I just love it when pigtail cops try to flex their authoritie and intimidate a guy who just can't be intimidated by little girls. >> How can we resolve this? >> Go away. I'm not going to be bullied out of here. There is no chance you're going to threaten me enough to make me move. >> What are we doing? >> I'm recording an officer trying to dox me in front of people. You're not allowed to do that as per your policy. You understand, right? So, you're the feelings police. Get your supervisor out here if that's the way it's going to be. Yeah. Yeah. >> This is guaranteed protected right under Charter of Rights Section 2B. You threatened to arrest me. I want your supervisor out here. You're going to answer to this. >> Okay. >> Get your supervisor out here. >> You [ __ ] call the shots, right? >> I am calling the shots. Women shouldn't be cops either. You shouldn't be a cop. You guys are way tooing emotional for it. You know, everybody has a right to do this. Eh, you're on camera everywhere you go. >> Just tell me who you are. >> Cuz I don't want to. >> Why do you have your face covered? >> Cuz you're calling the cops. I cover my face for the police. I don't like the police having me on their body cameras. different if you came up and said hello. >> I I don't feel like talking to you guys. >> You have to be a little certain scumbag and we all >> Oh, yeah. Ah, buttercup. That's so sweet, dude. >> How about you, buttercup? Are you a buttercup? Are you a snowflake? >> You look like a snowflake. >> The guy with the clean shirt. So, my camera has laser beams in it that stopped everybody from doing their job. Are you calling the police? >> Are you calling the police, young man? >> Please don't do that. I got warranties all over the place. >> Lady was walking away. >> What? >> Is that what you're going to do? telling you to back the up, man. >> Absolutely not. >> I'm telling you to back up. You're too close. >> Yeah. >> Yes. You're too close. >> I'm not backing up. I'm not moving anywhere. How do you spell your name? >> M A E S T R E. >> You're getting a complaint for your name tag covered up, sir. You guys think you could just run around threatening to arrest people? >> Are you as dumb as her? One of our auditing friends, True North Transparency, was out recording in public on a public sidewalk one day when he encountered this line crew installing fiber optic cable. Turns out they were very sensitive cream puff snowflakes. In spite of the presence of multiple traffic cameras, numerous dash cams, Tesla cams, body cams, phone cameras, and satellite cameras rolling constantly in almost every populated area. This guy, for some reason, decided he just couldn't tolerate one more camera. >> Hey, who are you? >> What's that? >> Who are you? >> Who am I? Who are you? Um, well links to my contract. >> Yeah, I'm the guy recording op links. >> Okay. Who are you? >> I can't tell you that. >> Okay. I'm going to call the cops then. >> Oh, Jesus. Wow. Okay. >> Who are you? >> I can't give you that. >> Identify yourself. >> Why would I do that? >> Because you're filming me. >> So, that means I have to identify myself. That's strange, dude. Go ahead and call the police if you have to, but I ain't giving you no ID or nothing. >> Who are you? Why would I have to ID myself to you? That's an odd thing to say, man. Wow. I thought I thought they would [ __ ] know better. I completely thought they would know better. >> Serious question for you. What kind of pansy girly man marshmallow mental state do you have to be in as a burly guy working out in public to even desire to call the emergency services line to have men with guns come out cuz you're freaking out about a man with a camera. >> Okay, I'm going to call the cops. Now, all these guys are going to stand around for about an hour getting zero work done because they're freaking out about a guy on a street corner with a camera. It's pretty pathetic. You know, you know this guy, I asked him I asked him to ID himself and he refused. So, could you send some police out here to like soothe my sore butt? You know, this guy really hurt my butt. Normally normally people get scared when I ask them what they're doing and uh yeah, this guy just Yeah, didn't that didn't work at all. That didn't work one little bit. >> Not bad. >> Not much. What's up his butt? >> Said what's up his butt. >> Well, it's just you're recording us, though. Is there anything wrong with that? >> He doesn't understand why. That's all. >> Yeah, but nobody has to. I'm a grown man. You're a grown man. I don't understand why you're stringing cables along and blocking the sidewalk at two access points, but I couldn't care less. I'm just filming. >> Okay. So, that has nothing to do with >> No, I know what you guys are doing. That's fiber optic