if um can I borrow your flashlight no
I'm I'm sorry I cannot let you do that
but problem you can shine through all my
[Music]
life so this is right here in fact the
bow okay can I ask you a question no
problem what's up is that your boyfriend
no he's not my who is he to you um that
is my cousin your cousin yes okay has he
been drinking tonight no he had I mean
from why not you've been jking though
right I have okay that's not a problem
it's I mean I'm 24 years old you got
have my me for all you know I'm sorry I
said I'm 24 years old would you like my
I no I don't needy you I'm positive you
didn't do anything wrong oh
okay but if you would like when I here
okay I could have it you can shine
through all my
light it's all good thank
you it's okay I mean regardless of it I
think you would like the love
no you're good boss thank
you man I'm just going to step on to
that other side okay cuz I don't want to
get hit by a car at this
point exactly I'm sorry exactly your
point besides
like shiny Bri like
light what's my point uh my point is
making sure that we're safe on this
traffic stop
okay I would like know where is the
owner of this car where is the owner of
this car he so he's not the owner of the
car she she so where's she
at I'm sorry
I it's up to you you don't have to you
want to if you don't want to you don't
have
to this is
mine this is
is the owner of the vehicle going to get
like to her anything
okay I'm just going to get out the car
see it's completely up to but if you
want to that's okay by myself and you
I'm just going to make sure you get out
safely all right hold on I all
right if you want to step out you can
it's up too it's completely if you feel
safer in the car if you feel safer
outside the car whatever ever is safer
for you if you're exiting the vehicle
I'm just going to make sure you do it
safely okay well my phone is completely
dead it's up to you what do you want to
do I mean is there any way of connecting
the vehicle I'm sorry is there any way
of connecting the vehicle to some kind
of power
like uh not at this
time
okay so now my question to you is go
ahead are you going to
hold we're we're so so what's currently
going on is your cousin is being uh
tested for a field saret test which I
don't know how that's going obviously
I'm over here obviously but whatever
happens happens uh if we deem that he is
under the influence of alcohol we will
be placing him under
arrest um and then at that point
and
[Music]
then stand by okay just give me a second
take your
time um at that point you obviously are
not able to drive the vehicle because I
know that you have been I can tell that
you've been drinking you've already
stated that you have so if your cousin
does end up getting arrested this
vehicle will be told unless you can get
a driver a valid driver's license
and somebody able to contact somebody
from your
phone I'm sorry not from my phone
but maybe your cousin's phone if it's
still I mean at we can probably turn the
car on in a little bit once you figure
out what's going on and have you charge
that phone
but all
right I got it you guys are doing
everything
what if feel like like
you it's not up to me no no like I like
if you feel comfortable getting out the
car
feel I don't like to play with this [ __ ]
no I get you like this has nothing to do
with me in my opinion I like people out
the car only for the fact that we don't
have to worry about no you can stay
in it's up to you you want to stay in
you want to
get I'm Puerto Rican myself
so okay
okay again you don't have to get out the
car it's up to you no no I don't [ __ ]
with that [ __ ] if you want to you Ki it
out all jokes like I know you know I'm
sorry I know you
know like nothing nothing's nothing's
going on unless you want to get out the
car that's it I don't feel comfortable
I'm sorry s over there on the corner uh
he's conducting the F surb
test and you can p on his wallet I don't
want his wallet
cuz and this is your sergeant that is my
sergeant yes
lovely [ __ ] lovely [ __ ] lovely

the

out all right let me just make sure you
get out safely all right you're good
come
on again I'm not asking you out of the
vehicle I know I just want you okay okay
I just want you to know that no problem
you can just step on the sidewalk if you
want where is my friend I thought that
was your cousin no exactly your friend I
regardless of
it don't
the about
stand down I didn't say begin
not we going to be conducting field
sobriety on you we're going to find a
nice level spot for you to
walk to walk over here across the street
119 right here by the stop
sign log I'm going to be conducting
field
sobriety the other way turn Face this
way oh you could stand right there
yeah keep your hands out of your pockets
for me yeah I'm going to ask you can do
you have anything to drink today no
absolutely not I just came my cousin she
just just came back from the club and I
just came pick from the um so I dropped
it off at the club and I pick her up
from the airport you had nothing to
drink in the inro absolutely not take
your hat off for me
yeah you just put that
somewhere see my pen color my
pen what color is the pen what color is
the pen black okay you see it mhm okay
for this test going to be having you
follow the pen with your eyes your eyes
only you understand you have anything
wrong with your eyes that should be
aware of where glasses contacts okay
