Skippy cares so much about you, he'll ask you more damn questions than your general practitioner. >> Can you sit in that front seat over there? Have you ever had any tickets or ever been arrested before? When did you leave California? Are you just traveling by yourself? Do you have to go to Florida for treatment or something? Is that not dangerous to drive that far across country like that? Do you have any weapons or anything illegal in the vehicle here? If I were to search your car, would that be okay? Do you have any marijuana in the car with you today? Do you have a problem with me looking? >> Before we get into another video where we watch more Arkansas State Troopers bust another woman under corporate traffic law as they make another war on drugs drug bust, you got to understand something. In the decades since the war on drugs started with the trillions of dollars that they spent on enforcement, there's been no substantial decrease in the transportation, sales, or possession, or demand on drugs. So, their stated objective of keeping people safe, making sure the roadways are safer, and getting them drugs off the street ain't happening. Basically, the war on drugs, which isn't a war on drugs, it's a war on people, is a cash cow. It's a revolving door of revenue generation for the state, and the revenue generators are the enforcement agents, in this case known as Arkansas State Troopers. And the reason that they actually pulled this lady over is not so much because she made illegal lane changes and didn't activate her turning signal when they said they should or that she should, it's because of ALPRs, automated license plate readers like Flock safety cameras that have tracked her motions from the time she left California till the time she got to Arkansas. I did another video on this. I'm going to pause it right here, but I did another video on this that you really need to take a look at. It's very disturbing how they're using these automated license plate readers with the Palantir technology to build a data file on you, on your driving habits, what car you rented, what the license plate number of that car, what the make and model is, when you entered certain states, how much time you spent in that state, and when you exit the state, and how long it took you to get to this point right here in Arkansas, so that they can build this profile on you and give themselves the best chance of getting these drug mules. And besides that, this is just plant matter. If you're arresting people, if you're kidnapping them and caging them for engaging in the free market of selling, transporting, and buying and possessing plant matter, you got a serious tyranny issue. And you are truly a psychopathic control freak by violating people's will and trampling their rights. Let's take a look at this. >> Hey, how you doing? Good. I'm Trooper Lankford with the State Police. The reason I stopped you on the shoulder a few miles back when you came by every time you make a lane change, you're supposed to for every 100 or 100 ft before you make the lane change. I don't know how you just made it a little bit too quick. >> Oh, it's supposed to be 100 ft before I do >> Yes, ma'am. Yeah, just >> That's BS. There is no camera evidence that she traveled over the fog line. If there is, they didn't put it on this video right here. And as far as activating your turn signal 100 ft before you make the lane change, that is utter BS. If you can be stopped in the land of the free, home of the brave for something as stupid and pathetic and petty as that, this ain't the land of the free, home of the brave. >> So, just want to check on you. Do you have your license and your insurance with you? I'm sorry? >> I said the insurance, I don't have it on >> Oh, okay. Did they give you a rental agreement? >> Uh, probably on my phone. >> Okay. You coming from California? Where do you live? >> In Florida. >> Florida, okay. >> Well, I go back to >> Oh, okay. I got you. If you want If you want to speed it up a little bit, you can bring >> Stop answering questions. >> that back here to my car and sit in the front passenger seat and I'll run your license while you try to find that, okay? I'm sorry? >> Is it okay to get out on this side? >> Yes, I'm going to come around there to you, yeah. You can come on. >> And again, where is that distracted driver when you need one? Where's that guy falling asleep? Where's the teenage texter? >> Okay, 10-20 >> Thank you. >> Yes, ma'am. You can just sit in that front seat over there. >> Go ahead. >> You can