so I appreciate the sign that's pretty awesome um the uh the ladies in front have asked me if you could go find another location to hang out I ain't gonna do anything wrong you're not breaking any laws by any means okay I'm not bringing loans you're not in trouble I'd rather not hello but they're also the only city owns the property so they can actually just to hang out somewhere else while there are a few reasons an officer can trespass someone from public property this is not one of them considering a city property is considered private property note that at this point Jeff has not been ordered to leave as of now you are give me your ID give me the identification you're going to jail I'm not going to say anything constitutes handcuffs Jeff is transported to the Port Wentworth police station to be booked for obstruction notice that he wasn't charged with trespassing because as soon as it was made clear that Jeff was being ordered to leave the property unlawful as it was he agreed to leave
