I am not kidding you. Every one of these customers was sitting at a brewery enjoying a beer and the exercise of their freedom of speech and the local police department swooped in and arrested everybody. Everyone's going in handcuffs. So, everyone can turn around and put your hands behind your back. Everybody line up. Okay, guys, that's all right, up. Yeah, you heard me right. This didn't take place in China or North Korea. This is in the good old USA. Okay, quick warning. Unless you have a strong moral foundation, unless you are not encased in cognitive dissonance, I'm going to advise, strongly advise, you not watch this video. Otherwise, you are going to be tempted to applaud when this horse's derrière gets arrested by these law enforcement tyrants simply for free speech that's supposed to be protected by the Constitution of the United States. Now, you may personally not like his speech or his political stance or even his attitude. But, free speech isn't designed to protect speech we all like that makes us feel good and cozy inside. It's designed to protect speech you might find distasteful, disgusting, even obscene. This is Kirk and he's a jerk, but you're free to be a jerk. If you're not free to be a jerk on American soil, then you're not free. Let's take a look at this video and let's make some vital comments along the way. Okay, everyone, we are here at the Minocqua Brewing Company parking lot. Everybody say hi. Hi. Hello. Hello. And there is a There's a police force around our place right now. Let's Let's take a look at this gentleman over here. This is Kirk, a man known throughout Minocqua for all the wrong reasons. And today is yet another day that he locks horns with his long-time enemy, Greg. But unlike the other times, today is going to end differently. How long is this going to go on? Do my kids really need to be here to have to put up with this nonsense? There you go. Okay. Yeah, that's what we're I'm going to go over there myself. >> Please, please don't. Please don't. >> This is getting so We're going to make sure that this is transparent and public because we don't trust the federal government. Now, we are going to see a special appearance by Secret Service and possibly the FBI because of words. Keep that in mind. You could get a visit by a government agent because of words that you posted online. And you could get the torture cuffs ratcheted tight down on your wrist, possibly giving you nerve damage if you say things out in the open that snowflakes don't want to hear. anymore? You're part of a very big live stream at the moment because unfortunately, you may be great guys, but your president and your regime is not. The chaos begins around 5:20 p.m. on the evening of June 27th, [music] 2025 after Greg Walker, the owner of Lakeland Times, calls the police in Minocqua, Wisconsin following yet another dispute with the owner of a neighboring business, Minocqua Brewing Company's [music] 48-year-old Kirk Bankstad. For the responding officer, this feud is nothing new, but he doesn't yet realize that this time Kirk isn't alone. Bankstad's over there in the thing. You see the woman in red, the guy in green? So, I walked out and they say, "Hey, Walker. police department or the sheriff. officer, you thin-skinned They're all over there. They're antagonizing me. Now, he has a criminal thing going on. There's bail here and everything. We're witnesses to a crime on him right now. >> Okay. Was he yelling or just the people? >> No, him. He started the whole thing. It was all Bankstad the time. Now it looks like he ran out of there. He's probably run away. Um Those That person, those people right there, that woman in the red, the guy in the green, the blonde, the guy holding his beer up, they're all there and antagonizing me. All of them. Okay. Look, they're antagonizing me. What are they antagonizing you with, sir? Words. They're words. Well, you could just ignore it, sir. You are on the other side of the street. This is America. People are free to use words. And this is a busy street. It's not like the decibel level can rise above the passing traffic. Every one of them should be written a disorderly conduct cuz I have every right to come to my building and not be harassed by a bunch of drunk people. Did they come onto your property at all? Okay. That's key. They didn't come onto his property. They don't have to. He's He's got a criminal He's We got to have a case right now. It's a criminal defamation case. Right. There he comes. Okay. There he is. I'll talk to you in a minute. There he is. That's what he's been doing the whole time. And that guy right there that just walked off, the guy the big guy in the green, him too. Okay. Yep. They should all get cell their phone and everything and they're just It's beautiful. >> Hopefully it gets put on Facebook. Mhm. I'm sure it's being uh live streamed right now. So words and filming. So you got freedom of speech and freedom to record in public. You have