hey guys before we get into this video i know we've talked about this before but let me ask the question what is crime what is crime what is criminal activity here's a definition of crime and it even corresponds with what black's law dictionary says it says an action or omission that constitutes an offense that may be prosecuted by the state and is punishable by law but let me take it one step further what if the law endorses criminal activity one of our founding fathers thomas jefferson said if a law is unjust a man is not only right to disobey it he's obligated to do so can you have a real crime without a victim another question is can the state or the government actually be the victim of a crime while they're perpetrating their own crimes there's a lot of questions to ask here lysandre spooner said if taxation without consent is not robbery then any band of robbers have only to declare themselves government and all their robberies will be legalized so what if criminal activity is legalized what if robbery is legalized what if harassment is legalized or any other assortment of criminal activity what if it's legalized are you not is it not a right of yours to disobey it is it not an obligation of humanity to go against laws that actually perpetrate crime not only in the united states but anywhere on the planet and what if we did that what if we all rose up against every form of criminal activity including legalized criminal activity just a couple questions for us to chew on now let's go ahead and roll the intro [Music] [Applause] this right here is from the maryland shell issue it says sb 387 public safety untraceable firearms the bill criminalizes the possession of all unserialized firearms made after 1968 and any unfinished frames or receivers effective 1123 that anybody would bring that bill to the this is anti-second amendment from the word go guys it's like right to keep and bear arms as long as that firearm you have was made before a certain date and is serialized you you will be considered a criminal if you have in your possession an unserialized unfinished frame or receiver for a firearm doesn't even have to be able to operate doesn't even have to be able to function look what it says right here public safety untraceable firearms all they want to trace them man we got to keep up with what you got that's our that's how we institute and keep a grip of control around your necks for the purpose of altering a certain definition of firearms to include a certain unfinished frame or receiver prohibiting a person from purchasing receiving selling offering to sell or transferring an unfinished frame or receiver or possessing a firearm on or after a certain date unless it is required by federal law to be and has been imprinted with a certain number in a certain manner requiring the secretary of state police to suspend a certain dealer's license if the dealer is charged with a certain crime if there is no victim there is no crime if somebody wants to buy an unserialized receiver or base for a firearm it is it is unconscionably criminal to criminalize that guy requiring the secretary to revoke a certain dealer's license that the dealer is convicted of a certain crime and generally related to the firearms over here it says firearms means a weapon that expels is designed to expel or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive the frame or receiver of such a weapon an unfinished frame or receiver as defined in this this title firearms include a starter gun the secretary shall suspend a dealer's license if the license is under indictment for a crime of violence if you possess one of these firearms they say then they will view you as a criminal and you get to lose all of your freedoms for having done nothing wrong they're bit they're literally with these bills right here the more laws that they they make in fashion and put out there the less freedoms that we have federally licensed firearms manufacturer let's see firearm has the meaning stated and f101 of this title just boxing us in man who gives a damn about the second amendment what's that and then they actually say they'll look at you at the straight face and they'll actually say oh no we're hey we are complete this is completely in line with uh following the second amendment spirit of the law letter of the law everything man it's amazing why do we even have a second amendment you know that's the only gun law we need in this country but what how many federal gun laws are there how many state gun laws are there how many law enforcers are out there willing to violate their rights and bring down the brutality of the state unto you if you if uh if a politician labels you a criminal well it's unserious and it isn't your possession and our politicians did say that we're operating within the framework of the law to take away 100 of your freedoms because you did disobey the political parasites that we serve [Music]
