many of them continue to do the same thing. I did some research on this case that he was talking about. I could find nothing that related to what he was talking about. These officers that were fired for stopping him being parked in a parking lot for sovereign citizens stuff. This whole promotion of tyranny and extinguishing of American freedoms thing, I just can't figure out. This guy wants the boot of tyranny firmly pressing down on your neck. I don't want to come off as a cocky dick, okay? But I just want you to understand that you guys are subjected to some bad [ __ ] okay? because your office hasn't been totally honest with you guys just like they haven't been totally honest with us the people. >> Okay. And as citizens we look at you guys to serve and protect. We don't look at you guys to be tyrants. >> Okay. So if if you want to go and you want to learn about all that let's say you say let's say I want to go and I want to learn the correct way. >> Where do I where do I go? >> Constitution of the United States Declaration of Independence uh Bill of Rights. It's all there. Okay. And and I'm going to let you off the hook. I'm going to let you know what the Fourth Amendment right is. That is the right to travel anywhere you want to in this country without being bothered. Okay. Okay. Unless you've committed a crime. Okay. I haven't committed a crime. I haven't done nothing wrong. So, okay. I'm going to concede. You do have the right to travel, but you do need a driver license and you do need to obey laws. It's that simple. Is it really that simple, Sergeant Curtis? Because you made it really complex and convoluted. A right is a right and doesn't require permission from anyone. Governments don't give you rights and they can't legitimately take those rights away. So, which one is it? Do you have a right to travel or do you need permission to travel? Which one is it? What did you actually concede to? Yeah, you got a right to travel, but you need permission to do it. How does that make any sense? It doesn't. Because when you're a statist, when you're a government supporter, when you believe in the fallacy of authority, you say inconsistent, hypocritical things because you don't understand what freedom is. Or maybe you do understand what freedom is, but you don't care about freedom. You'd rather have tyrants in control because you think that's going to make you feel more safe. This is the kind of guy who would load you up under the box cars because he was told to load you up on the box cars. And he's not here to answer any questions or to ask any questions. He's just here to receive a paycheck. He's a good boy and he's going to do what he's told to do. And that mentality is how you lose everything. And that's why these videos are so important. >> He's not driving. He's traveling. >> Okay. You have a driver's license. >> He doesn't want to provide. You're one of the sovereign citizens. >> No, I'm not a I'm not a sovereign. >> Okay. Michigan. >> It's like a car thief going, "Oh, you're one of those car thieves because you want to keep your car and you want to keep driving down the road in your car. You're one of those car thieves." It's like, wait a minute. You're the one here trying to steal my car. You're the armed state functionary who wants to deceive and cajul me out of my vehicle. >> Requires you national. Okay. Well, Michigan requires you to have a driver's license in this state. Okay, sir. We're not going to play this game. I'm going to let you know right now. You need to provide identification to the officer for the stop. And if not, you're going to end up going to Monroe County Jail. Your deal is going to be impounded. >> Okay. Uh, can we get your sheriff out here or your Captain? >> No. I'm the highest rational supervisor right now. >> You have to. >> No, I do not. >> Okay, sir. Are you going to comply? >> You're fired, right? >> No, I'm not. >> Yeah, you are. >> No, I'm not, sir. Yes, you are. I am not. My house is right there. You need to have a valid driver's license to be on Michigan roadway, sir. Your vehicle is not registered as well either. So, you're committing to the Constitution of the United States, do you? >> You don't either, sir. >> Oh, yes, I do. >> All right. Well, you can go whatever you want to do with that. But yes, sir. So, are you going to provide that information? No, I'm not going to. Okay. The thing the thing is is I asked you hey let me hear I asked you the supervisor and I am the supervisor on duty and now I'm asking for either the captain or the sheriff the highest rated person I duty for our department right now is me chief of police and he is not working today and the sheriff does not come out here for these calls. I know you recognize that the sheriff is the only elected official in law enforcement when you're a sovereign citizen, but I'm not trying to be averific. Step out of the vehicle. >> If you put your hands on me, step out of the vehicle, sir. If you kidnap me, step out of the vehicle, sir. >> If you can, get your hands off. >> And now this action makes everything clear. The initiators of the violence were the armed unformed law enforcers. >> Now, sir, don't touch me. You're going to jail. You get your hands off me. Let's get out. Get