Let me see. What kind of horrible crime would you have to commit right here in the land of the free, home of the brave to elicit such a potentially fatal response by the boys in blue? >> What are you doing? Nobody committed a crime. >> Hey, get your hands off him. >> I can't tell. I don't know how many times we have to demonstrate how oppressive, tyrannical, and outright dangerous cops can be, even against those who are just exercising their unalienable rights. Michigan constitutional crusader was out recording in Evston, Illinois with his auditing friends. When they reached the corner of Benson and Church, they were confronted by Officer Reza of the Evston, Illinois Police Department. Watch how quickly this escalates into a potentially life-threatening situation when Officer Reza freaks out because he thinks MCC was exercising his right to keep and bear arms. Turns out it was a pepper spray gun, not an actual gun. According to Officer Reza, they got a call that this group was involved in the heinous crime of recording. Yep, that's it. Just recording. And in this day and age, I guess exercising your unalienable rights requires the use of deadly force or at least the threat of deadly force carried out by psychopaths who, well, let's be honest, look like psychopaths. We're going to watch this video together, taking a look at multiple camera angles, and we're going to make some comments along the way. Hey guys. >> Hey guys. Guys, getting calls about you guys recording inside the studio. >> Don'ting touch me. >> Get your [ __ ] hands off me. Put your arms behind your back. You got a gun right there. >> It's pepper spray, dumb ass. >> It looks like a [ __ ] gun. >> It's pepper spray. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> Don't touch my camera. Go ahead. Look at it. It's pepper spray. >> Go ahead. >> Just leave my camera, >> dude. It's pepper spray. >> Don't break my [ __ ] [ __ ] We're not going to break the crime. >> Look at it. It's pepper spray, dude. You don't [ __ ] What the [ __ ] Ow. God damn it, dude. That's [ __ ] >> Why is it so mother? >> Well, you can see if you walk around with this, it could be alarming to people. >> I'm a dumb [ __ ] >> It's not illegal. >> You got no right to search. >> Well, no one knows it's pepper spray. >> Don't you? And it doesn't matter if they don't know. It's still not a crime. I didn't commit any crime. [Music] >> I didn't commit a crime a violation. >> That's a fourth amendment violation. My pepper spray. >> You have no RA at this point. >> Retardo the [ __ ] Got it. You know, really this is how fragile we have become as a nation that the peace officers who swore to protect and defend things like the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, which shall not be infringed, freak out over a pepper spray gun. Even if it was a long rifle, even it was an AR-15 or AK-47 strapped to his back. The cops shouldn't have a problem with that. I know. And I don't care what the state laws say. The cops are obligated. Obligated. They're not obligated to protect you, even if there's a restraining order, but they are obligated to keep their oath. The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Has no limitation on it. Doesn't matter what the state laws say. If they conflict with the Second Amendment, they are null and void. >> Nothing illegal about having >> Dude, you got to loosen this cuff. I'm losing feeling in my right [ __ ] >> losing the cuffs. He didn't do >> take them off. >> Take the cuffs off. He hasn't committed a crime. >> I can't even move. >> His hands are purple, man. >> Y'all are a bunch of [ __ ] bunch of >> Yeah, that's it. They just threw it on the ground. >> Like they don't give a [ __ ] about people's personal property. >> Yes. >> [ __ ] >> y'all need to do better. Y'all need more training right here. >> Can you unplug it and hold it so it doesn't get dropped and break? >> Calls about you guys recording inside the studio. >> So, nobody committed a crime. >> Hey, get your hands off him. >> Look how easy they pull their firearms out on members of the public. >> [ __ ] gun. I can't tell. Meanwhile, in Yuvaldi, Texas, 376 cops from five different agencies wouldn't even go into a room where kids were being shot up. >> Wow, guys. >> Don't touch my Go ahead. >> Wow, guys. >> Go ahead. >> No, don't take his stuff, >> dude. It's pepper spray. >> What are you doing? >> He hasn't committed a crime. Michigan constitutional crusader is towering over these people. He could totally wipe the floor with them if he wanted to. >> Just look at it. It's pepper spray. Dude, you don't have to put me in gums. What the Ow! God damn it, dude. That'sing >> Why is it so goddamn tight? >> Ow! Motherucker, man. >> Well, you walk around with this, it could be alarming to people. >> It's not illegal. >> You dumb [ __ ] [ __ ] Yes, you are. >> Matt, back up. It's not illegal to walk around with pepper spray. >> He's the anti-alarming people police. He's not law enforcement. I mean, they're literally violating no laws. And if they were actually open carrying, they wouldn't be violating the supreme law of the land. Granted, Illinois has some of the most strict gun laws in the entire country with comprehensive regulations governing the purchase, possession, and carrying of firearms. But