line, right? >> That's right. >> Yeah. Hey, man. [ __ ] string her up. I don't care. So, what do you just like to go around and record people for fun or >> I I am doing a little story, a little piece here. >> Oh, what's that? >> I can't get into it while I'm working. >> Especially with this guy calling the cops. Oh, yeah. This a job. I just covered my face. This guy's calling the cops. So, >> Oh, wow. >> Can't show them who I am now. >> Okay. Should I do next? >> I don't know. Keep working. Is it working? >> You know, everybody has a right to do this. Eh, you're on camera everywhere you go. >> Just tell me who you are. >> Cuz I don't want to. >> I don't have to. >> Why do you have your face covered? >> Cuz you're calling the cops. >> I cover my face for the police. I don't like the police having me on their body cameras. >> But uh problem with the cops? >> Well, I don't have any issue with the cops. I just don't like being on their cameras. You don't like camera either, but >> do you know everybody that drives by you guys has you on camera at they as they stop at the light. >> You know, you guys probably have a dash cam harassing us. >> How am I harassing? I was standing all the way up there and you came Oh, right there. And you came what 50 ft to me to try and ask me who I am. >> I bet I was talking with this guy, >> huh? >> You have an IT. >> I can't give any information out while I'm working, especially when we got another guy on the phone with a cop. It has to do with that lady who drove by. >> No, I'm I have nothing to do with anybody. I'm 100% on my own, dude. You're filmed hundreds of times a day, man. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Everywhere you go, go get gas. You got a You got a camera right at eyeball height looking at you. >> Yeah, there's a reason. >> Go pick up a >> That's why you don't steal gas. >> There's a reason for this. >> That's awesome. >> Huh? >> Oh, well, it's You never know what bike cameras are for. I don't always tell people because I'm not obligated to answer any questions. >> If you were working and I came up and just started recording you while you were working, you would find out. >> Pull out a phone and start recording me right now. You'll catch me while I'm working. Oh [ __ ] >> Picture. >> He took a picture. But if you want to record, hold your phone sideways. What I find funny is that Optil Links will eventually see this video. And they got five 1 2 3 4 five. Is there more guys up there? Just five of you. >> Five guys not working. There's a dude stopped at the camera. >> That's [ __ ] up. Aunt Link isn't gonna be happy. And then they're gonna have a meeting with you guys. They're like, "Okay, guys. >> I don't think you know anything about Optil. You [ __ ] idiot." >> Yeah. >> Okay. Snowflake. >> I'm following you around. We haven't We haven't moved one foot since I got here. >> Doesn't matter. You were here and then a >> Buttercup. >> Sure did. Did I? >> What? What physic? What did I do physically to stop you from working? >> Filming my >> So my camera just took shut all your materials down. >> Comfortable with you filming. >> Did it electrify the wire? >> Different if you came up and said hello. >> I I don't feel like talking to you guys. >> You have to be a little certain scumbag and be >> Oh yeah. Ah, buttercup. That's so sweet, dude. >> Yeah. >> You're not going to bully me away, man. For this, man. You live for this. >> I'll never back out. I don't care who it is. I'll never back down. >> Police can come here. If the police tell me they're going to arrest me if I don't move, we're going to have a fight with the police. Not a fist fight, but it's going to be an argument. And And I'll win it. I'll win it. >> Fight's probably not the best word to use to put that >> argument. Yeah. >> An argument. >> You read about your rights. You learn about a >> you learn about some of them. I guarantee you learn some. >> There's people in law enforcement that may think otherwise. They do a lot of the times. They do. >> I don't even bother, bro. This guy's running on two [ __ ] >> says the guy that called the cops. >> A >> Buttercup child. >> I thought >> I I stand I stand on downtown corners and I film everybody that goes by. Yes. Women, children, you name it. I'll just keep the camera in the >> Oh, does it seem up to you, Buttercup? A little bit. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I know. Eh, all you gingers. >> How about you, buttercup? Are you a buttercup? Are you a snowflake? >> You look like a snowflake. >> The guy with the clean shirt. >> This is what he likes to do. >> It means you're not doing anything. >> Brand new. Got it last week. >> Yeah, last week. And it's still not even dirty. Holy [ __ ] dude. You don't do much, eh? >> So, my camera has laser beams in it that stopped everybody from doing their job. Go back to the beginning. Who said what to who? This guy came right up to me. Who are you? >> I'm like, I can't tell you. Well, that should have been enough right there. Have you ever stopped anybody else? >> What if Here's back this question on to you. What if a lady was walking What if a lady was walking by? What? >> Take take a video. What if a lady was walking by with a stroller? You're going to go, "Hey, who are you? Who are you?" Is that what you're going to do? >> I'm telling you to back the [ __ ] up, man. >> Absolutely not. >> I'm telling you to back up. You're too close. >> Yeah. >> Yes. You're too close. >> I am not. You're on camera still, dude. >> You're on camera, too. >> That's fine. I'm not back. I'm not moving anywhere. >> Stupid [ __ ] >> You don't control the goddamn public sidewalk, homie. [ __ ] calm down. Go have a sneakers or something. You're hangry, [ __ ] guy. >> Oh, looks like you got where you wanted. >> Oh, lady hops, too. Right on. You got a ride along today, do you? Mr. Brian, how you doing? >> Yeah. What are we doing? >> I'm recording an officer trying to dox me in front of people. >> No, I'm asking what you're doing. >> Why would you? You're not allowed to do that as per your policy. You understand, right? >> Or just what you got here trying to do their work. They're trying to do their job. >> I'm trying to do mine, too. >> What's your job? >> None of your goddamn business now. Go away. >> Naturally. >> No, it isn't. >> Okay. So >> So why did you Why are you coming out here trying to tell everybody who I am? You're not allowed to do that as per your policy. >> Well, I'm actually entering an investigation now because investigation of what? To do their job. >> Oh, I'm instructing them. Is am I? >> Yes, you are. >> How? >> Because they can't do their job. >> Why? >> Because you're sitting here filming them. >> Oh, really? >> What is the purpose of you? >> So, you're the feelings police. Get your supervisor out here if that's the way it's going to be. >> You're not moving. >> No, I'm not moving. >> Okay. You're not going to move. >> Nope. >> Oh, I'm going to get out of these cables. >> Can you? >> But I'm not going to stop recording. >> This is a safety issue for you. >> Oh, no, I'm not. >> You're not going to back up. >> Not while I'm talking to you. >> Okay. It's a safety issue for you, too. >> Is it? >> Yes. >> What? So, you're saying that you're immune to the safety issue of these cables? They're not electrified. They're fiber optic cables. >> What's your name and badge number? >> We'll have a conversation. >> What's your name and badge number? >> I'm going to tell you, though. >> What's your name and badge number? >> I will give it to you. >> Yeah, >> I have no issue giving it to you, but we're going to wait a minute. >> We're going to wait a minute, are we? What's your name and badge number? Are you a walk along? Ride along. >> I don't think you're a ride along cuz they don't give ride alongs. They don't give ride alongs. Uh >> names down and he's interfering with us. Talking to us away. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> Buttercup. >> So, who's who talked to who first? >> I asked who you were and why you were >> No, he did. No, he did. >> He doesn't want to show like if he approached us differently. >> I didn't approach. But it's big confrontational [ __ ] [Music] >> filming us. >> No, that's what I'm dealing with. >> I'd rather talk to the men. >> Get your supervisor out here, sir. Oh, you're another ride along, are you? >> Tell me until you're ready. >> Get your supervisor out here. >> If you don't leave, you're going to be arrested >> for what? >> Permission. >> Permission? >> Yes. So, >> you're obstructing their ability to do their job >> with a camera. >> Exercising my right. >> Interfering ability to do their job. what I am. >> How many times have we seen this? The pigtail cops just don't seem to have it in them to issue threats to the public until their male counterparts show up. That's when you get real brave, isn't it, ma'am? When a man arrives on the scene to stand in her corner, she somehow is mysteriously able to muster up the courage to tell a man with a camera what's going to happen to him if he doesn't comply. And she's going to charge a man with a camera recording in public with mischief. >> For mischief. >> Look at all these brave burly men standing behind this woman as she fights their battle for him. This is about as pathetic and cowardly as it gets. Man card revoked for every single one of you. >> I'm media. I'm working on a story about these guys and the work that they're doing and the fact that they're blocking the sidewalk. I have every right to do this. This is guaranteed