Hey, welcome back to the Here's the Deal channel. I appreciate you guys joining. This is going to be a very important video. I try to make it to where if I ever go live, it is important. And this one is important because one of the worst things that has ever happened in the United States, policy-wise, was prohibition. prohibition, increased crime, property damage, cops on the take, fraud, abuse. The the wars were off the charts during prohibition. And what created that? Policy makers. And what exacerbated that? The law enforcement officers. For example, there were such massive pro profits generated by the drug cartels that Al Capone alone was raking in over one I'm sorry 100 not $1 million a year $100 million a year. $100 million a year is equal to about $1.4 billion in 2026 currency. And to add insult to injury, Al Capone spent about a half a million to threequarters of a million dollars every month bribing cops so that his organized crime ring could skate through free so that he could out sell his alcohol at a premium. Prohibition doesn't stop the consumption and possession of alcohol. It actually increases it. It's just like the concept, the psychological con concept of telling the kid, you don't put your hands in the cookie jar. Once you tell him he can't do that, he already has in his mind, how am I going to do this? How will I get away with it? Where am I going to get the step stool so I could climb up on the counter and then go up on top of the refrigerator and not only put my hands in the cookie jar, but take as many cookies as I possibly can. Legislators know this. Law enforcement officers know this. And prohibition in 13 years was an absolutely failed experiment that ended in the lives of about 10,000 people. Most of them were directly killed by the US government. Later prosecutors would call that outright crime uh outright murder because they were actually poisoning the alcohol. 10,000 people died as a direct result of the US government poisoning the alcohol. The next worst thing that has ever happened in the United States is the drug war. The long and costly and failed drug war. It creates criminal elements. It increases the prices of drugs that are going to be transported anyway. And it officer offers a protection rackets for for drug cartels. And somebody was saying right before the live stream started, you got no solutions. The solution to the drug war is the same solution to the to prohibition, alcohol prohibition. you just end it. If you end the drug war, cartels go away overnight because the drug war eliminates cartel competition. So whenever you see a law enforcer enacting the policy of a politician and that politician is enacting laws like prohibition or the drug war, you know that couple things are going to happen. Crime is going to increase. fraud in police departments is going to increase and and rights and liberties are going to fade in the dark black hole of tyranny and we don't want that. So what's the solution? Stop the nonsense. That's why I'm going to go over this video right here. This comes from the actually the original video comes from Arkansas police activity where they commandeered or apprehended or stole outright stole the product of another man who was transporting this on the public highways in order to engage in a mutually consensual voluntary interaction between adults. I doubt this man with 70 pounds of weed was going to force somebody to buy his product. He was probably transporting it voluntarily to a buyer who was going to buy it voluntarily. Street value $120,000. We're going to go over the Sergeant Curtis version of this because I want to show you the mentality of cops who hate Americans. They hate American freedoms. And because of people like Sergeant Curtis, this is Sergeant Curtis right here. This isn't the land of the free, home of the brave. This is the land of the fee, home of the slave. Let's take a look at this. >> Nothing illegal on the car. Would you open the trunk? Let me look inside the trunk right quick. What's the probable cause? >> I just asked you a question. You have a right to say no. >> No matter how old we get, we look to our parents to set a good example for what it's like to be a good citizen. However, >> yeah, like don't don't beat people. Don't tase people's pets. Don't break into people's houses. Don't harass them when they have done nothing wrong. Don't create Don't treat somebody like a criminal and create a criminal when no crime has been committed. That's you that's what you want to teach to your children. Sergeant Curtis, why aren't you teaching your children that? Because basically what you're saying is if it's kidnapping and theft and murder and rape, well, that's wrong unless the government does it. Unless the man who's doing it is in uniform and his actions are legal. So if it's legalized theft, it's okay. That's the warped perspective and mentality of the Sergeant Curtis's, the Brandon Soften Theim The Him Up, Tel Aviv Tatums of the world, and all the other ex cops and current cops policing. Many times we see the exact opposite and one of the most horrific examples. I >> I want to play what he said again. This is super important because they cannot even because they're so psychopathic because they believe their lie so fervently. They either can see that they're dirt bags or they can't see it and they're just promoting and regurgitating the same old crap that we've learned from our indoctrination program that if it's a cop who does it, it's right. If you're resisting a cop, if you're questioning their authority, then you're the criminal. You're the bad one. >> You have a right to say no. >> No matter how old we get, we look to our parents to set a good example for what it's like to be a good citizen. However, in policing, many times we see the exact opposite. And one of the most horrific examples that a parent can leave is getting pulled over on the highway, having a K-9 do a search around your vehicle and them encountering a large amount of narcotics while the child sits in the back. This is what >> Why aren't they pulling over Fizer trucks then? Why aren't they pulling over Madna trucks? Why aren't they raiding CVS's and Walmarties and write aids? I mean, those are narcotics. Oh. Oh, that's right. They're legalized narcotics. So, what the politicians have done and the law enforcers are enacting is a basically it's a conspiracy against everybody else who wants to sell the same drugs that CVS sells. You can't do it because you're not approved. CVS, you can do it because you're approved and what you're doing is legal. what you're doing is illegal and bad and you're a criminal. These people over here are not only doing the same thing, they're doing it on a scale that you can't even comprehend. But it's a protection racket. And what government does when they interfere is they create a situation where it gives organized crime syndicates a leg up while eliminating competition. That's what happened in prohibition of alcohol. That's what's