channel called sovereign news
he's a facebook's offset but has
recently started posting his
interactions with police on youtube
one of those videos is him being stopped
and searched under the misuse of drugs
act
which he doesn't seem surprised about
he's too busy focusing on his sovereign
citizen script
let's get into the video

identification

not surprisingly i cannot find any such
requirement that says the police officer
must provide free forms of id but i do
see a lot on sovereign citizen and
especially freeman on the land websites
all a police officer is obligated to do
is provide or show their caller number
and possibly their warrant card if asked
for
say you've been detained for the
purposes of a search right i'm going to
be searching you for any drugs so you
shouldn't have anything prohibited okay
all right you don't have anything that's
prohibited right yeah
all right have you anything on you that
you shouldn't have done around the
contract and i don't have anything on me
right okay so what's your name i don't
enter in the contract i don't have to
provide you money he's just trying to
get him through okay
no my kids are i'm only out for a wee
stroll here my kids are sitting in the
house waiting on me
if you used to tell me you will be
leaving my kids uh on a company we
haven't left your kids we'll use
our threat use
so there was no point in bringing up the
welfare of your kids if they are being
looked after by someone of legal age
so that backfired a bit what lame
excuses do you have for us next
if you used to pay me and take me to the
police station
i'm not making any issue you drove down
passes
so if you touch me you're physically
harming me i stand under physically i
stand on their core i stand
so we are definitely not getting the
whole story here obviously i mean i
would be really surprised if the police
stopped me while walking down the street
minding my own business but that doesn't
seem to faze this guy in the slightest
he's too busy rattling off his offset
script
he's now going into my pockets illegally
this will be getting posted onto
facebook this will also be put through
the common law court and i will require
both of yous to put up statements i will
be on the police station later on to
make sure the use
are dealt with
oh no not the totally made-up common law
court that has absolutely no authority
in law at all these two cops must be
quaking in their boots
now you are committing a crime against

you just do not have the authority to do
what you are doing

i don't think this guy knows what the
word prosecute means

have to provide me your warrant cards
that doesn't make them married in your
own uniform

he's a constable right thank you so if
he's a constable then he knows that he
requires consent yes

that's not what policed by consent means
enforcing laws like the misuse of drugs
act does not depend on your agreement to
that law pleased by consent comes from
the nine principles of policing called
the paleon principles which indicates
that the legitimacy of policing in the
eyes of the public is based upon a
general consensus of support that
follows from transparency about their
powers their integrity in exercising
those powers and their accountability
for doing so

you stopped me and searched me for no
reason i was out for a walk you just
drove past
just turned around just come back up
just pull up in front of me just get out

you disobeyed that
just disobeying me telling you that you

and for them purposes you have
forcefully pulled me to the side you
have forcefully searched me
that's okay you have it all and i have
it here too no worries so there's any
but any forcefulness you cannot
obviously was forceful because i told
you that don't consent so unfortunately
it doesn't work it does work that way it
doesn't work that way you obviously
don't know the law very well you're
right
and there we have it another painfully
misinformed who decided to drink
the sausage kool-aid down and now thinks
he knows the law better than anyone else
now we don't know why the police were
suspicious of him in the first place nor
did i pick up anything in the video
maybe he should have asked that question
then again he didn't seem that surprised
about why they stopped him instead
concentrating all his efforts on his
softset script
i don't know
