HELP. [screaming] I'M DONE. HELP. >> GET YOUR HANDS OUT OF MY CAR. Keep your hands out of my car. >> This is very illegal. >> You know how I know there's plenty of freedom floating around in West Virginia? I don't know. It's pure wishful thinking. >> Don't tase me. I didn't do anything. Please don't. We have not done anything. Get that thing pointed away from my face. But if you were going to have the crap protected and served out of you, West Virginia is where you want to be. >> Is that an order? >> YES, IT IS. >> UNDER WHAT AUTHORITY? >> COME ON NOW. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> THIS IS BREAKING AN ENEMY. THIS IS BREAKING AN [screaming] OUT OF >> This is Sovereign Citizen gets stopped by this. I have not watched this yet, but this is from the Van Ballian channel. Van Ballian is that guy. I don't know where he's at. He sounds like kind of sounds like he's from I don't know maybe he's Irish. I don't know. He's got an Irish kind of accent. He's a bootlicker. He's for tyranny and oppression that wears a badge and against people who stand up for their rights and their freedoms. >> How you going? >> Uh good day. >> Stop. >> I did not. I stopped. I pulled over to let you around. >> No. No. Your place are dead. >> I told you to let me let your >> I'm telling your place are expired. Now I got you stopped. That's what I'm trying to tell you. You may expire since May. >> You have me. You're detaining me. >> I need to see your driver's license. >> Why am I being detained? Am I being detained? >> Inspection sticks are dead. Your place are dead. You're not being detained. Your traffic stop. >> Turn your phone on. >> That's all right. >> These are your driver's license. Is your registration proof instrument? >> Is that an order? >> No, that's that's a direction from a police officer. >> Are you ordering me to do something >> from a command of a police officer? You have to present to the driver's license. That's state law. >> Am I required to? >> Yes, you are. >> Do you have evidence that I'm required? >> I'll tell you what. I'm going to ask you again. I'm going to get backup and we're going to arrest you. Show me your driver's license. >> Yeah. You're going to have to get backup because you are a beta male and you are a cuck and you need backup so that you can execute violence on an innocent person who hasn't committed any wrong. >> You have one. >> Is that a requirement? >> You have you have a driver's license. >> God, >> are you ordering me to do a thing? >> The ignorance these idiots need to stoop to to pull their sovereign citizen grift is astounding. It's like all semblance of love. >> The the sovereign citizen, he's got he's the one with the grift. The person who approached the vehicle is the one who's armed. The person who approached the vehicle in a costume when it's not even Halloween is the psychopath. The person who approached the vehicle is now threatening a guy who hasn't committed a crime. >> And reasoning goes straight out of the window when they discover a sovereign citizen website. It's incredible. >> 606601. >> You call whoever you want. Are you giving me an order? Yes. Do you have the authority or underwater? >> I need your assistance. Across from the uh football field. >> Oh, you need my assistance. Okay, I'll come up there. But what's this guy, you know, suspected of? He's driving without registration. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, whatever. Has he committed a crime? Yeah, he's committed a crime. He's broken traffic law. No, I mean, is there a verified complaint? Is there a victim? Because, you know, there are people out there stealing kids. There are people out there doing bad things to children. There are people raping women and murdering people and and stealing from shop owners. We we ain't got time. If you got time to do that stuff right there, Bill, or whatever your whatever the cop's name is, you need to come in here and you need to turn in your badge. If you if we find out you're interfering with the life, liberty, and property, and happiness of any person in this community, whether they're just a traveler traveling through this part of West Virginia or not, if we find that out, we're throwing you in jail. Bill, are you doing that? We're not coming out to help you unless you actually caught a criminal. That's what the cops should say. But because they are an organized crime syndicate, they won't say this because this is what cops are all about. And this is why I cover these videos that are covered and commented on by people like Van Balian. It inter it it just gets all over me and truly does boil my blood when somebody applauds this kind of blatant tyranny. >> Why are you detaining me? Okay, responding. >> Another tactic by sovereign citizens is to repeat themselves over and over when they've already been told repeatedly why they were pulled over. >> The cops are constantly repeating themselves over and over. I said, "Get out of the car." I said, "Show me your ID." I'm only