I'll come down to you. Oh, all right. Well, it seems to be going home to have my Christmas. >> Well, this is actually not his girlfriend. It's his baby mama. >> Uhhuh. >> Um, he came home, brought the baby and her because he did not want to keep her from having Christmas with the baby. >> Uhhuh. >> She's been in trouble time after time after time. She's been in jail. She's been drinking. >> Uhhuh. >> And of course, when she drinks, she gets crazy. And >> it was physical. Has there been an assault? >> So, she I had my phone recording and she jammed my thumb. She tried to get my phone. She jammed my thumb. I got up. She ran at me and I grabbed her and threw her on the bed. She's like, "Oh, you choked me." I was like, "But I got a video. There's no not a single mark on her neck." >> Um, literally was it was it was get away from me. >> Um, she she has assaulted me seven times before this. I have multiple pictures of me like torn up. So, you know, I'm I'm not just saying. >> And she does this when she's drinking me. >> Yeah. >> And I told them, "No alcohol in my house." >> No marks. >> Yes, there is. >> You took me and threw me. >> You charged at me. >> I didn't want to be here. I did not. >> Don't you hear, Vanessa? >> I don't want to be here. >> Did you see there's there's absolutely no marks on? >> Yes, there is. You choke me. >> But >> she always says things like that. You choke me. You push me. You hurt me. >> Nobody's doing anything to her. >> But I'm supposed to sleep. >> And I asked her to come down here and say, "Put out. >> Leave me alone. >> Is she inside? >> Leave me alone." >> I'm guessing came down here and went in there with my >> where my granddaughter is around my neck. Was this in front of the baby or anything? >> No. >> No. >> Thank god the baby was asleep. >> Okay. >> I actually left earlier because she was raising so much help after she started drinking. I was like, you know what? I'm just going to get out of here for a while and I just got back and as soon as I got back, she started outside. What is the temperature? >> I didn't kick you out. >> You did. >> Are you sitting right here right now? >> Hold on. Hold on. Now we're on video. No. >> So, are you wanting to charge her? >> I said all I care. I said all I care about the show what I want. >> Oh, you want to charge her or anything? >> So, I don't know if I'm almost trespassing her. See that? So, that's her her attacking me. >> I said she stopped the recording. What you did? >> I want you best. Dude, you want to charge her so we can get her out of here tonight? Oh, >> give me a minute. Let me see where she even went. Mom, >> is that her in here? >> Is she in this room? >> She's not in there. >> I heard something in this room. >> Oh, no. There's two people in sleeping in there. >> What? >> Hey, Vanessa didn't come in there, did she? All right. Sorry. She she has bipolar one. So she goes into these medic rage fits. >> She sleep. >> You want to talk, Vanessa? >> That that's who this is. You want to talk? >> Were you invited over here to this to this house? >> The the police officers right here. >> Sorry. There's dogs. We're not trying to let them out. Yes. What's wrong, mister? >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> He grabbed me by the throat. >> I'm trying to figure out how this end up being your baby mom's. Like, come on, fellas. We got to have better judgment than this. I mean, I'm sure she didn't just start acting like this out of the blue or having these tendencies out of the blue. Man, it was the kitty cat that was it that crazy. It was that elite, huh? It was that elite that you had to go knock her up. Nah. No way. It's that elite, man. No way. No way. No way. No way. You said that you got multiple times marks where she been beating on you like you a punching bag and all of that. Like come like you a pinata. Like what what what's going on here? What is going on here? Fellas, we got to have better judgment than this. No way it was that elite, man. For you to be putting up with this insane. >> Oh, threw me on the bed. Of course, he has no video of that. >> So, I came down here by his brother. Um, his brother allowed me to stay down here and just lay on his couch and go to sleep to get away from him. That's it. I don't want any problems. >> Well, I'm sorry, honey. I didn't mean to knock the elbow off. >> You're fine. >> Since this is my house, I'm That's why I'm out here. >> Okay. So, >> even though that door sealed, it's one residence. >> So, h how did you get here in the first place? Because of him, the only way I can be with my 10-month old son is because of plans he made without asking me. I'm just here to be with my baby. That's it. >> Okay. And have you been drinking tonight? >> No, sir. I'm upset. I have anxiety. Here he goes again, forcing me to do this. >> Can I carry your breath? >> I'm asking to just be left alone. I'm literally for Christmas doing what he wants, abiding by his rules, just to be with my son. I said I've seen some seen some videos that he's had and >> Yeah, but he doesn't show you all of