protected right under Charter of Rights Section 2B. You need your supervisor out here before you do something dumb. >> Okay. So, if you want to film, you have to be in a distance that's not in like >> I was on top of that hill where they're working. >> No, they're not. They're working right up here. >> Okay. So, are you saying them? Are you engaging with them? >> No, they engaged with me ability to do their job. >> I was the one that got approached and then they stopped working. >> What did they do to approach you? uh stopped working and approached me. Do you not understand what approach means? >> See the video? >> I'm not showing you anything. >> Why not? >> Cuz I don't want to. >> Get your supervisor out here. You're going to [ __ ] this one right up. >> What's your badge number? >> You're not just stepping 5 ft away. Do you want them dropping? >> I was 5t away. I was on top of the hill. I'm here right now talking to you guys. Once you guys leave, I'm not working under I'm not going to stand under these guys. I don't want to be anywhere near them. >> Well, that's what I'm worried about. I don't want >> I don't care what you're worried about. What's your name and badge number? Why are you covering your name and badge number? >> Where? >> You're covering it with those pens. What is it? >> Put my pens >> on the other side. >> With my handcuff, please. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> What's your name and badge number? >> You see my 415. >> Maestray. >> Yeah. >> See, you need to have that uncovered. >> Under the police services act, you have to have it prominently displayed. That is not prominently. >> No, it isn't. It's hidden behind two pants. D. >> What can't you see? the letters. >> That's why >> M A I S. >> See, that's why. So, what? How do you spell your name? >> M A E S T R E. >> See, that's why you should have it. You're getting a complaint for your name tag covered up, sir. You need You can't be covering it up. >> I appreciate. >> Once you guys leave, I'll be on that hill recording till my heart's content, but I'm not leaving the area. I'm standing here to speak to you guys. Are you guys both ride alongs or are you cops? ride alongs. Okay. What is Are those your actual names? >> Holy [ __ ] They shouldn't do that. Normally, they don't put your names on these things in case you decide not to be a cop. >> Where are you going to stand when they put them? >> Wherever I feel like it. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to be underneath them. >> Okay. You're not going to be in there. >> I wasn't underneath them. >> Okay. Well, I'm just trying to make sure that >> I wasn't anywhere near them while they were working. >> They stopped working and came to me. My camera cannot be a way to stop these guys from working. Hey, >> it doesn't work that way. >> I want a supervisor out here, too. I would call one right away cuz she's going to [ __ ] this all up. >> What? You guys think you could just run around threatening to arrest people? >> Are you as dumb as her? >> I said if you interfere >> I'm not interfering. >> That's what That's what we're talking about. >> Yeah. >> Plain and simple. If someone does interfere with them, they can be arrested. >> Nobody interfered with them. >> Exactly. That's why we're here. >> So, how the no one's >> What would you consider interfering? Filming? >> No. >> Yeah. Well, then I'm not interfering. No, >> I I never said you did. >> And I was nowhere near him. >> I never said you did. >> Did you see them all standing on the ground talking to me? >> You guys going back? >> 53 minutes. They've been standing around for >> They're moving around. >> Dude, I was on that hill. You know as well as I do. >> Are you engaging them? >> No, they engaged me. >> Well, we had a conversation after they approached me. No, no, no, no, no. >> Are you heading out? >> No, I'm staying. >> They're staying. >> I want your supervisor. You said you would call a supervisor because of that threat you made. You're not allowed to do that. >> What's What's the threat that I made? >> I'm going See, look. This lady can watch her here. It's okay. You're good. >> You're going to try and get me to move when this when they're blocking the public sidewalk and this is the only way through. I'm not moving. You threatened to arrest me. I want your supervisor out here. You're going to answer to this. >> Okay. >> Get your supervisor out here. >> You [ __ ] call the shots, right? >> I am calling the shots. Women shouldn't be cops either. You shouldn't be a cop. You guys are way too [ __ ] emotional for it. That's a big snowflake. >> Am I? >> Yeah, you are. >> Yeah, you guys are a bunch of snowflakes, >> huh? >> You're a bunch of snowflakes and so are your guys. >> Yeah. >> Well, not all of them. That