performing the test, she flees the stop,
claiming she's being harassed. But the
police chase her down, deploy spike
strips on her tires, and she gets a face
full of pepper spray. And she live
streamed it all. Right, let's get into

police can breath test anyone driving a
motor vehicle on a road without needing
good cause to suspect the driver has
consumed alcohol in New Zealand. So, the
stop was perfectly legal. What isn't
legal is fleeing from the police. Now,

at least two behind me. There was
another one coming from the right of me,
one from the left. So, I think about
four at this stage. Not entirely