them. That's what he does. He shows clips. >> Well, you said that he grabbed you by the throat. Okay. I don't see any marks on you. Okay. But one of the videos is clearly of you assaulting him. >> That's all he shows. That's what he does every time. >> Well, I'm just trying to figure out the the whole picture. That's why I'm here is talk with both parties. >> Arrest me if you want. He only shows what he wants to. He He never tells a full truth. So, >> no, I told him I grabbed your three on the bed as you charged at me. I absolutely told him that. >> I didn't charge at you, Dan. Come on. You're ridiculous. >> You know, I would have had on video, but you threw my phone through it. >> Yeah, of course. You don't have audio. Of course, right. >> Yeah, >> cuz you threw my phone. >> Okay. >> The audio is only whatever you want to do. >> You want to take me out of here, please? >> I'm not going to argue. I told you what would happen to me. >> Man, >> I came to talk to both of you and it's up to him if he wants to charge you or not. >> Disappear >> or if the mom, >> right? He's um his mom is going to >> Why is the Why is the brother here? Like, >> come on. Like, we we trying to take care of business and you over here playing with the cat. Like go back in your room, man. Go back in your room, man. >> Pick up for her son. Of course. >> Was it >> before you get grounded? Okay. >> Know where you can go tonight? >> I am only I live hours away. I'm only down here because he made plans for Christmas. Um he gave me no option but to come down here if I wanted to see my 10-month-old son and spend Christmas with him. >> And why do I have custody of him? >> You don't. Is there any court paper pre-trial condition? >> Pre-trial condition. Do you have any of that paperwork? >> Unfortunately, no. I have to go to court. It's for whatever reason on the third. >> When do you have >> um >> No, not the third. >> I have all of it at home. It doesn't matter. I convenient. >> I can't keep up with all of your your crawl dates. I really can't. >> Us to stay down here. His brother allow me to stay down here, watch TV, and just go to sleep. As I told you, I told her to come down here and go down down here and sleep down here on the couch. >> There's a a big humongous couch over there. There's plenty of room for sleep blankets. And >> you peed in the trash can over there, Vanessa. >> Whatever you say, >> Chris called us and said, "You're peeing in the trash can." >> Okay, >> I'm just going to lay down somewhere and sweep it off. >> And that's why the rest of the I'll leave it up to you all. Whatever you want me to do. I say that's clear video evidence of an assault. >> The only this portion he wants to show that's what he does. >> I literally explained to him exactly what happened. >> The only whatever you want to tell that's what you do. I'm allowed to stay down here. I just like to watch TV and get the hell away from you. Only one. Please stop. I am talking. >> Stop. >> This is my house. If you want to stay here, fine. go in there and lay down and leave the rest of us alone. >> That's what I was doing. >> Okay, that works with you all. >> Yep. As long as she stays over here. >> But I'd like to see my 10-month old asleep right now. >> Hey, Dan told me >> tomorrow and Christmas day. I can't see my son. >> If you go to jail, you can't. No, >> there's not going to be you in jail because he wants to kill trying to put you in jail. You know what, Charger? >> Dad is trying. You don't get it. >> I just want my baby. That's why I'm here. >> Hey, did you ever consider my family, my mom, my dad, my >> my family never even met my son? Because >> he wouldn't allow it. >> She's mentally ill and it's it's >> I'll get a written statement from you and we'll go from there. Okay. >> Okay. >> Is that what you want? >> Do what you want. >> Wait, hold on now. Hold on. I can't let that one slide. I can't let that slide, man. This is your baby mama. And now all of a sudden you want her locked up. She's mentally ill. She this, that, and the third or whatever, but she wasn't that when you was busting up inside of her. Okay? Giving her cream giving her cream pies. Okay? Listen. But what's not right is for her side of the family not to be able to see the kid. Now that that now that that made me feel a little tingly inside. Okay. It made me feel a little tingly inside when she said when she sat there and broke down and said it's always only his way. he doesn't think about my family and my parents and stuff hasn't even met my child or something like that she said and I said oh man this is making sh feel a little tingly inside okay that's not right most of the times we don't we see it in reverse where the the woman is the controlling one with the child and everything and you know the the father and the father's family never gets to see the child But this is kind of in reverse. And either way it goes, that's not right. All right. Cuz you you can't be, you know, oh, she's she she I can't keep up with your trials and this and that. Bro, the kid is what? Not even a year old. You