just throw that on the floor. A lot better than standing out in that cold. >> Yeah, it's cold. All right, um right here. And I just renewed my registration. So, I was trying to show you that if you want me to, as well. >> Okay. How long are you going to be out on 4-2-4? >> Honestly, probably about a week. I have surgery on January 14th. I'm a type 1 diabetic, so I actually want to go back out there, yeah. >> Is everybody okay? >> And she's trying to make extra money by transporting that weed that somebody else wants and wants to pay for under a voluntary business arrangement and transaction. That's how she's going to pay her medical bills. And now you're going to mess that up, officer, cuz you don't care. You don't care about people. You care about declaring a war on people. And that's what this is. This is a war that this trooper has decided to declare on her and on everybody else who wants to pursue happiness through the use of MJ, [snorts] for example. >> Yeah, there's something in my mouth. I've been having like really bad headaches. I was hospitalized on Thanksgiving. There's like a nerve that's super close to one of my teeth and it has to be extracted, so it's just causing a lot of pain. >> Oh, okay. >> Um >> [snorts] >> Have you ever had any tickets or ever been arrested before? >> No. >> I definitely I do have speeding tickets. >> Okay. >> I think like maybe two of them. The recent one was a lane change from December 2023 in Florida. It was actually an infraction. Someone had hit the back of my car, but I got blamed for it, I guess. >> Oh, okay. When did you leave California? >> Uh 2 days ago. Yeah, Tuesday. >> He already knows the answer to that question because of Flock safety cameras. >> You're just traveling by yourself? >> Yeah, I do this often just cuz my diabetes and stuff, so it's just easier for me when I like do the commute. >> Oh, you You have to go to Florida for treatment or something? >> Uh well, yes, but that's not where I'm like having my surgery take place. It's in California. My mom lives in Florida, so I go down >> Oh, okay. You go down You go to Florida a lot to see her? >> Yeah, I actually just recently quit my job. I've been working for a doctor's office since for like the past 3 4 years. >> Okay. >> Yeah, but cuz of my medical issues and whatnot. Um I just transferred. >> Is your diabetes that bad? >> It is, yeah. I'm type 1. I've been sick since I was 6. I have to give myself a shot today. >> Oh. >> Yeah. And nobody else in my family has it, so >> And now they're going to put her in jail where they're not going to give her access to her insulin. That's typically how it goes. >> Is that not dangerous to drive that far across country like that? >> More dangerous to be thrown into a cage and not have your medication. Let's put it that way. >> Um well, since I the high elevation, I actually had to have my left ovary removed. Um I had a cyst that was bleeding and due to like the elevation and pressure and stuff like that, it can get kind of >> So, when I had to come [clears throat] back here, my only option was to drive cuz they wouldn't let me fly. >> Okay. 1345 for Smith, 54 J. Calvin. Just going to run your license real quick. >> Last name is Walter, William Adam Lincoln Tom Ever Robert first name Tara Tom Adam Robert Adam. Date of birth 19940207. 940207. >> She should have never ever been pulled over. You should only pull over people you suspect with probable cause or possibly criminals. >> Do you have any weapons or anything illegal in the vehicle? Okay. I want to search your car. Would that be okay? Would that be okay if I wanted to? >> I said I don't have anything illegal or any guns or anything in there. >> Okay. >> All right, start the thing. >> If I search Wait. You're You, an American, are asking me an American, if you can go through my stuff, if you can search my personal property? I know it's a rental car, but you want to go through my things? What kind of sicko are you? That's pretty psychopathic, don't you do think? I mean, didn't you take an oath to the Constitution to protect and defend my rights to be secure in my person and my property? >> 22555 >> Which rental unit was >> Is it okay if I go through your vehicle? Empty your pockets. Turn them inside out. >> Well, it shows you my registration anyway, right? >> Yeah, the rental Yeah, that rental agreement is all I needed to see. Yeah. Yeah, it's fine. >> I'm just trying to find it. So, what did you say I put my blinker on too quick? >> Yeah, so you were like turning your blinker on as you