guy's pretty cool back there. This one down here is pretty, too. >> The dirty guy is >> behind the camera, right? >> Hide behind the camera. >> Hide behind the camera. >> So, what's hiding? >> I'm standing right here in plane day. >> What is the camera hiding? >> Hiding behind the camera. >> Am I all of a sudden invisible? >> You're egging people on to do something. >> Yeah. Yeah. You guys are You're the idiots that called the cops. You're the idiots that got You're the idiots that came down and decided to approach me. Get back to work. >> Go to work. Yeah, you're snowflakes. Fairies, if you will. >> You got little fluttery fairies. Butterflies. >> I'm going to be here recording. You guys are still going to work at 4:30 somewhere. >> Oh, yeah. A little fella. That's so cute. >> You think I'm scared of you? >> Do you think I'm scared of you? >> No, but you're hiding behind your camera. hiding behind my camera there. Does this make me invisible or invincible? >> And neither are you. I deal with you guys. I deal with people like you all the time. You're all bark. Nobody. >> People don't like being >> doesn't matter. >> Nope. >> Hey, brother. >> Hey, Logan. How's it going? >> You remember me? >> I do. >> How are things man? >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Staying busy. >> Very busy. >> No more uh donut shops by me or that you >> That was me. That was me. No. Who did it? It wasn't you. >> No, it was not you. >> Things are good. >> No, things are great, man. Here, I'm just going to zoom out so we can catch each other. >> For sure. For sure. >> Hey, I'm just filming. >> What's going on, sir? I just Well, I'm here. It's not like >> I'm filming it. These guys all got off their platforms, come and approach me over on the corner. >> Okay. >> Demanded I identify myself. I said no. >> And so I stood there with these this guy and another guy. We talked for a while. The the bigger guy here went and called the police. >> Yeah. and uh they wouldn't go back to work. And so I stood here wait I'm like now I got to wait for the police. I told I told that fell what I was doing. >> My understanding it's all for your safety. They're dropping lines down. If you're hold there's a risk and they have a job to keep they obviously can't be doing anything risky. >> Are you okay with moving further back and wait? >> When I first started recording I was on that manhole cover. >> Oh and then I was over there. No. If they block the sidewalk I'll happily move away. But they can't block the sidewalk. This is the only access. We just had a lady walk right through here. >> So, there's nothing they can do. And they were still working up there. I have, you know, I have video. >> Oh, yeah. >> Uh, but when I first came through here, there was a lady. Oh, there's somebody waiting at that bus stop. >> Yeah. >> There was somebody walking up here and they were, the guy was on his bucket lift and he was working from that bring. You see where that line's coming down? >> Yep. He was working right up to there and people were walking right under him. >> That's your concern as >> No, no, no. I don't give a [ __ ] >> I just wonder why you're capturing this. You're usually capturing us, not them. >> No, I record everybody. >> Okay. >> Everybody. But this is not dangerous what they're doing. It's not like it's live electrical wires. This is fiber optic cable. >> And there's no there's no reason for them to block the sidewalk. If it was dangerous, they would have blocked the sidewalk. Correct. >> Yeah. >> I don't know under all their protocols, but how they operate, right? >> They're not supposed to stand around for 53 minutes talking to the camera guy and then blaming me for obstruction. and uh Hope there, whatever her name is, shouldn't be threatening to arrest me for standing here filming. She shouldn't. It's a protected right. I'm not moving. I will not move. I'm going to be out of their way. I'm not going to be directly under them, >> but I'm going to be utilizing the public sidewalk to my advantage to get video of these guys working. >> Yeah. So, that's your plan here today. Nothing else going on there? >> I I've been all over this morning, but this isn't supposed to be this long. It's not that [ __ ] interesting. >> Thankfully for us, it has been a chill morning. >> It has not been very interesting. I come by and say hi and >> Yeah. No, man. It's great. I'm glad you did. I'm glad you did. She was escalating the situation. I think she's showing off for her ride along there. I really do. She's like, "You're going to be arrested." She's showing off for these guys. That's not okay with me. >> And if if you guys are going to try and tell me to move, I want your supervisor here because I'm not moving. I'm going to I'm going to utilize the