we know what they say they say they're there to serve and protect how they live it out is they're going to be they're going to harass and collect from you but how do they live out their lives they live out their lives following orders they're not the moralists that they should be doing what is right regardless of what they're told they do what they're told regardless of what is right they're there for a paycheck because they say they are and time and time again you hear in training that they just want to go home safe doesn't matter what they have to do to get home safe they're going home safe whether you do or not those are their top priorities so tonight we're going to highlight denver metro audits and an interaction that he had in this video called cops dismissed cops and warden try to kick us out and fail walk of shame now i just want to start this out by saying i appreciate you guys being here thank you for subscribing to the channel if you haven't done so already hit that would pick is the crowbar it's not the gorilla glue it's not the duct tape it's not the hammer nails they're not going to repair anything they're going to tear something apart and what they want to do what they want to tear apart is they want to put the crowbar of tyranny under your fingers and pry you off of your freedom and they'll do anything to do it to get that to accomplish that task and this is just an example of that and i don't take this kind of interaction light now this cop on the left we're going to see is going to be really cool and nice as he's going to want to just kind of you know let your guard down hey i'm a dude you're a dude we can relate you're cool i'm cool everything's cool never let your guard down around that because again their primary objective is they're going to follow orders they're going to collect that paycheck and they're going home safe and they don't care what they have to do to accomplish those three objectives so if you haven't take the taking the lieutenant spot that's the state property he just wants you to go to the sidewalk and do all your stuff from out there okay the state property's public property and this is open to the public it's not a restricted area sir he's in charge of this property let me let me translate that he's in charge of this property so what he says goes so in this space right here the supreme law of the land is this guy that's what he's saying now this officer is supposed to be a law enforcer this could actually this this officer right here is supposed to be a constitution facilitator not even an enforcer he's not there he's not supposed to enforce law he's supposed to facilitate freedom that's what he's supposed to do now if in the course of facilitating freedom he finds that there's criminal activity afoot then it's his obligation not just his because he has a badge uniform and a gun you know wearing a funny costume that demands authority from the public but because he's a human being and human beings who are just cannot tolerate evil i.e criminal activity happening putting down throwing down criminal activity including tyrannical activity is not relegated simply to people who wear costumes you or i could do it if we want to get involved in the situation if we saw a purse getting snatched or we saw a guy running from you know a school after having done a little bit of damage there that we can't talk about on you know certain outlets uh if you're within your right to pursue such a person and to bring that person to justice this isn't just limited to badged officers to do that so when he says hey this guy's in charge right here he's saying this guy's words trump the supreme law of the lamb but i swore i put my hand on the bible roosevelt raised my right to entered heaven and swore to protect and defend and preserve your freedoms the constitution of the united states but now he's saying this guy's in charge and what this guy says go hey you're fine to film but not here so here he comes with this crowbar to denver metro audits to try to pry his fingers off of that freedom that precious freedom the freedom that that can only be kept through eternal vigilance he wants to be cool hey it's fine that you film here oh thanks for your permission officer i don't need it we don't need proficient permission of course we're fine to film in a public space but he wants to take it a little bit further and he wants to be a little bit sly about it because again his job is to follow orders to enforce laws to collect a paycheck and to make sure that at the end of the day after this entire interaction he goes home safe but listen to how denver met i love how denver metro audits handles this because he's calm he's articulate he's coherent he speaks in a language and in a tone that these police can understand without bringing up unnecessarily bringing up their defenses and with almost surgical precision and we all make mistakes none of us is perfect but with almost surgical precision he excises the tumor of tyranny that's about to present itself right now this is his property he's in charge of it it's just his property it's just like the post office post office of state property right but you can be told that you are not allowed in there yes you can absolutely all right gentlemen so we do this for a living search we go to post offices all the time i understand that's not us just because it's a public place doesn't mean that you can't be told that you can't be in here this is just it's like what law books are you reading buddy what kind of drugs are you taking what don't want to make worse officer and why did you even say that that doesn't even sound like it fits in this conversation what is the this that could be made worse and how would this be made worse i mean i'm just a guy with a camera you know denver metro audits is just a guy with a camera in a public space filming whatever he can see whatever his eyes can see nothing wrong with that he's not engaged in any criminal activity as a matter of fact he's standing on a constitutionally protected right which is the irony of this whole thing because this guy in a uniform swore to protect at the talking okay and mine's officer hayes i'm 17060. thanks all right okay i think what we're doing is pretty reasonable it's completely unreasonable because in order to trespass from public property sir we have to commit a crime that's the way the law works okay so you're telling