is [Music] [Applause] okay guys this is another example of the police murdering a guy in broad daylight on camera and then hiding the fact that they murdered a guy on camera this guy's name is edward braunstein this event happened in march of 2020 which is about you know roughly two months before the george floyd incident and nobody's heard about it because the attorney general's office decided hey let's go ahead and bury this let's go ahead and not release the footage but we we care about transparency we're all about transparency here at the police force here at the chp says i can't breathe video shows death of edward bronstein in chp custody i'm not going to show you this but i will link the video in the description and in the pink comment so you can watch it for yourself i'm not playing this because i know that you know youtube play these plays these games but it says video is difficult to watch and it is because if you think just along the lines of being a normal regular human being with feelings toward your other fellow human beings and then putting yourself in this guy edward bronstein's position or could it be my brother could this be my sister my mother my father somebody that i love one of my best friends yes it could be he's the best friend of somebody he's the son of somebody the father of somebody and this guy gets murdered by the chp do you think anybody's going to go to jail for this and this is another example when you watch the video of there's not one good cop on the scene to stop the madness to halt the insanity not one they got this guy in the torture cuffs as our friend chile at delete laws that's lawz says his arms are handcuffed behind his back he's surrounded by half a dozen or more uniformed clowns they s they sit on this guy's back until he suffocates says a man is screaming repeatedly i can't breathe does that sound familiar is anybody gonna march for edward braunstein as they did for george floyd while california highway patrol terrorists out of altadena station are forcing a blood draw from him why because they they assume they suspect that he might be driving under the influence on the ground is edward braunstein who was arrested on suspicion of a dui back in march 2020 and they just released the body cam footage he was brought to the station where it seems he refused a breathalyzer or blood draw california allows officers to get a warrant and force the blood draw if they arrest the suspect for dui and you can hear the officers telling bronstein just that says at the beginning of the video as they sit on him on a mat on the floor this is your last chance says one of them and you can hear it after which they push and pin him onto the mat like a bunch of cowardly brutes brutalizing this guy using the violence of the state abusing their own authority protecting and serving yeah really right right bronstein quickly begins to say he'll submit that he means it this time but you hear one of the officers say it's too late it's not too long before you hear screams of i can't breathe which stop about two minutes into the tape the officers draw the blood for a while a couple times asking if he's okay you can see this the entire thing on video there's no audible response from bronstein as they ask repeatedly even as they continue to draw blood so they continue to violate i don't care what the laws are in the state of california i would say it's a violation of the fourth amendment to be secure and your person houses papers and effects when somebody puts a needle inside of you and extracts your blood because they suspect you might be driving under the influence one of the officers asked the other if he's getting a pulse still they wait till they finish the draw they actually turn him over and continue asking if he's okay they eventually take out a mask with a handheld pump and place it on him trying to force some air into his lungs but then he was dead says michael carrillo attorneys insist that the moment bronstein agreed to submit the sergeant overseeing this and taping the incident on camera should have stopped the whole thing and let him up another question for the family why didn't the officers turn him on his side when he stopped responding that would have helped open his airway here's the deal it took two years for the video to be released and it only happened after a judge overruled whose order overruled california attorney general's order who wanted to seal it pending the investigation he wasn't even going to in the spirit of transparency let the public know what they had just done to this guy they murdered this guy they tortured him and then they murdered him and then they tried to cover it up what would happen if you and i try to pull something like that how do you think the chp would respond to us they would want us in jail for the rest of our lives we don't want those badged uniformed clowns out on the street doing this to anybody else not only do they need to lose their jobs these people need to be tried and imprisoned for the rest of their lives every single one of them every one of them even the ones who were accomplices who were participants who didn't get those guys off this guy's back took two years for the video to be released unconscionable and it only happened after a judge overruled california's attorney general who wanted it sealed hidden from public view pending an investigation the police will investigate the police and then get back with you and let you know that the police haven't done anything wrong and if we think that we might have we'll put these guys on paid administrative leave we'll give them a little vacation right here for snuffing the life of a guy out to our inquiries about the officer chp officials respond that they can't comment on pending litigation so the gang's going to cover for themselves well the family of this guy right here suffers emotional turmoil because of what chp did one of the one of the most dangerous things that could happen to you on american soil is an encounter with a badged uniform power tripping terrorist of the state leave your