if these law enforcement yahoos kept their word and honored their oath, they don't have to carry out those stupid restrictive gun laws. And they damn sure don't have to enforce them or threaten the public while they're doing it. We all know that every regulation is an infringement. Every infringement is a violation of the Second Amendment shall not be infringed. And every law enforcement agent and state agent has pledged to uphold, protect, and defend the Second Amendment and the rest of the Bill of Rights. So what gives Reza? Why you such an oath breaker? Illinois can have all the laws at once. It's the peace officer's job to treat as null and void every law that runs a foul of the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights. But does officer Reza and the other costumed hooligans do that? Nope. They just do what the state tells them to do. They comply like good little order followers, and it doesn't matter who they have to threaten in the process. >> Got no regrets. You do now, now don't you? And it doesn't matter if they don't know. It's still not a crime. >> I didn't commit any crime. >> Nobody committed a damn crime. >> Back up. >> Back up, Matt. Back up. >> You got no right to search me, dude. >> That's a That's a Fourth Amendment violation. >> That's a Fourth Amendment violation. >> I don't have no goddamn weapons besides my pepper spray. >> You have no RA at this point. Get me out of these [ __ ] cuffs. >> Reza Matt, back up. >> Resza the [ __ ] Got it. >> I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. I am back. I am back. >> I I I know. >> Nothing illegal about having that. >> You got to loosen his cuff. I'm losing. >> It's pepper spray. It's not illegal. >> Loosen the cuffs. He didn't do anything. >> Take them off. >> [ __ ] Christ. >> Take the cuffs off. He hasn't committed a crime. >> Oh my god, this hurts. You're a [ __ ] You slam this cuff. If you happen to be a cop and you're watching this, I want to point this out. I want to make it a point. Hopefully, I can remember in every video to point this out. But again, not one cop is on the scene here. If you have arrived late to a scene, ask the officer who was there first, what's the RA? What's the reasonable articulable suspicion that this man right here has committed the a crime? And what crime do you suspect that he has committed? Because if you can't articulate a crime, you need to take them out of cuffs because now we got a civil rights lawsuit ready to come off the mountain and start an avalanche. >> You guys get off on [ __ ] putting the cuffs on too tight, torturing people. >> Yes, they do. Yes, they do. >> That's That's ridiculous. >> His hands are turn Look at his hands turning purple, dude. >> Look at his hands turning purple. >> I can't even move my fingers. >> His hands are turning purple. Man, >> y'all are a bunch of [ __ ] >> Bunch of clowns. Yeah, that's his. And they just threw it on the ground. >> Like they don't give a [ __ ] about people's personal property. >> Wow. >> Y'all need to do better. Y'all need more training. That's for damn sure. >> Can you unplug it and hold it so it doesn't get dropped and break? >> Wow. >> Easy to slip out of that course. >> Wow. >> Incompetent [ __ ] >> Yep. Pretty much >> chilling, dude. What? I didn't break the dude. >> You didn't commit a freaking crime, people. What is wrong with you? >> Look at this [ __ ] >> I was told I'm under arrest for disorderly conduct as they were putting me in the car. >> My right hand is literally numb right now. >> Got a body camera, too. >> Yeah. You able to get on this thing? >> Maybe >> a radio. What's >> Yeah, my radio fell on the floor. >> Are you like a cop or something? >> No. >> Are you a cop or something? Because he has a body cam. >> All right, we're just going to go into the front of the lobby. That right one is freaking killing me stupid in here. Right. >> Hell no. I don't break the law. Oh yeah. It's all black and blue already. Jesus. >> You want to see an ambulance? >> No, I can still move it. It's just going to be sore. You want me to sit down? >> Yeah. >> You always walk around with a body camera on. Is it work? >> I don't answer questions. >> All I know is I didn't break the law. And if you guys try to charge me, you're opening yourself up to a 1983 lawsuit. >> And we got all the evidence we need to bury you with a lawsuit. The power may be >> recording in public is in no way illegal unless we're recording into a bedroom window or a bathroom at someone's home. >> I just got here. I was just >> I'm just explaining it to you. I'm not yelling at you. >> I just I don't see body cameras on. >> All we're doing is walking around on down the public sidewalk recording >> with that. >> Well, they're trying to say it's disorderly conduct. >> That was the Michigan Constitutional Crusader. I don't have any further updates. I will leave the link in the description in the pin comment for you. So, you can go over there. If you go over there and you subscribe or you visit him and leave a comment, let him know here's the deal sent you. I'm sure as soon as he gets an update, he'll let us know. Remember, in your interactions with police, never let that interaction go unanswered without a camera. Cops lie. Cameras don't. I will see you in the next video. [Music]