us that they can just ask us to leave and we have to leave no that's completely not true and a post office this public property is public property and this is open to the public now this is a restricted area like i obviously can't go behind that fence right and record or go back there period because that's restricted area this is open to the public it says visitor parking right there yep so we are absolutely uh allowed to be here but you can also be told that you can't be here by an employee of the state brand lieutenant here we have to break the law first you don't have to break the law can you show me a statue so guys everything that he's saying everything that this cop is saying is that this this guy who's in charge he is above the constitution that i swore to protect and defend then why didn't you swear by this coordinator whoever this guy is i swear by this i will uphold this guy's word i will uphold the word of my commanding officer so you're basically saying every every action that you take is coming from somebody you deem as more important than the constitution that you swore to protect and defend and i just want to i want to stop and reiterate because a lot of people call me a constitutionalist i'm not the constitution is literally bunk they know it's bunk we know it's bunk how do we know it's bunk because you could be asleep at through two o'clock in the morning the fbi is gonna come in whether there's a piece of paper under the glass at the smithsonian or not saying that you have a right to be secure in your person's paper houses papers and effects lysandre spooner said whether the constitution be one thing or another this much is certain it's either authorized such a tyrannical government as we have in a way it's way more uh tyrannical now than it was back in the 1800s with lysander spooner or it's been unable to stop it it's been unable to hold back that tyranny in either case it's unfit to exist the reason i bring up the constitution is because these guys won't even keep their word to the first 10 amendments of the constitution called the bill of rights it's not the bill of suggestions by the way it's not the bill of codes it's not the bill of laws it's the bill of rights the rights that are supposed to recognize the inalienable right of human beings to do whatever they want to do as long as they're not reaching out their hand to harm or threaten or steal from other people the statute in my hand well come on some ass can you look it up or call us argent over here maybe we're not going to bother the sergeant with this can we get it we are requesting a guideline right here we're requesting a supervisor okay i'm not going to bother those you have to use your policy server we request a supervisor you have to you can call them that's fine i'm telling you to call them sir you're the public servant you're not being reasonable you're trying to you're trying to violate our rights or we have a right to be here right you're totally violating our right you're telling us that you're trying to trespass us from public property that is called cognitive dissonance it's holding two conflicting ideas in your mind or trying to hold them at the same time saying hey i i am here to support your freedoms and the constitution by the way you're on public property and this guy says you have to go that's contradictory those are contradictory ideas that's cognitive dissonance he's engaged in this he knows he's wrong denver metro audits knows his stuff this guy the reason this guy's not putting cuffs on denver metro audits is because he knows he's wrong but he is not going to admit it that's how hard-headed and egotistical these people are they don't have a chip on their shoulder it's like a 2 by 6 by 12 board hanging off their shoulder whenever they walk onto a scene like this that's unacceptable property state property is public okay how about how about if i wrap it in peanut butter will this work property you're filming a city hall someone has an issue with it an employee right they can tell you you can't be in here no all right no this guy says he watches this kind of stuff all the time i'm surprised you guys don't understand this man you you totally need to get an education uh officer nelson that's completely incorrect that's completely incorrect so can you get a sergeant out here please that's your policy or requesting a sergeant i'll talk to the sergeant a little bit and see if he wants to come out here all right i'm not from this district so i don't know any sergeant who's working we're helping this district out now because they have an officer's funeral so we'd really rather not be dealing with this yeah we think you should just get back to work man because we're not committing a crime so we're just here doing a story we already told um lieutenant williams why we're here we're doing a story on mass incarceration so we're not breaking the law and you're trying to tell us that uh you can trespass us from public property that's totally incorrect sir okay well we'll have the little proceeding in court if that's what you'd like to have with you yeah i mean that's what you want sir we definitely would have that dismissed and attach ourselves to your pension as long as possible i i've never heard anybody say it like that go ahead bring the lawsuit and we are going to attach ourselves to your pension how do you like that basically officer nelson your qualified immunity is kind and this is how serious this is guys this is so freaking serious and i hope people understand that when denver metro audits or direct-d or dps or san joaquin valley transparency or anybody out here does this kind of stuff it is of the utmost importance because we are talking about guys with all this uk ukraine and russia stuff going on we are literally talking about living in a totalitarian authoritarian orwellian police surveillance state 24 hours a day seven days a week on the one hand or wanting to live in freedom that's what this is all about and golfer made a really good point these are the officers who would just follow orders and shoot you if they're told to when the time comes they don't mind walking up to you saying you can't record in a public place because this guy's in charge right here and completely trampled this tells you what kind of person that this guy is and the other officer if they are willing to trample over any semblance of character morality or