though I'm in public I'm in public right now to film go across the street and film right now all right turn it off this right here is the 62nd Precinct in New York City see it says it right there 62nd Precinct and I know you're not going to believe this but there's some massive tyranny going on within the walls of this building right here and I'm going to show you this this video right here comes to us from Brooklyn audit I feel so sorry for what happened to this guy this is a 5 minute and 37 second video I'm gonna try to play it in its entirety without interrupting but I pretty much can guarantee you I'm gonna interrupt because it's outrageous what they do to this guy did you know that there are certain places on the land of the free home of the brave within the land of the free home of the brave that our first amendment free zones Second Amendment free zones Fourth Amendment free zones you would think that there if there was a place where you could be empowered with the First Amendment the Second Amendment and the Fourth Amendment it would be in the halls of of a police department where every single one of those employees swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic but what do they do they end up turning around and becoming the very domestic enemies they swore to protect you from roll the tape yeah guys we're at the sixth six today so it's actually I'm gonna play this the reason I'm gonna play this in its entirety even him walking out in the front parking lot right here which is basically he's on this side of the building right here um is because I want to show you the unbroken video of what actually happens to him when he walks into the 60 second precinct you're on bed Avenue 8th Avenue and Bay 22nd Street which this is Bensonhurst Brooklyn yeah Brooklyn New York and again this is the 62nd Precinct in Brooklyn New York and by the way the 62nd Precinct this is the exact Precinct and those are the exact stairs and this is the exact door that you're about to see that that woman walked in asking for help and she got piled on by a gang of NYPD thugs all right all right age guy two amps it's November 5th and we're at the sixth two all right hello no I don't need no help I'm just take some pictures and here we go is that you're not allowed to film here okay I'm not allowed to film anything [Music] wrong answer officer not a lot of film in here now let me ask you a question if you were a police officer and you knew you were doing good you knew that you had the right job you knew that you were actually out there protecting and serving and upholding your oath wouldn't you want cameras to come in wouldn't you welcome the public to come and hey record anything we do we're an open book we're transparent we want you and the viewing public and the entire population of the world to see what good people you are wouldn't that be your reaction why do they want nobody recording why do they have to sign up members of the public are prohibited from audio and video recording and photography inside this facility in other words members of the public are forbidden to exercise their First Amendment right to freedom of the press members of public let's see this guys you see that this is not a plug of space probably built-in it's not a son right now but it's a public building right no no to sound public no please we're we're public sir he says it's not it's not a public building it's a police department we're public servants but this isn't a public building being funded by tax cattle dollars no I understand that I'm just saying I thought since it's a public building because you know you good enough I mean yeah I public building I should be able to film in here I mean you can go now why should I be able to go are you a sergeant what's your name 29028 so am I being kicked out of a public building well that's just the policy I mean this is the public building at all Captain all right all right I'm sorry I'll walk out is that this is not no law for order I'll leave right now no problem I'll leave okay that's the captain which tells you that all crap flows downhill and a stream can rise no higher than its source the captain in this Precinct is the source and he's the crap from which all poop rolls downhill and none of his underlings can rise above where he is what level should he be at what should he be sensitized to the First Amendment hey no problem man you got the right to Free Press in here we're an open book because we ain't doing anything wrong this isn't a criminal operation the NYPD the 62nd Precinct should be saying here sorry I just figures a public building I'm allowed to record I'm sorry okay well I'll be outside in the public space right I'm allowed to record here now he's outside guys wait it gets better get ready to be infuriated public building though I mean even though but that's that's just a policy sir but the sign the sign is right there why don't you obey the sign look we got a sign there we got a sign here look at all the signs signs everywhere signs so many signs is blowing my mind do this don't do that can't you read the signs the signs are here what about the First Amendment what about your oath doesn't your oath Trump that sign doesn't your oath even if there was a law or an ordinance or a penal code that backed that sign these officers should go we don't care because we took an oath we don't care because it matters to us to protect your freedoms for us to say that you don't have the right to record in a in a police precinct where we're supposed to be protecting and serving you would be ludicrous that's what they should be