happening with prohibition of drugs under the drug war, which isn't a war on drugs. Remember, it's a war on people and Sergeant Curtis is all for it. One of those. >> How you guys doing today? >> Good. You'll pull us over. >> I promise you I'll get there. I won't leave you wondering one thing. Fair enough. >> There's some good things I see about this stop and getting pulled over police is nerve-wracking. But the calmness of the officer to take that deep breath as he walks up to the vehicle juxtapose that against what the tension is on the occupants of the car. gives the officer a tactical advantage and the ability to interact from the position that he wants to interact and not have any type of anxiety from being nervous from the stop. And he responded very cool and calm when she threw out, well, why did you stop? Good stuff. Did you hear that? Good stuff. Good stuff. He, this trooper, he's kept his composure. He's taken a deep breath. He's he's tactically superior, tactically efficient. And this tactical strategy is being launched against Americans. And this is why I'm doing this live stream right here because there are so many Sergeant Curtises out there, applauding this, supporting this, promoting this idea. And we've got to get into the minds of people that this is pathetic and it's psychopathic. These are control freaks who want to control you against your will and violation of the basically your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects. And it's a violation of declaration of independence that says that government is placed here for one sole purpose. And what is that purpose? To protect your right to pursue life, liberty, happiness, and property. That's the only reason government is supposed to be here. By the way, thank you, Joseph, for gifting five Here's the deal memberships. Don't forget, become a channel member. I appreciate you being here. And while you are here, make sure you hit that like button and share this video everywhere you can. >> My name is Trooper Blacker with Arkansas State Police. And the reason why I pulled you over is as we came right around that corner right there, he was right on top of the white line the entire time. And that's against the law in the state of Arkansas. >> That's >> just went over the white line. That's it. That's all it took to give this law enforceer the justification to pull these people over and harass them. We find drunk drivers, sleepy drivers, and people that are on a cell phone. >> And it's under the cover of keeping everybody on the roadway safe. Safe. And what is the alibi of tyrants? The safety of the people is always the alibi of tyrants. >> Does that make sense? I told you I wouldn't leave you wondering about nothing. Now, you believe me or not? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. You got your driver's license with you? >> Yes, sir. >> And what you got right there, my man? >> I went speeding. >> No, wasn't speeding. No. No, ma'am. Not a bit. Rent a Toyota. Okay. >> Put that on top of my birthday. >> So So what does this mean? Like so Oh, it's your It's It's a rental car or it's y'all's car? I'm not. >> It's a rental car. Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. And you are >> called, >> by the way, this pulsating in the in your mic right here, it's coming from this trooper's microphone. We're going to not only go over what Sergeant Curtis is positively saying about this tyranny traffic stop. This is a tyrant traffic stop, guys. This is a road piracy traffic stop where they're not it's not making anyone safe. It's not even doing anything to put a dent in the drug war. It's actually facilitating higher drug prices and it's increasing the hold that these drug cartels have on not only the United States, but also on Canada, also in Mexico. And cops are ensuring that this happens. >> Mr. Cwell, it's okay. So, you rented it? Yes, sir. >> And you guys are from Albertar. >> Alar. >> Where's that? >> North Carolina. >> Yeah. Know I get that. What part of North Carolina? >> You know, Montgomery County. >> Give me some. Only place I've ever been in North Carolina is Fort Bragg. So, >> yeah. Yeah. Fateville. >> Yeah. Fateville. Like northern North Carolina. What part of the state you got you? You guys down south? >> Yeah. when they're there. Well, I'm from like Queensboro from where you >> Word to the wise, stop answering cops questions. Officer, you pulled us over for going over the fog line twice. Uh, how how are any of these other questions that you're asking pertinent to this traffic stop >> from Detroit County? Yes, >> ma'am. That's where I'm from. >> So, this is really good. And I mentioned this before when they have that leg extended like that. And actually, someone reached out to me and said that the troopers actually do train that position in that method. Whereas a lot of local cops, that's not the normal position to stand on a vehicle behind the B-pillar. If it works for them and they train that, it's good to go for them if they feel safe doing that. >> What about >> and think about what he just said, there's a strategy that these cops employ against us. They are strategically trained to approach your vehicle in a certain way that affords them maximum safety while putting your life on the chopping block >> and stuff. You got that? >> Okay. So, you guys rented this car and came all the way to Arkansas. >> Yeah. Well, when we went up to Oklahoma, went to the casino up there. We having a good time. >> Yeah. My birthday was January 14th. >> Did you win any money? >> No. Lost it all. >> Now he's going to act friendly to you so that he can disarm you. He wants to disarm you with his southern charm. The reason I'm saying southern charm is because a lot of people put that under the original video and Sergeant Curtis's video. They love how smooth this trooper is. He's a smooth operator. Tell >> me you had to come all the way to Oklahoma to go to casino. >> No, that's where we wanted to go up here up this way cuz we done been to the one in Cherokee little North Carolina and stuff. So, it was her birthday like she said. So, we just wanted to do >> I got you. Okay, cool. Well, how old did you turn? >> 42. >> 42. I got you. >> All right. Well, let me run back here and check Mr. Call. Well, we got >> 42. Well, I'll tell you what. We're going to have a new 42y old in our prison system here in a second. Ma'am, >> day you guys come out. >> Uh, what day we last Tuesday? >> Yeah, >> last Tuesday. >> What you do on Wednesday? What did I do on a Wednesday? >> Yeah, I'm used to stay in Arkansas uh at uh Portmith. >> I got you. >> I got you. Okay. Well, let me go check this real quick and I'll be right back. Nothing illegal. No, >> no drugs of any kind. Hey, you got to ask. She saying I can look anywhere in this car. will find another gun. >> Awesome. All right, be right back. >> Thank you. >> Why would you want to look in this car, officer? Just cuz a politician declared something illegal doesn't mean that's true. And but by the