integrity and i'm talking about their own then all bets are off they will do anything to you if they don't care how they look when the camera is rolling and this could potentially go before millions upon millions of eyes and a global audience if they're willing to do this trample over their their reputations man it's like you took an oath does your word mean nothing then when the time comes they will pull the trigger and shove you off in a ditch because that's what history tells us and if we don't learn from history we're doomed to repeat it plot of unity doesn't exist in colorado anymore so huh i'm aware okay nowhere so i'm just saying he said we'll have our day in court we will attach ourselves to whoever put the handcuffs on us we'll attach ourselves to your pension as long as possible we'll file a lawsuit with the city and county of denver as well and uh this will video will go viral so that's up to you guys if you guys want to do anything about that it's going to look really bad on your department and yourself you guys staying warm oh we dress warm it's been super cold last few days did you not hear what i who cares how cold it is who cares about hey how about them bears um they came out of nowhere why because they're uncomfortable they can't deal with the truth they can't digest the truth pill that denver metro audits just shove down their throat without the peanut watch these kind of videos all the time denver metro audits pointed out well you haven't learned anything from it why do you guys keep doing this you you'd think you would be the most educated people on how to deal with people especially you would think they'd be on their best behavior when oh god we're walking up to a guy with the camera okay constitution let's see what does the first amendment say oh yeah what is it okay what are the what are the uh what are the five important items of the first amendment that i need to remember let's see what's the second amendment okay the the armed fisherman has a firearm okay that's cool right to keep and bear arms shall not be in fringe so i better not walk up and infringe on his rights let's see what does the fourth amendment say to be secure in your personal house of peace i better put my i better put my crowbar back and get out my duct tape and just be be an agent for healing an agent for cohesiveness an agent for unity and an agent for freedom instead of an agent for tyranny but they don't think that because they can't because they have those three things in mind follow orders collect paycheck go home safe follow orders collect protected activity sir and you're trying to tell us that we can't record on public property we're not inside the facility or in the prison in a restricted area we're in the public area sir we're allowed to record here we know we're doing we do this all the time just just a real quick i just so we can massage our terminology because i do think it's important we're allowed to film here just just a real quick a mild note of criticism because i say this kind of stuff too but allowed indicates that there's somebody giving us permission and free men don't ask and they don't need or require the permission from anybody we're free to record because we have inalienable rights not because our rights were given and our rights can't be taken that's the inalienable part but just just a real quick just kind of a little modifier here we're not really allowed to be here we're free to be here we are free men acting in a free capacity in supposedly the land of the free home of the brave officer are you really here to deprive me of that are you really here to violate my consent and go against my individual will if i went against your will right now and started taking away your rights officer wouldn't you view me as engaging in criminal activity but because i a free man and walking in my rights that gives you no right to come encroach on and infringe on my freedoms so just just a real mild real mild thing there that's true we're actually done with our story already but you guys called the cops so they called the cops so we got the warren over here wanted to put his hands on me earlier all right good so it's actually headquarters we just respectfully ask them to take their filming across the world off of our property and not get on our perimeter roads and all without that authorization anything that they want to ask or we'll be able to show you the information officer but they're filming staff going in and out i just i gotta laugh at this right here it's like when i was a kid they do do you guys remember like i don't even know if did they still do this they put on a feed bag for the horse they just put this thing around their their their big muzzle so that they can have this bag of feed that's just what it reminds me of as a feedback i like what youtube truth narrow michael andrew waters said every interaction with these cops is under the implied threat of violence which falls under the definition of under duress yep exactly how would i mean how would you feel if just a non-uniformed individual walked up to you with a firearm kept patting his firearm and just talking to you like hey you got to get out of here that's just what you got to do this guy right here he's in charge of this whole situation and then implying that if you don't get out of here then some kind of action is going to come against you uh i'm contacting our sergeants as well they're on our side thank you so much we're disrupting what are we disrupting recording on a public property is disrupting so these guys don't understand basic trespassing laws i mean how ridiculous is that you can tell this guy's young hasn't been on the force too long and the other guy's young too but it's like guys i mean how can you be a cop you don't understand basic trespassing laws are the first amendment it's the first one on the list they're still not training the police on first amendment ridiculous man unacceptable so this is the guy that's trying to kick us out of here saying we can't record in the post office either hello so is the supervisor coming what's that supervisor coming nelson no i just talked to him on the phone though okay so what's happening then okay he wants that door to be open so bad so you can get away from denver metro audits this is what they do guys this isn't even normal human to human interaction denver and metro audits think about this he's out