Oh, look. Another one of those heroes protecting and serving another person. >> If you don't comply, I will break the window and you will be placed under arrest. Do you understand that? >> Sorry. I'm trying to I'm trying to call someone to make sure that I'm safe. >> Get out of the vehicle. You are safe. >> I I don't feel safe. I do not feel safe. >> Don't trap my >> Don't trap my arm. >> Whoa. What are you doing? >> Hey, ma'am. Lower the window. You're going to hurt this. >> Lower your window, ma'am. an additional unit. >> Do you have a mother? Do you have a sister? >> I don't know about you, but I'm starting to think that cops have a secret contract with Safe Light Autoglass. As we've said before on this channel, the lion share of the problems that we have in this world don't come from the psychos who want to harass, rule, and control the rest of us. They come from those who condone others being harassed, ruled, and controlled by these psychos. In the comment section under this video we're about to examine, those people say things like, "This brat needs to spend as much time in jail as possible to lose her attitude." My favorite thing about this interaction is that she doesn't seem to be impaired. She's just ridiculously entitled. Impressive. Honestly, I'm constantly amazed at the patience these officers have with jerks like this woman. Being on the phone when cops are talking to you should be a big ass ticket. Never mind that the cops initiated the attack on her. The initial reason for this stop is that a state agent's automatic license plate reader indicated that this woman had not paid the state extortion fee and that her tag was expired. It's later discovered that she has warrants, but it's not clear what those warrants were for. In many cases, we've seen many, many times that warrants are issued not for actual crimes, but for petty infractions. And you know, state functionaries are never happy with you when you don't bow to them, obey, waste your time in their courts, and empty your pockets. Let's look at this attack, I mean interaction, and we'll make some comments along the way. Ma'am, open the window. >> How are man? Officer Balls, our Scotsman, please. Your license registration insurance. >> Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. I I'm >> You have your license You have your license registration insurance? >> Yep. Not a problem. Thank you. I need your license. Open the window or I'm going to break the window and you'll be placed under arrest. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. Your license, registration, and insurance. If you don't comply, I will break the window and you will be placed under arrest. Do you understand that? >> Ma'am, >> open the window. >> Ma'am, step out of the vehicle. Sorry, I'm trying to I'm trying to call him to make sure that I'm safe. Get >> out of the vehicle. You are safe. >> You're safe, says the costumed armed man trained to lie and collect revenue from you, even if it means damaging your property and attacking you. >> Stop. >> I don't feel safe. I do not feel safe. >> Don't trap my >> Don't trap my arm. >> Whoa. What are you doing? >> Hey, ma'am. Lower the window. You're going to hurt the >> Lower your window. >> Ma'am, lower window. >> Lower your window with your other arm. Ma'am, lower >> Lower your window with your other arm. >> Lower your window with your other arm. >> Punch on this. >> No. >> Ma'am, >> lower your window. You are now under arrest. >> You are now under arrest. >> Ma'am, lower the window. >> You are now under. >> Ma'am, lower the window. >> Lower the window. >> Ma'am, lower the window. >> Send an additional unit. car. >> Get out of the car. Under arrest now. >> Why? What am I doing? >> Raise the window and officer. Can we open? >> I I didn't realize he could put my >> Can we open this door? >> Why are you guys doing this right now? >> You're under arrest. >> What did I do? Can you tell me what I did? >> You're arrested for aggravated assault against the police officer. >> Can you tell me what I did? You're under arrest. You're under arrest. under arrest. >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> Turn around. Out of the car back. >> Under arrest for what? Can you >> aggravated assault? >> How is there aggravated assault? Could you please tell me? >> When you when the officer tells you to open the door and has to put his arm through the window and then you you >> Why is his arm going through my Just pat her down real quick and make sure his arm going? >> Yeah. Pat her down real quick. Yeah. Search her now. serious right now. >> Yeah, you're under arrest. >> Do you know how the mother do you have a sister? >> We're past that already. You're under arrest for aggravated assault. He told you multiple times to lower your window, open the door, and then when he put that >> put his arm through your window, and you raised the intentionally raised the window, and then hurt this officer. Now you're under arrest for aggra. Plus, >> you are accusing me of something I did not do. >> You're not. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. You assaulted my officer who tried to make you insecure in your person, in your property while he was trying to attack you. Imagine this cop's kid when he goes home that night. They're sitting there having a nice quiet dinner and the kid says, "Daddy, what' you do tonight?" Well, Susie, me and my buddies ganged up on and attacked a little woman because she didn't pay the state's extortion fee. And when you grow up, Suzy, and you don't pay the extortion fee, somebody else's buddies will attack you, and daddy will approve cuz he's a psychopath. That's how sick these people are. >> Bring it to the back over here. >> Which one's your car, >> Mike? >> 32 38. >> Will you check? They're good. >> Yeah. She didn't have any pockets on. >> Okay. >> Does this coat have any pockets? >> I'm bleeding on my hand, too. Yeah. >> With the broken glass. >> Hey, just watch out with the broken glass, too. >> We have. >> Are you guys serious? >> Step into the vehicle. Watch your head. >> Yeah. So, can I >> step into the vehicle and watch your head? Step into the vehicle and watch your head. Let me get the book on. >> Can you tell me when I'm arrested for aggravated >> assault? >> I need to Hold on. >> Get back. Get back in the car. Back in the car. >> Get back in the car. Come on. >> Turn. >> Four. Four of you guys now, huh? Five. Five of you guys. >> So, you're not giving me any chance to retrieve my stuff or >> make sure my things are okay. Stay there. >> Why? You're not going to tell me why I was pulled over to be >> Watch your foot. Watch your foot. You explain everything. Just watch your foot. >> No, you're not. You don't explain. >> Last year, you're under. >> Can I help you, sir? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Take your hands out of your pocket for me. >> Appreciate it. Okay. She's under arrest right now. >> And then when she when she is released, when she gets out, she can give you a call. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. Gibson, please get back to your car now. This is a crime scene. >> We're good. Thank you. >> Yeah, we're going to wait. >> Yeah. >> Hey, bud. Just watch him. He was with her >> and I don't need him coming back to the scene over here. >> He can leave actually, bud. >> We're going to get him get him back into get her back into headquarters. Um, just wait for whoever that unit is. >> This is definitely a crime scene. >> Get the police. Get back to your car now. This is a crime scene. >> But the crime was committed by the attackers in blue. Look at the size of this freaking police presence for a woman. She didn't even murder anybody. She didn't shoot up a school, hold up a post office. Cops love to claim the zone they're working in like a bunch of mong girls. This now becomes a constitutionfree zone as the tyrants cordon off the area. >> I'm just not indulging somebody who keeps repeating themselves. So, you can stop. If you want to keep going, you can, but you're not going to get anything out of me. So, keeping out of >> Okay. Well, I don't have to I don't have to have a conversation with you, >> ma'am. Ma'am, I don't need advice. >> No, I'm not asking you. I'm not asking you for your advice is what I'm saying. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Ready? Step out of the All right. Sit down. How did that happen? I >> I don't know. I don't know. Thank you. Step up. Wait. You're going to walk up the stairs. Step to the right. Not up. Step to the right. Thank you. >> I said step to the right, not step up. Maybe search. Now take the handcuffs off. You're going to put both hands on the wall. Do you understand? Okay. Turn around. Face the wall. Hands on the wall, please. Thank you. Move your jacket, please. >> So it doesn't I don't I have to put it down. It's not It's hot. >> Put your hand against the wall. You guys playing >> Put your hands against the wall. On the wall. >> On them. >> I really do not. >> All right. Do you want to get obstruction too? Put your They're not following instructions is your problem. >> On the wall. >> No, they're not. They're not touching. Put them Put them on the wall. But I'm not going to tell you again. >> So, could you clean it for me, please? >> Do you? No. >> Oh, your hands on the wall. I'm putting them on the wall. >> Ma'am, I'm not going to have They're not moving. I don't want your shirt. I want No. >> Put your hands on the wall now. >> I'm not asking you a question. I pee. >> Place your arms on the wall. If I have to hold them, I will hold >> when I'm done. >> Yes. >> Wow. >> Wow. >> Cops are such control freaks. Her hands are up and out of their way, which is the whole point as they violate her rights by patting her down. But they specifically want those hands to be on the wall because that's how controllers are. Cops don't become psychopaths. Control freak. Psychopaths fill those positions because they can exercise legalized state power against others without any consequences. If somebody could just, you know, listen, it would be so hard, right? It would be done already. >> I'm so sorry that you have such a leg cuz I do too. But Jesus, you picked the wrong job. >> Yeah, I picked the wrong job. >> Yeah, you did. >> Spread your legs. Thank you. [Applause] >> Keep them on the wall. Keep them on. >> Keep them on the wall. >> That's right. We're ridiculous. >> Can you tell me why I got hold of it? We I already explained that to you. That's >> You said cuz >> you're play and you have a warrant. >> It's It's that simple. >> It's not our fault. We're not the ones that put the warrant on you. We didn't arrest you whenever you got arrested. That's not on us. >> When I got arrested, keep your hands on this on you. This is on you right now. >> No. When you got arrested before take on chair, take my shot. >> Correct. Is this your first time being arrested? >> No, it's not. Grayson, you should be familiar with this. Let me sit on your feet. Please put your socks back on. You can put your shoes back on. >> What were you arrested for before? >> Probably the reason you got the warranties. >> Is there a reason why I have any problems right now? >> You're under? It would have been just for the for the uh for the warrant you had. But this would have been for just for the warrant you had, but then obviously closing the window on an officer's arm, not such. >> Do you know what the warrants were? >> Um I think it's what I have court for in a couple weeks. I think for uh >> so so why >> cuz I got it in December. I I don't know. I don't know. >> It's for failing to appear. >> So why not? So why not just >> So it's for something I have court for already set to appear. >> Because you didn't go to court. >> Yeah. But they have a new court date set. >> Understood. Until then because you didn't go the first time. You get a warrant >> and all it would have been was you getting out of here in 2 hours, some paperwork, and that's it. >> I'm going to pee on your chair right now. You guys, >> you need to urinate right now. I told you my uncle I just I I mean >> Right. Well, you also said a lot of things, so I didn't know if it was just a ploy or if you wanted to just argue or I was speaking to you calmly and kindly and you just escalated everything. So, excuse me for not believing it in the beginning. >> Speak to you calmly and that's why I'm just confused. It's what's going on here. for I figured you guys I mean >> this woman was arrested and charged with assault on her attackers, resisting the arrest of her attackers and obstruction of injustice. I mean, if we want to be honest about it, that's how we would say it. She also had an active warrant out of Branchburg, New Jersey, and a fugitive warrant out of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. We don't know the specifics of the warrant, but if history is any clue, it was for something fabricated by the state in order to waste her time and shake her down.