way, isn't your job, officer, to protect my life and my pursuit of happiness? How is that consistent with obeying your oath and honoring your oath? By the way, uh I on my last live stream I saw some people saying, "Hey, I don't like this one-third view on the uh on the vertical." If you're on vertical right now and you want to go horizontal, I've got two live streams playing at the same time. One is the vertical version and the other is the horizontal version. If you like the horizontal version better, you can just go to my channel, go to the live stream, and hit the uh the horizontal portion. every single word, every single thing that he hears are all investigatory and they're very good at what they do. One thing that I'd like to mention from a tactical perspective, when we cross back over and walking away from our vehicle, it's always a good idea to turn >> All investigatory for what? Not a crime. They're investigatory to drum up suspicion. And if he gets suspicion, then he can justify his stop further by conducting a fishing operation. And that's what Sergeant Curtis is applauding here. This fishing expedition couldn't even go better. This is great. He's got great strategy, great positioning. He's he's speaking to them in a disarming manner. This is all it's basically like IDF training, Israeli Defense Forces training. And they're bringing that training here in America, teaching our American cops that you guys are the superior and your victims are the inferior. So you need to take this posture. You need to employ this strategy so that you can get the maximum amount of people in introduced into the prison industrial complex because this is what it's all about. Remember these state troopers out there are nothing more, nothing less than revenue generators. Hey, I appreciate that that super chat. Turn around and take a look back to make sure that everybody's where they are. There's no weird strange f of movements going on inside the vehicle. Just anything that could be seen suspicious, but just take a glance back. It's a good idea. I >> when we go back to our vehicles, we do a records check. There are two schools of thought. One school of thought is I go back. >> Okay. Now, now check out what he just said. This is a retired police officer from the LVMPD, Las Vegas Metro Police Department. They called this guy Sin City's super cop. This guy was hailed. He was decorated. He was respected in his department. He said, "Look, this is what we do. When they leave, it's like CIA. You're there's no such thing as ex CIA. There's no such thing as ex law enforcement officer because in their minds, they're still part of the thin blue line gang to my driver's side. And I conduct all my business from my driver's side. If the driver decides to come out of the vehicle and engage the officer, you're stuck or you bail into the street and there's no cover. the training and way that I did it in my department. You do all your business from the passenger side. I know that there are reasons where people will say, "Well, if they take off, I want to be able to be on the driver's side so I can go right after them." Two schools of thought. Just wanted you to understand and be aware of why. In fact, it would feel strange for me to run the computer sitting in the driver's seat. >> Come here, Michelle. So basically, I just wanted you to understand that when we conduct our roadside terrorist operations that we make sure that we employ maximum safety for our road pirates. So I always took the passenger side because if somebody carines over into the car, I got a good chance of survival while the person I just pulled over has a good chance of well expiring. Let's say >> you're not in trouble. I promise. real quick. >> You're not in trouble. I promise. Another lie by yet another cop. And why do they lie? Because they're trained to lie. >> Nope. No. No pocket knives or nothing. So So I'm not calling you a liar, okay? I'm just making sure I understand. That's from what I'm reading. Okay. >> He's totally calling the guy a liar. says to the guy who has this flannel on that you don't have any essentially this is a verbal pat down which is not effective because do we trust this guy's word that he doesn't have any >> a verbal pat down what the hell is that if it's just verbal it's not a pat down at all thanks for that super chat I will go over all super chats at the end of the live stream you're going to get a ton of officers who are going to say if I have any interaction with the person who has a flannel on and I have any inkling of a suspicion I'm going to conduct a pat down and I know that there may be a reason why he didn't do it but It's important for me to share with you that a pat down would be legal under the circumstances and tactically sound. >> What's he saying? What's he saying? I would put basically he's saying I would put my hands on this person. I would have done it. Sergeant Curtis is saying I would have put my hands all over this man to make sure that I was safe cuz I don't want him to have a weapon. You know, because if you have a weapon, you might be exercising your Second Amendment rights, and we can't have this on my traffic stop. You exercising your Second Amendment rights put might put my life in danger, and I want to make sure that I go home safe at the end of my shift. >> According to this, that this car was supposed to be turned in on January the 10th. >> I renewed it. >> Okay? And I said, I'm not calling you a liar, but I you understand have to understand my point. I have to make sure it's not stolen. And I I was I was kind of like like I told my wife, I'm like, I don't even know why he pulled me. The car that was in front of us was going way faster. >> Instead, I catch the right line. >> Yeah. Yeah. You I got I got you on camera, my man. I wouldn't make it up. >> I know, Mr. B. >> Everything I do is recorded these days. So, what you're >> Yeah. So, it's okay if they record you. But when you try to record them, they create these buffer zones, the 25 foot bubble. Oh, you know what? I I am at 25 ft. Well, you need to go back further for my safety. You understand? saying is is you have done extended this rental since since this time. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, if I call a dealership, they're not going to tell me you you stole this car or something like that. Okay. Cuz that's what I like and like I said, I'm not calling you. I got the number right here. I'm not calling you a liar. I'm just telling you like you you this is what you give me. So, this is what I got to go on. >> To speak to Tyler, either Sam. Sam is the supervisor or Tyler works. >> Okay. So, you didn't win no money in Oklahoma. >> Okay. >> This cop doesn't care if this guy won money or not. He just wants to conduct his fishing expedition. He wants the back of that trunk open. He wants everybody out of that car. He wants to shake everybody down and he wants to take everybody to jail. He doesn't care about you. Stop believing when they they play nice with you. When they act like they're your friends, when they're like, "Hey, I'm not lying to you. I'm just out here doing my job. Hey, don't worry about it. Don't worry about anything, man. You you're not in trouble." See >> what I got in my pocket? >> What uh what casino y'all go to? >> Cherokee. Yeah, the hands in the pockets the entire time during the interaction and so focused on the paperwork can create a tactical challenge. I believe that he's a great investigator. I just want to mention the tactical challenges that I see. >> We won freaking $300 on the little panda bombo hit the minor. >> I got $56. >> So this is your daughter you got in the back seat or her daughter? Your >> your daughter too? Okay. Nothing but nothing illegal in the car. Would you open the trunk? Let me look inside the trunk right quick. Yeah. >> Okay. Guys, let me just stop right here. When cops, you have to handle cops with kid gloves, okay? They have very, very fragile eagles. The egos that are apt to be bruised at the drop of a hat. So, you gota you got to be very careful how you don't answer questions. But my god, stop answering questions. Matter of fact, if you're more comfortable with asking questions, at least just ask questions. Don't answer questions. So, if a cop asks you, "Do you have in the car? Do you have anything in the car I need to be concerned about? Anything illegal? Anything that could poke me, stick me, prod me, hurt me? Where you going? Where you coming from?" Officer, with all due respect, what does where I'm coming from or where I'm going have anything to do with your claim that I drifted over a fog line? Or just put it on somebody else? Put it on a third party and say, "Officer, my attorney has instructed me that if I'm ever in an interaction with cops that I should call him so you can talk to him or just remain silent." And at this point, I'd like to invoke my right to remain silent. Don't I have the right to remain silent, officer? Must I answer your questions, officer? >> You I'll let >> But the bottom line is just stop answering the cop's questions. >> You I'll let you do it. >> That reaching in the car is a no no for me. Especially looking down at the paperwork still. >> I just as I just asked you a question. You have a right to say no. I mean Yeah. No, I don't. Actually, the cop doesn't even believe that. The cop does not believe that you have the right to say no because he will get his feelings hurt when you do say no. And then he's going to look for a way to retaliate against you because he's not used to people saying no to him. And when they do say no and he does get his feelings hurt, he feels like his authority has been challenged. And because he's so insecure, he's gonna go out on a limb. He's going to even do things that are illegal and he'll even do it on camera and then unwittingly build a case against himself in a lot of cases which you know when it's taken to the courts like Philip Brailles for just completely you know riddling Daniel Shaver full of holes and it was acquitted but they will do it on camera because they are so self-absorbed they are so insecure they are so psychopathic that they can't even help themselves. They're so ego bruised that they have to retaliate. >> So they don't believe for a second that you have the right to remain silent. You got every right in the world not to answer my questions, buddy. Tell you what though, if you don't answer my questions, I'm going to bring out the dog. I'm going to put them cuffs on your wrist extra tight like Yeah. They don't believe you have the right to be silent. >> So So I I tell you what, I I'll make it even quicker. Huh? >> I got a dog. Huh? I'll run my dog right quick. >> There you go. I got a dog. Tell you what, you don't even have to give me permission. I'm going to go and grant myself permission anyway, though, cuz I got a dog. >> If dog alerts, then I then I'll search your car. If not, then you'll be free to go. Even better. Yes, sir. >> So, here's what I'm going to have you do. Uh, no, no, no, no. I'm going to have her hop out, too. Uh, just cuz he bites and I want it. So, I'll have him hop and walk over there and you can watch me do everything. All right. I could totally hear what Samuel Adams or um Thomas Payne or George Washington would say. You bring out that red coat dog and he's going to be red coat dead. >> You want everybody? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. If you don't mind. Yeah. You you video me, whatever. Take a picture. I don't care. I'll be famous with you. Come on out, sweetheart. You're good. Just make sure you don't stand in the street. Stand on that white line over there cuz cars come out that rest area through here. Let's just hypothesize for a second. He said, "I'm going to have my K9 go around the car." If this person is a convicted felon about to be a three time, just hypothetically, and he's going to go back for life, what does he have to lose? That is the question and why I harp so much on tactics because any given shift you can encounter a person saying, "I'm not going back to prison." I've heard those words many times. >> So, you want to sit right here? >> No, the other side of the white line. Yes, ma'am. >> It ain't making sense. He says that uh uh >> run your dog. >> Yeah, they went to North Carolina. From North Carolina all the way to Oklahoma just to do some gambling. You mean you couldn't go to casino between here and there? There's plenty of them, ain't there? Or am I just crazy? >> That's why you want to shut the freak up. Stop talking. Because anything that you say that they suspect might sound a little bit strange, they're going to turn into a crime. Shut the freak up. >> So, there ain't nothing in here. Now's your chance to be honest. Okay, back up alongside that white line. No, you won't find it. You won't find it. >> It's always gotten under my skin, I mean deep under my skin, that cops will turn man's best friend into your absolute worst enemy and nightmare. Now, the officer, it seems, has developed this suspicion because there's a whole bunch of different casinos between where they started and where they ended up. That in and of itself is not illegal. Extreme nervousness not in itself illegal. The rental car situation that he mentioned, is it illegal? US versus our visu. The court said that you don't have to pick and throw out the case because any one of those things is not illegal. You look at the totality of all those things and is it suspicious enough for the officer to continue with this type of investigation? And it appears that the officer has that and that's why he has his dog doing this. And that's why I hate the drug war because the drug war has created a criminal class out of people who are actually not criminals. If you really if you're honest with yourself, what is a crime? If somebody commits a crime against you, what is that? They victimized you in some way. They've taken something that doesn't belong to them. They've stolen your property. They've