public sidewalk. I'm not going to be interfering with the snowflakes work. I'm just going to be doing my job, man. >> And you know what? I don't I didn't engage with him. The guy got down off his lift was I was all the way over there on that block with the four lines on it and he he came right over. >> They're probably wondering what you're up to, right? >> No, he demanded I ID. >> Who are you? That's not demanding. >> Oh, it's not demanding. >> Who are you? >> Whatever. Doesn't matter. Okay. So, let's say you did. You asked me what I was doing multiple times. >> Our conversation's over. I won't be rude and walk away cuz we're having a conversation. >> I'm not moving. So, tell her she's going to arrest me and we need a sergeant out here cuz that's going to be a huge problem. speak on her behalf. I'm just touching base and see how I'm doing or if I could help in any way. Man, >> talk to her. Tell her I'm I'm not in their way. >> I'm not under their lines. The public sidewalk's open. >> Our conversation is done. I'm going to continue documenting. >> Richard's back. >> I want to hear what's being said. >> Just sharing that. I thought you were always around the police stations and focused on us, not construction. Durham region, most of them have learned really well, but people still need to learn. Everyday people, you notice, uh, police aren't everybody. Police make up a very small amount of the actual population. >> Mayor, one of the first things I said to you is all we're talking about your safety. They have concerns, but their work. >> No, that's not their concern is not safety. It was because I was recording. I have it all here. Nothing was said about safety. And you guys just watched a group of children walk through here. Yeah, I was up there, too. And I was at the corner. I was when I was here was when I was talking to you. I ar I showed up when you did. I wasn't just standing there in front of your truck keeping them from working. I'm not an idiot. >> Okay. So, where are you planning on staying for like standing for? >> I'm not even going to tell you. I'm going to be here documenting. I'm not answering any more of your questions. >> Do you not understand the issue that we have with that though? If you're impeding their ability to do their job, >> a camera can't impede their ability to work. You're standing off to the side. It is what it is. >> I'm going to be on and around the public sidewalk. I'm probably going to end up standing in shade so I can document cooly. >> But until the sidewalk is closed, I can walk anywhere I feel free to walk. They would need a special permit to close a sidewalk. I was telling Mr. Logan here, they need a special permit to shut down a sidewalk, which is why they don't have it shut down. This is off links. They're they they don't do things above board very well. You know, they got the whole sidewalk blocked, but they're not supposed to. If it was blocked properly, that bus stop would even be out of use and they would have pylons in the lane. They're working right above vehicles. And you think they have a problem with my safety? I'm a little worried if they drop something on a car, right? I'm perfectly fine. I'm safe. I'm not going to be in their way. I don't want to get hurt. >> But I'm not going to be bullied out of here. There is no chance you're going to threaten me enough to make me move. >> Okay. But there's a difference from you being like directly in front of their stuff, which is what we were told, versus what you're saying, which is like being off to the side. >> Yeah, >> that's what I'm saying. >> And you were told that. So, are they willing to put that in a police report? Cuz then I can >> That's what I asked. >> Well, you know, that's filing a I just let me finish. Filing a false police report isn't an indictable offense. So, I would want you to warn them about that. I never went in front of their truck. >> How can we resolve this? >> Go away. >> Okay. Are you going to off to the side. So you're not in their way to do their >> I was never in their way. >> Okay. But not once for the rest of the day. Are you not going to be in their way? >> I'm not going to be here for the rest of the day. >> Are you leaving? >> Yes. You know my number name? It's Hope 3le 9. >> Hope 3le 9. You should give that when you're asked. >> Don't like women cops, guys. Don't like them. Chicks should not be cops. Big old Snowflake finally got back to work. We are 1 hour and 13 minutes in. I'm sure his bosses are going to be impressed. >> Again, this is true north transparency and I'll leave the link to the entire video in the description below. Just like this video, share it with everybody you know, subscribe to the channel, hit the bell notification icon, and become a channel member and grab a shirt.
