well it was only a matter of time before
oregon's offset adam starr was caught
driving illegally again
you would think that after three years
of arrests carrying pounds jail time and
numerous court fails he would realize
this old right to travel without a
license routine he was sold doesn't do
what he says on the tin yet here he is
again getting stopped twice in the space
of just 20 minutes
after being warned earlier in the day to
stop driving
let's get into the video

like i said i don't answer questions

by now i am used to sitting through dead
air while editing adam's videos but i
refuse to subject you all to 10 minutes
of a camera looking at a gas station 4
court so let's move forward to the part
where the officer returns
okay adam so i wrote you a citation um
this side is the criminal citation it's
failure to transfer title and driving
while suspended this side is the
infractions and failure to renew expired
registration operating motor vehicle
without insurance
and no driver's license on person and
failure to carry your vehicle
registration
um so for the infractions you have 15
days to either pay mitigate or contest
just let the court know within 15 days
for this one they'll send you a summons
in the mail
um
and so yeah i can't tell you that you
can drive away but i'm gonna leave and
i'll test that you'll find a safe way to
get home okay
have a good
now at this point a sensible person
would just lock up their car and be done
with it and either a call a friend for a
lift b walk home or c just catch the bus
but adam isn't about to choose one of
those sensible options now is it because
well he's a soft set he's going for
option d where he doubles down on the
dumb by waiting for when he thinks the
cop is out of sight then drive away

and he's gonna pull me over again
yeah well what did you expect the cop
warned you not to drive away and told
you to find another way to get home
you've only got yourself to blame

i'm not driving dude okay go write your
tickets

this is harassment dude are you not
gonna provide physical id
am i required to prove anything to you
have i broken the law proof of insurance

you gonna provide me a physical id or
proof of vision have i broken the law

peace
would you listen to that he does
recognize breach of the peace or
disorderly conduct as a law or oregon
revised statutes you know the same
statutes that say you need a driver's
license insurance and vehicle
registration

i just don't answer questions stay here
that's uh you're presuming my answer

he doesn't need to presume your answer
your actions or lack thereof have made
the determination that you are refusing
to identify
i don't know how to do this i'm gonna

just standing around trying to waste my

this is an infraction for driving a
vehicle after failing to renew an
expired vehicle registration
and operating without motor vehicle
insurance
what makes you think i'm operating
anything there's a criminal citation for
driving on a suspended license third
degree

refuse to provide your information when
i asked you for i refuse
i fail to transfer title uh within 45
days or fail to do anything
if you drive this vehicle away from this
spot you'll be stopped again and the car
will be towed is that a threat it's a
problem you're taking away my right to
travel
i'm telling you you're taking away my
ride to travel

well here's my own bit of advice for
this police officer how about you
actually arrest him and tow his vehicle
so he can't drive away and commit
further offenses because we all know
that's exactly what he will be doing as
soon as the cop leaves he did the same
thing not 10 minutes ago

i mean this must be costing you a
fortune in fines
would be cheaper just to get yourself