saying but they're saying this wrong kids will read the sign come on we got stuff to do get out of here but wait the tyranny's not over so I'm being kicked out of the six two wow here we are I'm being kicked out of the 6-2 now see this so any person I go to in Brooklyn they're just going to kick me out it's a public building isn't this a public building I mean 62nd Precinct please six two even the captain got up he started yelling at me wow so let me pause it right here take note where this guy is standing take note Where Brooklyn audit is standing he's standing right let me let me walk right here he's standing right oh they're bringing somebody in in cuffs look at this somebody's already in the Cuffs right there so let me let me stand right here let me go over here so he's standing about right here okay there's that light there's the front door here are these street signs right here there's the green trimmer on this this block building the stone building and he's standing on a publicly accessible sidewalk I'm gonna do a spoiler here they're going to arrest him on this publicly accessible sidewalk he complied with their wishes to leave didn't have to he wasn't doing anything wrong he wasn't committed committing a crime and he was exercising right that they are sworn to protect but they choose to arrest him on the public sidewalk this is outlandish here we go okay I'm all Florida to get out okay I'm sorry [Music] unbelievable oh it gets more unbelievable not allowed to walk into a prison in Brooklyn it was actually on the phone and he saw me recording it was the other two guys I got upset I'm assuming this is the little tennis car right here since it says lieutenant tenant still on the sidewalk right now draws a Honda here we go here comes the tyranny I'm in public I'm in public right now across the street and film right now all right turn it off okay so this guy's name is Martin Captain Martin why are you coming at me Martin I'm sorry I'm just turning it in public turn it off why am I being arrested right now are you serious shut it off am I being shut right now yes you are being betrayed because so there you go he got they cut the video camera off so he is being turn it off he's being assaulted and he got kidnapped by Martin and this other guy so what I'm going to do is this is the 60 second precinct we're gonna put them on blast why for the sake of Liberty we can't get we can't keep giving inches here we got no place to go we're all backed against a wall because of tyranny and because of tyrants like like this so what we got going on here is we got the this is the New York City uh nyc.gov this is from this for the 62nd Precinct they got a Facebook page called NYPD 62nd Precinct they have a Twitter page which is called the 62nd Precinct for the New York Police Department what I'm going to do is I'm going to put the Twitter link the Facebook link and the the website and also what I'll do is I'll put the phone number in the description and in the pin comment plus I'll put the link for Brooklyn audit so you can get in touch with him I'm going to send him a comment under his video and ask him if he can please update this description right here to include that he's going to have to go to court on November 25th for this treatment right here you get a lawsuit right here this is a civil rights violation the guy already complied with you didn't have to he wasn't doing anything wrong when he was recording within the precinct walked down the steps of the precinct onto the public sidewalk they started harassing him for engaging in a constitutionally protected activity freedom of the press and they kidnap him and they throw him into a cage from my understanding he went to jail for two hours he's gonna have a court date on November 25th which as of the recording of this um I'm recording this on November 16th and this probably won't go up until the 17th on my other channel but what we need we need to do is support Brooklyn audit here and what I've asked him to do is maybe put a cash app so we can send donations because you know this is going to take time even if it just took your time to go to court your time is valuable your effort and your energy and your knowledge and standing for Freedom against the Jack boot thugs of tyranny is valuable so if you want to give to him hopefully by the time you see this video right here he will have updated his description to include his cash app or PayPal or whatever so we can help him out and give us exact information about when the court date is what time is it what's what's the address so maybe some of you who are in that area who want to show up so you can offer support what the captain's name is last name is Martin I think he's a captain he's got the four slanted little bars right here on his sleeve is that a captain and then what's that other guy's name who helped apprehend Brooklyn audit but here's the deal guys there's no good cops anywhere in here nobody stood up within that Precinct and goes hey what are you talking what are you guys talking about you can't record first of all there's cameras all over this Precinct we're recording everybody at all times including us so what's one more camera number one number two didn't we give our give an oath didn't didn't we give a solemn oath on a freaking Bible and raise our right hand toward heaven so we could protect people from The Tyranny that's invading other lands it shouldn't be in the land of free home of the brave where's that good cop where are those good cops they're not there because they're too busy helping out handcuffing a guy in the name of tyranny so
