stealing money that doesn't belong to them but that belongs to these people for no freaking reason six months prior to this traffic stop arkansas governor asa hutchinson signed into law the civil asset forfeiture reform act of 2019. well that's not going to work in your favor hey we need to take a little bit of tyranny on it out of this it may sound good at first but it's not going to work in your favor which amended arkansas is allowed to read quote there shall be no civil judgment under this sub-chapter and no property shall be forfeited unless the person from whom the property is seized is convicted of a felony offense that related to the property that didn't happen here and it hasn't happened yet uh you will you would be forgiven and this is real world police you'd be forgiven for thinking that such a law would curb civil asset forfeiture in arkansas not quite though now cases are simply transferred to federal court where there are no such restrictions and where equitable sharing keep that in mind ensures that a sizeable portion of any forfeiture any forfeited funds gets kicked back to the local agency so if you look up equitable sharing it allows state and local law enforcement agencies to partner with federal governments to seize and forfeit property under federal law and receive up to 80 percent of the proceeds oh good we get to split the spoils with you fellow pirates this is road piracy regardless of state law so it doesn't matter what asa hutchinson did in arkansas federal law basically according to them trumps that which is a complete violation of the 10th amendment those are supposed to stay separate there's not supposed to be a federal bureaucracy over all the states that's supposed to be what the bill of rights is for remember the the 10th amendment says reserve for the people or the states respectively but even even with that let's say the federal government was out of it the state government is bad enough so let's take a look at this think it was tied up in the courts for years like for example and this right here says on march 21st let's see um says 2017 public publication state state legislation directing federally forfeited proceeds to state general accounts conflicts with the statutes and policies govern the equitable share program remember if you're just joining us the equitable share program is if a state functionary a state law enforcement agent does what they're doing right here and confiscates a whole pile of cash then they turn it over to the feds and there's this equitable sharing program where the feds keep 20 and the state gets to keep 80 percent so basically what this is is let me show you what this is i didn't even pull this up but it sprang into my mind just now 18 usc 240 i think it's 241. yeah conspiracy against rights so now you have state and federal agencies conspiring against rights and the wording on 18 usc 241 is very clear if two or more persons can spy and even two or more costumed persons two or more black black robed persons if two or more persons it doesn't matter if they're black white doesn't matter if they're asian hispanic it doesn't matter if they're police officers or the grocery clerk if two or more persons conspire to injure a press threaten or intimidate any person in any state territory commonwealth possession or district and the free exercise or enjoyment of any right and i would say it's a right of yours it's walking in freedom when you're driving down the road or traveling down the road in your personal property carrying your other property which in this case is their money you you you need give no one any explanation you don't owe anybody any explanation for what you're doing or why you're doing it or what you're transporting this is a violation of 18 usc 241 conspiracy they are conspiring against you so now you have state and federal agencies conspiring against you so that they can extract the the the product of your time and laboring
