Like we're arguing right now, going through kind of like a breakup. And then he gets he sees someone call me. He got angry, got out, stole my phone, was like not letting me have my phone. So I'm like giving my phone back. Like kind of like like over him trying to get my phone. >> Mhm. >> And he won't give it back. This is the second time around Thanksgiving he stole my phone for a day. Just saying that. He didn't give it back. My parents, my mom got involved and he skirted off on my phone at my house. There's been a lot of different things happening. And then he was saying um like, "Oh, that's why I [ __ ] another bitch." And then that's when I did push him. >> Mhm. >> And I did hit him, but like not like fist fighting. Like I did push him and like we weren't like >> And was this outside? >> Yes. But in the car he was being like kind of rough too like like grabbing me like my arms and stuff. Y'all going through y'all little situation, you know, and you what happens in arguments sometimes people say things to get under the other person's skin or to hurt somebody. You know what I mean? Like that it happens. You know, uh, guys say things that, you know, may or may not be true, but they know that she'll feel a type of way. And girls do the same thing. Girls say some stuff that may or may not be true, but it'll they say it to hurt the guy. You know that, you know, it happens in arguments. But uh so he said, you know, when you in a relationship or when you want when you with somebody, you know, you you you think a part of being in a relationship or whatever is that you get exclusive access, right? You're not messing with nobody else, right? That's yours. If it's a girl, right, she that man's sausage is hers, right? You know that's how let's keep it let's keep it real. You in a relationship that's your man or whatever. Man, well this is my sausage. Nobody else could get this. I we got I got the best sausage in town. Right. Right. Whatever. Right. And then the same vice versa for guys. You know what I'm saying? Guys is like, "Man, listen. This cat is off limits right here, man. This this the best cat in town." You know what I mean? That's how it go. That's a part of being in a relationship. you get that exclusive access with each other. You know what I mean? So, one thing to to say to get under somebody's skin or that'll be, you know, if they going through their breakup or whatever. Well, hey, I went and got me some new cat. You know what I mean? Hey, you know what I'm saying? I got some new cat. You know, fresh that thing. Right. Right off the press. Right off the press, man. you know, and a girl is going to be upset about that, you know. Like, you told me there is an intimate sexual relationship within the last 6 months that qualifies this as dating violence. And based on the comments that you told me, uh, what he told this officer? >> So, we had a big dispute on Thanksgiving. What you talking about on Thanksgiving got nothing to do with today. Thanksgiving was what? This was 12:06. That was a week or two ago. 10 days ago, man. That got nothing to do with it.