going to tell you one more time. As he holds up two fingers, we're talking on the traffic stop across from the uh football field. Am I free to go? Am I free to go? >> Why are you detaining me? >> What if the guy just made a request? No, I want to see you pull me out by yourself. If you bring another henchman, I will defend myself. I just want to let you know that right up front. >> Why? >> Because your plates are dead. I need to see your driver's license. Am I required to have >> I told you you are required by law. >> By law. By law. My politicians written down a law. And because it's a law, it's on a piece of paper. They're fancy words on fancy pieces of paper. And because I'm an order follower, I just do what I'm told regardless of what is right. Rather than do what is right regardless of what I'm told. They tell me it's a law. And if you break the law, I'm going to have to bring the law down on you. know that >> because state police academy >> 39 years of training 39 years of being on the job that's why I know >> 39 years of being wrong and criminalizing being a criminal to people that I'm supposed to be protecting and serving and there's no telling how many innocent people are in jail because of Bill or whatever this cop's name is. >> Okay, >> that's a nice answer. I don't think this cop is going to be putting up with this nonsense for too long. >> Well, that was easy. driver's license. >> Is that an order? >> That's an order. >> If I present you with a thing, >> present me with your driver's license. >> Can you use it against me in court? >> Depends on if they're expired. Depends on if they're suspended. Depends on >> I don't have to say anything yet. >> I know my rights. I know my rights. >> I know my rights. >> Said every soft ever right before being arrested. >> Sobit. The only soit is the guy in the costume. If you really did know your rights, you would be handing over your driver's license about now. >> It's the exact opposite. If you really did know your rights, you have the right as a free human being to travel unmolested as long as you're not interfering with the rights of others. If you actually did know your rights, you would resist all of the these laws that infringe on your rights. Marberry versus Madison even says it. Any law repugnant to the Constitution is what? What is it, Van Valian? Could you tell me please? I can even do it without my glasses. It's null and what? Oh, that's right, Van Ballion. It's null and void. Oh, that's right. But Van Ballian is like he's with all the other clapping seals. And he's like, well, they made a law. And so if they make a law, then that law obviously has to supersede. Look, I'm Mr. Red. A horse is a horse. Of course. Of course. That law supersedes anything the constitution might say which, you know, absolves all the police officers of any kind of responsibility or morality. So they can detach from morality and do whatever they want to to their constituents and they got to comply because if they don't comply with the authoriti then they must die. That's what Bambalian's saying. He's always applauding the breaking of a window, the damaging of property, the pummeling of an individual on the roadside because they didn't have the proper credentials. Not understanding that, you know, in reality, free men don't do that to other free men. They just leave those people alone. But because we live in the land of illusion, the disturbing illusion, that's why I have the disturbing illusion channel right here on YouTube. If you haven't visited it, check it out and tell me what you think. We're we're under the illusion in in the political realm, in the law enforcement realm, in the financial realm, in the agricultural realm. I mean, they're poisoning our fruit foods, spraying our skies. We don't even have real money. It's a dishonest money system based on nothing. And so, it's no wonder that the Vanalians of the world are praising the oppressors who put us in chains. Well, he should have been put in chains because he didn't produce the proper paperwork. Say Van Dallian, >> I'm not violating your rights. I'm asking for >> you're detaining me when there is. Have I harmed it? Have I caused any other person harm injury? >> I have no problem with you. >> Have I committed >> other than the fact you're not giving me your driver's license? >> Is there a crime that I've committed? >> Have I committed a crime? >> If you don't present your driver's license, be a crime. That's a force violation. I haven't committed a crime. It's like going into an insane asylum and being the only sane person there. But because you're the only sane person there, then the 150 insane people view you as the insane ones when they're the actual insane ones. That's exactly what it is when you're involved in roadside piracy operations with order followers. >> Why do you have me pulled over? I haven't done that. >> Because your plates are expired. >> That's why you pulled over. >> I've told you that. Yeah. >> For what? I've told you