channel Jay's surreal camera has passed away from an overdose in which the circumstances are still emerging he leaves behind two children as a recovered addict myself I live every day knowing that without the grace of God my fate would likely be the same this video is intended to accomplish three things first is to share the GoFundMe link that will benefit his children second to donate all monetary gains from the publication of this video to his children and finally to spread awareness of a crisis that takes more lives in the United States than automobile accidents but more importantly that there is a solution if you are suffering as always links to the original videos will be listed in the description however today they will become coupled with links to organizations that helped me overcome my issues and stay sober if you or someone you know needs help I pray that you seek it huh I'm married my wife is at home oh what is this for Oh no just just exercising our rights yeah yeah land of the free we're free to walk and do whatever we want sir and that's just honestly I'm not trying to give you a hard time you know what I mean remember this is land of the free we should be able to walk freely without nobody coming up just asking us for papers asking us for anything unless it's private property this isn't private property who pays for who's the owner of this property the county right the taxpayers right us right you right because he said that this is private and I'm asking him who's the owner County of Los Angeles who's the county us taxpayers you guys all of us right give me space to conduct my traffic stop yeah yeah you get 10 to 20 feet I know so I'm not bothering you I'm not bothering you do me a favor just back up by those pushes please I understand but I'm not bothering you just relax just do your job just do it you're gonna take me to jail I'm asking you nicely you can ask and I can simply decline I know my distance sir I'm giving you enough space if you're scared of a camera you need to find another job honestly like you really do you're the one with the guns with the tasers with all that I'm just filming that's all I'm doing and you know what I'm doing I'm simply asking you to back up I understand that and I gave you space look I gave you enough space I'm not bothering you who are you bro are you saying that light in my face did I call no man no way what's up with all the cameras what's up with all the lights was that like a trick question you've never seen a camera before you get these at Best Buy if you think it's the first time I've ever heard you think it's the first time I've ever filmed one of you I'm sure it's not exactly we're just filming that's all we do so what if you're not doing anything wrong what's the problem what's the problem in this park progeny what's the problem you can look at you with respect and so you could be respectable instead of yeah another job man where dude I've done this for a very long time it seems like it it seems like you're burnt out man you need to calm down now understand that you have no authority over US unless we commit a crime okay it's the other way around oh you think you've seen you see what he said you see it's true you really don't know you did them unfortunately think you think you can look down on us no you guys look down on us you the guys look down on us but you guys you guys earn it you say you guys Zack you ignore us we tried talking to like two or three of your offices and you ignore us you guys look for it [Music] what I'm doing yeah oh I'm just minding my own business you know you're taking pictures of our security you can't do that I can't take pictures of the building you can take pictures of the property but you cannot take pictures of our security oh am I like breaking the law yes sir oh do I have to like turn off my camera I'm not saying you have to run off your camera no I'm not telling you that okay I'm just saying you can't take pictures of any of our security I don't know what you mean by security well you were standing right there looking at our cameras and stuff here uh I mean that's a public place right yeah but you cannot look at the security no no I know but I can't I can't like stand somewhere are you one of these guys that does videos on on YouTube and oh I don't answer those kind of questions you know what I mean I know what you're doing yeah exactly so so I'm just working on a story man and um I just wanted to let you know don't take pictures of our security please I still don't know what you mean by security you mean like a security officer we have camera sitting here so I so the cameras can take pictures of me but I can't take pictures of the camera they are not taking fish so how do you know I was taking pictures of the camera because I saw you doing okay so I can't take a picture of that camera right there you cannot look at our security oh I can look at them so I can't stand on it I can't I can't stand on a public place and then take photos of whatever security okay look I have it's like you're casing something no I know but look I have you see this is the floor this is the Constitution I know if you want you can read it I know it's like okay it's freedom of the press anything that I my eyes can see in public I can videotape anything no as long as I'm in a public place excuse me what happened like it was just like a head-on collision oh yeah oh you're naming your background you're naming your badge number who are you who am I yeah oh I don't answer that I'm just a good citizen okay well then you you don't come see me you get off here get off my feet you don't have a caution tape sir back up off my feet I don't want you to go to jail on my scene so you don't have anything to do with this so back up yeah but I can feel it back up off myself but I actually now you see the back up off my scene are you serious I want to act you nicely to back up do you feel good right now but do you feel good right now you feel manly right now no no but does he feel manly right now you're like you're bullied me you feel manually that's why there's a disconnect between citizens and law enforcement you guys look for it bro you don't have to I just asked you your name I have to be here I don't have to give you my name you don't understand me I'm a journalists okay that's cool so you're gonna take me to jail for filming yeah this is hilarious man it's your scene all right I don't see any caution tape I could stand you all at once a public sidewalk where's your sergeant oh you're the sergeant are you serious can I talk to the lieutenant I understand that the only thing I asked him was his name this final portion is the first video I ever did featuring Jay's surreal camera the full video will be featured below and this is just the Highlight Reel but before we get into it there is pending litigation that will continue even after Jay's passing and I'll be sure to keep you updated as that moves forward what are you doing here sir I don't have to answer that fair I think that's a fair question but I don't have to answer that that's the difference between me and you I don't have to answer that you do actually we don't no you do have to answer it's part of your policy so here when you're on government property which is you need paid by who who pays this who pays this who paid do you live in no no who pay that's none of your business who pays this who pays this who pays this who pays this listen I'm talking not you who pays this you want me to answer you who pays this I'll mail my residence okay and and the whole shot who's that taxpayers right are you all you need to know is that I'm a taxpayer that's it that's all you need to know am I detained or am I free to go what I'd like you to do is am I detained or am I free to go it's simple it's simple am I detained all right if you're not gonna answer me I'm gonna go simple where are you gonna go okay go ahead okay thank you very much absolutely I don't understand what's the problem you guys are scared of a camera is that what it is if I didn't have a camera right now would it be a problem I'm just looking around all we needed to do was figure out what I'm just looking around period what's the problem is there a problem with that no we're just hanging around so if I didn't have a camera no nothing would happen right I'm just telling you that we had people that were concerned okay unchecked alrighty and you need to just tell them this is a perfectly legal activity It's My First Amendment freedom of the press actually I'm with the press okay so that's that's what it is you have your you have your press password uh actually it's in my left pocket yeah I'm gonna give it to you yeah one second absolutely turn look it's this sure turn to page 43 43 okay and it's going to tell you freedom of the press okay and and that right there an official press passer you know who gives you know who gives press passes yeah who nobody because freedom of the press means that everybody's pressed just take freedom of speech so what you're doing right now is you're asking me for a pass to speak because I have freedom of speech so I have I'm freedom of press it's the same thing so I'm not asking for anything all right thank you very much [Music] thanks for watching if you have a video use the
