Police aren't buying it. >> On September 25th, 2025, officers approached a vehicle that had just been involved in a crash. Hey there. What's going on? >> I'm waiting for the for the tow truck. We're waiting for the tow truck right now. >> Oh, for this car? >> Yeah. >> What happened to this car? >> Yeah, the tire This tire is got punctured. >> Got you. How did that happen? >> I don't know. >> You guys don't know? >> No. >> Was there someone in that vehicle? >> I'm driving that someone is. >> Who was driving it? It was you? >> It wasn't me. >> Got you. Okay. So, you don't know how your tires got punctured? >> No. >> No? >> She just called me and said, "Mom, my tire >> Got you. Where you coming from? Where you coming from? >> West Chicago. >> West Chicago? >> Mhm. >> Where you headed? >> I was heading home. >> You were heading to West Chicago or >> to home. >> Okay, where's home? >> Uh 4 minutes from here. >> Yeah, it's very close. >> Got you. You have a driver's license on you? So, you're headed from West Chicago, but you're facing towards West Chicago? >> No, like I was I was in West Chicago. >> Got >> on my way home. >> Got you. >> So, West Chicago is like 4 minutes away from here. >> Got you. So, is home in Geneva? Is home in St. Charles? St. Charles? >> Yeah, in the Cumberland Green. It's very good. >> Got you. So, how do we get over here? >> When she got the You see You see the wing, right? >> I do see that. >> Yeah, that she drived the car like that, so that's why the wing is like >> Oh, yeah, that was >> Oh, nah. Something's not adding up. Nope. Something's not adding up. See, the copy one has a investigative work. You know what I'm saying? Oh, you're supposed to be coming from here, you're going here, but you're facing the wrong way. Yada yada. Yeah, y'all better get y'all story in line. Get your story in line because the cop already suspects that you're lying about something, okay? He knows something just just just ain't right, okay? >> Like I don't know what you ripped. So. >> Yeah, I mean, is the other side >> No, the other side is higher. Other side is completely >> That's old. >> Look at that. Huh. Is that a No, she said you [ __ ] >> Does this back window roll down? >> Huh? >> This back window, does it roll down? >> Oh, yeah, it does. >> Hey, man, how's it going? >> So. >> Were you also in the car? >> Yeah. >> Got you. Do you know what she meant? >> She? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. No, I'm the same same location as her. >> Got you. Have you been smoking? >> No. >> You sure? We can tell by your eyes, dude. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You're baked, man. Come on. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Do you have weed with you still? >> No. >> Okay. Because I'm can still I know the difference between burnt cannabis and fresh cannabis, right? >> Yep. >> So, my concern is that I can smell fresh. Do you have some on you? >> No. Just this little bowl. >> I'm I'm really >> You don't care. >> Um what about your bag? >> You want to check it? >> Yeah, that'd be cool. And you weren't smoking? >> No, I'm No, I don't smoke. >> Okay. >> I don't smoke. >> No, not that bag, man. That bag. Thanks, man. I'm glad you got You got yourself a cheeky sandwich in there? >> Of course. >> Heck, yeah. As you should. So, this is a problem, my guy. >> So? >> Uh-oh. He found it. He found it. That's why he didn't want to hand over that bag, man. That's why he didn't want to hand over that bag. He done found it, man. I don't even got to see He done found it, man. That's it. That's it. You're done. See, so now this is going to go from a crash to DUI because the cop isn't stupid, okay? The lady in the front seat, she the the mom, you could put two and two together. She was driving, okay? Like driving her her vehicle that she's in now, not that car. And then the the other chick who's probably the sister or something, she doesn't look, you know, intoxicated in any way, you know, she's witty, she's she's with it, you know, this guy in the back, all bloodshot red, you could smell You could smell it. I could smell it through the screen. I could smell the trees through the screen. And he found it. So, you you got to put two and two together. You're the driver. >> Why you got so many cards? >> Personal use. >> That's personal That ain't personal use, my guy. >> Excuse me? >> You got a license? >> License? >> Yeah. >> Not on me. I have it on my phone. >> You got it on your phone? >> Yeah, it's >> All right. Yeah, please. I'm going to have you wait to get that and I'll talk to her real quick. All right, I'm going to talk to you real quick. Were you driving or was he driving? >> I was driving. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That pause makes me think otherwise. Are you lying to me right now? You're lying to me right now, right? >> Can I talk to my mom? >> You can talk to your How old are you? >> 21. >> 21? Okay. Is that your brother? >> Yeah. >> Got it. I'm assuming he was driving, hit something, you're trying to cover for him. You most certainly can talk to talk to your mom. Um if I run this, is it going to come back to you or is it going to come back to him? Her? Okay. >> It's her car. It's under her name, but I'm the main user of the car. >> Understood. Okay. Um my your silence tells me what I need to know. Um I I get picking up, but it could have been a person that he hit and they could have died. Huh? It wasn't though, you're right, but it could have been. You're more than welcome to talk to your mom. >> That's another thing, and then I'm going to let it rock after this, man. But, look, that pause that she did make, you know, when he asked she's lying. You could tell by the body language, man. You know, when I was in when I was in corrections, we see this stuff all the time in the you know, in in the prison with the inmates. You know what I'm saying? They're not going to always Sometimes it it the silence silence can speak louder than words sometimes. So, when the heat is on them and they pause or you could see them going through the thought process before they speak and everything because the truth always just flows out naturally. You don't have to sit there and wait, think, and think about the truth. So, you could tell. This cop, he on point. He on game. I would let it rock. >> You got to like tell me the password to the phone. Who was driving? So, I'm assuming your daughter was not driving the vehicle. >> Boy is in the vehicle. >> Sorry? >> I mean, boy is not home. I I'm thinking boy is in the vehicle. I'm I'm in my room. >> I get it. I get it. >> I have a little one and >> Yeah. Um my issue being is that there was obviously an accident today somewhere. That's that's not just a pop of a tire. That's ripping into something. >> Okay. >> Um I think your daughter is covering for your son. Um and driving DUI is not a very smart thing to do. >> What if someone else was driving the car? >> Sorry? >> What if what if someone else was driving the car? >> Someone else? Were they Did they run away? >> I don't know. What if they did? >> And I might be able to work with you guys on all this THC that's in my in this right here, but Sorry? They might. Was there someone else driving the vehicle? That's what he told you guys? Okay. Okay. So, why did you tell me that you were driving the vehicle? I get it. I get it. Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. >> They suck at lying. >> My mom raised me by herself, too. So. Yeah. I'm so sorry for your loss. Okay, so he told you someone else was driving the vehicle? Okay. Okay. Does he know that person? Okay. Or there wasn't somebody. There's always that third option, right? Okay. Okay. All right. I got to talk to him more. All right, Luis. So, I know your sister wasn't driving the car. >> Mhm. >> Right? So, you said you told them that your friend just took off. >> Mhm. >> Who was driving the car? >> Who? >> You were driving the car? Okay. Do you remember what you hit to cause the tires to pop? >> Who? >> Yeah, your tires are both of your tires are popped. >> I don't remember. No. Okay. Uh I'm going to have you step out. Have you almost done with that? I'll let you finish that. >> I appreciate that. >> Yeah, I can let you finish that. >> Thank you so much. >> Absolutely. >> I'll step out. >> Okay. You want help? So, I'm going to be honest with you. You've been honest with me. Um I am going to put you under arrest for DUI today, okay? >> Yep. >> I'm going to have you have you turn your turn around for me. Thank you. That was not too loose, right? Or too uh tight, right? >> No, it's all right. >> All right, cool. Are you the tow truck driver? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you're not willing to release the vehicle? >> Mhm. I don't know if he's allowed to take it. >> the vehicle? Cuz we need to get it fixed. >> I understand that. >> I won't take it. Yeah, I don't know if he I can take it. You need to >> Is he allowed to take it? >> I don't care. That doesn't matter. >> here. >> I do understand that he's already here. Give me a second. Because what I'm doing is deciding if I'm going to be nice. >> I don't >> Cuz everyone was lying to me beforehand, right? >> He what? >> You told me you were driving the vehicle. >> I'm not sure if I'm allowed to take it. >> Is he allowed to take >> I get it. I get it. What I'm I'm to do today. This is your vehicle? You're the registered owner? All right. Do I have permission to search this vehicle for more contraband? >> No. >> Okay. So, then I'm going to take the vehicle. >> You're going to impound it? >> Yes, because driving under the influence can kill people. >> You never been drunk? You never drink? >> I do drink, but I drive I do it responsibly. >> all the time. I don't believe you. I know you were drunk when you drink. I know because all cops do it. >> This is the tow truck driver? No way. >> I know that. >> I don't know that. Me and him >> I do it responsibly. I do not get out on the road like that. >> I understand, but but who who told you he's driving? >> He did. He told me. >> I know I don't >> I don't know who you are to these people, but you are not involved in this investigation. >> I'm not I'm I'm just tow the car. >> Hold on. We might have to get him together. Wait, whoa whoa is this guy? WHO IS THIS GUY? NAH, MAN. You want to step yourself into some business that ain't got nothing to do with you because you want to be captain save I ain't going