they've broken into your they've damaged your property. They've harmed you in some way. They've threatened you. They've given you a phone call and said, "Man, me and my buddies are going to be over at your house in about 5 minutes and we're going to do bad things to your family." These are crimes because the perpetrator is actually creating a victim. But if a law enforcement agent who's acting on the orders of a politician, if they create a crime out of thin air, remember I and I say this a lot on this channel, before the clock struck midnight in whatever time zone you happen to be in by the during prohibition in in New York, they were criminals if they possessed alcohol 3 hours before people became criminals in California. Think about how loony that is for doing the exact same thing. I have a bottle of Jack Daniels at 11:59 in New York when it turns 12:00. I now have become a criminal by the edict of the politicians. But that same bottle, if you were to go over to California in the, you know, blink of an eye, you got that same bottle of Jack Daniels. Well, it's it's nine o'clock in California when it's 12 o'clock in New York. So, hey, you're going to be free and clear for the next 2 hours and 59 minutes. How insane is that? But these cops are so psychopathic. They just believe what they're told and they do what they're told regardless of if it if it's right or not, regardless of if it makes any sense, if it's logical, even if it's the most illogical thing, they will sit there and say, "Well, hey, I'm just following orders. I'm just doing what I'm told. I don't write the laws. I don't have to understand the laws. I'm just here to enforce the laws. So you basically turn off your conscience so that you can do what the politicians told you to do. That's what makes the Sergeant Curtises and the Brandon Soften Them Up Tel Aviv Tatums of the world so dangerous because they will follow orders and do what they're told regardless of what is right instead of doing what is right regardless of what they're told. And this is the mentality that needs to change. >> Search around the vehicle. Thanks for being here, guys. Don't forget to hit that and I I always do this, too. I forget to hit the thumbs up button. I'm getting better at it when I when I tune into a live stream that I really like and I like the message and it resonates with me. I just try to hit that thumbs up button. And if you could share this, I really appreciate it. So you want to guess trunk or back seat? Which one? >> I will find it. >> Yeah, we'll find it. >> It's one of two. >> So you saw the sit. That's not what you want to see if you're the bad guy. Cuz that's the alert. There's a >> That's not what you want to see if you're the bad guy. The only bad guy. Now the people in the car may be bad guys. They may have done bad things. In other words, they may have victimized other people, but we don't know that. So, you're innocent until proven guilty. The only bad guy I see in this scenario are the cops, the road pirates, the people who are trampling on rights and harassing people who've done nothing wrong. >> Okay. Florida versus Harris where people like to challenge canines whether or not that that alert was be enough. It was a 9 ruling where they said that was training of the canine, the certification, and the history of the dog. Certification, training records, and performance are the three things that they look at. If all those are met, the dog is going to be considered to be reliable. >> And so tell us, Sergeant Curtis, what percentage of the time is the dog wrong and the hit is bogus? Not only that, you you see so many times that dogs will just jump on a car, even, you know, nice car, not so nice car, whatever. These dogs are getting up on people's car and just scratching and damaging property. Dakota >> turn around. Put your hands behind your back, man. >> We'll we'll get there. There's a process. Okay. >> Not a big deal. We can work through it. Okay, that goes a long way. >> How old are you, sweetie? >> Right now. >> 16. >> 16. >> Do you have some ID? You have ID? >> Yes, sir. >> Let me see it. >> Your mom, right? >> Yeah, that's my mom. >> Okay, hang on. Hang on. Listen to me. Okay. >> Am I going to go too? >> Well, >> okay. Somebody come pick me up. >> Time out. Hey, listen. >> I'm a nerd. I guess I got anxiety. >> What do you mean you can't do this? You got a trunk full of ma'am. That's a problem. Listen to me. I have to buy you Miranda rightites. Okay. >> You got a trunk full of wait for it, wait for it, plant matter, and that's a problem. >> Yes, sir. >> You have the right to remain silent. Let me give me your phone right now because you have some marijuana on you. Okay. >> Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or do can be used against you in court. You have the right to have an attorney present before you answer any questions. If you cannot afford an attorney, want to be appointed to you by the state of Arkansas at no cost to you prior to answering any questions. Okay. Let me see your purse. Okay. This is your purse. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm going to put it in the car. Okay. How much money is in your purse? >> Yeah. You're going the same place the car is. I promise. All right. Come on, man. >> I'm going where this car is? >> Yes, ma'am. But for right now, you going to stand right here at the at the trunk of that car. Okay. >> Hey, excuse me, sir. Am I >> Let me give you some drug sniff uh statistics here. The Chicago Tribune did a 2011 analysis where dogs were correct only 44% of the time, which meant they were wrong 56% of the time. And according to this Tribune article, the accuracy dropped to 27% for Latino drivers. In New South Wales, Australia, positive uh false positives were 63 to 80%, which means they were only right 20 to 37% of the time in a 10year review of 94,000 searches. 20 to 37% correct, 63 to 80% incorrect. That's how bogus these drug sniff stops are. Am I going to leave? >> Maybe. We'll see. We'll see. But right now, stand right there. >> No. Not Not in the car. Stand right there at the trunk. All right. Come on. Back around here. >> Other side. >> Hang on. Stop. Stop. Stop. I got to move seat belt. >> Can't ride without seat belt. >> Wait a minute. This is Arkansas. Arkansas State Trooper, remember from the other day ago for what was it? Um 2 or 3 days ago, the Arkansas State Trooper stopped that uh police uh deputy chief and put him in the back of the vehicle, didn't cuff him, didn't seat belt him, babyed him the whole time, got him a water out of his truck, gave him his cell phone so he can make some calls, let him go back and forth to his vehicle several times, let him keep his hands in his pockets, enabled him to call his wife so they could pick up the truck so that it wouldn't be impounded. None of that will be afforded to any of these people right here. >> Hang on. >> Okay. All right. Go ahead. >> I don't know if you noticed that, but the 16-year-old is mouthing something. I