I am making this video so you can give it to other people to show them that yes indeed police do lie and we all know it we all know it from experience we all know it from the YouTube videos that we've seen they will lie on a report they will lie on camera in broad daylight in front of witnesses and put the wrong thing on a report so they can get their butts out of a sling and make everybody else look bad they'll make themselves look like a victim so I wanted to show you this article that I happened upon from Business Insider which I thought was really interesting that a top shelf authoritative Source so-called according to the social media oligarchs is actually reporting on this before before I go over this I want to lay I want to lay a found a foundation basically for this if you go into a Google Search and say are cops trained a lie one of the first things that comes up at least in my area is yes the police can lie to you it's from tampacriminal attorneys.com and of course these attorneys are trying to make a buck but one of the things that they say is something that we all know is that you don't want to talk to police if you feel like you have to make sure that your words are few they said they can even say that they have an eyewitness who can place you at the scene of a crime police officers are trained on interrogation techniques and may lie about insignificant or important things to try to get a suspect to cooperate or confess they're looking for an arrest they're looking for a case to be made so that the prosecutor will have an easy time putting somebody away when a cop is doing that he's acting as an agent of the state he's not upholding your rights he's not interested in upholding your rights he's interested in extracting information so that you can incriminate yourself when people are brought in for questioning by the police they are expected to tell the truth and if you lie to the government they consider that a felony but they can lie to you and that's considered politics most people would assume that goes both ways that the police must also be truthful during interrogations but the reality is that police can lie to you and do during an interrogation and it is not uncommon for them to do so so on this Business Insider I was reading along and I was like man this is super freaking interesting because this is an ex-cop police officers are trained to frame their police reports to deceive says a former cop turned academic says when Thomas Nolan was a lieutenant at the Boston Police Department from 95 to 2004 he was the go-to guy for cops in the force needing help crafting their police reports for an on-duty use of force and his 27 years on the force on the force government is not eloquence it is not reason it is force like fire it's a dangerous servant and a fearful Master that's why they call it the police force no one was never much of a street cop he told The Insider but I could write pretty well he'd routinely advise his subordinates to incorporate a short list of Buzz words in their reports to frame themselves as the hero and the suspect who might have been injured or killed out as the aggressor and isn't that what we've always seen look at even the excuse Amber Geiger made when she went into the wrong apartment complex and ended the life of Botham John look at the excuse that she made I thought I was in my apartment I thought he was in my apartment that's why I pulled the trigger those use of force reports ultimately were chocked full of words like resist overcome vigorous violence subdue fear and attack now an associate professor of Sociology at Emanuel College Nolan regrets taking part in what he believes is the systemic deception that is police report writing I thought these cops were out there doing the right thing and catching bad guys and oftentimes did it in ways that might not pass legal muster and I got them over the hurdle so he's basically justifying in his own mind why you should lie on a report to make the cop look good like the hero and the victim and make the suspect look like the aggressor I thought that was something that was my contribution my necessary contribution necessity will always be the plea for every infringement of human freedoms it will always be the argument of tyrants like cops and it will always be the Creed of slaves Nolan has come to realize that framing the narrative to demonize people who were in some cases victims themselves is widespread in American policing and it bolsters a police culture of misconduct where officers are trained and socialized to believe that they are above the law and that's what we see so when anybody asks you why do you get out of video camera why are you recording cops because cops perform deceptive practices cops outright lie cops use brutality and force and coercion and Theft and sometimes they even plant drugs on people to show everybody hey see this person was guilty see I added perfect justification for pulling the trigger or pulling out my Taser or releasing the dog and then what ends up happening is this happens more and more and it starts to become self-perpetuating and then the people who are genuinely innocent I.E the people who are the the victims of the oppression and the oppressors the badged uniform depressors it gets worse and worse and then more of those victims start piling up but those victims aren't seen as victims those victims are seen as the aggressor as the bad guy and the cops always seen as the good guy and this is why we record record record record if you forget to record record don't forget to record the ryzen cell phone video and I love this part the ryzen cell phone video