I uploaded this video right here called angry cop pulls gun on protesters blocking the highway and I just want to make it clear I am not I I'm against statist ideology what is a statist a statist is somebody who believes that the government is somehow on some level legitimate and it's not and the thing that makes it illegitimate is that it's predicated on and its very existence they owe their existence to criminal activity you can't have government without theft the thing that undergirds and supports and empowers and and funds government is theft they call it another name taxation but it's still thefts taking money from somebody that doesn't want money taken from them by Any Other Name Is Still theft and theft is still a crime it's still violating the will of another person you don't want to be stolen from but they're going to steal from you so that they can increase the coffers of the state and employ law enforcement agents who come against you to violate your rights and take more of your money so when I dealt with this video about this Paiute tribal Ranger putting an end to a protest not a legitimate protest but a protest in the middle of the street where you're blocking a highway and you're restricting arresting you're arresting the freedom of travel of other Americans if you're doing that in a roadway no it's not the protest that's the bad thing it's where you chose to do the protest and what it resulted in it resulted in criminal activity if your protest becomes a crime encroaching on the life liberty property and happiness of other people that is the arrest of movement and that's what arrest is it's to restrict the freedom of movement then you are committing a crime and anybody who is willing to step forward and put a stop to that crime is a hero now could this cop have done something else could he have employed other options yes he could have I think I made it clear in that video maybe I didn't but people are calling me I'm just gonna I'll just show you people are saying that I'm a statist because I approved of the actions of this Paiute tribal Ranger by you know pulling his gun people are calling it a taser okay taser gun I it does make a difference one's non-lethal actually they can both be very lethal you hit the right person in the right spot with one of those electrodes on a taser and you could put them six feet under so yes taser generally speaking is less lethal let's say it's a gun because it really looks like a gun to me it looks like a you know a camouflage painted firearm with a an undermount light that's what it looks like to me I know that people are saying that Reports say that it was a taser but the report probably came from the Paiute police police are generally speaking tyrants it doesn't matter if they're the Paiute Tribal Police or State Police or federal police or Capitol Hill Police doesn't matter they're basically tyrants so they put out an official report an official statement saying hey it was a taser well now I'm more inclined to think that it's a gun because you the police officers are telling me it's a taser you know it's like a cop who says hey hang tight don't worry you're not in trouble I'll be right back well just go ahead and chalk it up the exact opposite is true they're going to look for a way to make sure that you are in trouble I don't take any comfort in the testimony of a police officer or an official agent who's giving us an official report so it looked like a gun to me regardless the guy the Paiute tribal Ranger pulled out his gun could he have employed a different option could he have exercised another method to get the violators of other people's rights I'm not going to call them protesters they're violators of other people's rights they could have gone 10 feet off the road protested had all their signs and all those people go into burning man could have looked at it and maybe it would have even been they could have got more followers by not intervening and their right to travel so you get this comedy of errors here you've got Paiute Tribal Police who I'm just going to go ahead and call them statists yeah it's their land and all that kind of stuff and they can do whatever they want on their own land but I'm just going to go and they probably have a status police law enforcement pro-government mentality so you got the status who are a bunch of tyrants coming out against a bunch of climate change protesters who want to basically run over your rights interfering with the rights of other people who are typically liberal-minded going to burning man who are who under other circumstances would be inclined to support this kind of protest only they're not going to now because hey you got in my way I want to go to burning man you're arresting my my freedom of travel so it's just this comedy of errors but this guy right here Daniel Boone of all people says your statism is showing and then he says serious question how come you only reply to people who are already 100 in agreement with you are you afraid you might have uh you might have your mind changed first of all you know how many people have accused me of only replying to people who aren't in agreement with me I've had so many people say dude why do you only respond to people who disagree with you and I do I respond to people who disagree with me and to people who agree with me I give a heart to people I agree with and I don't give a heart to people I don't agree with it's pretty simple truth fears no scrutiny my my objective my agenda on this channel is to learn freedom to learn Liberty and to also dispense knowledge about freedom and liberty things that I've learned