wasn't saying none of that when when when you was busting in her. Like what? Like what? Come on now. She didn't have mental issues then. What? what she was cuckoo then she's cuckoo now but you know back then you know you was getting a little benefit out of it or whatever but it's just man that's that's sad that's crazy I ain't going to lie the grandparents on the other on her side shouldn't have to feel the consequences that I mean they're still grandparents too just like uh this one right here you know what I mean >> is that what you want >> do what you want Dan I just I told you over and over. I just want my son, that's all. I want to spend his first Christmas with him. You want to make my life hell. >> Alcohol is more important just like it was when you were pregnant. Alcohol was more important then. >> Just say whatever you want. I'm done fighting you. I'm done fighting you. I'm done. I'm tired. Whatever you want to do to me. Whatever you want. >> Hold on. This is the last time I'm pausing and then I'mma let it rock for a little while. But that's what I'm talking about. Those slick comments right there. alcohol is more important. He's definitely a control. He's definitely a little control freak. Now, don't get me wrong, she got her problems, too. But you could definitely tell he likes to take control. And them little slick comments, alcohol is more important, this and that. Listen, while while she was pregnant and this and she was a drunk before before you got her pregnant, she was a drunk. So, what you what you think she going to do? She gonna continue her pattern. You wasn't saying that when you was laying with her, though. You wasn't saying, "Oh, no, baby. I I I I can't I can't penetrate you tonight. You you you drunk. You You're a drunk." You know what I'm saying? Like, you wasn't saying all of that. I don't like that. I ain't going to lie. I ain't going to li I don't like that. He He got a little slick comments, bro. And yeah, she got her demons, you feel me? But that you shouldn't just take advantage of her though. Like, you know, she she she jacked up too. You know, she she she not rap too tight. But you wasn't saying that when you when you decided to make her your baby mom. Okay. >> See, I'm just I'm tired. >> I'll go get a note. I'll be right back. >> You want to put me in jail? She get cold air out. >> Yes, >> I'm dying. >> It's chilly down here. >> Hey, talk to both my therapists. >> Yeah. >> Hey, I have statements from two professional therapists. I'm done fighting. Do whatever you want. I give up. I'm just tired of your Go ahead and make a statement. I'm tired. I don't care taking care of you. >> I'm tired. Yeah, I'm tired. Do whatever you want. [ __ ] tired. car. >> I'm tired. I'm okay. Say what you want. I'm tired of me. I'm tired. What do you want? Sit down with dad. >> I'm exhausted, Dan. >> So, stop. Just stop. >> You could have You could have came here and had a good Christmas. >> You made the decision. >> I wanted to take my son to meet my family for the first time. >> Well, you're not allowed to take him. >> For good reason. >> Yes, sir. Yes. I would. Sorry. Okay. >> Court, I can turn. >> It's what you want. Go ahead. Write what you want. >> There's also no for. Okay. Put me in jail between you two. >> Okay, Dan. >> Okay. That's >> Do you have an ID on you? >> That's what you want. >> I need Dan. >> Do you have an ID? >> Hold on. >> Please. >> That's what you want. >> Do you think that's what I want? >> It's what you're doing. It's what you've done. I'll give up. Put me in jail. I'm tired of fighting you. I don't want to fight you. >> I'll get some names. >> I want blow right now. >> I'll get some names. >> What's your Just stop. Vanessa, you literally were in bed. You could have gone to sleep. >> What do you want, Dan? You want to put me in jail and take my son? That's okay. Please stop talking to me. >> Whoa. Whoa. Hang on. >> I'm asking him to please Vanessa, listen to me. >> I'm asking him to please stop talking to me. >> Listen to me. Okay. What's your date of birth? be 1287. >> So right now we're going to stay separated. So >> I am very far away. I came down here with him. So listen to me. Listen to me at the moment. Okay? Just go take a seat in there again. Okay? >> And then we'll get everything straightened out. Okay? >> Cuz I'm not going to listen to arguing all night. >> When I opened the door, she rubbed it open and refused to leave. kept demanding all of her stuff and I said I wasn't going to let her go upstairs until she had uh and get her stuff until she went outside and we just sit there as a stalemate for 10 minutes going back and forth. Um >> my dogs are going crazy. My dogs are going great. Yeah, >> she's over there. >> Yeah, >> you you can shut the door right now. I'll be in a second. >> I just thought went back over there. Last thing I want to do is have problems on Christmas. >> That's all right. I'm about to take care of them. Get a written statement from them. She's going to get charged with violation of protective order and assault. Roffus outside. >> Roffus, >> you