think to the male, and I couldn't tell what she was saying. If anyone's a good lip reader, please in the comment section, tell me what she's saying. She was definitely mouthing something. Ma'am, >> if any if there's any lip readers in my audience, Sergeant Curtis is saying, let's find out what she said so we can get her, too. It's the handcuff right here. >> Okay. I'll I'll adjust in just a second. Okay. >> Okay. >> Do what now? I'm sorry. >> Yes, ma'am. >> You're not taking my mom to jail, are you? >> Well, for right now, yeah. >> You're not taking my mom to going to take the mom going to take the dad to jail. And they didn't even commit a crime even though the the U police officers think it's a crime because the politicians told them it was a crime. Look at some of these. We're going to go over the rest of this video, but these Arkansas State Troopers are as smooth as gelato. Remember the smuggler's handbook. This guy says, "Always use a rental car and always keep the car too long. Always be traveling to somewhere far away and only be staying for a day. Never coordinate your stories. Happy smuggling." And you know, in one in one respect that is true. If you're going to be doing this, if you're going to be uh, you know, riding dirty, as they say, might be a good idea to obey all the traffic laws, make sure you cross your tees, dot your eyes, make sure you're going during the day so that you're not singled out at night with fewer people on the road. Make sure that if you're traveling with multiple people that you got your story straight or just don't tell a story at all would be the best bet. His verbal cadence is calming. Respect to the officer. I'm waiting for him to say, "All right, all right, all right." Watching handlers reward their canines never gets old. Watching handlers reward their canines for being used as a tool to violate rights never gets old. 1.6,000 likes on that. Trooper Southern Charm is top tier. I mean, this this all to me sounds like people who are seriously suffering from Stockholm syndrome. Let's get back to the video. >> So, uh, your mom will have this. So, this is all the money you have in here, right? So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to zip your purse back up just cuz I don't want any of this to blow out. >> Okay, >> fair enough. We're going to leave it right here in front of the camera. Okay. >> Can we um Can I just Can I just have my sister on the phone? That's just my sister. >> No, when you're going to get get somebody else. He's He's owning all of it. >> Is he saying it's all his? >> Yes, he is. >> Hold on. Stop. Okay. So, what we do? We go to BTS and talk. Yeah, that's what I say. >> But as far as you have a driver's license. >> Yes, sir. >> Hold on. Stop. >> Stop. Get in our conversation. Okay. >> All right. I'm twice your age. You twice your age. Stab grown people's conversation. >> By the way, 85% of incarceration for drugs is just for simple possession, not for trafficking. Never mind the fact that the government wastes tens of billions of dollars every year on enforcement. That actually makes things worse. How does it make things worse? It explodes the prison population with non-violent offenders. It fuels police overreach. It increases the opportunity for civil asset forefeiture and corruption. And there's massive corruption got by the way guys that goes along with these police departments taking all these drugs. >> So I want to talk about something. Never mind the fact that it creates a violent black market that breeds gangs and cartels. >> Constructive possession. Marilyn versus Pringle. It was a 90 ruling. There were drugs and money found inside of the car because they could have all potentially had these items and they all denied it. The officers just arrested everyone inside of the >> Look at this. Only criminals hate the police. Tell that to the founding fathers, man. The police of that day were the red coats and the founding fathers hated the red coats. Mr. PlayStation, that was really funny, man. >> Vehicle Supreme Court said it's good to go for the PC arrest. Now, to prove it past that standard is going to be difficult. In this case, the male half is saying it's all my stuff, but you can still actually criminals love the police. Remember back during prohibition, Al Capone was spending a half a million dollars a month to secure and protect his $100 million a year uh prohibition I mean um alcohol business. And who's on the take? Who is he spending the money on? Uh law enforcement agents who would give him free passage to do his uh his cartel alcohol smuggling. By the 1930s, by the way, nearly 1,600 federal prohibition agents had been fired for bribery and corruption. That was back in the 1930s. And keep in mind, guys, back in the 1970s, Frank Serpico became the whistleblower for the biggest law enforcement agent in agency in the world. That's the NYPD. Biggest in the world, not just in the United States. Frank Serpico exposed widespread systemic corruption back in the 1970s. 20 years later, they did the Mullen investigation with the Mullen Commission and found out that the NYPD hadn't gotten better since the 70s. It had gotten worse. They were engaged in active police criminality. And they even separated the the um severity of the crimes by the grassers and the meat eataters. The grass eataters were basically the new green cops, green under the gills, that weren't fully initiated into the serious crimes like murder, cover up, fraud, stealing from the uh evidence locker, running drugs themselves. So you had the meateers who were actually out there doing hits on people to eliminate the competition for the drug cartels that were patting the pockets of the law enforcement officers who are supposed to be getting the drugs off the streets. >> Go constructive possession because just because someone owns it doesn't mean that it doesn't meet the PC standards still. And please attorneys chime in on this one because these constructive possession cases are really interesting and a lot of them are challenging to make. >> You say you say you're 16? >> No, my license is in there. But how old are you? >> I'm 21. My ID is in there. >> Oh, you're 49. Okay. So, the only if he's going to own it all, then >> Yeah. Then I have no problem. >> So, she said she was 16 and now he's going to check her ID. So, she's now 21. There's something going on here with this young person. >> Huh? I just hired her parents. >> Mr. PlayStation says, "Cops protect and serve the community." I love to talk to people who have a different viewpoint than I do about cops. Cops protect and serve the community. Tell that to Daniel Shaver. Oh, that's right. You can't. He's dead. Tell that to Johnny Hurley who just got done saving the entire Arvvada Police Department from a madman with a gun with a long rifle hunting for cops. Oh, that's right. You can't because the Arvvada Police Department that was just sh saved by Johnny Hurley shot and killed Johnny Hurley. Tell that to Philando Castile who