that. >> Am I required to? >> You keep saying the same thing over and over. Yes, you are required. >> Say to you, that's what I'm going to keep doing. >> You keep saying the same thing. >> Well, that's what softsets do. They argue in circles and that's all they know and they always think they are the first person ever to argue with these points at the side of the road. What they don't realize is they are just one in a long line of idiots to walk or drive down this wellworn path. They're arguing in circles. That's all they know is to argue in circles. Well, I'll have you know that what we approve right here is pulling a man out of the vehicle. Even if it's a woman, we'll pull him out. Child, no problem. We'll pull you out, too, and we'll apply the boot of tyranny to the head of freedom anytime we want, says Van Valantion. >> Am I allowed to say what I wish? >> Hey, Van Valian, I got a ch I got a challenge for you. just join me on a live stream and let's talk about issues of morality and you tell me where the authority that one man has to rob or rule another man comes from and why the man who's robbed or ruled doesn't have that same authority. Where does it come from? Is it the legislative pixie dust from Congress, which is the opposite of progress? Where does it come from? Why don't we all have it? Are there gods from on high? maybe the gods of Mount Olympus that imbuss certain people with this type of authority because it's utterly reprehensible. It's deplorable and you're supporting it. And so you supporting it tells me that you're just as reprehensible and deplorable as they are because they could not get away with this crap unless we had the Venalians of the world making fun of people who tried to stand up against this crap. >> Am I not allowed to? allowed to talk all you want to, >> but I'm allowed to ask you for your driver's license. >> Are you also allowed to use it in court against me? >> Are you allowed to use >> Do you have a driver's license? >> Will you use it in court? >> You must not have one. >> Will you use it in court against >> You have a driver's license. >> You're making assumptions. >> Huh? >> You're making assumptions. >> I don't have to answer any of your questions. >> Well, don't. >> You're right. You don't have to answer questions. You never have to talk to the police if you don't want to. But by law, you must hand over your driver's license. >> By what, Benalian? By law. And who makes the law, Van Balian? Political parasites. Lying, disgusting, scummy, squirmy political parasites, and you're all on board with supporting what they write down on fancy pieces of paper. >> I don't have to follow that command. >> Why such a hard Why? Why such a hard line here? Why do you have me stopped from doing what? >> I just told you. I've told you 10 times. Replacer dead. >> Have I harmed? >> Replace or expired 156. >> Have I committed a crime? >> I'm telling you, we would not have registration. We would not have income tax. We would not have property tax. We would not have the IRS. We would not have most of the alphabet soup agencies. We could never go to war. We wouldn't have a fiat currency Ponzi scheme backed by nothing if we didn't have all these Van Balians in the world just begging for the change. Just hit me harder, Daddy. Make me bleed, Daddy. Cuz that's what law and order is all about. And if these little simplicans, these little sovereign citizens don't play along, we will applaud the thin blue line gang of tyranny. It's clearly an organized crime syndicate. And if Van Balian was honest with himself, he would say the same thing. See, the Van Balians of this world won't say that though. They won't say the right thing. They won't see say the things that accord with morality and goodness and virtue because they're getting paid to say the opposite. Van Balian would lose his entire audience if he stopped making fun of the fake sovereign citizens and started calling out the real sovereign citizens dressed in blue uniforms. >> Well, failure to ID is a crime in most states. So, yeah, you're committ >> Look, it's right here in black and white. Failure to ID is crime in most states >> in a crime right now. And your buddy here is actively getting your criminal behavior on camera. What if I pulled up 18 USC 241 and 242 specifically 18 USC 242 and what if I said Van Valian that according to 18 USC 242 you know what we we should actually do it. Oh this is put in writing. Look my thing that was put in writing is weightier than your thing put in writing. 