your sheriff here. No, you get your sheriff here. You get hey, come on, man. Come on. Hey, hey, hey, hey. Now, >> turn around. >> You guys are in some serious legal seat and s seizure kidnapping. Okay, look at 18241 and 242 and 18 USC 18 1581 through 1591A. You guys are both going to be gone. >> USC 18241 and USC 18242. They both do exist. They apply to deprivation of rights and oppression under the color of law, which officers can be charged with, but it doesn't have anything to do with driving on the road and being stopped for a traffic violation. That's a blatant lie. 18 USC 241 and 242 have everything to do with every law, rule, ordinance, or code that seeks to violate unalienable rights. Just as a real quick reminder, whoever under the color of any law, traffic law, any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom willfully subjects any person in any state, territory, commonwealth, possession, or district to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution shall be subject to fine, to imprisonment, or both. or in the at the bottom right here it says may be sentenced to death. So when Sergeant Curtis says >> but it doesn't have anything to do with driving on the road and being stopped for a traffic violation. >> That's not true. It applies to every law, every rule, every ordinance everywhere to anybody who would dare deprive anybody of their rights under the color of corporate traffic law. this guy is a liar. And you can read it for yourself in black and white. You can try to justify it all you want. You can back these people, these charlatans, these tyrants, these people who want to take away your rights and applaud it when you lose your life when you've done what they consider stupid things. You effed around and found out, boy, it's like, no, you're justifying tyranny. You're justifying murder. You're justifying executions in the street and electrocutions on the roadside and the breaking of windows and the stealing of property. You guys are justifying that when I said this guy could be cast as the final boss of this whole sovereign thing. He conflates every single law in the most horrific of ways and you see where he ends up. >> You both are done. I guarantee >> and that officer assaulted me. Take a seat. >> I want my phone. >> Okay, take a seat. >> I can't sit like this. I'm I'm telling you, I got bad back problems and I got heart problems. You're going to [ __ ] hurt me. >> Okay, just take a seat, man. >> I can't sit back. >> Okay, you want to stay forward and not not do a seat belt or you feel? >> Yes, I don't want a seat belt. >> I got to put this on though. >> I just said I don't want one and you throw one on me anyway. >> Yeah, you got seat belt. >> He's got his vin covered up. He's got a thing that says constitutional waiver or whatever. I don't know if you can get that out of him. >> Rick Martin. >> Constitution. >> Is that his name? >> I don't know, but I'll check the VIN. I don't know. >> Is your name Rick? >> 113. >> Nope. You're not Rick Martin? >> No. >> Okay. >> Can I get my phone, please, so that I can call my >> I can't get you anything till I figure out who you are. >> We see it ending the same way every time in the back of a car. And almost every time we see the same charges, the traffic charges that they initially stop the person for the usually the registration or insurance. And then we see the resisting and the obstructing charges. Those are >> Yeah. Resisting and obstructing tyrants and tyranny. >> Horrific charges to have on your record. If you're trying to apply for employment, if you're trying to get global entry to travel or anything, who wants to have resisting obstructing? I want this. Yeah, they are horrific charges to appear on anybody's record, but you approve of the people who place it on the record as they question officers who initiate violence and tyranny on the rest of us under the color of law. I want to be very clear about what I think tyranny is. It's the unwelcome oppression, regulation, coercion, or violence on the innocent by a person who for whatever reason decides to use his power to have his way with a guiltless victim. And the oppression is far worse and harms way more people when the tyranny is justified under the color of law, in the name of public safety, or for the greater good. Because when tyranny is legalized and cloaked as public safety, it scales massively. More people accept it. Less people reject it. People like Sergeant Curtis endorse it and it endures longer because objection to it can be painted as selfish or dangerous. It works the same way in every country. If you like these commentary videos, maybe you'll like some of my others. Check out my most popular playlist. I'm sure there's some videos on there that you haven't seen yet. They're all still very much in play today as they were the day that I made them because of tyrants like Sergeant Curtis. That'll help a lot. Check out the links in the description. But more importantly, understand that the government is the armed, psychopathic, parasitic, narcissistic, lying, thieving, criminal gang you were afraid would take over in the absence of the government you thought was here to protect and serve your freedoms. I'll see you in the next video.