no right to privacy in public and the speech is supposed to be protected by the supreme law of the land. This cop could end this right here. You understand? This is America. This isn't Nazi Germany. We are not the Gestapo. We are not the word police. If they didn't come onto your property, if they didn't touch you, if they didn't threaten you, there's nothing we can do. There's nothing we want to do. We'd rather have dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery, but that's not what the cops are going to do. Just stay tuned. Okay. Yeah, sounds good. But But we have a case. So I the sheriff I called the sheriff he's already looking at this really kind of thing bail jumping. Okay, I'm going to go pull up that stuff and I'm going to go over there and I'm going to talk to them. Okay, I'm just going to go on Sicking men with guns onto people who are using words. Yeah, that's what I'm going to go over there and myself and do what sir and do what? You're going to be violent and people who are just launching words is that appropriate cuz if you do that that's a criminal action. Please don't please don't I know I understand your anger that's why I'm here. It's like this is wild animal over here you know. Did she hear did Oh, she heard she called me. Oh, the police already Just just please don't go over there. Okay, I'm going to go over there and talk to them but don't Well, I don't want you going over there and getting you called in. Scott think if this year hey if your daughter heard anything I need that. Okay, she's going she was going to walk over and file a complaint. Okay, listen to him listen to him he's doing the whole rant and everything. How is it the men of this country have become so snowflakey that they will just melt over words. You can't just walk into your own business and ignore these Yahoo's yeah, they're Yahoo's who cares? Okay. Outside What what is the photo do you know? I don't know. I couldn't see from when he was showing it did you see what the photo was? Yeah, I got the officer Bradmer here and this guy they're just going off there it's a mob he just had Scott bastard the neighbor came over he's going ballistic he's got it all I mean when does it end? I mean seriously Gary D. Listen to him. Hear him? Before entering the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2020, ultimately losing to Rob Swearingen, but his feud with Greg Walker dated back to 2015 when Kirk criticized a Lakeland Times article about a local festival, accusing the paper of being misogynistic toward a female Chamber of Commerce director. And that sounds like opinion. Over the years, the conflict only escalated. In June 2020, after another Lakeland Times story, Kirk began publicly calling Walker a crook on social media, claiming he had heard Walker had a drinking problem. Then, in March 2021, Kirk falsely accused the newspaper of using a derogatory slur to describe the local Chamber of Commerce director. In reality, the paper had used the word idiocy to criticize the Chamber's actions surrounding a festival, not the slur Kirk claimed. But even this was only another chapter in their long-running feud, and this time, another family had been caught in the crossfire of Kirk's stunts. Hey gradients officer Admer. It's going good. I just got on shift here. Yeah, so I just got on shift here. So I'm figuring out what's going on here, but they're they're yelling across the road and pointing and sounds like they're they're swearing and stuff at Greg and employees. And we also have a house right next door that they they called and filed a complaint as well. Okay. I appreciate it. >> opened me up. The woman in blue. All right, thanks. Yeah, just spoke to The house next door makes it a little bit more complex, a little bit more murky because the people who live in this house have the right to peace. But look where they're living. Now, it could be that this neighborhood, this residential/commercial area grew up around them and they they they were there first, but this is still your home and you do have a right to peace. But then, on the other side of it, other people have the right to freedom of speech in a public arena. And this does appear to be a rather loud section of the road. 701, he's going to be getting some deputies over here to assist me. You're good to go. I'm not going to go over there and get myself in a jam until the other deputies get here cuz that's not smart for me to go there by myself with how they're acting. Yeah, but you want to make sure you get all of them, every single one of them. It's not smart for me to go over there by myself the way they're acting. I mean, I got to I got to think about the supreme on-duty consideration, officer safety. Them, look at them. Are you witnessing this? Yeah, it's all being recorded. >> Okay, well, film them. Yep. There you go. Get every one of them and arrest them. Flipping me off, that guy. Get every single one of them and arrest them for flipping