18USC 242 deprivation of rights under the color of law. Check this out. This is a US code Van Ballon. Oh gosh. What does it say? What could it possibly say goofly? Well, let's see. Whoever under the color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom willfully subjects any person in any state, territory, commonwealth, possession, or district to the defformation of any right, privileges, or immunity secured, or protected by the constitutional laws of the United States. And guess what? They get punished with a fine or prison or both or gosh, check this out. Vin Balian in prison for any term of years or life or both or maybe suddenly death. Oh, look. My thing in writing trumps your thing in writing, Van Valion. And it looks like this right here is weightier because it's in concert with that which is protected by the Constitution. Forget about this or laws of the United States. That's a bunch of BS nonsense. And all you have to do is use your noodle to figure it out. It's all about common sense. See, that's what I hate about statism and the legitimacy or which is really illegitimate of law enforcement is people actually turn off their common sense and they just go along with what they've been indoctrinated to digest and regurgitate. That is the problem, guys. Because, you know, you you could say a lie over and over and over and you'll just keep believing it. As a little kid, if your parents told you, "Yeah, I'll tell you what. What you [clears throat] do is you leave your tooth under the pillow." If you leave your tooth under the pillow, then the tooth fairy will come by in the middle of the night while you're fast asleep, so you can never prove it was the tooth fairy or someone else. Wink, wink, nod, nod, and they'll leave you a sum of money. Of course, uh taxes and fees apply. Oh, yeah. If you leave the if you leave the milk and cookies out like as a kid you just believe it, you know, because you your parents know what's best for you and they would never lie, right? So the the presents didn't just appear under the tree. Santa put him there. And how did he get into your house to put him there? Well, he squirmed his way down the uh chimney. But they make it as unbelievable as possible. And now it's this 450 lb out of shape heavy set guy who's been doing this for the last 2,000 years. Well, mom, you never think to ask, "Well, how'd they get down our chimney? Our chimney's our chimney is a gas chimney." And then Sally next door is like, "How do you get down our chimney when we don't have a chimney or the fire's going tonight to keep us all warm? You mean like what was he doing? Some coal dancing or what's going on?" So, the Van Ballians of the world want you to believe all of this hocus pocus Santa Claus Easter Bunny tooth fairy nonsense because somebody wrote a law down. And the only reason I point to this writing right here in in opposition to this writing right here is because if you're going to go by a writing, make sure that it's has the underpinnings of morality on it. I can totally get on board with you have the right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects because I really believe that you do. And and even beyond that, even beyond that writing, and you don't have that right because somebody wrote it down 250 years ago, you have that because you're a human being. Because if you don't have the right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects, then nobody else has the right to be secure in the person's house's paper and effects. So what it really comes down to is the negative side of it rather than the positive side. I'd rather say nobody's got a right to infringe on your freedom to be secure because everybody who's honest wants to be secure. They want to be safe. They want to know that when they tuck their young ones in at night, nobody's going to break down their door, point a gun at their skull, and demand that the safe be emptied. Nobody wants that. Unless, you know, if you want that, then you're a sadist, you're a psychopath, or you're just plain being dishonest. But if we're honest and we want to live in reality, uh, Van Balian, then you would say, "Hey, the action of this human being, I don't care if he has a black robe and calls himself a judge. I don't care if he has a blue uniform, a costume, and it's not even Halloween. I don't care if he claims to be a politician. This human being does not have the right to interfere with the free travel of this person. And this human being over here doesn't have the right to demand that this human being pay some extortion fees so that he can travel down the road. You ain't got that right. If you got the right and you got that authority, then I got the right and authority, which doesn't even make sense because if we're all imposing these arbitrary laws on people, well, society just can't jive with that. >> 606 headquarters. You run those uh registration. Did you run that? Are they expired? Why is he asking if they're expired? I thought he knew. [laughter] >> What's going on? >> Hi there. >> He refuses to present his driver's license and he thinks I had no reason to stop him. >> He thinks I had no reason to stop him. [laughter] It's like a carjacker going. He thinks that I got no right to steal his catalytic converter and his license plate cover and his hub caps. >> I don't think anybody's license. >> I'll beg your >> I'm Chief Harvard. Don't beg my pardon. You have to give him your driver's license. >> Don't beg my pardon. >> What's going