were changing the lane. So, you have to signal for the other traffic for 100 ft or better. So, >> Okay. Okay. >> Instead of like changing lanes and signaling at the same time, then you just you need to signal for a little ways and then change lanes. >> So, like what, like 10 seconds you'd say or something or >> About 3 seconds. >> Okay. The thing sometimes the semi's be like stopping and kind of going a little bit. >> Yeah. >> Trying to get over before an accident. uh for >> In the realm of humanity, that's about as petty as you can possibly get as a justification for interfering with somebody's life. And that's all this is is a justification because they need the corporate traffic law justification to lay cover for the real reason they're pulling her over. He can't exactly go up to her vehicle and say, "Hey, our Flock safety cameras have been spying on you and like a bunch of psychos, a bunch of control freak voyeurs, we've been watching your path of travel and we've been compiling this pattern you've created for us and we're pulling you over because our cameras and our AI recognition technology has kind of alerted us to the possibility, the high likelihood that you could be a drug mule." Can't exactly say that when you're pulling somebody over. So, you got to justify the stop through corporate traffic law, which is the bane of society. >> So, am I getting a ticket for that, you're saying? >> No, I'm not going to write you a ticket for that. >> That's what I thought. That's what I thought. >> No, I'm not writing you a ticket for that. I'm just going to cage you, throw you into our basement, so to speak. And put you in the labor camps in the prison industrial complex because you thought you could engage in the free market. Well, you can't. >> Yeah, I've seen a few semi's tipped over back >> Really? >> some probably 30, 40 miles back. Over off this railing right here, like tipped over off on the side. >> Huh. >> I'm going to go fast. >> [laughter] >> Must be trying to catch somebody. >> I I thought it was a normal car at first. >> Is that one of your guys right now? Yeah, there's probably a few of us out here working today. >> Yeah. Yeah, I passed by so you guys know in like the little kind of underneath like >> Yeah. Yeah. Did you ever live in Texas? >> Never lived in there. >> Yeah. You ever been arrested there for anything? >> I've been pulled over before. >> Okay. >> 10-4. >> Yeah, we're showing like some kind of some kind of arrest record on you in Texas. >> For me? >> Yeah, they I guess they entered it wrong in the waters maybe. But is it still your current address? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> 1345 354 >> Wait a second, this is the same stick, the same Arkansas Trooper Lincoln used on that other guy, Dave Willis. Remember that? He used the same stick. He never been arrested in Texas. He's like, "I don't have an arrest record. What are you What are you talking about?" He's doing the same thing to her. I wonder what the rationale behind that is. If If you know, let me know in the comments. >> Yeah. >> Possession 2023 possession of marijuana equal to 50 lbs. Felony 3rd degree. >> 50 lbs of weight? You didn't get that SUI? >> No, not knowing. Possession 15 lbs of marijuana. You did use 7.3. 3rd degree misdemeanor. >> Do you have any marijuana in the car with you today? >> No, never heard. >> Okay. You don't have a problem with me looking? >> No, I have my insulin in the front seat, my needles. >> What about the trunk? Do you have anything in the trunk? >> No. >> Can I search your trunk? Okay. Okay. >> If I say no, what happens then? >> Uh if you say no, then I'll have my partner bring his dog up here and let him run around the car. >> If you say no, it's going to be yes anyway. We're working our way in that trunk whether you like it or not, girl. We don't give a damn about your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person. What is that? We never heard of it. We like to use that kind of stuff as toilet paper. We wipe our butts with the constitutional rights that are set up by our founding father. We are the redcoats they resisted back in the 1700s. Let me tell you that. >> You don't have You don't have to give me consent for that if you want to or not. here. Uh, 7:30. >> you. >> So that's what they're doing. They're taking the license plate, they're taking uh place of origin, they're mapping where she went, and the fact that she had an arrest record in the past that had something to do with marijuana. That's the same thing with that Dave Willis