and police body cameras might be the beginning of the end for this kind of misrepresentation and I would agree except that when you see a cop on video they don't even correct themselves when they know this is going to be broadcast potentially to every last person on Earth we're going to see your actions we're going to see what you did we're going to see your justification we're going to see your excuses we're going to see your brutality we're going to see your coercion we're going to see your deception and they do it anyway because they can't help themselves why because power has a corrupting influence on people who get that power because if people perceive that you have a monopoly a Justified Monopoly and force and power they're not going to question you and there are some who walk among us that like to be in that kind of position where they can't they're Authority can't be questioned so the ryzen cell phone video and police body cameras might be the beginning of the end for this kind of misrepresents misrepresentation I think that's optimistic but I don't think that's gonna that's the case because I haven't seen well you know there are cases out there where it looks like police brutality has gone down since the Advent of the body cams and since the Advent of cell phone cameras where you know we can we can watch it pretty much wherever you are that's why in my state they've made a lot where hey it's illegal to record Oklahoma cops as they perform their duties their state functions though is more frequently the public is seeing high profile cases where the initial police report and Department statement on the use of force incidents doesn't line up with what clearly occurred in the recorded evidence you think and look at some of these look at some of these examples that that they give pretty interesting following the killing of you know who for example in Minneapolis the Minneapolis Police said that he died for medical incident during the police interaction there was no mention in the initial statement of the 9 minutes and 29 seconds that Derek Chauvin pinned him to the ground with his knee while the man begged for his life until he stopped breathing in the 2009 arrest of Ronald green remember that guy Louisiana state troopers said this is the initial report that the man died in a car crash following a police chase this narrative lived on for two years until the Associated Press obtained the published body camera footage from the scene that showed Troopers stunning hitting and dragging green on the ground outside of his car as he apologized for leading them on a chase and telling them that he was scared so they completely fabricated everything including that there was even body cam footage to begin with it was later learned that the ranking Louisiana Trooper where did where does crap roll that's right downhill and a stream can rise no higher than its source and if the source was the the ranking Louis Louisiana state trooper what do you think about all the subordinates under him you think they're going to be any better not likely he was later learned that the ranking Louisiana trooper at the scene tried to cover up the incident by denying the existence of his body cam footage according to the AP and that's just what's reported guys there's so many things that go on that aren't reported that aren't recorded that nobody bothered to stop and get out their video cameras for so next time somebody says why are you recording police why are you out there harassing them why are you out there being an obstruction or interfering with their duties well the reason for that is they are likely to lie and make the person that they're victimizing look like the aggressor that's why you do it it's in the interest of Justice it's in the interest of the precept when an injustice happens to one man anywhere Injustice happens to all men everywhere it's just a matter of time before it happens to you and if you happen to be victimized by the cop wouldn't it be nice if one or two or three or ten people stopped to record the interaction with you maybe it would stop some kind of violence that might come your way or some kind of harm that might come to your family from this power tripping law enforcement officer this is why it's so it's so essential it's so vital to record what we've seen unfold over the years since these videos have become just everyday ubiquitous depictions of police interaction with the public is that there's pretty solid evidence that the police have misrepresented misrepresented and characterized mischaracterized incidents they're involved in the recordings give substance to the skepticism that many people now have about police and their version of events and that's another thing you want to Foster when you record you want to give the public a daily dose of the smelling salts of reality so that they can snap out of their boot licking ways and start realizing you know what these badge law enforcers are no better than us as a matter of fact in many many cases they are much much worse than the average human being if the FBI crime stats or any indicator law enforcement officials and this is from 2016-2018 stats law enforcement officials of 40 percent more likely to be domestic abusers than the general population what does that tell you about power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely it's pretty startling the recordings give substance to the skepticism that many people now have about police and their version of the events in 2019 Nolan published this uh this book right here one of the chapters is dedicated to how police reporting report writing can be and often is manipulated