on here? >> I've never heard anybody say, "Don't you dare beg my pardon." >> Are you public servants? >> Are you public service? I'm the chief of police. >> Are you a public servant? >> Yes, he is. But I don't think you understand what a public servant is. It doesn't mean they're your personal servants to do with as you please. >> It it absolutely does. If you're calling yourself a servant, then you serve me. You don't rule over me. See, Van Valiant does not want you to believe actual terms and definitions. Well, terms and definitions apply. [laughter] And I'm going to arbitrarily fill in the blank of what I think a servant actually should be. See, I think a servant, this is van battling. I think a servant should actually be an overlord, a master, a taskmaster, a plantation owner who should treat the rest of us as servants while he being the crafty person that he is calls himself a public servant. You can't believe term. That's what the Van Balian I I know I'm trying to make I know I'm making this funny. Maybe it's not even funny, but it's lunacy. This is Van Balian is literally insane. He's a hypocritical, inconsistent, insane person because he doesn't want you to believe real terms apply to real life. He wants you to live in the land of illusion and he wants you to believe that uh Bill here or whatever this law enforcement officer's name is actually has authority over you. And while they may believe that and millions of people do believe it, that's why this stupid charade keeps going on. It doesn't make it true. Just because a whole bunch of sick people believe a whole bunch of perverted disgusting stuff, doesn't mean that it's not perverted and disgusting. while they claim, "Oh, this is clean and it's wholesome and it's moral and it's noble." No, it's not. No, it's not. You cannot convince me that insanity is sanity. You can't convince me that black is white, in is out, up is down. You can't convince me of that because I already know the truth. And it's the truth that'll set you free. And that's why I say that the Vanalians of the world are clearly objectively enslaved by their own pathetic notions. >> You either give him your driver's license. >> All right. Are you a public servant? >> Are you a public servant? Are you a public servant? Are you a public servant? >> He's asking you a law for order. >> God, I'm getting heated up here. >> Call the order. It'll be removed from your vehicle. >> Do you understand? registration of >> I'm not required. >> You are required by law. It's a lawful order. >> What? What? >> You are required by law. It's a lawful order. Guess what? Laws are the opinions of politicians backed by unjust aggressive force. Is that the kind of law that you want to uphold? Police chief of West Virginia. is your authority. >> I'm the chief of police. Don't pull this crap with me. You will be brought out of the vehicle if you do not follow. >> If you try to bring what what if everybody what what if 80% of the people you pulled over said if you try to initiate force and violence on me in the name of your perverted laws, you will be met with defensive force. Just go ahead and try it. Just go ahead and try it. And wow. I just just at the spirit of 1776, which I know most most of the founding fathers were just, you know, as pathetic as they could possibly be, but they were on the some of them were on the right track. Thomas Payne, Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, even though they were also statist hypocrites. They had some good things to say. So, we can pick off the meat and throw away the bones, so to speak. But if you really, and that that all comes down to critical thinking. It's like, "Yeah, what he said good was good here." You know, life, liberty, pursuit of happiness. This is great. Oh. Oh, it Oh, that same thing doesn't apply to you if you have dark skin. Oh, the guys who wrote the Declaration of Independence were slave owners. How come the slaves don't get freedom? This doesn't make any sense to me. So, the critical thinker goes, "Okay, what they said right here was right. What they said right here was completely pathetically hypocritical. Come on, get your head screwed on straight, man. lawful orders. >> Very violent. You're being real violent. >> You have to be a bit of a snowflake to see a cop being assertive and giving a lawful order as violence. >> You have to be a bit bit So now he now Van Ball is gaslighting you. Oh, you're a pathetic snowflake. If the people who just threatened to drag you out of the car by force is some kind of violence or that's not violent. being violent. >> Violence. Oh god. >> Not being violent. >> Disrespectful, not following the law. >> In other words, you're not respecting my authority. >> Don't we don't need to say anything. >> Yeah. >> Don't lock your door. >> Is that in order? >> What authority do you have to give? >> I have authority. Don't pull this crap. I have authority of authority. >> Authority by the state of West Virginia. >> Yeah. To do what? Serve the