me off and using words. What the hell is going on? >> Guys, stand up. Listen to this. It's severe. They think it's a joke. Well, I'm going to go pull up those cases and when the deputies get here, we're going to go over there. >> Yes, I would go over and get them now. I know, I but you have to understand it's me against an angry mob. It's just me. I'm working by myself. That's why you have that. Listen, you getting this? They're all flipping me off. That's why you have that. That's why you have that gun. You can pull out your gun and use it against those people who are using words. This is how perverted these people's minds are. This is how twisted things have become. This is how powerful political disagreements are in the psyche of individuals who buy into the cult of personality, the cult of political personality, the two-party left versus right paradigm lie scheme. You have that. Listen, you getting this? They're all flipping me off. Are you witnessing this? Yes, I am. Beautiful. All right. Do you recognize anybody else over there at all? I do not. Okay. You got this, man? Yep. You getting this? Yeah. Sounds good. Yes. You have no problem. Arrest them all. Here, 43, I have about 30 people over at Monocle Brewing Company. They're still consistently yelling profanities across the highway. I did Like all of them are yelling profanities. And even if all of them were, they're doing it on American soil. Speak to the father of the tenant next door. Sounds like the daughter is going to be walking over to make a complaint as well. I'll just go over there. Hello. You're the one who lives here? Okay. All right. So, what can you tell me? Just he's just been really loud. Like I've been home for like 45 minutes and he's been like screaming and then like 5 minutes ago like just awful. You know, like flipped that. Just standing across the street. Three minutes flipping him off and yelling over here. I'm the one that called. Okay. >> called, too. Oh, you did? Cuz they were flipping me off. Just please, everybody just don't even go over there and look at him. I don't want to make this, you know, >> I ran my leaf blower just to drown them out of this. I don't want to listen to this nonsense. Cuz right now currently, I'm the only one working. So, I'm waiting there's some deputies who are coming. So, I'm waiting for some deputies to get here as well before I go over there cuz This is so ironic. This guy says, "I ran my leaf blower so I could drown them out. Now, go get him, officer, for disorderly conduct, for disturbing the peace." Even though you attempted to be higher in decibels than they are. What the flip? Cuz I know it's not going to go well. >> They're just They don't care about anyone else. I think the deputies are coming from Rhinelander, but hopefully they're stepping on it. >> So, when are they going to put a lock on his door? That's a county thing. Cuz Yeah, that's the county is the one who said he can't operate. I don't know. Um I know everybody is asking that question. I'm asking that question myself, too. Can't operate your business cuz you have a disagreement with another business owner in your community? What? He's going to close up and go. I had to pull up some stuff on my computer, but um I'll be hanging out here till the deputy get here. While Kirk's actions were nothing new to officers, Walker, or much of the community, they still managed to provoke outrage. In May 2021, Walker officially filed a libel lawsuit against Kirk after he refused to remove [music] posts calling him a crook and a misogynist. Then in August 2021, while that lawsuit was still pending, Kirk made another shocking accusation, falsely claiming that Walker had allowed his own brother to die in a hunting accident so he could inherit the family newspaper business. Kirk would later admit that parts of the story had been fabricated. >> And come on. You made it up. What the hell's wrong with you, Kirk? In October 2023, a jury awarded Greg Walker $750,000 [music] in damages, one of the largest defamation verdicts in Wisconsin history. And that is defamation. You start making stuff up like that, and you start dragging somebody's character through the mud in your community, you can expect this. Year later, in October 2024, [music] the judgment was reduced to $580,000, with Kirk personally paying $50,000 while the remainder was covered by insurance. But if anyone believed this lawsuit would finally put an end to it all, they were wrong. Less than a year later, Kirk was back doing what he had always done, and things are only going to get worse. Hey. Um so, they're all standing in their beer garden looking over at Greg Walker flipping him off. All of them. Just generalizing. Toss in Adam and everything. Kirk is involved with that, and I know he has um I believe I know What was it? For his open this meeting. Uh let me pull it back up here. Uh there's like 30 people there. The only one I recognize is Kirk. Uh I can identify them when