got a jacket. >> You got shoes. >> Where's your shoes at? >> With my work laptop. I just >> Okay. Well, we'll get it. Don't worry. We'll get it. >> I really just need my laptop in my suitcase. >> Okay. Well, here's what's going to happen. Okay. You are under arrest >> for what? >> Assault and violation protective order. >> What assault? Get her. >> The assault that you hit him when he had the phone. Okay. >> He admitted to you he choked me and threw me on the bed. So what? >> He did not say he checked you. >> Huh? >> He did not say he checked you. He said he moved you out of the way. >> No, he told me he admitted to you he grabbed me by the throat and threw me on the bed. >> He did not. >> Can I help you? >> Hey, you told me you told the officer you grabbed me by the throat and threw me on the bed. He's telling me you didn't say that. I said you rushed at me. >> I grabbed you. >> I didn't rush at you. In what space? Did you grab me by the throat and throw me on the bed? >> Yes or no? >> Vanessa, >> did you rush at me? >> I grabbed you and threw you on the bed. >> Vanessa, >> did you grab me by the throat? >> Vanessa, >> listen. I just need my laptop. I have an appointment at 9 in the morning. >> Look. Okay, >> officer. >> Well, I'm telling you what's happening right now. Okay, you are under arrest. Okay, I told you. >> I just asked for my stuff. That's it. >> I literally just asked for my stuff. I have video. There was no confrontation. I just wanted my belongings. >> I didn't say a second confrontation happened. >> Okay. >> So, why am I under arrest? >> Because I was called down here for the second time in 30 minutes. Okay. >> Because I just wanted my stuff. That's all. I don't want government. I don't care. We are not going to argue about this. Okay. Get down. >> We are not going to argue about this. That can be argued in court. And if you want to charge him, >> you can. You just have to go before magistrate. Okay. >> But right now, we are going to go for mag. All right. Get your jacket on. We're going to get your shoes and you're coming with me. >> Shoes are and everything's upstairs. I just wanted my stuff. Please. Please. I just really want my stuff. >> We're going to get it. Okay. Yeah, it's upstairs. >> Is that not your jacket? >> No. >> My jacket is >> Oh, okay. >> Literally everything I own is upstairs. >> What? >> It's cold. I have no shoes or jacket. >> You walked out there earlier. We're going across. >> He brought my suitcase out. >> We're going across. Okay, just step right in there. Do you have her shoes and her jacket >> and my work laptop? >> It's all in there. >> No, it's not. >> Missing is the shoes. Did Jack >> Dan, it's not. Everything's upstairs. So, this is part of the the buffer. >> She she cannot process what she's being told right now. >> Whatever you Dan, >> there's a broken the left side. So, >> I just want my stuff. >> Look, confrontation. You can hurt me all you want. I'm the one getting arrested. I just want my stuff. That's it. I'll go try to find shoes, but other than that, your stuff is sitting outside. Can you copy? >> Cuz you just put it out. My suitcase only. >> I mentally can't deal with this, man. >> Go walk over here. Right in the middle. We're going to wait on shoes. >> Is there any way I can at least have a moment to switch this off my left shoulder? My I swear officer, go upstairs. My My laptop bag is upstairs. >> That's That's >> That's what I mean by she can't >> I'll take that. No. Give it to me. gave it to me. >> I didn't imagine. >> No, >> no, he just put my suitcase outside before you came to make me look crazy. He wouldn't give it to me before. I have the video on my >> Yes, I'll put it outside before put on your sheet real quick. >> I have an appointment um with intensive outpatient care at 9:00 a.m. I really need my work laptop. >> We'll check to see. >> It's in a gray bag. >> It's in a gray bag. >> The gray bag is sitting out there. Okay. It's right beside the suitcase. >> Is that it? Come on. >> I don't understand why you couldn't give it. Just give it to me. I don't understand why I had to be arrested before I got my stuff. >> Hey, >> hold on. >> That's You said you had a video, too. We'll watch it. >> I do. >> Okay. >> Step back over there >> and we're going to look in here. See if we can find you a jacket. So, you can put a jacket on. >> I don't understand why I had to get arrested before I got my stuff. That's literally keep showing the police officers. All I kept asking for was my stuff. >> So again, Kathy, tell me, why did the police have to get involved before I got my stuff? >> Go back next door. >> Why? >> Because >> I just wanted my stuff. I have an appointment at 9:00 a.m. >> I told you. Go back next door. >> Dan told me step outside. And what happened last time? I did. He locked me out. >> You were afraid to go in the other house. Why? I needed my stuff. I don't trust you. Why couldn't you just bring my stuff down? >> You just want to see me get arrested. >> Is this your jacket? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Actually, you open up my >> Hold on. Can you check my first for my SAR keys? Cuz he stole them before. So, these are my medications. Can I bring them with me? >> Yes, we're going to bring all this. Is that it? >> Yes. You just literally wanted my stuff. Hey, you got what you want. You got my kid. >> Congratulations, Dan. I literally just wanted my stuff. >> I'll get through this. >> I hope Daniel >> loves daddy. >> Daniel's going to love Daddy and I want >> I just want you. >> That'll work. If you want to go ahead and take her to the office. >> Yeah. >> Congratulations. Tell my son you're both. >> Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. going to send me house. I mean, but you can see the mental illness, right? >> Yeah. >> Unfortunately, the state of Virginia, uh, the law comes comes before mental illness, so I know how this works and you know, it'll be a charge. I know the charge. >> Well, the only time it's going to be the mental illness if she says she's going to herself, she's going to hurt others. >> That's the only time they do anything. >> We know, >> which is wild. >> It's It's makes no sense. >> Um, but >> Oh, God. Shut up. >> I completely understand. It's a messed up system. This gets sent to our uh domestic violence officer. So, he'll most likely be in contact you whenever he gets back. But she's going to be out of the office until like the 20 you said >> I will be out of here. So, I I don't know how this is going to work. >> They'll just talk to you over the phone. >> No, like with with her cuz she 20 miles from home. Uh so, while she has a license, it's restricted license uh due to a DUI. So, she can't rent a car and drive home. >> I don't know. No, I'm telling you, she can't rent a car and drive home cuz she has to have a breathalyzer. >> Well, >> and you know, car rental place will give her a car. >> Have to figure that out. Actions bring consequences. >> Dude, I've told her so many times and I I I mean, I was at the magistrate just 5 days ago uh back home talking to him and he's like, "She's" >> Yeah, but bro, you you you kind of set her up a little bit, man. I ain't going to lie to you cuz he be name drop like he I don't know. I don't know about dude, man. I don't know about dude. You know she ain't got license and none of that stuff. You invite her over to your people's crib so she can see the kid and all that stuff or whatever. You went to go get her, brought her here, right? And then you turn around and get her locked up. You know what I'm saying? Now, don't get me wrong, she played her part, but you got her locked up. And then it's like, you know, when the cop get there or whatever, you was you was calm, cool, whatever. And then because she she talked back to you a little bit, you get in your feelings, and now you like, well, we got a restraining order. What? Like, you set her up, bro. Like, is that Let me know. Am I bugging? Am I bugging? That's a setup. You set her up like you brought her there. You know y'all going to get into it. When the cop get there, the cop says, "Yo, I'mma leave it in y'all hands. What you want me to do? Y'all could y'all could do whatever." You know what I'm saying? You could either go, you know, go back with the brother and sleep on the couch, whatever. You know what I'm saying? Oh, well, we got a restraining order. What the What kind of [ __ ] is that? You yo, like it, like I said, she not perfect. You know what I'm saying? She definitely got her issues, but he's a slime ball. I ain't going to lie, he is a slime ball. >> Sounds incredibly manipulative. It sounds like you've done a lot to help her and tried to do everything you could. He's like, you shouldn't feel bad anymore cuz He's like, "You've done everything you can." Like, it gets to a point. >> The only time they can get help is when they want to get it themselves. >> Thank you again for coming out. >> You're all welcome. >> The woman was charged with simple assault and violation of a protective order. Oh man. Yeah. So, whatever. This is just a complete cluster [ __ ] I mean, she was cuckoo for Coco. puff when you met her. She's cuckoo for Cocoa Puff now. Okay. And it's it's just a disaster. The only person I feel bad for is that the the the child. Okay. Um but yeah, man. I think the officer I think the officer actually did a pretty good job. He was as cool as possible. You know what I'm saying? And you know, he had those same charges the first time and decided not to charge anyone. You know what I'm saying? Like, but getting called out a second time, it's like, okay, like night night, y'all getting on my nerves. Y'all ruining my night cuz I'm supposed to be chilling. It's late at night, but I'm supposed to be have my feet kicked up, you know, on the side of the highway somewhere, ducked off with the lights off, give me a couple of Z's, you know, and they they messing it up. They messing it up. So, but anyway, I give officer, man, three out of five, man. I think he did pretty good. Definitely did a good job, man. Let me know how well you think the officers did in the comment section below.
