this guy is going to make an announcement that the DMV is now shut down because of one man with a camera yes it do here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal so here's the deal here's the deal so here's the deal but here's the deal here's the deal well here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal and here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal because here's the deal here's the deal either give me your ID or you go to jail how about that catch me outside how about that how about that how about welcome back welcome back to the here's the deal [Music] [Music] the Pasco County DMV in Florida flooded with security cameras 24-hour a day surveillance looking at you from every angle from the moment you walk in to the time you stay to the time you leave has a problem with a man with the camera this is from Hillsboro cop watch this just happened I was watching the live stream just happened a couple minutes ago and they shut the entire surveilled DMV down because of one guy with a camera let's just take a look at it all right guys so yeah this is a live stream so a little shaky little fuzzy hey Brandon get this out here I just got trespassed from Pasco County DMV not even two minutes before after coming in here they just shut it placed down sorry for the shaking now listen closely this guy is going to make an announcement that the DMV is now shut down because of one man with a camera watch this and watch the Lemmings just like do nothing constitutionally protect activity sorry guys I'm shaking we're shut down until we can get this problem resolved you know how they all should have responded every single one of them should have took out their cameras and said hey what's wrong with that we're Americans we literally have a right that's codified in the First Amendment freedom of press you can't make a public place a private place we are going to use our video cameras because we can because we're Americans because we're free to do that everyone should have done that this is how you lose your rights by watching them take away somebody else's rights disappointing and disgusting for a constitutionally protective activity you're going to call the police exactly really Chris were shut down till the sheriff gets here We're Men but we have to wait for men with guns to take care of this dastardly criminal with this camera over here oh man it's just it's dire it's horrible guys get this out here share this wait till the deputy shows up yep time to shut down because of freedom sorry guys I'm shaking I'm a little you're gonna see this on my uh static footage oh and the cop that comes in he'll capitalize on Hillsborough cop watch Shaking why are you shaking you need you need Emergency Services this is a Pasco County DMV this is a Pasco County and uh it's not Landa Lakes it's uh off a pit Lane hey Kilted he's talking to people in the chat now this guy right here he's part of the DMV and he's calling emergency services to get a cop out there because there's a guy with a camera Emergency Services should be trained to go wait a second is the guy doing anything wrong yeah he's got a camera we don't want him in here but it's a constitutionally protected activity they should be briefed they should be trained they should be familiar with the first amendment I doubt any one of these people know two tenants of the First Amendment and he's going to tie up in emergency services line number to get men with guns to come and take care of a guy with the camera when they have dozens of cameras recording from all angles I'm going to fast forward to where the sheriff is salutes doing all right no crime no ID I'm accessing constitutionally protective activity policy is not law so I don't know just nervous to happen sometimes it's just I was born with it so the one with being nervous I hate these police tactics man why are you shaking why nervous are you having a medical episode what's wrong can I get you in the EMT is everything I'm from the government I'm just here to help that's all I'm doing [Music] shut down I'm sorry no I'll just get your name password thank you we're going to conduct our investigation now you got that right Brandon so now what's happening is DMV shutdown cops have been called and now this guy right here is going for to write out a trespass warning and he's going to give it to Hillsboro cop watch let's take a look at that sir the safety agent Chris here asked you to leave and are you refusing to leave sir under thread of arrest I will I'm not threatening to arrest you Christopher I'll only leave under dread of arrest okay well with that being said we're going to issue you the trespass warning so if you come back here you could be arrested for trespassing do you understand yeah I always wonder that Christy Christy says makes you wonder why they get so bent out of shape when someone is recording them what are they hiding and it kind of makes you go in that direction mentally makes me do that it's like wait a second if you guys are such good guys if everything that you're doing is above board it's right you're doing good for the people wouldn't you want an additional camera to be in the room so that we can record your good deeds and show the entire world what good upright noble people you are instead you want us to turn our cameras off and if we don't turn our cameras off then you threaten us with the force of the state what's going on here I mean are you good guys