this is one of those videos where you look at it and you hope that it's not true but video evidence shows you the truth to the contrary this was just dropped by lackluster a couple hours ago it's got 45 000 views this is this video should have a Tens of millions of views when it's all said and done every American should see what these cops in bernadillo County did to this family they stopped this family they terrorized this family as this family is in the middle of a crisis situation where their dog just got hit in the road and they're trying to rush this dog Stella to the hospital to the veterinarian hospital to get her taken care of and then the Bernardino County Sheriff's interrupt that by holding every family member at gunpoint and it's not just one cop it's the entire department I'm not going to play any of this video because I really want you to see lackluster lackluster's video I'll leave the link in the description I'll try to leave it in the pinned comment when I leave links in the pinned comment often they disappear but I'll try to leave it in the pinned comment as well you've got to take a look at this and when you watch it I want you to feel the emotion you know be like don't don't don't operate on the level of emotion yeah yeah you shouldn't operate fully on the level of emotion but we're human beings and you cannot divorce emotion from who we are and how we respond to reality in this perfectly normal and right to experience righteous in indignation within your own heart when you see what these cops did if you haven't seen this I covered this about two two and a half weeks ago lackluster does a way better job Dale puts in a lot of time effort and energy to get the body cam footage to put it all together to edit things so that he can package it in such a way where it's understandable and digestible to the masses so that it can affect change Dale is a good person and the reason he puts out these videos is not just to put food on the table although it does that but it's to increase awareness at the very minimum increase awareness in America about the state of law enforcement today they are literally a bunch of tyrants they might as well be wearing brown shirts that's how bad it is and so I want to turn our attention to the bernadillo county Facebook page that's linked I'll put that in the link in the pin comment and in the description and it's also in the description of lackluster's video but I want to look at some of these comments I am shocked that they haven't turned some of these comments off yet I'm shocked because we've seen that time and time again that when you know bad press or bad publicity comes in the direction of the police department they disable comments well they haven't disabled comments in this they just uploaded this right here on September 7th they haven't as a matter of fact they haven't uploaded or at least there's no upload showing since September 7th but people are using this opportunity to utilize their comment section and I'm going to go over here and we're going to read some of these because Nevarez is the name of the cop who initially pulled out his firearm on this distraught family from the get-go within the first three seconds he already had his firearm trained on this unarmed family who's freaking out because Stella their dog was losing her life and so his name is Jeremy Nevarez Nevarez is a threat to the public and anyone around him guys it's not just navarre's every one of those cops who are involved in that at the very minimum should be fired at the very minimum if you or I jeopardized a family's life or even one person's life like Nevarez did you know what would happen to us but because they have qualified immunity and then they have extra blankets of protection laid down by the Supreme Court like Terry V Ohio Pennsylvania versus Mims which really basically says that officer safety trumps your in we don't care about your individual rights we hold officer safety up way above your individual rights even to the point where people's lives get taken says Nevarez is a threat to the public and anyone around him I agree but so are also his fellow officers check on his family put them on Watch and get them to a safe place guarantee that he can't harm anyone else again it's important for citizens of this community to understand that this officer talking about Nevarez felt emboldened to behave the way he did and that comes from the top down Amen to this Cindy Stewart who put this out because all crap rolls downhill and a stream cannot rise higher than its source Nevarez is who he is because his commanding officers are who they are and this whole this all-pervasive police mentality of we're better than you we have more rights than you we don't even Reserve our ourselves just the right to take away your rights but we also reserve for ourselves the right to interfere with your life liberty property and pursuit of happiness that's how they act on a continual basis and not just the Bernardino Bernardino County Police Department it's all over the Dallas Police Department it's NYPD let me just remind you back in the 70s the NYPD was investigated by their own government in the nap commission and they found that from top to bottom the NYPD was riddled with corruption like like cancer that goes into a body and metastasizes that's what happens so maybe it's better 20 years later well in 1994 there was the Mullen commission that also investigated the NYPD and they said hey you remember the corruption of the nap commission days you ain't seen nothing yet it's way worse so do you expect 20 or 30 years down the road do you think the NYPD is better do you think the Los Angeles police or Sheriff's Department's better do you think the Seattle Police Department is better Seattle Police Department that's where that one guy I can't remember what his name is otterer otterer Dennis otterer laughing about the fact that his buddy his law enforcement buddy ran over that uh young adult that young girl if your governor who claims to be working toward Public Safety does not do something to correct this problem that's the Nevarez problem then I guarantee that your safety is not that her concern officer Nevarez is a danger to his community and the other officers recognized it but did nothing about it yeah if you stand by and you let a Nevarez do what they're doing they will continue to do it and they will get worse and worse it will never get better stop stop looking for this world where hey if we just leave it alone if we don't say anything it's going to get better it won't law enforce the the idea of law enforcement the mentality of law enforcement literally is we have more rights than you that's literally what it is because that's how they act Traffic Safety or traffic code trumps individual rights officer safety trumps individual rights you don't have rights at a traffic stop for example and you can see this you may not have a life at a traffic stop so you got this dog Stella who could have lived if Nevarez didn't interfere and interrupt and be a d-bag and then you have not only do you have Stella who could have lived you have this entire family who could have died I mean they were a trigger pull away from getting ended and navarre's lies on his report it's not bad enough what he did then he lies on his report tries to turn his body camera off as derogatory toward this family he's got a big chip on his shoulder this guy's a mess man if this Police Department keeps this guy on I would not be surprised if in a few weeks or months maybe it'll take years I don't know this guy will act out and it's going to cost somebody their life or lives We the People are watching Heroes at work everybody knows you guys are a bunch of scumbies if you haven't watched this I want you to watch this video watch this video share it with everybody watch lackluster's video look at his reporting here look at what navaras did look at the lack of response from the police department that Nevarez works for let's just read maybe one or two more where's officer Jeremy Nevarez when you need him and that's this was in response to some posts that they put out on the seventh I tell you what if the driver had clenched his fist they'd be in a world of trouble right now clench fist that's what Navara has put on his report about that Dad who was complying with navara's orders walking out with his hands up and Navarro said well he had clenched fists that's why I pulled my service weapon on him because he had clenched fists I was fearing for my life says Jeremy Tavares needs to be fired shameful episode of the police with the family just trying to get their dog to the vet the whole episode was over the top I don't wonder why there are so many shootings there's so much aggression in their stops despite the family being so distraught they remained reasonably calm I and what are you gonna do as the dad you got a couple options it's like should I just grab this Nevarez guy and show him what for and then what and then you lose your life and then you're the primary Breadwinner and you can't provide for your family now because you're gone or you're maimed you know this this guy this guy was trying to keep his cool trying to keep his composure composure he's got a dog who's dying he's got a family who's distraught he loves his dog he's distraught now he's stuck in this situation where these cops who are supposed to be protecting and serving him are doing the exact opposite it's so freaking infuriating so freaking infuriating I just feel like I would do lackluster disservice by playing his video right here so I will leave the link to lackluster's video you gotta watch it and after you get done watching it engage with it because this is what pushes it up wouldn't it be awesome if we could get lackluster's video trending on top trending on YouTube videos and this needs if there was ever a video that needed a top Trend at this moment it's how these American cops treated this American Family who is just trying to save their dog wouldn't it be awesome so watch the