guy. Same thing. They did the exact same thing. So, they they're building a database, compiling a profile, and it's kind of a predictive modeling using AI about what these people could potentially do in the future. Oh, this person rented a car. This person is going pretty quickly through California and Arizona and New Mexico and Texas and Oklahoma. And now they've made their way to our state. Well, it's it's likely that they're trying to get some product to market. >> No, I don't want >> You don't want to? >> No, I feel really weird. >> 1346, you busy? >> Linkous is like, yeah, bring the dog. Bring the dog. As a matter of fact, you saw the trooper that they passed right before he pulled her over. That's probably the K9 unit just waiting. They were staging this whole thing. Just like with Dave Willis, that you can see that he passes one trooper, they let him go another mile, and then that trooper catches up to intercept and help their partner. >> 10-19 and 60s found I got a few of them. Fortunately, they're not out of a white Toyota Camry, California 9 Nora George Boy 846, 60s. He'll be here in just a second. He just got her and his dog around the car. >> Okay. >> You can sit in here where it's warm till he gets here. Are there any weapons in the car at all? >> No, I don't have I have just my needles that are in my um in my backpack. But, it's in a Louis bag. It's with all my stuff. >> He's going to bring the dog, and then he's going to get her to sit in the back while he brings the dog. The dog's going to hit on the car as they walk around her vehicle. And she's going to insist that the drugs that they end up finding in her vehicle. Here's the dog right here. She's going to insist that she doesn't know what the heck they're talking about or where those drugs came from cuz they're not hers. And this is just a pitiful way to live especially when people hypocritically sing of the land of the free home of the brave at sporting events. Here we go. It's loaded. It's like he already knew they were in there. It's like he already knows what's in the bag. Didn't even have no open the bag. >> All right, you are under arrest now. >> Wait, I'm sorry. >> You're under arrest. >> What am I under arrest for? >> Possession of marijuana. >> I don't have any marijuana on me at all. I >> Here, give me your license. >> Can I see what you're doing? >> Give me your license. Take your phone for right now. She's claiming none >> What they probably do is get with the rental car company run back the tape on that, look at the surveillance video, and watch her putting the trash bags in the car if indeed she put the trash bags in the car. >> None of this is hers. Look at what she She looked She looked at >> Now they're going to sit there and mock her. >> She's claiming none of this is hers. Look at what she looked She looked She looked at it. >> I'm about to. >> Look at this smile on this guy's face. Oh, he's so confident. Lankus. Come on, drunk driver. Come on, distracted driver. Where are you at? >> This is what's in the trunk of your car. That's high-grade marijuana. That is in the trunk of your car. Do you see it all? >> I didn't know my stuff was in >> Okay, all right. Watch this. Watch this. >> This is insane right now, but >> Nothing gets us. Is there any in the gifts? >> Oh, I'm sure. She didn't victimize anybody. She didn't harm anybody. She's trying to engage in the free market. Trying to make some money for herself and her family and the condition that she has with her diabetes. >> Don't open it yet. >> These cops earning my hate every day. They need to decriminalize this stuff ASAP. >> Merry Christmas. Oh, that's That's 100% weed. All in there? >> Yeah. >> Got her name on the box. Why would they put some other trash bags? Ooh, wait a minute. Oh, them shoes. >> Oh, them shoes. >> Legalized armed robbery right here. That's exactly what this is. It's It's nothing different. Don't let them fool you because they're state functionaries wearing costumes and badges. >> Oh, no, though. Told her I'm sorry. I was like, "There's weight." She was like, "What? I'm on a road trip." I was like, "All the weight in the trunk of your car." She was like, "What?" I don't have anything in the trunk of my car. >> Just that way. >> She's like, "I've never been arrested for 50 lb of weed before." Yeah. >> How does he already know how many pounds of weed it is? What did they say here? Total weight was 26 lb of marijuana." >> I don't think mine's camera like that. Mine is like charcoal. >> Chase likes me more than you. >> No. >> I