welcome back to the lackluster channel today's story comes out of philadelphia and begins as jacob giddings was pulled over by philly police officer tyree burnett who had observed jacob idling for 10 minutes at a gas station and ran his plates jacob had an active warrant for assault so officer burnett ordered jacob out of the vehicle jacob refused and was eventually forcefully removed during the struggle jacob dropped his phone the video continues as officer burnett retrieves it yeah i'm good i think he's a little bit busy right now wow i picked the phone up off the ground is my video still in there i don't know i do not know officer burnett must have forgotten not only that his body cam was running but that he swore an oath to uphold the constitution video cameras have greatly benefited the public in cases of police misconduct their rapidly growing popularity has saved many of us myself included from being falsely charged battered and caged if body cams weren't used by this department it is likely that this officer would do much worse than delete a video luckily jacob was able to retrieve the video from the cloud i've requested the full body cam and dash cam recordings from all officers on scene as it is likely that this officer's actions were witnessed however i have not yet heard back from the department according to the philadelphia police the incident is being investigated by their internal affairs bureau the officer involved is on administrative leave pending the outcome of the internal investigation meanwhile jacob is suing the philadelphia police department for excessive force and assault tampering with evidence false arrest and malicious prosecution thanks for watching if you have a video you'd like me to review email it or send it in via facebook messenger you can also view this and other content on my website if you're new here subscribe for future content if you've been around for a while remember to like share and comment down below of what you think of this interaction shirts and other goodies are available at the teespring store linked below channel membership start at just a buck if you'd like to further support the channel and get a slick lack logo next to your name i'll see you in the next video all links are down below you