we go up. Uh Brian. Yep, he's holding up a picture, he's flipping them off. Um, he's yelling over here. I'm at the the residence right next door. Um, and the tenant actually called us before Kirk did and they were flipping her off and stuff. She just looked outside her window, they're all yelling yelling for felonies and all this stuff, so she called in beforehand. I'm at the the house right next door. Bunch of people are on their way, so As the officer waits for backup to arrive, Kirk pulls out his phone once again to record a video for his social media about the incident. >> Okay, everyone. We are here at the Minocqua Brewing Company parking lot. Everybody say hi. Hi. Hello. Hello. And there is a Let's Let's Let's see. There's a police force around our place right now. Let's Let's take a look at this gentleman over here. This guy is a Minocqua Police Department officer and this is Greg Walker, everyone. Greg Walker, who is the owner of the Lakeland Times, who is We call it the We call it the Westboro Baptist Church. We call it the Westboro Baptist Church of Minocqua. Greg Walker has called the cops on us and he expects Sheriff Grady Hartman Sheriff Grady Hartman He expects Sheriff Grady Hartman to come and arrest me because they are friends. He expects Sheriff Grady Hartman to come and arrest me cuz they are friends and I think somebody else with him is Heather Holmes. What's happening here, folks, is a standoff between the Hatfields and the McCoys. We have the biggest hole in the state of Wisconsin who would be Greg Walker who owns the Lakeland Times and the What are we talking about? River News of Rhinelander. Uh, we We're giving a beer tasting and we were lamenting the poor state of journalism in northern Wisconsin because Greg Walker only reports the news that he wants to be told. And he also sues people when he doesn't like what they say about him because he's the thinnest skin person in the history of mankind. But unlike most other times, he isn't alone. In 2024, Kirk was also charged with criminal defamation after posting a photoshopped explicit image of Walker and one of his editors. Although those rare criminal charges were later dismissed, they resulted in strict bail conditions being imposed on him. But even that didn't stop him. In February 2025, Walker filed another lawsuit against Kirk accusing him of violating their privacy by using Walker's name and face on his politically themed [music] beer products including one called Snowflake Holiday Ale without This is so bizarre. Why not just live in peace? Why not just leave people alone? Why not just live your own life? Why do people do this to themselves? At the same time, people can use their speech however they want to. I'd rather have dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery. without permission. And even now, he's only rubbing everyone the wrong way. I got the whole county coming right now, so I just started my shift. The whole county? At least this is exciting, man. This is an overtime shift, TOO. HEY GREG, SMILE FOR THE CAMERA. GREG, THAT'S GREG WALKER, EVERYONE. UNFORTUNATELY, I can't Here we go. That's Greg Walker. Greg Walker is the publisher of the Lakeland Times, and the Lakeland Times has sued us for defamation, and Greg Walker has called the cops. 39-11, I'm a law one. Kirk is currently still yelling at Greg. Hey, officer, raise your hand. You're on You're on You're on primetime. You're on primetime. Apparently, these guys don't love to be videotaped because they're all corrupt. Are you going to stick around, Greg? The entire state of Wisconsin is seeing you with Heather Holmes talking right now. So, these guys Greg Walker and Heather Holmes work for the Lakeland Times. Oh, Sheriff Grady Hartman. Here we go, everyone. Hey, film it. Film it, Angie. Let's see what's going to happen today, everyone. This gentleman is walking over not to talk to me, apparently. All right, we're going to have to be talking to everybody, so at this point nobody is free to leave. Nobody is free to leave. As they're standing in a beer joint trying to enjoy beer, maybe use their freedom of speech to yell across the street, nobody is free to leave. And it only gets worse from here. Greg, from what's been going on. I've been sitting here listening to everything. >> Nobody is free to leave. Okay, hold on. So, nobody is free to leave at this time, okay? Wow. Hold on. We were about to walk Okay. I saw you two sitting here, so you got you guys are good. Nobody's free to leave. Nope. Sir, you are live on candid camera. What is your problem, sir? Why are you holding us? >> out what's going on. What's going on? Well, I've been standing here, you've been yelling over there. >> Yeah. Do you realize you have no contact with him, right? Huh? Do you have no contact? >> I don't contact with him. You were looking directly at him calling out to him. Hey. We're on direct to my spot. No, we're not. Yes, we are. This guy is on his own private property