Okay, on top of the worldwide psychological operation that we have right now in play with regard to the Charlie Kirk incident, we have another psychological operation going on in Florida. And I want to show you the tale of two sheriffs. This right here is Sheriff Billy Woods from Marian County. And this right here is Sheriff Rick Ramsay from Monroe County. First, we're going to start with Rick and then we're going to go to Billy. And the reason I want to do this is because the psychological operation right here is almost tenamount to good cop bad cop. It looks like Ramsay is the bad cop and Billy Woods is playing the part of the good cop. But I'm going to show you that in spite of the accolades Billy Woods, for example, is getting below his video under his YouTube video entitled message from Sheriff Billy Woods. And you got comments like, "Thank you, Sheriff, for your service and for standing up for Jesus Christ our Lord and our Second Amendment right." Billy is not standing up for your Second Amendment right. And some of you might say, "No, he is, Brian. He He's going to totally abide by that new law and he likes the open carry laws. He matter of fact, he loves it. Whereas Ramsay, he's totally against it and he wants to resist it." This is what a true patriot looks like. God bless you, Sheriff Woods. Makes me proud to be a native. Every county needs a sheriff like Billy Woods. I'm going to show you how that is absolutely not true just by asking a couple of simple questions. Let's start with Sheriff Rick Ramsey. Listen to this guy. Hey friends, good morning. Rick Ramsey from the Sheriff's Office. I want to talk to you about a recent case law change which will adversely impact all of us. The appellet court in Florida have overturned a case involving open carry, which means now the courts have ruled that it is a violation of Second Amendment to restrict someone's ability to open carry a weapon in Florida. Meaning now that people presumably are now allowed to open carry in Florida. That could be a handgun on the side hip on a thigh holster. It could be an AR-15 slung over their shoulder. It could be a shotgun over their shoulder with all kinds of extra magazines. So, while some people support this and some people don't, but this is just a current state of affairs that some point in time you are likely to encounter somebody walking down the street in your neighborhood, maybe in a business, a restaurant, somewhere which has some type of weapon. So, there's not a whole lot the sheriff's office can do because presumably now this is the constitutional right to have this weapon. >> Presumably now it's a constitutional right to have this weapon. It's been constitutional all along, Sheriff. It's just that you're a freaking order follower. And because your political parasitic masters told you this is the law you're going to enact, you rolled over like a dog. And instead of honoring your oath, saying, "I'm going to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic," you became the very domestic enemy you swore to protect the people from. And you obeyed your political parasites because you followed orders. Even though this order was unconstitutional and repugnant to the constitution and you should have by your actions nullified this law, this anti-open carry law, you didn't do it. And you should have viewed the second amendment as constitutional the whole time and this law against open carry unconstitutional, but you didn't. Why? Because you're dishonorable. And that's what dishonorable people do. They don't follow their oath. They don't do what they say they're going to do. They roll over easy for politicians and special interest groups because they're afraid of what the crowd might say. That's not a leader. That's not a good man. That's not noble. The excuse, well, I was just following orders. It was the law that I was given at the time. It's not the law we created. It's the law we enforce. History never looks kindly on order followers. sheriff >> and our ability to challenge that is like almost zero. >> So this is more challenge not a dispute. We want to challenge it, but we can't. >> Or argument or pro or con, but more just to make sure you're aware. So, if you see this, which you're likely to, you can know that this is a lawful event that's occurring and the ability for anybody interact, change, stop at this point in time is not existent. I think the only next step would be if someone wants to challenge this is to challenge it to the Florida Supreme Court which could or could not hear the case. I don't know. But an appellet court has overturned a lower court ruling again now making it lawful to open carry in Florida. We saw this on the ballot in the past. This was a big push initiative by some to have this. So anyway, just wanted to brief you. Even if, let's say, 90% of all Flityians wanted a law on the books that prohibited o open, conceal any kind of possession of firearms, this guy should have said, I don't care what the 90% says. I don't care if it's 100%. Everybody in my jurisdiction has the right to keep and bear arms. And that right shall not be infringed. It's definitely not going to be infringed by me. And if anybody does try to infringe on the rights of anybody in my jurisdiction, I'm going to defend their right to keep and bear arms. But because he's not an honorable man, Sheriff Rick Ramsay won't and couldn't and is completely incapable of following the principles of the heart because he'd rather follow the writings on a page. And it's true. If they don't appeal it to the Florida Supreme Court, this law gets enacted on September 25th, 2025. Now, here's Sheriff Billy Woods from Marian County. Listen carefully because he's much more deceptive. >> Probably several of you have already watched some of my fellow sheriffs talk on a particular topic. So, I wanted to take a moment to address some recent court decisions and some recent events that occurred within our nation. Now, today is a very important day, 9/11, and we must pause and never forget the terrible violence and terroristic acts against Americans 24 years ago. So, we pause to consider the bravery of those first responders and our military in the years to follow. First, yesterday the Florida First District Court of Appeal in McDonald's versus State held that the Florida's open carry ban was unconstitutional. The court found that prohibiting the open carry of firearms was incompatible with the Second Amendment's guarantee of the right to bear arms. And with this nation, >> and you didn't need a law degree or an engineering degree or any high level of intelligence to understand that somebody prohibiting another person from keeping and bearing arms, no matter what he's keeping and bearing, no matter how he's keeping and bearing, was 100% anti-second amendment because the four words shall not be infringed couldn't be clear enough. But proceed, sheriff's historical tradition of firearm regulation. While this opinion is not yet final to allow the filing of a motion for reharing or reconsideration, there is no reason to expect that this court will reverse its decision. Here in Marian County in Florida, we take stronger stance against crime than any other states because it's the right thing to do. So what does this mean? In Florida, openly carrying a firearm in a peaceful manner will no longer be against