to say it, but you know I'm saying listen. You You just stay in your lane, man. Stay in your lane. >> I don't take that lift. But that's But it's not cool what are you doing. Because you drink sometimes. That's my choice. One time you drink and you don't. I know you did because all people do it. >> I know, but he hit something. >> You understand he hit something? >> I understand what happened, okay? >> Got the car. No, that's a driven on tire. >> Yeah, that's a cut out tire. >> No, it's Listen. That's a driven on tire. >> I am a crash investigator. I know what this looks like. But, this is a cut. >> No, that is something blown out. >> talking to? >> is cut, it's smoother than that. >> But, what if they were just digging in there? >> No. >> So, that can't be a blown out tire. >> It is a blown out tire. And you see this scrape here? >> That's where it happened. >> something. >> And you have the matching scrape back here. >> And the same spot. >> Puncture mark. He hit something. >> But, what That could be a literally like a knife just poking through. >> It's a lot cleaner than that. I've been doing this job a long time. A very long time. >> Can you ask for a tow? >> Yeah. >> The man was charged with a DUI and drug possession. Thanks for watching today's video. If you haven't >> Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Man, we got we got a whole bunch of These people These people are still trying to defend this guy's actions. That's the crazy part. Now, it is time for the jailhouse accountability scorecard, okay? This is the first time you're seeing it, so you don't know what it is. Let me explain, okay? Uh if you don't know, uh I was a former correctional officer. So, um I thought, you know, how could we tie something fun and interactive together, okay? And this is it. This is what I came up with. We have six categories here um that will be we will be rating out of 10. Um the categories are compliance, attitude, self-control, truthfulness, safety risk, and wasted chances, okay? The closer to zero that you are, the better you did. The more to 10 that you get, the closer to 10 that you you is more of a crash out. Uh you've been crashing out the worse you did, okay? So, let's break it down here. I also have notes here for my reasons why. So, let's start with compliance. Compliance, we're going to give middle of the road here five out of 10, all right? He did not fight or crash out physically, but the situation was made worse by avoiding straight answers, okay? That's pretty much that. Attitude, we're going to give a six out of 10. The suspect was not the loudest person on scene, but the group attitude became defensive once the officer started connecting the dots, okay? We see this more with the ladies, not too much with the guy, but where the group's attitude, okay? They did become defensive, start coming up with stories and this, that, and third, right? Excuses and all that type of stuff. Um Self-control, okay? The suspected impaired driving and crash damage are the big issues here. He may not have stayed calm during the arrest, but the choices before police arrived created the whole problem. We're giving that a six out of 10, okay? His choices that he made before police arrived is what got him into the situation in the first place. He did remain calm, he was pretty decent or whatever, but you know, whatever. Six out of 10, okay? Truthfulness. This is the worst one, okay? You're getting a nine out of 10. All they did was lie the whole time, okay? Lie, lie, and lie, okay? So, reasons here. This is the worst one. The sister say says she was driving, then the story changes to a mystery driver, then it lands on him. That is exactly how you turn suspicion into probable cause, okay? Nine out of 10, man. A whole bunch of liars, all right? Safety risk, we're giving that a eight out of 10. Um a damaged car, possible DUI. Uh You know what I mean? And um unexplained crash damage is a serious safety issue. Um the officer even points out it could have um could have uh been a person hit, all right? Um so, yeah. Driving under the influence, of course, you know, you're a threat to public safety, right? Um and then wasted chances, another nine out of 10. Nine out of 10, okay? Because they had multiple chances to tell the truth early, okay? Instead, every new version made the officer more um more certain somebody was hiding the real driver. Right? We see in the beginning they had the windows up. Um the you know, the guy in the backseat wasn't even shown initially. Then it goes from that to she's driving. Or no, the mom was driving. Then it goes to the sister was driving. Then it goes to a mystery person, okay? They had every opportunity to tell the truth and they never did, okay? They never did. So, it is what it is, not until the end, all right? Um so, final jailhouse score, um 43 out of 60, okay? Converted score, 7.2 out of 10, okay? The way that you get a converted score is what you do is you take the jailhouse score divided by 60 * 10, you're going to get 7.16. We're going to round it up to 7.2, all right? So, 7.2 out of 10, um that is my jailhouse accountability score. You let me know yours in the comment section below, and I'mma catch you in the next video.