public or to harass? >> I have the authority of the intergalactic universe. My authority trumps your authority, young man. >> What if there was a guy like Superman that you couldn't overpower? See, that's what I hate about Superman. Superman is not just How do we know? because he works with the criminal cartel known as the New York Police Department or the Daily Bugle Police Department or the Military Industrial Complex. Because if Superman was truly just, if he had a just moral bone in his body, he would come out against any single he'd be there for every traffic stop. Let's see if you're going to preserve life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, young man. Or are you going to initiate aggression through corporate traffic law? That's why I can't stand any of the superheroes because they're all pathetic. You know, I I know that it's all fiction, but they're fictional, pathetic, not virtuous, pathetic, immoral human beings who actually back statism. They promote and support statism, which is the cancer in any society. >> Passing you. You were stopped by my officer lawfully. >> I stopped to let him >> not legal. >> What does that mean? I may have been stopped lawfully, officer, but I wasn't stopped constitutionally, and you know it. >> Don't give a crap. What's it mean? >> Can we just have these two cops on every sovereign citizen traffic stop from now on, please? >> What does that mean? >> I need the I need the best that we can possibly find on every single traffic stop in America so they can put the an end of this freedom BS. >> Tell me what it mean. I don't even know. I don't know who you are. >> Michael, >> I don't know who you are. >> My name's Austin. >> You know exactly who I am. The chief of police of Shinston. I told you. >> Let's see your driver's license. >> Is that a requirement or >> Yeah, it is a requirement. >> Am I being detained? >> Yeah, right now you are. Yes. >> Have I >> until he he said you're about ready to be arrested? I'll play that in a second. Joseph Doe with five here's the deal memberships. Hope you guys grabbed one of those. If you're one of the people who grabbed one of the five here's the deal memberships that Joseph Doe just put out there in the ether, give him a big thanks. Thank you, Joseph. I really appreciate the support for this channel, man. Let's go ahead and go back about five seconds here. >> That is a requirement. >> Am I being detained right now? You are. Yes. Have >> you not ready to be arrested? >> Have I committed >> right now? You're Yes. You're committing a crime. You're denying a lawful order. >> That's a lie. Guys, you got to know if you break a law, it's not a crime. How do we know? Because it used to be a law that slavery was legal. And it used to be illegal to free slaves. So, if you actually went against the law that legalized slavery by freeing slaves, you were considered a criminal. Did you really commit a crime when you freed a slave? When you turned them over to Harriet Tubman's Underground Railroad? Did you really commit a crime? No, you didn't. That's a lie. It's a fiction. And that's why Bastiat said, "The state is that great fiction by which everyone seeks to live at the expense of everyone else." And you know what the greatest expense is? They gaslight you. Tell you you're doing wrong when you're the only one in the room doing right. That's what sucks about statism. You look like you are the lunatic because you stood up against tyranny because everybody else is accepting tyranny as though it were liberty. It's just evil. It's just downright evil. It's like that Isaiah 5:20 thing. Woe to those who call evil good, who call good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. That's what's happening when you're buying onto law enforcement. Two-party politics, the fiat currency Ponzi scheme, the petro dollar reserve currency recycling scheme. 66 approximate age on this. >> So you're going to push your luck or you're going to go to jail instead of just giving him your information. >> Push your luck. >> 20s 30s4s. >> If I give him my information >> appears to be in his 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s. What the heck is going on in the radio? >> Is he able to use it against me? Of course. >> That's not how the law works. They are going to find out your details. All that remains is how easy you want to make it. >> He's not going to use against you in court. What he's doing is going to run it. Make sure everything's valid. Is your driver's license not valid? >> You're not answering my question. >> I said, "Is your driver's license not valid?" >> If I provide any information, >> what's going to be used against you in court is what you doing right now is called obstructing. And I'm going to arrest you here in about 2 seconds. Not comply with the lawful order. >> Two, one. That's two seconds. >> Have I committed a crime? You are right now you're obstructing you're obstructing an investigation with this traffic stop is >> he is obstructing but