Florida law. Now, that will be some time before finalization of the ruling. And >> that's your first hint. You should already have questions and red flags going off in your mind as it pertains to this sheriff and his office and what he's been enacting and enforcing up to this point of this new ruling. Sensitive areas such as schools, government offices, airports, sporting events, etc. are still off limits to carrying a firearm concealed or openly. Other things like convicted felons and the mentally ill are still prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition. Now, there's one thing I want everybody to have an understanding of. Private businesses or property owners may still prohibit firearms on their property. And we ask that you respect that or you may be legally trespassed from the property. Here's what I ask of you. Respect their freedom and right to do so. Because here's what I can promise you. Just as much as I will protect and defend your right to bear arms, I will also defend their right as well. I would also encourage you to take a firearm safety class and understand the great responsibility that comes with gun ownership. At this time, my deputies will not be enforcing Florida State Statute 790.053, which prohibits open carrying as it has been deemed unconstitutional. >> There's the question. At this time, we will not be enforcing. Well, what have you been doing, Sheriff? It's been declared unconstitutional. And it clearly is. It's not unconstitutional because a court declared unconstitutional. This law of prohibiting open carry or prohibiting anything as it pertains to firearms is definitely shall not be infringed. But what have you been doing up to this point, Sheriff? You and your deputies have been enforcing this clearly unconstitutional law. And what does that make you? That makes you a dangerous, destructive, rights trampling, constitutionhating, second amendment violating order follower, which means you and all of your deputies have been violating your oath. So what does that mean? If they make another law that says you can't open carry, you can't conceal, we have to collect the AR-15s, AK-47s, high-capacity magazines, and all those scary black assault rifles. When they make a law, we can expect you to obey the law and violate the Constitution and the Second Amendment and the rights of the people. Again, you're weak, you're pathetic, you're dishonorable, just like your counterpart in Monroe County, and you're an order following psychopath. The only reason your honoring shall not be infringed as it pertains to open carry right now is because a guy with a funny black dress told you it's okay. You're not a hero. You're a villain. >> As a lifelong supporter of the Second Amendment, I believe our forefathers put that in place for a good reason. >> They put it in place for a good reason, and you violated it for political reasons. They had seen the oppressive overreach of their government and the helplessness that they felt being unarmed against criminals. He's been the oppressive arm of government while he's been enacting this law and the drug laws and traffic law. He is the oppressive overlord that our forefathers warned us against. But on a day like today, Patriots Day, we remember the American blood that was shed. And unfortunately, American blood is still being shed as evil tries to rise above freedom, right, and truth. What a hypocrite. What a hypocrite. I would rather deal with somebody overtly evil like Ramsay than somebody covertly evil like Billy Woods. And just like that tragic day on 9/11, it's happening here on our soil. It's not just on a battlefield somewhere, it's not soldier versus soldier. What all of you need to do is open your eyes and see what happened yesterday. Yesterday, the very fabric of our nation, freedom, came under attack. And not just freedom. The shooting of Charlie Kirk was more than a political assassination. Charlie was assassinated for his beliefs and his faith in God. Really? Is that what the CIA told you? You do realize this is a government scop, right? Do you really know that for a fact? That's what we're being told by CIA infiltrated operation mockingb bird MK Ultra Media. That is the official story of the US government who continuously incessantly lies to us. And now that's what the executive branch, which you're part of, is trying to convey to us. But is that really what this is about? Are we supposed to really believe the government right now that it was just a lone gunman who acted alone? Where have we heard that one before? I don't give a crap what side of the political aisle you associate with. You should stand against this horrendous event. It is just pure evil. There is zero right in this. If you think or believe remotely that that piece of shit's actions were okay, like those in DC who opposed the moment of silence, you are not part of the problem. You are the problem. Isn't law enforcement part of the problem? Isn't law enforcement, aren't they the ones who are pointing their guns in our face? Aren't they the ones shooting our pets? Aren't they the ones? You guys, aren't you the ones knocking down our doors, infringing on our right to life, liberty, and happiness? Aren't you the ones who are violating your oath to protect and defend our rights against domestic and international tyrants and terrorists? Now you're going to stand there and pretend virtue when your life's work is to destroy our rights and economically terrorize the rest of us. Regardless of what some of the morons in our legislation think or believe, our faith in God is at the very core of the founding of this nation. >> You mean the morons who wrote, "Hey, if you see anybody open carrying in Florida, hold them at gunpoint and treat them like criminals." You mean those morons? Isn't it more moronic to obey the morons in the halls of Congress in the Capitol buildings in every state? Every legislator, national, state, and local needs to remember this. And you, the citizens, need to recognize that they are not there for good, but to help evil. Just like the thin blue line. I'm going to stop it there, but I just I want to show you the tale of two sheriffs. You got this one right here who is more deceptively cunning as an order follower and this one right here who absolutely bemons the fact openly bemons the fact that hey, you know, they're going to Can you believe open carry was declared constitutional after we've been treating you like you were criminals for doing that which is constitutional? Leave your thoughts about this. We are in a strange strange pivot here. This is kind of a turning point, if you will, because it built off of the psychological operations of 911, the convid 1984 by George Orwell lie, the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania, all the things that we've been taught to believe that ended up actually being lies. Who actually runs the country? how much in control another country that starts with an I and ends with an L has over Congress. Keep your head on a swivel. Don't be caught up with emotion and the politics of the left versus right paradigm lie. It's the same Hegelian dialectic problem, reaction, solution. They create a problem, wait for the fear-based reaction, the emotional reaction, and then step in to provide the pre-planned solution that they had waiting in the wings the entire time.
