Police, prosecutors, and politicians incessantly tell us that they are increasingly concerned about gang activity and gang criminality, and they want to stomp out these gangs so that we can have more peace, so that we can have safer societies and communities. But let me ask you, what is the biggest most notorious gang that ras in more money, abuses more people, and kidnaps more community members than any other gang? Hands down. Let's take a look at this news segment right here that reports on a Handover Park police officer who is detained and arrested by ICE. Now at 6, a suburban police officer arrested by the Department of Homeland Security. >> They claim he overstayed his visa and is in the country illegally. WG's Christine Flores is live in Hanover Park. What's this all about, Christine? >> First of all, get this. ICE didn't detain him because he's in the habit of pulling people over, stopping them for no reason, getting their IDs in violation of the Fourth Amendment, harassing them, collecting from them, or caging them. They're going to arrest him because he's illegal. So, they're not really protecting Americans from the dangerous activities of this gang member. They're taking him off the streets cuz politicians declared that he's illegal. >> Oh, good evening. The village says that they went through all the proper channels when hiring the officer at the beginning of the year, adding that they were given the green light by the federal government. Well, now the Department of Homeland Security is accusing the man of overstaying his tourist visa, which expired 10 years ago. On Thursday, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the arrest of Radulle Badovich, who they >> a proud police officer who's kidnapped more than 53 people, issued 523 citations, raking in a sum total of $793,000 for his local police department, thereby economically terrorizing the people that he claims that he was protecting and serving. But ICE is gonna take him off the street not because of his terrorism activities, not because innocent people are sitting in prison cells because of him and not because an undisclosed amount of people's rights have been trampled, but because we say he's illegal. >> Say is an immigrant from Montenegro and working as a sworn police officer with the Handover Park Police Department. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the officer is accused of being in the country illegally after his tourist visa expired in 2015. According to state records, Bojovich has been with a police department since January and was certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board in August. Bajovich was encountered during a targeted enforcement action as part of Operation Midway Blitz back. >> Now, this is a projection campaign, okay? If they're going to target somebody who's wearing the uniform, what do you think they're going to do to you? If they're going to violate the sacred loyalty that lies in between all of thin blue line gang members, we don't have a snowballs chance in hell of taking the target off of our bags. >> In February, borders are Tom Hman weighed in on arrest we'd see of noncriminals. I've already seen the stories not, you know, noncriminals are being arrested at a higher rate. And they're going to keep being arrested at a higher rate because we can't arrest that bad guy in the jail. We got to go to the community. When we go in the community, we won't find a bad guy. When we find a bad guy, he's probably with others that aren't a criminal priority, but they're going they're going to get arrested, too. >> Did you hear what Tom Hman just said? Listen to this. >> I already see the stories. You know, noncriminals are being arrested at a higher rate, and they're going to keep being arrested at a higher rate because we can't arrest that bad. noncriminals are being arrested at a higher rate and they're going to keep getting arrested at a higher rate. You got Tom Holman here who's not even a chief law enforcement official. He's just a border who's telling Americans, "Yeah, we're spreading our drag net and we're going to increase the amount of noncriminals who are going to get arrested." Remember, they have a quota by the federal government to nab 3,000 people a day. And they are going to meet that quota whether you're undocumented or not. >> Guy in the jail. We got to go to the community. When we go in the community, we won't find a bad guy. When we find a bad guy, he's probably with others that aren't a criminal priority, but they're going they're going to get arrested, too. >> Hey, US government, define the bad guy. Because if you're not the ultimate bad guy, I don't know what a bad guy is. >> Statement. Assistant Secretary Trisha McLaclin said, "Radulle Bajovich violated our nation's laws and was living illegally in the United States for 10 years. What kind of police department gives criminal illegal aliens badges and guns? It's a felony for aliens to even possess a firearm?" >> I kind of like this question right here. What kind of police department gives criminals badges and guns? Let's be super clear here. The largest gang in America and currently there are 720,000 to 950,000 of them at any given time who are all wearing uniforms and displaying badges and utility belts are criminals whether they're illegal or not. They are engaged in clear criminal activity. A >> so-called law enforcement officer who is actively breaking the law. In August, he graduated from the suburban law enforcement. >> That's no step for a stepper. I mean, law enforcement agents are always breaking the law. What's the supreme law of the land? Shall not be infringed. You have the right to be secure in your persons, houses, papers, and effects. You have the free speech right to cuss out a cop. And yet time after time, we see these boys in blue who are supposed to be protecting and serving us, harassing and collecting from us while they trample their own laws, including the supreme law of the land. So, I find this mildly hypocritical when this DHS memo says a so-called law enforcement officer who is actively breaking the law, federal, state, local, I don't care what police department you're talking about, every one of them is constantly engaged in breaking the supreme law of the land. They have no respect for your right to be secure in your person. And I don't know how many thousands of videos we have to see to prove that. In August, he graduated from the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy, according to a Facebook post by the police department. In a statement, the village said the officer was hired in January of 2025 with full compliance with federal and state law before hiring officer Bajovich. The village confirmed that he was legally authorized by the federal government to work in the United States. They went on to say that at the time of his hire, he presented the village with a work authorization card, which was valid and recently renewed by the US citizenship and immigration services. According to an Illinois public act, people who are not here, >> these guys, military forces walking around on American soil, the standing armies that our forefathers warned us against, patrolling our streets, some of them instituting and enforcing curfews, chasing down people and arresting them when they don't know if they're undocumented or not, swiping people off the streets and unmarked vans and SUVs. They are literally normalizing martial law before our very eyes. And we're the frog that is slowly boiling in our own water. >> As citizens, but are legally authorized to work. >> Look at this. And masked up. They can remain anonymous, but you have to give your ID if they ask for it. If they ask for your papers at a checkpoint, you got to give it to them, but we don't even know who they are. No name badges, faces covered with masks, wearing military gear, barking out orders. But oh, it's all for our safety. They're just getting rid of those criminal illegals. I get it. >> In the United States under federal law, can apply to the position of police officer. Applicants are subject to all >> these every one of them masked up. >> Requirements including background checks and limitations to which other applicants are subject. >> They can do what? Not only do they have qualified immunity, federalized qualified immunity, you can't even tell who they are to lodge a complaint. You'll never get their names. You'll never see their faces. You won't ever be able to run them through a database like they can run you through a database. But Brian, you don't understand. They're here keeping our streets safe. Crime is down. If you think it's a good idea to give up essential liberty for politically promised security, and I guarantee you that's not what's happening, then you deserve neither liberty nor security. The village says the officer has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of those immigration proceedings. Now, they say if he is allowed to stay in the states and allowed to legally work in the country, he will return to full duty status. According to the ICE detainine records, the officer is being held in Indiana. At this time, it is not clear when or where he was arrested. So, cops can routinely commit heinous crimes against Americans they're supposed to be protecting and serving. They can steal from you. They can harass you. They can stop you and request your papers and demand your papers. They can slap the torture cuffs on you, throw you into a cage. They can even pull the trigger on you and end your life like Philip Brailles for did in Mesa, Arizona to Daniel Shaver and then get acquitted by the injustice system. But ICE isn't going to go after him for that. They will go after them for being illegal, though. The limits of tyrants, whether state, federal, or local, is always prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress. Maybe it's time that we stop enduring their tyranny.