you know he's you know what he's obstructing he's obstructing injustice. When you're obstructing a police officer you're obstructing an organized crime syndicate. You're getting in the way of those badge criminals committing crimes in the name of the law. >> Laugh all you want. >> I want to arrest you. It's the traffic stop is considering investigation. >> Why? You know, I would venture to say, I know I keep interrupting, but I would venture to say this right now is one of the most important live streams going on in the world right now because we're calling BS on some real serious illusion that's keeping people in some serious psychological and physical turmoil. There are actually people there's over two million people that are incarcerated. That's why they call the United States incarceration nation. There are two million people incarcerated in the United States. Most of them there are there for victimless crimes because some politician said, "Hey, this right here is illegal. And if they cross these legal boundaries, then law enforcement is empowered to snatch them up and fill the prison industrial complex with them." Guys, we have got to bust through this illusion. This is the illusion that keeps people mentally neutered and physically oppressed. >> I being detained. >> What was that here? What are you >> investigating? Arrest you. The traffic stop is concerning investigation. >> Why am I being detained? >> Give me a break. >> Repeat the script, then rinse and repeat. He has nothing but his memorized script. I don't know how he thinks asking a question that's been answered about 10 times already is going to help him, especially against this nononsense chief of police. That that's so hypocritical because who else is memorizing a script? Who else is memorizing the words of oppression? It's the law enforcement officer. They do this every day. Okay, license, registration, and insurance. All right, I need to see your ID. You know, the reason I pulled you over, it's it's always the Okay, let's say the quote unquote sovereign citizen has a script. Well, the real sovereign citizens in costumes also have a script. That that alone shows me that Benalian is not interested in the truth. He's only interested in promoting a narrative that fits his little pea brain idea of what justice is. when it's not justice, it's injustice with a badge and a gun. >> You got two more seconds before you're arrested for obstruction. >> So, give the driver's license or you're going to be arrested. >> Here we go. >> Under what authority, [clears throat] sir. Get your hands out of my car. Keep your hands out of my car. >> This is very illegal. >> He pulled somebody else's taser. He's going to shoot him in the face. Whoa. >> Get your hands out of my car. Don't tase me. >> I didn't do anything. He's got the taser pointed right at his jugular right here. >> I've never seen a cop pull another cop's taser. Have you seen this? Let's see this again. Okay, I'm going to put this on the big big screen. >> Car. Keep your hands out of my car. >> This is very illegal. >> Get your hands out of my car. >> Don't tase me. >> Wow. >> I didn't do anything. >> You were given a lawful order. >> Open the door. >> Open the door. >> You are obstructing an investigation. Film all you want. It's on video already. We have not done anything. >> You were stopped on a lawful order. Now open your door. >> Damn. >> A lawful order? What are you talking about? >> Door now. >> Is that an order? >> Yes, it's an order. Open your door. >> Call. We got to call the police. >> We're obstructing an investigation. Open your door. >> What about the sheriff? >> Reach in the bag. >> We're not reaching in the bag. >> You're not reaching anything. >> Whoa. This other cop just walked back. Took a couple steps back and grabbed his service weapon. Auto, >> open your door. >> Get that thing pointed away from my face. >> Get out of the car. >> This is unbelievable. This is unbelievable. >> Is that AN ORDER? >> YES, IT IS. >> UNDER WHAT AUTHORITY? >> COME ON. NOW GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> WHAT AUTHORITY ARE YOU DOING this under? >> Damn. >> You can see above all of our hands. >> People can see these people. >> You comply with the hands in the air, but not to step out of your vehicle. So, it's all about having a problem with authority, isn't it? It has nothing to do with the law. >> People can see. >> Hey, hey, Van Balian. Look, look into my eyes, man. You are a freaking cancer. You're a cancer on society. And we've proved that right here. It's objective. Anybody who can see this can see that this isn't freedom. This is it can't be the land of the free, home of the brave, while you have a bunch of badged uniform misfits running around taking away freedom under corporate traffic law. You're a traitor. You're a traitor to freedom. You're a contaminant in the well of life. >> We're not doing anything wrong. >> We're not doing anything wrong. >> Get out of the car. >> We're not doing Hey. >> Wow. >> Get