exercising his own freedom of speech with his own customers at his own business. And he's about to get arrested. Let's let's go. I'm not. Yes, you are. Oh. Take it. Take it. Take it. Everybody look at this. And I'll take this. You're being detained right now. Wow. Take this video. I'm not doing anything. Peaceful, peaceful. Wow. >> Unlock your hands. Yeah, but how about you How about you stop hurting my hand? >> Unlock his hands. I'm not hurting my hands. Stop resisting her. I'm not I'm stopping. No, you're not. Don't be so tense. Put your wrists behind your back. Why are you Why are you arresting me? Exactly. Sheriff Grady Hartman. Hey, you need to loosen up the right one. I'm in pain. We'll take a look at them, but you're pulling, so that's on you. Can you undo it? I'm in pain. You want to do it? It really hurts. The right one really hurts. I didn't mean to not do this. If you didn't resist, then it wouldn't hurt. Dude, I might tense up when when being It'll be fully you're arrested. >> You've broken no contact, Kirk. You know that. What do you mean a no contact? You know, you have a no contact. Oh, come on. You guys are ridiculous. And no law enforcer is going to arrive on the scene and ask, "Okay, what are we arresting this Kirk guy for? What did he do?" Yell? You're saying he disturbed the peace even though it's super loud out here. It's in the middle of the day. We're not talking about at night when people are expected to be sleeping. Isn't he protected by the First Amendment to record and to use his speech? What the hell are you guys doing? Nope, not one of them will appear and say that. Can you just I mean, I'm not going to do I'm not I'm not a flight risk. Okay, I don't need anyone else here. Everyone else needs to go back to the 12th Precinct. Can you loosen it up again? I mean, I'm a flight risk. I've never been arrested in my entire life. Well, except for the except for the last time. Yeah. Oh, it was in my keys. Can you give them to my employee? Give them to my employee cuz she wants I'm going to move that car. Yeah, she's going to take the car. So, I let the people with the babies go. They were sitting over there doing fine. They weren't yelling across. I let him go like you're doing somebody a favor. But wait, they're not just going to arrest Kirk. Yeah, pretty much everybody else here were yelling. There's a guy in a red shirt. guy standing behind this fence here. Yeah, girl in the red shirt was yelling. Guy in black shirt, this jacket or flannel. But this time Kirk isn't going to be the only one heading to jail. Soon several others will join him after their attempt to support him with the consequences of their own. Consequences for exercising your rights. Right now, everybody that's in this vicinity is being detained for only investigation to be completed. Everyone's going in handcuffs. So, everyone can turn around, put your hands behind your back. Everybody line up. Every Everybody line up, put your hands behind your back. You're going to be arrested. Uh y'all won't. Literally just watched the police have a meeting. Well, you're in the wrong place at the wrong time. I understand. We'll get there, but we got to figure out what's going on before that. Not right now. They've been in there for like 12 hours. Okay, so nobody can leave right now. You're not going to be going going anywhere. This police department is just begging for multiple lawsuits. I got my dog. Well, can you go let him out? Which car is yours? Ford Ranger, Ford F-150, F-150 white. This This is wild. Okay, we can take a look at that after. You know what's going on. Everybody was yelling, hooting, and hollering over there. I was standing there watching. So, let me get this straight, officer. I'm being charged and arrested for yelling, hooting, and hollering. She didn't yell nothing. We were quiet. I didn't do anything. Even if you did, so what? You're free to do that. Drinking beer. We're going to figure it all out. >> Oh my god. Wait a minute, you're drinking beer, too? Well, that's public intox. This woman is about to fall apart, which law enforcement loves. They're such control freaks and narcissists and psychopaths that they love it when you start crying. Don't do it, lady. Don't do it. Don't Hold it together. Come on, ma'am. Hold it together. So, the one that she took away, he was yelling. He was yelling. She's saying she wasn't. She was standing right next to Kirk holding like this. Holding it towards Kirk. Or over towards Greg. They needed to point out who was doing what. These cops should go, "Wait, she was flipping this guy off. She was yelling during the day on the property of a private business. I am not going to arrest her. I'm not some freaking order follower." Too bad. Too bad they don't have that mentality. Black shirt, one that's still recording. That one? Yep. Okay. So, he can go. Black shirt can go. He can go. Use the zip ties. Blue shirt says he just got here. I didn't see him before. Okay. Yep. I