That's not all I got him for Christmas. >> He got you something else for Christmas? >> Yeah. >> No, he did. >> better than this knife, I bet. >> It's just disgusting to listen to people joke as they're ruining somebody's life. Oh, she ruined her own life, Brian. How Who did she victimize? Who did she harm? What property did she steal? Look at this. It's hysterical that the two officers and the K9 are happily posing with their score while she's in the back of the squad car trying hard to throw up. These cops are the best in the country. No nonsense, to the point, and don't take crap from anyone. Love our Arkansas State Troopers. >> All right, bet. I'm about to call him. >> Call him. >> I'm upset now. You should be. Just tearing through people's property. I guess we should have been cutting the whole freaking time. Those kilos. Box. Out of a box. Here, hold that before I cut myself. >> It'd be crazy if this was some kind of IED or something. >> What is that? Computer? >> And then they give these psychopaths a hero's funeral if they ended, or their life was terminated in such a manner. >> Monitor? What does that say? Charging and self-empty station. I wonder what that is. >> Go ahead. >> What I did is Not yet. Is that all the freaking weed she's got? How she got out of the cuffs. I didn't even see her do it. Now she's putting them back on. >> 21 >> This is truly disgusting. Florida, Tampa, Florida. Where's this Caliwood? Caliwood Man, I don't know how a car was with her. I don't I don't know. I mean, it was traveling right there with her and it took the exit. >> Chris, check it. >> What did he say there was a car with her that they knew about and it it took a different exit? >> I need to Can you give me my insulin, please? And this is cutting off my hands, too. It was like cutting into my skin and >> Okay, I'll fix it here in a second. What do you need, ma'am? >> My insulin >> I'll go get that one in a second. You just press there. Need it >> right now? >> Yeah, I need it right now. >> Where is it at? >> It's in my Louis Vuitton, in my backpack. >> I'll let you get out in a second and get it. 1341 >> That is not my stuff. I don't >> Well, it's in your car. You're positive that it was a highway SUV when you looked in there? >> No, I'm not positive. >> Can you please get my phone for me? >> Do you know where she was going? >> No, you are not allowed to talk to her. >> Okay. Yeah, just a second. You can all hop out. Where's the keys to the car at? Are they in your pocket? >> Yeah, they are. >> I'll uncuff you so you can get your hands on it, okay? Okay. >> This is my travel money. >> Okay. Okay, we'll wait. All that needs to stay in here. >> No, I know. I just wanted to show you so I can see it. >> Okay. Is that the only money you have you? >> Yeah, and I had my bank card. >> How much money do you have total? Do you know? >> I believe our hotel >> Is it in that bag? Yeah, it's in the bag. >> Silver and jewels. >> Yeah, I'm going to take you over there. I'm going to take you back in the front, okay? >> Yeah. >> You You're about to get in the car. The heat's on in there. >> I still put it on. >> You don't need the jacket on right now. It was nice of you to warm the backseat. >> Taking somebody to jail for this is wild to me. It's radical. It's tyrannical. It's evil. You're not protecting anybody in society from keeping a person from getting 26 lb of MJ into the free market. There's a demand for it. There's a supply for it. And there are people who are willing to transport it. Lay off, government. Lay off. You're not helping anything. You're making matters worse. They grab all the trash bags, lay them up in the trunk, take a couple nice pictures for the Facebook page, get the dog in there, nice little photogenic photo op. It's just BS, man. Turning man's best friend into man's worst enemy. What a waste of time. So, So, basically what we got here, we got a waste of taxpayer dollars. What are those guys making? 