rushed to the nearest emergency animal hospital we jumped in the car and started trying to get to the ER as fast as we could to try to save her life there's no footage of a Chase or the alleged speeding and reckless driving but officer navaras of the beralo police department wrote in his report that he himself was speeding at 48 mph in a 40 mph Zone when the family vehicle changed lanes behind him without a signal he also claimed that the dirt on the road veered up and onto his Patrol vehicle because of how fast they were driving driving the officer then activated his emergency lights and called over the radio red esal according to the officer's report from when he first saw the vehicle to where they pulled over was less than 1,000 M oh now it's stopping for confirming the vehicle's stopping just 30 seconds after activating his lights and Sirens the family pulls over hoping to be met by a reasonable human that would take into account the emergent situation and allow them to continue on their way or even provide them an escort instead they meet officer Jamie navarez body cam footage typically has a 30second buffer with no audio but for some reason out of the three files that I was given by the agency officer nar's video only contained 34s of a single second of buffer time which indicates that someone deleted the first 29 and a/4 seconds of video but with that portion missing the officer's body cam begins as he steps out of his cruiser with his service weapon already drawn and aimed at the family vehicle driver step out of the vehicle 3 seconds into the already suspicious video we find the first lie in the officer's report it claims that as the officer exited his vehicle Mr alre got out looking mad with his hands clenched but the video shows that Mr alre remained in his vehicle with his hands up and fingers fully extended the incident report riddled with grammar and spelling errors also claims quote he was not doing what I asked for brief moments you're going to okay get out here okay can I run my driver's license I have no words I need to get listen to me he's getting out of handcuffs right now so we can get you out of here what's your social potential victimization of the family the agency not only released their names address and phone numbers they also failed to redact their social security numbers from the video I can't can't believe you pulled your gun on my kids sir it's policy oh yeah I hear you when the vehicle's not stoel cam on it is on your car on it's all on budy you might want to charge me cuz I'm going to press charges speaking with Mrs albrech the officer in charge tells navarez to release the family do you have your camera on yeah can I borrow it yeah go ahead and get back in the vehicle this complaining already that's okay let him get out of here if he wants to complain where's he at where's he at get yeah get him [Music] [Applause] out all responding units go ahead and downgrade rest responding units go ahead and downgrade place that hand on your head please you know I don't know the weapon play this place this hand on your head though that's what I'm asking dud you're something else bro you're something El sir do do you do you want to go with us for failure to pull over or do you want to get out of here which one you want to do just let him do his thing he thinks he knows what's up it's not that that was unnecessary scared the sh out of my the next time [Applause] stop you're going to drive normal yes sir after their release navara's head to a supervisor's vehicle to speak to him on the way he attempts to mute his mic but his attempt fails fuing [ __ ] so he's going to complain he didn't stop but over to well yeah so I did a felony stop on him cuz he wasn't stopping when he stopped once we found out his dog was injured and he was trying to get to veterinarian we tried the idea and let him go he's being a [ __ ] we'll see all right Mr alre was not issued a citation and made it to the vet but unfortunately Stella did not survive upon learning about the incident krq attempted to contact the chief but never heard back the Department's Facebook and Twitter says nothing about the incident nor does their website but the department mission statement is available where it says that they serve with the highest standards of integrity and ethics and that they will ensure that professional effective and efficient law enforcement services are provided for the town by utilizing accepted law enforcement techniques and practices do you think that this was acceptable effective and professional myg I think we might have different standards for things the ACLU is preparing a lawsuit on the Family's behalf so look out for that update and I'll be sure to let you know if the
