I
know welcome back to the valian channel
guys and to arguably one of the best
intros to a video I think I've ever seen
courtesy of NY detective for a traffic
stop where yet another legal genius who
claims to know his rights gets pulled
over for doing 39 and a 20 M hour school
zone but instead of behaving like an
adult he gives a fake name and resists
the rest which leads to yet another
window bust and a meeting with Mr Sparky
all right let's get into the video oh so
do you have your idea your registration
your insurance no I don't have any of
that on me it's in my wallet I left my
wallet at home I was just taking my mom
to work okay are you going 39 and a 20
in a school zone yeah I just saw the
sign when I looked up I was putting my
phone down you also can't be wearing
headphones while you're driving yeah I
wasn't listening to anything
just you have any form of
IDE what's in your
pocket what's in your I never said reach
for I said what's in your pocket
vitamins what is it vitamins and a key
set of keys okay I'm just trying to get
home I didn't no I understand that but
you're going 39 out in scho time that's
why I pulled you over yeah I I get it
what's your name
Roger that's his I've just provided a
fake name to a deputy for no real reason
because I'm an idiot
look just keep your hands on the wheel
is there any weapons in the
car no sure about that positive all
right tap in the vehicle to leave a
fingerprint in case the suspect decides
to make off or to make sure the trunk is
closed so you don't get a big surprise
is a smart move especially when you're
aware the suspect has provided you with
a fake
name window
down what's your real
name r what's your last name Cas what is
it Cas all right step
out can you tell me why you gave me a
fake name
okay I just didn't want to get stopped
nobody wants to get stopped yeah I
understand that I just need to get home
okay I need to get home so I'm going to
do the one thing that will ensure that
doesn't happen by committing the
arrestable offense of providing a fake
name you didn't quite think this one
through did
you I I was putting down my phone I
that's another reason you were stopped
you're just admitted using your phone in
the school zone yes I so this is what's
going to happen like I told you you're
going to don't don't reach in my car
don't don't you're not you're not
allowed to reach in my car
