so she's putting on her gloves and there's another guy with a light in my car you know you're under arrest now for care and control so this video starts out with Mr BK sitting in his car in his driveway claims to have not been driving anywhere but the police show up with an anonymous tip that he's been drinking and driving I'm not impaired I haven't been driving I'm at home but the fact that you're in the driver's seat of a vehicle yeah carrying control laws where if you're sitting or even sleeping sleeping off a buzz in the driver's seat of a vehicle as long as you have the keys and you are able to turn on the vehicle then you can be charged with a DUI I'm not I'm not drunk I'm not Tipsy you were driving from the other side of Brampton to here no I've been here the whole time so then why is your GPS still on having the GPS on probably does seem a little suspicious but it doesn't mean anything so now I'm under arrest this Scott's just arrested me after he's been arrested or at least officially detained for a DUI check not drunk enough to be charged with a DUI