there minding his own business videotaping whatever you can see in a public place these guys come up to denver metro audits and his fr i think he has a friend with him but they're interrupting denver metro audits day and now denver metro audits wants to talk to him but this cop wants so bad to get away from the conversation he is just chomping at the bit for this door to be open so he can escape the light of truth that's been shined on him he wants to go into the his hole into his cave of darkness he doesn't want to be confronted anymore about the tyranny he's trying to foist on denver metro audits this is what you see all the time they know they're wrong they know they can't do it they well they could do something about it but not legitimately if they do they do try to do something like exert his will against them for metro audits will they know at least in the back of their mind because there's got to be some glimmer of humanity left that he's doing wrong that he's engaged in criminal activity this officer i'm talking about so he talked to supervisor the assistant the guy right here that said that if they ask us to leave then we have to leave and he said that we can't record in a post office if they ask us to leave yes it is what you said so the post office can tell you to leave just because the state property doesn't mean you're allowed to be in there doing whatever you want if the post office says so you have to go you can be trespassed from the post office just because the state property doesn't make a difference so so i i don't know i haven't seen the rest of this video right here so let's let's use that same logic if the post office tells you that you have to go because you have a camera and that's legitimate and above board can the post office tell you to go because you're 50 pounds overweight they believe hey we believe you're 50 pounds over wait you've got to go hey we believe that you're a danger to public health because you're the wrong color skin you've got to go and and we've just profiled you is that legitimate officer so you're saying that because i have a camera the cut the the the public servant at the post office on federal property can just tell me to go and i have to obey him and if i don't then i'm now engaged in criminal activity how exactly does that work officer have you really thought about this logically have you followed the logic trail or in this case the illogic trail to the illogical conclusion are you hearing this guys are you hearing this guy wow door open door open door open doors this guy is unbelievable man you shouldn't be a cop if you really believe that i probably shouldn't why doesn't we record post offices once a week look at them did you see the relief on his face he's like oh god thank god that door opened because i got to get away from this guy but you sound like a clown dude another tyrant in a clown suit over there just like uh always film the police would say so and then you guys heard it you guys heard him that the post office asked us to leave we have to leave and this guy's the one in charge he's the leading officer and he thinks that that's ridiculous that's unacceptable this guy's you know that's why the six months training isn't good enough guys six months training isn't cutting it doesn't understand the first amendment doesn't understand 16-3-3 colorado revised statutes of states were allowed to record in a public space tells us that as long as they ask us to leave we have to leave stupid man unacceptable guys these guys don't know their job that's why six months isn't enough oh look here we go they're coming back out let's go see what they have have the right to do that um just the warrior's request is just please be respectful to the staff and don't bother them if they're trying to leave and if they don't want to answer questions and try to get in the cars please don't you know interfere with that at all so basically denver metro audits was right he was in the right he was standing in freedom standing on his inalienable rights they were wrong but now he feels like he still has to give directives because that's what cops do they got their their authoritarians it's in their blood that's why they have that job they sought the ring of power they got the ring of power and they can't let it go they got to say well you need to make sure that you're not interfering with anybody's activities make sure that you're not disrupting always they can't just leave well enough they can't just say hey you know what you guys are right we were wrong we're on the wrong side of this we should have we should have protected and upheld your rights you got us and we we need to learn but no they have to issue the directive they have to keep on going man every time they're so freaking predictable they're trying to go about their lives and do their stuff well we don't need the directors and we were never harassing anyone anyway so but we do appreciate at least you telling us that we have the right so you guys were wrong this guy nelson right here is a straight clown trying to tell us that we have to leave if if uh they ask is he a straight clown he could be he could be the other kind of clown took us to leave obviously that's not true sir threatened us that he's going to trespass us this guy oh well we can't record in post office if they ask us to leave either right 16-3-311 are allowed to record this cop is sitting here thinking i would expect that maybe from a kindergartner who doesn't know better you know listening i just do when i'm asked you know the teacher knows best he's a grown man saying that i'm just doing what i'm told yeah but what about the constitution what about doing what's right how about you wake up tomorrow and go you know what i'm not gonna do what i'm told unless it's right and i'm gonna do what's the best i can do is just ask you guys if if you guys are here and you guys are recording please just stay off the security related stuff like the perimeter road and don't get near the fences and i would ask just as i would want your family protected just please don't walk up on the staff it makes them uncomfortable um and if they don't you know like i told you guys they're not allowed to answer between the rock and the hard place and when when we could possibly exercise discretion and we can use the choice to do good or evil well we're just going to go with evil because that's what we were