was minding his own business. He was a CCW carrier. The cop said, "Hey, let me see your your concealed carry permit." He's taken it out of his wallet and he gets filled full of holes. Tell that to James Boyd who's just peacefully living out in the desert in Albuquerque, New Oh, that's right. You can't talk to him either. Tell that to Kelly Thomas who is a mentally disturbed homeless man who got pummeled by the uh I think it was the Glendale, California Police Department. Tell that to Johnny Wheatcraftoft who is mercilessly tased in front of his family for no reason for a traffic infraction that never happened. And and um Johnny Wheatraftoft was in the passenger side of the vehicle. We could go on and on all day long about how they're not only not serving and protecting, they're harassing and collecting and murdering the rest of us. >> Oh, yeah. Dad was driving. They probably I don't know. It's couple. It's over there. You have to go overhead. I'm trying to find her ID. It's probably 40 20 40. >> Oh, that's that I I I don't know why I always forget that. Thank you. Ease carbon exposed. Yeah. Tell that to the children inside of Rob Elementary School when, count them, 376 protectors and servants from five different agencies all decided to stand down while children were being sumearily, let's say, dispatched inside of a classroom which had a door that was unlocked. They didn't even try the door. One of the teachers that ended up perishing was one of the was a wife of one of the officers. And even that officer didn't go in. But you know who had the the bravery to go in? Parents who wanted to get their kids. They were unarmed. They were not vested. They didn't have police shields or bearcats, but they they wanted to go in and they were prohibited by the protectants and servants from going into Rob Elementary School to save their children. Tell me how any cop is a protector and ser servant. And I guarantee you if you put any other cop from any other enforcement agency, LAPD, NYPD, Mesa Police Department, the Phoenix Police Department, the Teroot Indiana Police Department, pick whatever police department you want. If you put them at in Yuvaldi outside of the classroom of Rob Elementary School, 100% of the time, not one of those officers would go go in. they would stand down because they are more interested in getting the lowhanging fruit of people transporting plant matter and protecting the real drug cartels. So don't sit there and tell me, nobody sit there and tell me that cops are here to protect and serve. If 376 cops from five different agencies all stood down, then all of these cops would do the exact same thing. a 100% failure rate in the arena of protection and servants service. >> It's not Oh, you smell it. >> Can now? You couldn't earlier. >> It's a Hey Derek, this is one of those uh POV rentals. You know what I'm talking about? Like it it's somebody's car, but it's a rental car. >> This is what he's mentioning. This is one of those POV rentals. And I know there are a lot of companies that do it. I think Toro is the name of one of them. And I know there are some protections, but if that car gets impounded, there are some significant challenges that the person who's the owner of the car can incur. It's also kind of really unfair to put a person's vehicle in that kind of peril in addition to your child. >> All right. Uh you let >> Yeah. You going to let Jed drive it? >> All right. So, can can she ride up front with you in your car? >> I mean, you got Oh, you got a cage. I forgot you here. I >> I got to tell you, it turns my stomach when I see law enforcement agents doing this right here. They could actually be out there doing good. They could actually be uniting and going, you know what? Let's go up to let's all in a concerted effort. Let's all unite. All these law enforcement agencies march on Washington's District of Criminals, nab every one of the P PDF files, let's call them, all the Epstein class billionaires. But no, this is what they choose to do because this is their assignment. They are here to uphold, support, and protect the drug war. They are not here to protect and serve your unalienable rights. Not at all. Not Not by any stretch of the imagination. in my car. >> Hey, give it here, Derek. Oh, you put it in there. That's fine. Whatever. Uh, so she's 21. So, >> I'm probably just going to charge dad cuz he he says that. >> Are you serious? >> He takes Well, he says it's all his. So, I mean I, you know what I'm saying? >> You know that, right? >> You're going to ride the backseat of my car. >> Okay. We're going to go to task force office investigation. >> Your person in my front seat. It'll be there. It's going with us. Same place you are. Okay. >> Uh I think so. I didn't even look. Did you? >> Yeah, they're in there. See you over there. >> So, the original report or some of the original information from this case, it says that they went back, they found a which is incredibly dangerous. If you were to compare the amount of >> they found a firearm which is incredibly dangerous and it just so happens to be in concert with, you know, the unalienable right to a firearm. I mean, right? Don't you have a right to keep and bear arms uh Mr. Curtis there? Narcotics that a state trooper interdiction person gets throughout their career and a street cop from LAPD. One troop probably does more than a patrol level in a whole department. the amount of that they get off the street. So, they're phenomenal at what they do and the report that I >> they are I I will give him that these cops are phenomenal at what they do and what they are doing is endangering people. But that that's another that's another side issue that's very pertinent here. When a cop pulls you over alongside a busy highway or interstate with everybody else going 60 or 70 miles an hour, any number of things can happen. a distracted driver, somebody who's drunk, a guy who just got done, he's on his his 17th hour of a 24-hour shift, he dozes off, an elderly person who has some kind of medical issue, just swerves off, caren into these stopped cars on the side of the highway, this brick wall that a cop has just constructed on the side of an interstate that shouldn't be there. That's one of the most dangerous things that you can possibly do. So they don't care about your life. They don't care about your pursuit of happiness. They don't care about the constitution. They don't care about unalienable rights. They only care about meeting their quota and satisfying their political masters. And as far as I see it, name one good cop that you have ever seen. And if he's done something good, I want to take a look at his record. Has he ever pulled somebody over and ticketed them for a corporate traffic violation? Has he ever incarcerated somebody for possessing plant matter that the politicians say you shouldn't have? Has he ever violated your right to be secure in your person by requesting your ID? If he has, he can't be a good person. And that's a it's kind of a it's