qualify for any driving privileges i'm
exercising my right to travel
and unless there is a crime which uh
there should be some type of witness

i don't think i've committed a crime
i understand that but if you actually
look up the actual definition of a
driver it stands for
i'm not a sovereign citizen i'm just a
private citizen i'm a concerned citizen
but if you actually look up the actual
word and if you look at the actual
driving code
it states one in commerce i am not in
commerce i'm not paying for this ride
i don't believe this car has commercial
plates and i don't believe i'm violating
any any laws
well your beliefs are just wrong your
i'm not driving in commerce argument has
never been successful in court because
state law covers non-commercial motor
vehicles
try reading the 10th amendment

am actually in a vessel behind a wheel

i do have identification um if i am
my license right now uh i have not
removed my license okay um i'm also in
the process i filed in the supreme court
i filed in the federal district
i filed my ucc financial statement i
filed all these things and i'm in the
process of making myself
a non-us citizen a nationalist and i
don't want any dealings with the united
states um unless you can provide me with
a contract that makes me legally binding
right now
so first of all there is only one way to
stop being a us citizen and this way is
not it
and secondly believing you need to sign
a contract before the law can be applied
to you
might just be the dumbest thing i've
ever heard do you realize how crazy that
sounds to the average person i mean
really a contract
do you think it's that simple lawyers
would be all over it to get their
clients out of all manner of charges if
that were true here's the thing okay
because i'm not gonna i'm not gonna get
into it i totally i i appreciate you
know what i mean everyone's got
different beliefs well it's not a belief
it's not a value we can look up the code
it says no if you look up at the uh the
traffic code it says no person child i
am not operating as a person i'm not a
legal entity i like to remain private
and lawful and the word shall and if you
look at that legal definition and when
it's construed with the uh government
which this is a government infraction
right here michelle is to be made so if
i read the code and you want to go get
the code no person shall because you're
driving on the new york state highway
again i am not do you have any like just
to see who you are
well right now i don't there's no crime
being committed i really don't want to
enter into any contract in that sort

you know obviously there's a crime
committed
there is no crime
here's a thing it's a violation again
there is no crime it's a revised action
step by legislation i do not work for
the government i am an employee of the
government and that's that

you guys to be safe paying other people

so yeah the video cuts off but it sounds
like the cop didn't really want to make
a big deal out of this
she instead used her discretion and gave
the warning which is fine sometimes i
guess she probably should have pushed
him for the id
because this legitimizes his belief and
emboldens him in the future
but her aim was to slow him down
but that's assuming that this video is
even legit
it is a little suspicious that the
camera was pointed at the seat the whole
time and not at the cop
nerves could be playing a part what do
