need no id you don't first of all you don't have to you got an id on you uh i'm here to make you insecure in your person to be insecure it's there's safety and there's security and there's power in anonymity so if a law enforcement agent who swore to protect and defend the constitution the united states against all enemies foreign and domestic comes to you and tries to make you insecure or tries to make you id when you didn't commit a crime and we're only what seven seconds into this thing it just infuriates me guys if you don't know your rights you don't have them if you don't exercise the rights that you don't know you're gonna lose them it's just like a muscle you will atrophy it's easier to atrophy than it is to build muscle that's just life it's easier to lose rights than it is to exercise and gain rights because guys it is an uncomfortable thing pushing back against the man questioning the authority wait a second i don't think you can ask me for my id because i didn't commit a crime now if i committed a crime or you reasonably uh suspect that i did commit a crime you have probable cause articulate that probable cause and then i'll consider possibly giving you my id in the meridian hills apartment homes you see behind me the officer tried to identify a man here in the parking lot who did not cooperate saying he did nothing wrong let's let's be even more clear the the cop tried to id a man who didn't do anything wrong so let's put that another way the cop tried to violate his oath of office to protect and defend that man's right to be secure in his person we have to be super specific about this every time it happens because a violation is still a violation but when you start cloaking it with all this this jargon when you start adding euphemisms to it to make it sound less severe than it actually is i mean this is egregious guys we need to look at it as egregious what do you mean you tried to id somebody what do you mean you try to make them insecure in the person's house of papers in fact isn't that a direct violation of your your oath to the fourth amendment which guys it's not a it's not an oath to the amendment it's it's an oath to uphold the rights of other human beings that you claim or these officers claim to be servants of the people isn't it a funny thing that servants of the people actually go around acting like they're your back and forth reynolds called for backup from southport police officers working part-time for rental security consulting corporation imagine calling for backup on a guy who just doesn't want to give know all the social media outlets and all that and just to make it clear the initial officer on that video does not or has never worked for southport police department the initial officer didn't but the guy he called back up on did or backup four did now i just just wanted to let you know the initial officer wasn't our guy but the other guy who showed up to violate this guy's rights he was our guy okay got it these charges are resisting law enforcement and refusal to identify in indiana refusing to identify yourself is a class c misdemeanor officers also arrested dean's girlfriend who actually and what else wthr news13 what else should you have added to this right here identify yourself as a class c misdemeanor if they suspect that you committed a crime this isn't guy guys is this okay let's just pretend it's the land of the free home of the brave okay what is the outline that makes it in the minds of some the land of the free home of the brave what was codified a couple public safety official for reportedly kicking an officer for what defending yourself if an attacker comes to you if an assailant comes up to you and they put hands on you don't you have the right who means you harm yes but if they're dressed like a clown if they have a shiny badge on it makes things a whole lot different because we have immersed ourselves in cognitive dissonance we've been