out of the car, >> sir. >> Get out of my car. Get out of my car. >> This is breaking an entry. You just break over there. [screaming] >> You [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] [screaming] >> You piece of [ __ ] You [ __ ] >> Do you see this? DO YOU SEE THIS? [screaming] >> THIS IS HEY, I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. I am not doing a thing. >> You get back and >> I'm not doing a thing. >> YOU WERE TRYING TO GRAB HIM. >> I'm not doing A >> YOU WERE TRYING TO GRAB HIM. You see this breaking and >> you're under Hey, hey, >> the car now. >> Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I'm coming out of the car. >> Hey, I'm coming. I'm coming. >> Well, that's all you had to do to begin with. But no, you had to turn this into a circus. Unbelievable. >> Behind your back now. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You're under arrest for obstructing and destruction of property. >> Oh my god. When they give you a lawful order, you follow it. You understand? >> Well, they do now. >> Oh, man. >> You're not doing anything at all, >> man. >> Oh my god. any of that. >> You have anything? >> Hey, help out. >> Anything like that? >> We've done nothing wrong. >> Well, apart from driving on an expired tag, refusing to hand over your license, registration, and insurance, then refusing a lawful order to exit your vehicle. Apart from that, you're good. >> We're doing nothing. Please watch. Help, man. Can the Van Ballians of the world really look you in the eye and say, "Yes, this is consistent with what I view as land of the free, home of the brave. This is consistent with the leaving people alone to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. They're just liars. >> You put me here. >> Come on, man. Hey. Hey, man. My dog is in this car. >> Poor pooch. What must it be like to be more intelligent than your owner? >> Thanks for watching, guys. Thanks for helping me fasten the chains of oppression, more firmly on the wrists and ankles of Americans who don't know what their rights actually are or how to stand up for them. That's that's what Van Balian should say. That's how he should end his video. And this right here, guys, I don't care what you say. I I don't care. Nobody can convince me that this action by these law enforcers is consistent with constitutional freedoms. The freedoms found and articulated in the Declaration of Independence. No, it's not. And for anybody to say that it is and that we need law and order and law and order means we need corporate traffic laws. We need drug laws. We need the prison industrial complex and the military-industrial complex. And we need to fund all this stuff with civil asset forefeiter which is legalized armed robbery. That's a freaking lie. We got to stop living in the land of lies and illusion and go over into the land of truth and reality. and the Van Ballians are here to keep us mentally neutered and physically oppressed and I'm pretty sick of it. Let me know what you have to say about this. If you think that I've got anything wrong on this, I really want to hear it in the comment section below because this isn't it's not about being right. I desire to be right above all things. I want to win the argument. It's not not about winning the argument. It's not about being right. It's about doing the right things. It's about being moral people. It's about promoting and advancing virtue. This this right there here, what these cops are doing right here, this isn't virtuous. You can't convince me that the initiation of unjust force and violence on peaceful people who haven't done anything wrong is anywhere close to virtuous. It's the exact opposite. It's darkness. It's evil. It's oppression. It's tyranny. And if this isn't tyranny and darkness and oppression and a lack of virtue, then what is? You know, just because it's legal doesn't make it right. Make it right. We know that. We know how immoral prohibition, alcohol prohibition was in the 1920s through 1933. That's why they stopped it because they couldn't continue to enforce it. People were dying. We wouldn't have never heard of Al Capone and the Chicago and the Italian mafia if they didn't start the drug war. Laws do a couple things. is number one, it extracts a whole bunch of money from innocent people's pockets and it empowers drug and uh alcohol running kingpins and then police get in on the action because they start taking bribes that make them way more money than their law enforcement profession makes them. We know it's an utter failure. We know that the drug war was long or is long. It's costly and it's an utter failure. And we know it puts innocent people behind bars and it feeds core civic and geogroup which is part of the prison industrial complex. And it's all just cyclical. It's just cyclical evil. And the Vanalians of this world are all on board for it because they're monetizing their narrative. So leave your thoughts. Let me know if you think I got anything wrong on this. >> [bell]
