the crosswalk and things like that and
the neighbors told me what was going on

officers you speak three or three
officers you walk back and when you walk
back where is she she was standing and
the neighbors uh literally at the front
door so they're bad neighbors front door
yep the one with the red and the white
and I thought it was my neighbor's
ex-wife okay but then I realized that
there's no way that she would be here
when she makes eye contact with you she
then walks over and that's when the
conversation begins okay I knew exactly
and then so I started to walk up and I
waved you guys down I think this
gentleman came down was part of it I

and basically said something's up over

neighbor over here came out because I

like it was almost like an out of Body

like she had no comprehension of what
was going on and um she started to run

then she you know struggled and he just
kept saying Yeah you guys did a great

down there and then I don't know what
happened after that I took my dog inside

so we have guys that kind of reconstruct
the accident with like lasers and stuff
to determine like speed that kind of
stuff
um is the guy is the guy you know I
don't know only the guy knows you know
is there a crosswalk there was he in the
shoulder she does it no all she knows is
that she's that she struck what she
thought what she told us was a dog it
was it was a human
um he got he got hit pretty good I know
there's around 35 I don't know how fast
she was gone it really is kind of
irrelevant in a car
you guys concerned I absolutely get uh
which is a situation where we at the
processor you have to run a fire judge
and see if the judge is going to find
what's like probable cause like a
criminal charge for leaving the scene of
a serious motor vehicle accident is why
the investigation is in a nutshell so
you're that's what you're investigating
correct well I can tell you her car and
she was found a half mile to a mile away
East Coventry is where her car was and
the Collision was uh somewhere in King's
Grand I don't know exactly she would
have came out of Crown Royal
it was probably around there yeah
because she was staying over here at um
what did you say to you guys that you
hit a deer yeah Stanford way and she
said she was going Crown Royal don't
come to my house in Vineland right right
and Kings Kings Grant and then that's
where she called me from where the car
was okay
yeah so the the car gets impounded
temporarily anytime there's a serious
Collision we have to do that regardless
of those you know what criminal charges
or not that's something you could deal
with on later I know more importantly
you care about your daughter's concern
uh he's in good hands but there isn't
she has been investigated for possibly
leaving the scene of a serious motor
vehicle accident is what we're looking
into she was on the phone with me okay
and Progressive and then also she
started screaming what are you doing
what are you doing let go of me okay
that's when the police found her walking
around the neighborhood say okay the
police officer is here okay whatever and
I was calling and calling I've only got
a Wildwood in a tractor trailer
as far as I know somebody adopt a duck

I got it God was supposed to call me
it's all the dispatch kept telling me
okay I got that phone call yet the
dispatcher is in a different town it's a
county run system they wouldn't know
they wouldn't know the specifics you
can't see her unfortunately because she
asked the same thing you can't see her
she's an adult right now she is under
arrest so she can't have visitors right
now like we're not in jail or anything
there's no visiting she's being
processed and that's where we're at
right now on yeah and then there's as
those allegations so what happens like
the next step you guys we basically call
a judge and see if the judge thinks
there's probable cause we basically tell
him totality of our investigation what
we found what you said what what
Witnesses said that type of thing and a
judge says you know what you know there
is there isn't probable cause for
potential criminal charges then at that
point I mean the judge might say you
know what I'm not saying this is worst
case the worst case the judge said you
know what she should go to county jail
or something I'm not saying it's going
to happen that that's the worst case
um or something with something like this
well ultimately it's up to a judge not
up to us okay I'm not looking for a
special treatment

didn't delete her it looks like just
being honest with you but she called me

that's when next thing you know she
scream yeah and I didn't know it was you
guys that showed up yeah
I can tell you that from the time of the
Collision to the time that the police
found her
probably over 15 to 30 minutes went by a
minimum I mean I would I know for a fact
well I could tell you that the dispatch
call from a witness was about 12 40. I'm
not sure what time she called you but
that's about when the accident occurred
if we take a few minutes prior
and time to call and send them to
receive the calls

with ours it'll be nice if the officer

say resisting but she was running away

see a person out running away from the

reform is what is the worst case is the
person goes to county jail with within
48 Hours a judge says you know what
there's going to be a bail or you're
released right that's how it works in
the past we used to call a judge and
take monetary bail at our police station
yeah yeah it's something like a voted on
so normally uh the judge makes a call
but there's other factors that go in
like criminal history she's not going to
have something like you know kind of a
10-page criminal history they'd still do
that I don't know oh it's in her favor
don't quote me but it's in her favor
that she would get released because of
the severity
um is not something that they'll
typically detain somebody for but that's
just my opinion that was my son that
called the city
