claims to be an American National
manages to turn a simple parking
violation warning into a ticket for
parking in front of a fire hydrant I
know it's not exactly the crime of the
century but he pulls The Sovereign
citizen defense which includes the
obligatory call for his supervisor
statutes and codes and law and the
cherry on top of the cake threatening to
charge the cop two thousand dollars per
minute for detaining him
all right okay now what am I talking to

we'll start from the beginning officer
Swift badge one seven two I'm stopping
right now to give you a ticket because
you're parked in front of a fire hydrant
in a No Parking Zone you want to just
get the get the hydraulic but okay we
can get the hydrant on the camera
correct all right so you have your
license registration Insurance on you um
once again now what do I need to license
the registration for for identification
reasons yes
and why do you want to identify me well
you're in a No Parking Zone in front of
a Hydra

so-called ID card it says Royal tribe of
indigenous aboriginals enhanced tribal
identification it says I sell floor and
master he claims to be a bear which is
the name self-described Marsh Americans
give themselves but there's also the
American national flag there below his
photograph and the video title says
American National it also claims tax
exemption with a phone number below it
this card is so confusing and trying so
hard to look authentic that it just
comes off as comical

serves the people of the town or city he
works in wording it like that is an
attempt to emasculate and just makes you
sound Petty and dumb

right so basically what I'm telling you
officer is he shouldn't be giving me a
ticket at all and I told him

the pain and suffering I enjoyed making

ever have of charging this cop for
writing that ticket

have some kind of memory problem or

over that officer gave his name and
badge number when he first walked up to
your vehicle so either re-watch your
video or read the ticket because his
details will be all over it oh but wait
this offset has a genius idea on how to
avoid this ticket later on in the video
I can't believe nobody has ever thought
of this tactic and I think it's gonna
blow you all away
so he's trying to give me a ticket yeah
for being here he asked me for my
license what caused him for him to ask
me for my license am I committing a
crime uh you're committing a violation a
violation yeah of what you're parked in

caused you a right to give me a ticket

you're not gonna give me a ticket what

the reason for the stop

you can't park within 10 feet of a fire
hydrant you're probably 10 feet of a
fire hydrant that's a statue you trying

statement doesn't make any sense in this
context and its statute not statue I
know that's a minor issue but they keep
mispronouncing it and it's really
annoying also statutes are defined as a
written law passed by a legislative body
and no amount of denial will change that

that you're gonna get no I'm not going
to get a parking ticket I won't get a
parking ticket at all
and you won't hand me a parking ticket

it's not happening and there's that
genius idea I was talking about earlier
just deny the ticket exists and if
anything resembling a ticket comes
anywhere near you just refuse to touch

mean yeah you can refuse to accept it I
guess but that's not exactly going to
stop it from being issued and any action
that comes after that but you're
forgetting one important detail if you
hadn't pulled this Sovereign citizen BS
in the first place then maybe you could
have driven away with just a warning but
you instead are to be a dick and
threaten the cop with your hilarious
fake two thousand dollar charge have you

the difference between a parking ticket
and an infraction ticket is monetary

out so it's childish to think that not
accepted it will somehow stop it from

sergeant all for his own ego but that's
what soft seats do they love making
mountains out of Mall Hills and proudly
upload that ignorance to the internet
