standing on private property on somebody else's property saying that he's basically here because he got a call when a cop says hey i got a call or here's the deal or here's what we're gonna do partner that's what he says right before he's about to trample on your rights so the irony here is and i'll try to play this video in his entirety again without interrupting but you know i got a horrible track record at that but here's a law enforcement official who calls himself a public servant standing on private property and the person who's already on the property is to ask telling him time and time and again get off my private property and when you switch that if you're a man with a camera or a woman with a camera on public property at the drop of the hat they will say you're trespassing because you're filming in public and that's not allowed even though they swore to protect your right your first amendment right to freedom of the press to do what you're doing you can engage in a constantly protected activity and they're basically saying you're trespassing on public property well here's a guy who's actually trespassing on private property being asked being told to leave and he doesn't leave until the last moment that's how that's how criminally minded these people are that's this is how whacked they are this is their convoluted thinking they really believe they have a higher claim over your life and property why are you standing on the property don't ask me for my id listen get off the property get off the property please get off the property off the property off the property okay i am asking you are you the property i'm walking away from you yeah i it's it's damn well fine you can't even be up here get off the property get off the property how do you know i'm driving it sir look you're going to see tire tracks do you ever see this listen don't come on the property get off the property get off the property i don't care about the license plate get off the property please what i'm telling you is how many times have you said as he said get off the property you're standing on you a public official a public servant or standing on private property get off the property you're literally after the first one he's trespassing this guy is this guy is in every sense of the word trespassing on private property but they won't think twice about trespassing you off public property when they have no legitimate right to do that and and and we're going to get to the reason he's there in a second and and i want to get into the psychological makeup and structure of people who actually say well he's just there to help he's just there because he got a call yeah well i got a little problem with that word just because just usually precedes we're about to violate your rights i have the perfect right to violate your rights because we got a call i have the perfect right to violate your rights because of public safety because of officer safety no no you don't you don't ever have the right to violate rights as a matter of fact your profession claims with its lips it's different with your actions but claims with its lips that we're here to secure your rights we're here to protect and defend and uphold and champion the cause of your rights when every time they show up they're just there conducting a fishing expedition to find out how many rights they can actually take and get away with it and maybe even take your life in the process property please what i'm telling you is get off the property please listen i don't care i don't have to listen listen listen listen listen listen no listen listen no no no no no no no i don't have to listen to you and i don't have to talk to you i don't have to talk to you either you don't have to stand in my face and listen to me this guy this the guy was the guy with the camera is already standing on private property and it's the cop who's standing in the cameraman's face but the kid the cop is turning it around saying you don't have to stand in my face and listen to me it's like dude you're the one who's trespassing not me you came to me i didn't come to you and if i did come to you i'd come to you on public property not private see these these cops have a serious problem understanding the difference between public and private i'm not telling you okay okay okay check the thing you're harassing me now i've asked you to get off the property how many times stand on the sidewalk give me some respect and stand on the sidewalk please give me some respect and get on the sidewalk yes let's do that thank you you start by not breaking my rights okay okay that's where you start listen listen i don't have to answer your question stop answer asking me questions you understand who called you and why are you here so neighbors called they're concerned thank you the work being done on this project okay that's none of their business but keep going is that against the law see brian the neighbors called they had to come and respond respond all you want stay on your side of the street respond all you want don't stand on my private property and if i do catch you on my private property and i tell you to leave it should only be once otherwise you're trespassing but you know what happens if you if you trespass on public property or trespass in their minds you go to jail what happens to them there's no repercussions nothing happens to them that's the qualified immunity that they know they're walking in they know that you can't do anything to them and the system is set up not to do anything to them when they violate your rights and somebody might go brian they're just there because they got a call got a call does not equal them having any legitimized authority which they don't to take away your rights or trespass on your property or not leave when asked to leave never an excuse i love how this guy is handling this cop part of abbott's listen is that against the law it is if you're not supposed to be on this okay so this this video ended like that so this cop right here let's get a good look at him this is the let's see what is this this is the wheat ridge police department and this guy stood by his guns he did not give this cop an inch and some i can understand how some people who are you know they're still involved in giving some slack to the thin blue line gang who keeps terrorizing us on american soil but i can understand why they would say well they're just there to help they got a call they got to investigate this guy was clearly a trespasser on property that was not his own and he was clearly trying to use we got a call to take away somebody's rights and the guy with the cameraman did what we should all be doing because when this cameraman is standing for his rights he's standing for the rights of every single one of us and i'm not going to get sick of saying this brian you sound like a freaking broken record good we need to remember this remember it good put it down into your brain let it seep into your heart when injustice is committed against one man anywhere and that's what this guy was trying to do gross injustice he was trespassing when he was asked to leave and then told to leave and then demanded to leave when injustice happens against one man anywhere it happens to all men everywhere all tyranny needs is a micrometer man less than that a nanometer that's all they need and then they get their foot in the door and then they open it a little bit wider and a little bit wider and pretty soon you look back and you don't have any rights because they took your rights away by a thousand tiny almost imperceptible reductions you couldn't tell it's like come on guy come on they're just it's this it's this thing come on dude why don't you just just chill out let the guy ask questions chill out answer the law enforcer's questions chill out let him stand on private property and then pretty soon before you know it it's like chill out let the military industrial complex take a tank and and and barrel through your front door and set your house on fire killing 76 people like they did in waco texas that's where it ends that's where it ends those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it so i want to hear what you guys have to say about how this guy handled this cop leave your thoughts about denies the structure established by the cult he didn't he did not he denies is the issue just why don't we deal with what's there why don't we deal with what's there just where was i wrong on this instead of saying brian hates cops making an assertion you know what i love this cop more than his fellow cops do you know why because i am willing to tell the truth about what these cops are doing and blow the whistle on it the peop the person who's telling you the truth is the one who really loves you the person who's calling it like it is not like he thinks it is not like he wants it to be but it's completely unbiased when you call out criminal activity it doesn't matter if you're wearing a uniform or not if it's criminal activity it's criminal activity so in the true sense of the word i love this law enforcer more than his fellow law enforcers love him because the person who really loves you is the one who's willing to stick out his neck and just tell you the truth man it's like dude you know what you did when you gave that single mother that 130 ticket you took the the money that she didn't even have in her bank account and you took food off her table you literally economically terrorized her and now she is stuck between a rock and a hard place she's at the end of her rope you painted her in a corner and desperate people you made her a desperate person man and desperate people do desperate things and when you keep on pushing somebody you keep on pushing somebody the person you wouldn't think would explode explodes i don't hate cops and to make that accusation is disingenuous sliding into it disingenuous completely disingenuous and has nothing to do with what we're talking about here now if you want to deal with what i'm talking about here tell me where i made my error tell me where what i said doesn't line up with in the champion of cause and securing individual liberties tell me where what i said uh is is an error according to hey this guy was clearly trespassing on private property he should have left he should never come on the property in the first place i'm not going to go onto somebody's property and start harassing them and asking them questions and when they're telling me to off the property i'm not going to stay in their yard i know what will happen to me if i do that there is such a thing as qualified immunity there is such a thing as a cop letting his power go to his head and start power tripping i want to get into the minds of the cops because i want their their mental faculties to start taking over and and just just arrest or put a straight jacket on their ego so they can let truth sleep down to their hearts so we can have a better existence for our posterity thanks for taking the time to stop by the channel and