ready mhm eyes and eyes
only obviously you you FL you flashing
that that the light top I can't see the
light can't see the p no I can't see the
is this better right there thank you
okay I appreciate that thank you well I
still have to see your eyes so it's
going to be like this now okay thank you
we're going to start again
blink real quick nice and moist
[Music]
ready what's the reason for the
to the initial reason was uned driver we
now have a valid driver okay un provide
Insurance ready M
ready make sure you're
ready
soric did there was
D okay
blink I I promise you I'm not drunk I
swear to God okay it's fine
2em
[Music]
okay
blink same test you're going to follow
it up and set of side to side tuck your
chin in a little bit for me please he
that yep just like that I got you
okay Officer I promise you I'm not drunk
I just came to Pi my cousin from the the
club I'll ask you one more time before
we conduct the rest of the test did you
have anything to drink today absolutely
not officer okay you do any drugs today
no absolutely noted haven't smoke that's
fine the next test you stand right there
that you see that line yeah all right so
what you're going to do you're going to
put your left foot
forward like so you put your right foot
in front of your left foot like this
hands down at your side you're going to
say that way until I tell you to do
otherwise I got you so for the next
portion of this test is going to be the
walk and turn test do you have anything
wrong with your legs I should be worried
about no absolutely not okay so for this
test you're going to take nine steps
forward then nine steps back in the
interim when you make your turn you're
going to take a series of small choppy
steps I'm going to demonstrate the test
for you so that you can be aware of what
I expect of you I'm going to do three
steps you are going to do nine steps do
you understand yeah okay so the test is
going to look like this you are going to
take the steps you going to look down at
your foot during the course of this test
you're going to count your steps out
loud it's going to look like this
one two three series of nope short
choppy steps once you're at your ninth
step and then one two
three once you begin the test you are
not to stop the test until you complete
the test do you understand so it's four
steps forwards and four steps backwards
as I explained to you I was doing three
steps as an example you are to do nine
steps do you understand do you want me
to demonstrate again sorry yeah me show
more time okay sorry so again Left Foot
Right Foot In Front Of left foot hands
down at your side I'm going to take
three you are going to take nine it's
going to look like this one 2 3 short
choppy
steps one 2 3
and you are to touch Heel To Toe for the
complete duration of this test do you
understand okay I'm sorry sorry that was
eight steps no it's nine steps as I
explained to you one two do you want me
to demonstrate for you again I didn't
say to begin go back to where you needed
to
be so as I explained to you it's nine
steps you're going to take nine steps at
your ninth step you are going to take a
series of small choppy steps mhm turn
around and take nine more
steps from where you started nine steps
short choppy steps back to the beginning
I got you so want to take nce steps
right now when you're back in the
starting position as I advise you to be
in then yes okay ready get into the
starting position please I am officer
you are not look the starting position
as I explained to you before is Left
Foot Right Foot In Front Of left foot
hands down at your
side Heel To Toe during the course of
the test your heel has to touch your toe
for the complete duration of the test do
you understand I got and you need to
look at your foot and count out loud you
understand yeah I got you okay you may
begin
one
two 3
4
5
6
7 8 9 turn
1
2 3 4 5
6
9
okay so last test is going to be the
balance test so what you're going to do
you're staying exactly as you are your
heels touching hands down at your side
you understand yes sir all right so for
this test you going to raise the foot of
your
choice approximately 6 in off the ground
I'm going to demonstrate it for you
don't start anything until I tell you to
do otherwise so you're going to stay
exactly how you are now until I tell you
to do otherwise I got you so for this
test you're going to stand as so raise
one foot approximately 6 in you're going
to look down your foot I didn't say to
begin I said not to begin put your foot
down put your foot down you're going to
raise the foot of your choice 6 in off
the ground you're going to count 1 1,000
2 1,000 3 1,000 4 1,000
so on and so forth until I tell you to
stop if you put your foot down at any
portion of this test you can bring it
right back up and continue absolutely
during the course of the test your foot
the one that you are standing on has to
remain straight there's no swaying to
the side nothing like that and you have
to maintain that foot it's 6
in officer it's a little cold right now
that's why a little shivering right now
so it's a little cold right now so
that's fine part of me keep your hands
out your pockets keep your hands out
your pockets ready you are going no I
didn't say to begin stop beginning until
I tell you to
begin got to wait approximately 10
seconds and then we'll
begin all right you may
begin mississipp mississipp Mississippi