kind of a misnomer, too, because if you've got a good cop, what does that even mean? What what's he good at? Is he good at protecting your rights? Because we know that's what not what cops are there for. They're they're therefore generating revenue. So if he's a good cop, does that mean are you saying that he's a good road pirate? Is it like saying a good mafia member, a good carjacker, a good thief, a good murderer? What's he good at? Well, good murderer is good at murdering. A good thief is really good at stealing people's stuff and getting away with it. A good cop is really good at fulfilling his quota, filling the prison industrial complex and bringing a boatload of revenue and uh into the coffers of the state. >> I saw from the original post of this, it says that both of them were arrested possession of drugs and a simultaneously and I believe the 21-year-old was let go. If they really are this person's parents, what kind of example does this person have? Crime does not pay. In the short term, you may think it does. Don't do it. Is is that me or are you are are you Tony Bart? Are you saying I'm psychotic or officer Sergeant Curtis is psychotic or are you saying the cops are psychotic? Who are you saying is psychotic? >> Not a win. If you are the parents that led an exemplary example for your children, I want to shout you out right now because you make our lives better. Thank you. If you like this kind of content, like the video, subscribe. >> You cops make our lives better. You cops make our lives better. Let me go over some of the I want to go under this video right here. Look what some people are saying here. This trooper has mastered the art of playing country dumb smooth operator. That's Stockholm syndrome. One of the best troopers I've seen yet. That was handled exceptionally. Ex-military Fort Bragg. This trooper has been in numerous videos. He's really good. Perfect example of situational awareness, control, and most most importantly, a disarming personality. And that's a strategy against you and I. Having a disarming personality, what I, you know what I should do? I should just create just a live stream where people who love cops make the argument for cops. Because if I'm psychotic, then what do you call a person who as a profession chooses to put on a costume and violate unalienable rights? See, I don't think you should be messed with in this country unless you've actually committed a crime. If you've committed a crime, then you should you should pay. There should be true justice and it should be taken case by case. Did you off somebody? Did you see steal somebody's uh property? Did you break into someone's home? Did you end Are you endangering people out on the streets? Have you crashed into somebody's car and you refuse to pay for it? Then justice should be served. But if you're hauling an item, let's say I'm let's say I'm transporting pens, I'm selling pens and people want to buy my pen. I'm not forcing them to buy my pen. There's no coercion involved in buying my pens. Somebody wants to just enter into a mutually exclusive and voluntary business transaction where they give me $3 for a box of pens. So now now put any object in that. I have a bag of plant matter. And you know what plant matter I'm talking about. Let's we're not talking about crushed rose petals. Although, what if one day the politicians made crushed rose petals illegal to possess? Guess what the law enforcement agents would do? Guess what Sergeant Curtis here would do? Let's put Sergeant. Sergeant Curtis would say, "Well, my political overlords have told me that it is illegal to possess or to transport crushed rose petals." He would arrest you because you possess crushed rose petals. You don't understand, Brian. Crush rose petals are not psychedelic. It doesn't matter if if in your pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness, you want to ingest things that you and I might consider bad for that person. He has the freedom to do that. If you don't have the freedom to do that, then stop calling this the land of the free, home of the brave. This guy doesn't want you to have the freedom to do that because his political master said they can't do that. And how do I know that? Because if he was a cop back in 1920, he would enforce prohibition laws. And then when it turned into 1933, he would not enforce prohibition laws cuz his political master said, "Okay, we're not doing we're not playing that game anymore." That's how that's psychotic. To be willing to harm somebody, to kidnap them, to put torture cups on them, and to throw them into your basement slash a cage is that's you being psychotic. And then for somebody to come along like this who had a long, you know, 20-year career of doing this and now he continues to promote and champion the cause of it and applaud it, that's psychotic to me. So, let's go over the super chats and then we'll end this uh we'll end this live stream. I appreciate you guys being here. Don't forget to hit the thumbs up button and uh become a channel member. Everybody, whoever got one of the five memberships paid for by Joseph, uh give him a shout out, Joseph. I really appreciate that. Super chat from hit 45 ACP. You never see this in Arkansas. I know you wouldn't see this in Arkansas travel brochure because it would deter people traveling through Arkansas. It's like come to Arkansas and be economically terrorized. JLW says, "Have you heard the a that ASP has built a freaking travel lodge? Who in their right mind would stay there?" AR Arkansas State Patrol has built a travel lodge. What? I don't even understand how that would go to Let's see. Is that what we're saying here? Let's see. ASP Travel Watchdog. There's no Travel Watchdog. Talqua Oklahoma. Let's see. Arkansas State Police. Oops. That just sounds weird. I I don't I don't even know. I don't even know what you're talking about there. The Joker says, "Keep exposing the corruption and incompetence." Thank you, Joker. Udu, we'll just call you Udoo. I'm personally uh I'm personally a casualty of the drug war. so much of my time and resources wasted by the system for victimizing nobody and for doing something that I can now go to a specialty shop to buy legally. Uh that that right there that's one of the reasons I do what I do. voodoo. That infuriates me to no end that a cop will ruin somebody's life, knowingly ruin somebody's life, knowing that that person did not really commit a crime, that he's just doing the bidding of his political masters. That really gets under my skin. And that's why we got to expose these people. All right, I appreciate you guys being here. I'm going to keep this under Oh, man. I'm going to keep it under an hour. We're at 59 minutes right now. Please like this video, share this video, become a channel member. It really helps out a lot. I appreciate you. I'll have another video up later today and you're going to really want to take a look at it. I will see you in the next video. Let's keep this under an hour. Take care.