25, 30, 35 dollars an hour? And now they're wasting time snapping, pat me on the back, give me accolades photos so they can post them on the Facebook page and a whole bunch of people can come out there and go, "Man, we are so glad that we are Arkansas State Trooper boot lickers." Chatty Cathy got pretty quiet once the dog was mentioned. Chaos is one happy doggo, the name of the canine is Chaos. How fitting. State troopers have such a hard lonely job, not to mention extremely dangerous. They deserve so much respect. Thank you for keeping all of us safe. That's the mentality, the boot licking mentality that keeps these guys going. Just scratching that rental all up. >> [snorts] >> Where's that broken axle and popped tire on that 18-wheeler when you need them? It's ridiculous. How long they try to get this dog to pose. Let's just fast forward it. Did she ever get her rights read? They love it when you cry. They love it when you >> [laughter] >> First time you got caught? >> It wasn't me. It's not mine. >> Sarah, there are presents in the trunk of that car surrounded by bundles of marijuana with you in the front seat. >> [crying] >> Okay? >> It's not mine. >> Somebody's paying for your car. >> [laughter] [gasps] >> I do this everyday for a living. I know how this works. >> I do this everyday for a living. I terrorize and I harass innocent people everyday. They're not innocent, Brian. The politicians have made laws and those laws make drugs illegal and if you're hauling drugs, you're doing something the politicians say it was a no-no and if you do what a politician says not to do, then you're a criminal and the law enforcers need to pick you up cuz order followers, they're keeping people safe. >> When would I be able to bond out? >> [laughter and gasps] >> I didn't hear you. >> Tomorrow, I believe. >> And [snorts] then what am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to get it though? >> They'll tell you all that stuff at jail. I really don't know. I'm not here for that part. I can't tell you that. >> I'm not here for that part. My segment is basically to just apprehend you and ruin your life. I just pass the baton on to somebody else so that they can finish ruining your life cuz this is going to cost you a lot of money. We're going to make a lot of moolah from you. >> I didn't hear you. I'm sorry. What? >> So they'll tell you at the jail. They'll assist you. >> So I won't be able to leave today? Hello. Hello. Sorry. >> That is my answer. >> Can you please answer my question? >> What was that? >> Will I be able to know today if I'm able to leave today or not or no? >> You will have to wait. >> [laughter] [crying] [gasps] >> But you're saying I just sit in there overnight? >> [laughter] [laughter] >> You thought this was the land of the free? Are you serious? You ever think about trying to do that again, we'll throw your ass in jail again. Then it'll be the second time. Then we're going to slap you with more and more felonies and create a career criminal out of you. So you're teaching anybody anything. It's not keeping America safe. It's not reducing the transportation sales and distribution of narcotics at all. >> [laughter] >> Are you sure that my backpack and my belongings is put up? But he has access to it right there, right? I'm talking about the money that I have, the only cash that I have left. What do you mean taken? For what? >> Yeah, we're going to steal you didn't think we're just going to steal your car and just steal the MJ. You know we're going to steal your money, too, right? >> It's not Oh my god, like >> That's my money to travel for a gas and food and a hotel. But that is the only money that I have. >> Sir, all I know to tell you is quit trafficking marijuana. All I know to tell you is quit trafficking marijuana. All I know to tell you is honor your oath and protect people like this and protect the free market and stop interfering with freedom. >> I'm not trafficking anything. [laughter] I'm not. >> [clears throat] >> How am I supposed to get the car out and drive like I don't even understand. >> [snorts] >> How am I supposed to pay to get it out? >> You think about it. This kind of stop, this kind of arrest really, really puts people in a bind. It really destroys their lives. >> Am I going to be able to talk to somebody else about that? >> Yes, ma'am, you will. I have no control over that. >> You just think you're taking it from me though, like you made the executive decision or you're just talking to me like [ __ ] like Yes, [laughter] so >> Yes, when we get to the drug task force office, ma'am, a DTF agent will sit down and speak with you and he will tell you why we're taking the money, where the money's going to go, and he's going to tell you how you can lawfully try to get the money back and he's going to explain >> [laughter] >> I'm not trying to talk to you in any bad way at all. >> [laughter] [laughter] >> And this is the land of the free, home of the slave. I want to hear what you have to say about the job that the Arkansas troopers are doing, arresting people for victimless crimes. Leave your thoughts in the comment section below.