or not why would a good person engaged in a good activity not want his Good Deeds to be shown to the world unless he's being humble and that's not what we've got here this isn't humility this is tyranny who's good for one year okay all right a one-year trespass I kind of I mean Hillsboro cop watch says that he's new to this but I kind of wish he'd have said okay let me just let's get this clear why am I being trespassed because they asked you to leave why did they ask me to leave because you're recording what is wrong with recording is does that not fall under freedom of the press is there some if there's a policy that says you can't record in the DMV show me the policy and then you as a law enforcement officer tell me if this is constitutional or not isn't that how it's supposed to work didn't you swear to protect defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic then why are you here acting as an agent of domestic terrorism what's going on here couple questions just let them lay it on the line and make it very very clear this is why you're being trespassed because you dare to exercise your constitutionally protected American rights on American soil in this DMV let's just be real clear about this so he walks out it's kind of interesting what the cop said he's uh he asked him am I going to be arrested and the cop said no it's like uh then why would I take this paper and why would I leave listen to what he says sir excuse under a threat of arrest I will I'm not threatening to arrest you I'm not threatening to arrest you then what is this all about if you're not threatening to arrest me then why would I take your paper and why would I do anything other than what I'm doing um if you're not threading threatening to arrest me then you're are you mentally assenting and verbally assenting the fact that I'm not doing anything wrong what's going on here this is kind of a little psyop here I'll only leave under threat over the rest okay well with that being said we're going to issue you the trespass so he gets the trespass warning but the the takeaway from this is the ironic hypocrisy of you know a lot of people are saying the DMV is really not a government entity it's a corporate entity but it's still operating on in a public space this is a public area for people to walk in and walk out it's a public area you can't trespass the eyes if you can't trespass the eyes you can't trespass the camera but whether it's a corporate entity or government entity we know that the DMV gets Government funding their government subsidized so this is basically another area where you can say hey this is the people's area and the people want to know what's going on here and one of the best ways to let the people who can't be here right now know what's going on here is by recording so I shared this recording with the people who want to know what's going on here but you're telling me that the people have no right to know what's going on here now they'll they'll make all these veiled arguments like they'll say well the reason we don't want you here is because we want to keep people's private information private well guess what there's no expectation of private information let's say you pull out uh your checkbook and you just open it up in public well it's incumbent upon you to make sure you keep your private information private when you're out in the public it's not the camera's man a cameraman or woman's responsibility to keep your stuff private if you don't want your stuff recorded don't put it out in the open in public so the the grave hypocritical irony here is that they have dozens of cameras in this DMV recording everybody from all angles and they're going to make an excuse that hey there's an additional camera in here that's making everybody unsafe and because that additional camera and that cameraman is making people unsafe we're gonna shut down the DMV and then call the law enforcers and then to gr to add to the gravity of the irony the law enforcers who score to protect and defend this guy's rights and everybody else's rights issues him a trespass warning that that trespass warning is issued to every single American who dares to stand for the rights this isn't just going to the Hillsborough cop watch this is for everybody and Injustice was done by one man somewhere so that same Injustice will happen to all men everywhere and we gotta stop it we gotta sensitize ourselves to what our rights are stand up for our rights and exercise our rights because if we don't exercise them they're like a muscle if you don't use a muscle it atrophies it goes away you'll lose it and then you lose strength we don't need to lose any more strength hey freedom is dangerous the only thing more dangerous is not having it if you haven't done so already subscribe to this channel subscribe to Hillsboro cop watch Oh I thought I was subscribed okay now I'm subscribed subscribe to Hillsborough cop watch give them some support let them know you love him subscribe to this channel hit the Bell notification icon give it a thumbs up share it with everybody know remember freedom is dangerous it's scary it's uncomfortable may make you feel a little weird but what's more crazy strange uncomfortable and weird is not having Freedom we don't need tyranny the price of freedom is eternal vigilance and indifference to this notion is the means by which the people having will secure their own oppression I will see you in the next video [Music]