didn't see these. Are you with her? Yeah, that's my wife. I didn't I didn't see them. Black shirt with phone. Blue shirt that just walked out with her, I did not see them do anything. They said they just got here. I believe they did. Okay. Who else? Um she was standing by Kirk pointing over to Greg. Okay. Yeah. Well, when you got a group of people that are over yelling in that direction. I was not yelling. Who else? Um that might be it right now. Some people dispersed while I was talking to them. You're an employee, right? >> I'm an employee. There's another employee in there. I didn't see her do I didn't see them do anything. No. Didn't see them? Okay. Is that all we're dealing with? I want her. She goes This is crazy, man. >> go across the street and double-check that I'm not missing anybody. If you want me to run over there. Wait, run over where? Talk to Greg if there's any I'm missing that are here. Yes, please. Are there any over there that you see right now that we missed? She's definitely one. Got We got his plate. He walked out. He was one that big guy that walked out. He's being He was the same one. >> Okay. Doing the bidding of a bunch of Karens whose feelings are hurt because of words. That's what the cops are doing. They're literally feelings enforcement. Okay, anybody else we need to arrest, sir? What is going on here? That dude What about that guy in the green shirt in the left door right door? I don't recall him, too. Okay. Um these individuals over here on the left. They're arresting based on the hearsay of this guy right here. This little snowflake, this little cream puff. I didn't see them do anything. >> No, but the guy in the green and the blonde is Karen, so I think I got video of them. Yeah, if you do that, that'd be fantastic. But collectively, all of them were up in arms. Mhm. Both verbal Man, I can just smell the lawsuits coming out on this one. She got the car. You got You got She got her plate. >> Yep. Yeah, it doesn't show the Wait, let me get this right, Officer Rumsfeld or whatever your name is. You asked the complainant which ones were yelling and flipping you off and hurting your feelings, and then you went back across the street onto private property, and you arrested those people that this guy identified. Is that your testimony, officer? Well, that but no, she was definitely one of them. The guy is the green the short and blonde hair in front of you are also involved. We'll wait for you. Called it out on the radio. For one more and then we'll have you you get in the car. All right. How about you and Brian go ahead and take them, put them in your squads, then we're going to consolidate at a different location. We'll load them all up in the transport van. All right, sir. Can you step this way for me? Are you searching our dogs now? Yes. Can you turn around for me? All right. Is your ID in your wallet? I don't have a wallet on me. Okay. Do you have your ID on you? I would not doubt if the cops let the dogs just fry in the vehicles and just forgot about them. We're going to go to my car at a different location. Put the dogs in the truck. We're going to go over to my car over here. Jared, you're going to need to do follow up with uh Blocker to get video footage and Yep. He's going to go in mine. Okay. All right. There's one more that's behind you. There's no sane, constitutionally minded law enforcement officer on the scene. Over there. Yeah. Here, we're going to go over to this car. What all is on you? I don't know. A phone? Yeah, and that's my wife's phone, actually. Okay. Is your wife the blonde that you were standing next to? No. My wife's in the vehicle already. Okay. Apparently. The one in the red? Brown hair. All right. You want to take a seat in there? So, what kind of things tell they were flipping them off for absolutely no reason and she made a call. What are they going to do, you know, what are the ramifications here? All right. You can hear what we're doing. Yeah, PD, right? That What a little weaselly perv, man. What a weaselly guy. That's a it's a sheriff's office thing with the business and everything, but What are you going to do about that now? What are you going to going to take your guns and put them in your face? They hurt our feelings. They flipped us off. They was They were uttering profanities. Are you going to be here for a little bit? They She lives She lives here, so she'll be here. >> Um I'm going to stop by when we get this all going um and drop off a form for her. If she can just like fill that out of what happened. >> All right. Okay? Thank you. Yep. Apart from Kirk, a total of six people were arrested during the incident. Each was charged with violating the town of Manalapan's disorderly conduct municipal ordinance, a $326 citation, but each of their citations was later dismissed on the prosecutor's motion. >> Of course they work cuz the prosecutor's like, "You brought him in for what? Do you know you just set us up for multiple