that I think May benefit you because you tell me things that benefits me all the time that's why I constantly say none of us is greater than all of us So I responded back to him and I said serious question because he made an accusation he made an accusation that I'm a statist that is I agree with the political ideology that says that it's okay to rob people so that you can have something some fiction called government I complete every bone in my body every cell in my being resists that because it's a construct of belief statism or government is a construct of belief it doesn't truly exist but there are agents who believe it exists with interferes which interferes negatively with our reality if you have a whole bunch of people believing things that don't exist they can seriously mess you up because it's psychotic government is a construct of belief it doesn't exist what is government government is literally you could boil it down to right to rule does any human being have the right to rule you do you have the right to rule other people and by rule I mean without their consent in violation of their will the answer to that question is nobody's got the right to rule you and you don't have the right to rule other people and if it's true that nobody has the right to rule you and you don't have a right to rule other people then there's no such thing as Government because that's what government is government believes that it believes that not only do they have the right to rule you they have the duty to rule you that it's the right thing to rule you and they believe that you have the obligation to obey the rulership or in their minds the status mind you should be rightly punished if you don't obey the rules that I wrote down on this parchment and called it a law it's a fiction it is literally demonstratably or demonstrably it's demonstrably a fiction government is a demonstrable fiction it is a religion it is a belief structure it is a construct of belief he made an accusation that I only reply to people who are 100 agreement with with me that's demonstrably false because you can see in my chats that I interact with people who agree and people who disagree with me he says that I'm a statist my statism is showing how is it being a statist saying that a man chose to eliminate a threat to a whole bunch of other men who are backed up in a six to ten mile long traffic line where their their fright to travel is being arrested by a bunch of violators of all these people's rights I could care less that the man has a uniform and works for some agency called the Paiute tribal place I could care less if he was a federal agent I could care less if he was a state agent his actions were what I was looking at yeah he shouldn't he shouldn't that job that he has shouldn't exist he shouldn't be paid on the tax cattle dime I completely agree with that but his actions is or what I was looking at and I just it's it's amazing to me how people can Overlook something so simple remove the uniform remove the clown costume remove the supposed authority of the state is it okay for a man to intervene in the activities of other men who are trampling on the rights of other men yes absolutely it's not only the right thing to do it's almost like our duty It's Our obligation guard with jealous attention the public Liberty that's what that Paiute tribal Ranger was doing he was guarding with jealous attention the public Liberty now why was he doing it I don't know but that he was doing it was the right thing could he have done it another way yes does it seem a little over the top to draw a weapon on people who are unarmed yes there's a report saying that when they got the call they were saying that these guys who were blocking off the street these green rights guys or whatever were armed so if that's true then the tribal officer had in his mind that hey it's possible when I get out of this truck I could get shot so I'll go ahead and draw my weapon so I asked this Daniel Boone guy back serious question why did you just make a false statement about me when I often reply to those who disagree with me and I do this to such an extent that people have questioned why I quote only respond to those who disagree with me so how is it statism for anyone copper non-cop to use Force to protect the freedoms of others by confronting criminals and that's who these people were sitting in the street they were acting as thugs they were acting as criminals they were acting as people who thought they had the right to arrest other people arresting their movement keeping them from being able to freely travel yeah the cop could have deployed another method what would have been good is if the cop got with the other people parked and said here's what we're gonna do you guys want to go through they're violating your right and my right to go through we're gonna go ahead and band together let's get about 20 30 40 of us and let's go up there and let's move that trailer out of the street and let's tie every single one of them to the trailer on the side of the street and when you guys all pass we'll untie them yeah they could have done that they had the manpower to do that but they chose not to do that and I don't have a problem with how he did it could he have done it another way yes did it seem a little bit excessive yeah but you know what else is excessive trampling the rights of people who don't want their rights trample that should be top priority guard with jealous attention the public Liberty suspect anyone who comes near that precious Jewel unfortunately nothing will preserve that Liberty but downright for us and when you give up