to misrepresent and protect officers involved in questionable conduct on the job he says this stilted imprecise legalese so they participate in the art of politics politics is nothing more nothing less than the art of using euphemisms lies emotionalism and fear-mongering to dupe average people into accepting and even demanding the change of their own enslavement they're trying to pull these officers who fabricate and misrepresent on these reports are trying to pull the wool over the Public's eyes and make the suspect look like the bad guy when the real bad guy is the one wearing the costume the stilted imprecise legalese is the commonly used verbiage found in the police lexicon and forms the basis of the narrative that Police use during throughout the United States the purpose of the narrative is ultimately to exculpate the police from any blame or allegation or allegation and the use of force being described as unnecessary and appropriate excessive or unlawful and then um there was a guy who who actually objects to oh what are you talking about we weren't trained to deceive people on our reports not every former officer agrees with Nolan's take on police reporting uh police report writing though Alfred Titus a former New New York City Police Department NYPD homicide detective and hostage negotiator told Insider that police are trained in report writing but deception is not built into that curriculum justification is okay so they use deception to formulate a justification I think I think this guy Alfred Titus from the NYPD is actually employing deception when he was interviewed by The Business Insider because remember the Mullen commission there were two there were two commissions there was the nap commission back in the 70s in the Mullen commission back in 1994 and their bottom line conclusion was today's corruption and we're talking about the New York City Police Department that did not change and absolutely got worse exponentially worse since the nap Commission investigated them for the corruption that they were involved in today's corruption says the Mullen commission is not the corruption of nap commission days corruption then was largely a Corruption of accommodation of criminals and police officers giving and taking bribes buying and selling product protection corruption was then in its Essence consensual today's corruption within the NYPD is characterized by brutality theft abuse of authority and active police criminality so you're really going to believe somebody who's gonna cover for his fellow Thin Blue Line members in the NYPD Alfred Titus I think you're engaging and I can't prove this but history tells me experience tells me what we all know about what police do for a living tells us that Alfred Titus might be stretching the truth right here as he pulls the blindfold of the LIE over the people to protect his own Thin Blue Line cult members he said uh it's just about justification it's not about deception if an officer use force that behavior is only allowed under specific legal circumstances he said so when they fill out a report they need to make it clear why they believe that force was necessary and what do you think they're going to say they're going to make themselves just like this other officer they're going to make themselves look like the victim they're gonna they're gonna fabricate if they have to a justification why they pulled the trigger on that taser or that firearm or why they got out the Baton or why they put the cuffs on too tight why they left that person cuffed in the car for two hours without the air conditioning on or why they release the dog that took a bite out of that the back of that guy's leg so I just wanted to show this to you because even fake stream CIA infiltrated operation Mockingbird MK ultramedia knows what's going on with police officers where they're actually trained in the art of deception they're not there to tell you the truth they're there to extract information that will incriminate you which increases the coffers of the state it takes you through the court system that corporate system that's stacked against you and the law enforcement agents are a part of that so they can generate more revenue for the state so they can get a better Police Department better surveillance equipment better better toys like mraps and high-powered uh Dodge Charger cars better you know better equipment like Doppler now lidar radar which by the way I'm gonna have a live stream here and a couple uh maybe about an hour where we're going to talk about the cop who pulled over those three Lamborghini drivers and insisted that he was pacing and radaring them and that's how he's determined that they did 98 miles per hour when they say there ain't no way because our radar detector would have picked up on it and none of us three all traveling together we're doing 98 miles an hour on it on the interstate system so I don't know leave your thoughts about this for the world and Global thought police in the comments section Below have you had personal experiences with police officers if you've had if you had leave a comment I might do a story on it if it's if it's a very interesting story and I think the audience might if you get a lot of thumbs up on the comment under the video leave your story about how you were victimized by the cops be as truthful and accurate and precise as you can um you know what was the deception employed what was the um what was the reality what did the cop actually write on the police report were you able to get the body cam footage if you do get body cam footage on that kind of stuff and a police department needs to be exposed