lawsuits? Well, we're not going to be able to sustain this. Our insurance company's going to drop us, you freaking morons." Ultimately, Kirk Bank St. was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and bail jumping. He also received a $389 harassment citation and was released a few days later on a $1,150 cash bond with conditions that he have no contact with Greg Walker, neighbors, and other victims involved in the original call. Kirk later shared a post on social media describing how traumatic it was for him to undergo a strip search, change into the jail's orange uniform, Duh, of course. and be held in a bullpen he said felt like a large walk-in closet that left [music] him feeling claustrophobic. He also complained about the food claiming he woke up with joint pain and depression after spending the night there. >> And what do you think Whatever you think about Kirk the jerk, he is a jerk. He is an [ __ ] He is a [ __ ] disturber. But he's got the freedom to do that. As the civil rights lawyer says, freedom is dangerous. It's uncomfortable. It may make you feel a little funny inside and hurt your feelings. Deal with it. Kirk further claimed that even 36 [music] hours after his release, his wrists still hurt from how tightly they had been restrained during the arrest. As of April 14th, 2026, Kirk was [music] found guilty following a no contest plea of disorderly conduct. The bail jumping charge and the harassment citation were later dismissed on the prosecutor's motion. Ultimately, he was sentenced to pay a $500 fine along with additional court-related costs, [music] bringing the total to $1,083. But this incident is only another bookmark in Kirk's long history of run-ins with the law. As of 2026, Greg Walker and his editor are still pursuing a lawsuit against Kirk over the beer branding controversy. The lawsuit also accuses Kirk of using his foundation super PAC funds to cover personal legal expenses tied to his ongoing feuds. Something a judge reportedly described as potentially committing some sort of fraud against his donors. [music] And if this isn't enough, Kirk has already found himself in trouble again after making another controversial social media post offering free [music] beer following a recent attack on the president. Now, look at that. After recent attack on the president. So, basically, he's saying, "Now, if this happens, come on over to my place cuz we're going to celebrate." He's not threatening anybody. He's not telling anybody to do anything. He's just saying, "We're going to have a little celebratory moment in case this particular situation materializes in the life of the president in the future." Which sparked a visit supposedly by the FBI or the Secret Service. The FBI, the Secret Service, have just pulled up. I've got my lawyer, Fred. Hey, Fred. We're going to make sure that this is transparent and public because we don't trust the federal government anymore. Uh you shouldn't ever trust the federal government, whether it's under Biden or Obama or Trump. And you should always record the police. Always record federal authorities and state and local police. So, hello, guys. How are you doing? Hello. You're part of uh a very big live stream at the moment because unfortunately, you may be great guys, but your but your president and your regime is not. So. So, the reason that we're here today Yep. is just to ask a couple questions and then we'll be Yep. Got it. He does not. I can answer that myself. No, I do not. Can I ask you guys a question? Is it always black suits? >> [laughter] >> Cuz it's like it's like Men in Black, it's like Men in Black with a black car. It's kind of, you know, you should change it up a little bit, you know, all right. Let's go. Absolutely not. This is so stupid. Who is going to answer any one of those questions in the affirmative? Absolutely not. Can I Can I expound on that? Okay, I'm not going to expound on expand on that. >> [snorts] >> Sounds good. Thank you guys. Appreciate it. These guys are probably not bad guys, let's be honest. They probably hate their job as much as we hate the federal government right now. They left me alone, we're probably all good. By the way, all you MAGA guys that linked the Secret Service and the FBI, it appears that they don't give a crap about your links. But the fact that you overwhelmed them with links probably forced them to actually come here and question me, which, you know, maybe that's what you wanted. So, you got you got what you wanted. However, First Amendment still rules and we're never going to stop talking. I'm never going to stop talking. Kirk might be a jerk, but he's right. The First Amendment rules, and it is the supreme law of the land, and every single one of these cops did wrong. Not just by Kirk, but by everybody who wants to exercise the First Amendment right to freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Leave your thoughts, please, about this in the comment section below.
