I don't want nothing, you know, to be technically really wrong with her. >> I stopped right here. It was my time before she shot straight across the goddamn road. >> Okay. >> All right. You're not free. >> Okay. You're not free to leave yet. Okay. I need you to go over there. Huh? >> I have a name. >> You're not supposed to have a name? >> No. >> Okay. Reason? >> What's that reason? >> I need you to come over here. >> Sounds like they got a warrant. >> She shot straight across the road, dude. How How'd you end up in your car? >> Huh? >> How'd she end up in your car? >> Well, she told me she wanted a ride up by home. I gave her a ride. She gave me $2. >> Gave you $2? >> Yeah. >> All right, man. >> So, okay. >> I don't trick all of them. >> I got you. So, you still in AA? >> Hey. Hey. This a oldtimer, man. This a oldtimer. Listen, the officer know, you know, she she see that chick, she must be out there, you know, hitting the streets. You know what I mean? How she got to make her money. Use your imagination. All right. See, so might be, you know, one of them uh you know, she might be doing some xxx work for for for some money or something. You know what I mean? So, or that might be what she's known for. So, the officer is trying to Hey, how you know her? how she end up in your car, man. You know, that's they they trying to put two and two together cuz even though this brother right here, he done got hit in a car accident. Hey, we might be able to get him on some extra charges. Okay. I put two and two together. All right. >> Yeah. >> Na. Which one? >> A na. >> Okay, I got you. Cuz she uh I don't think is in it any longer. Yeah, >> she I think she's relapsed pretty bad. >> She need some help. >> Yeah, we keep trying but she doesn't want to go. You can't make it. >> No, exactly. That's that's the problem. >> Do y'all have your IDs on you? Okay. Can I have your IDs? >> You got your ID with you, ma'am? >> Yes, I do. >> You were just out of the block, weren't you? >> Yay. >> I remember you. I saw >> something. >> You did called me cute when you were out there. [laughter] M >> I can't even open my door and I can't my my ID on my >> second one. >> See, I think it's on this. >> All right. You want me to look for it for you? Okay. Hop on out for me. >> I think it's under my seat. >> You think it's under your seat? >> Yes, it should be under my feet. I'm hold the door. >> A pink purple wallet. >> No, I'm not seeing it. Yes, it is. Let me see cuz I know it's on the I just had it. >> Oh, it's not under your seat there. Unless in the back seat. I think I think I think in the back there it is back here. >> Yeah, it is right there. All righty. I'll grab it for you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Right here. >> Yeah. I was stud. >> Yeah, I got you. >> Hey, Tony. >> Huh? >> Oh my god. >> Tony, what's a good phone number for you? 207 >> 0920. >> Were you wearing your seat belt? >> Yes, sir. I mean, yes, ma'am. >> My car messed up. >> Four. >> So, Tony, what happened? >> Straight now. >> I don't know when. You know, it's a four-way stop. When I went, he was coming at the same time. And >> where were you coming from? >> That way. >> We go straight. >> Yeah, you can go straight. Just don't hit anybody. >> We was coming from New Town. >> Okay. fourway stop. >> So I know he he was there and when I went somehow we hit each other >> when he was where >> he was there where your car is. I don't know if he was trying to turn this way or go straight but somehow we end up pulling out at the same time. >> Okay. So you're saying he was going that way or he was >> I'm not sure. I'm not sure. >> Okay. >> Like we both went >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We both at the stop sign. You're saying she blew the stop, son? >> Yeah, right there. She shot was no car but me just me and her. Then I turn, man. Then she just shot down the [ __ ] street. >> Okay. >> He turn. He was trying to turn. That's what I did. >> I was coming straight across and that's how we hit each other. >> But we both was at the stop sign when I checked. When I went somehow he end up coming too. Me. >> He hit so hard. >> Okay. Give me a second. Okay. So, you can see her tire marks where >> Damn. What the heck? Do you see the bottom of the car? >> He end up coming too. Me so hard. >> Okay, come here. >> Look at Look at the whatever is down there near the dude foot. The whole thing is god dang, man. >> Me end up coming too. Me. >> He hit so hard. >> Okay, give me a second. Okay. So, you can see [snorts] her tire marks where she spun. I'm looking for his cuz he would have had to have spun, too. >> Are you good, though? You don't need to be looked at. >> Okay. And your sister's coming to get you. >> Yeah. Okay. >> What's up, Logan? >> No. Gucci? >> Yeah. She had a little bit to drink. Started to drive. Here we go. >> To the best of us, >> Michael. I'm going to go ahead and give you this back. Tony, be honest with me. Have you been drinking tonight? >> No. No, ma'am. Why do I smell alcohol coming off of you? >> I don't know. >> All right. You haven't been drinking at all? >> No. >> All right. There's no reason there'd be alcohol coming off your person. >> No. >> Cuz I smell it coming off of you. Okay. In that car, I smelled alcohol as well. >> Okay. >> There's no alcohol in there. >> No, ma'am. >> You haven't been drink at all coming from the block? >> No, ma'am. >> We have officers who saw you with alcohol in your hand? >> No. >> Not been drinking at all? No. >> Okay. So, what I would like to do is I would like to conduct some field sobriety tests to determine whether you were safe to drive. >> Okay. Okay. Are you okay with doing that? Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Are you okay with doing them in those shoes or would you feel more comfortable barefoot or do you have flip flops or other shoes in your car? >> The shoes I've been wearing. >> Okay. Can you uh walk? >> I'm okay. But you straight. >> All right. But you're okay with walking straight line, balancing things like that. Okay. All right. So feel >> She better listen to the She better listen to her. She better listen to the friend or the dude, whoever she with. You ain't got to do this. He already know. This is This is the nail in the coffin right here. They already gonna lock you up. But this right here, this just gonna make their case even stronger. >> Sriiety test are a couple different things. There's eyes and then it's movement. Do you have any issues with your eyes or any medical issues? Any injuries that would prohibit you from walking in a straight line? No, ma'am. >> Okay. Have you ever been told by an eye doctor you have um an eye issue or anything like that? No. Do you wear contacts glasses? No, ma'am. No. Okay. So, first things first, I'm gonna have you stand, feet together, hands down by your side. >> Okay? I want you to stay in that position until I tell you to move. Okay? >> All right. So, the first thing we're gonna do is gonna do an eye test. >> Okay? See my finger? >> All right. You're going to focus on where the tip of that fingernail is going to be. Okay? This test, I want you to move your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand me? >> All right. >> Don't move your head. >> Her doctor did a great job on her body. Mhm. >> Keep focusing on my finger. Give me a second. We're going to do it again. Okay. Focus on the tip of my finger. Okay. Keep staying in that position. Hands down by your side. Feet together. Right. >> So, how many times you got to do that? All night. >> So, we're done. All right. Then one more with the eye. Okay. This one it's going to go up and down instead of side to side. All right. So, same thing. Just follow the finger. Okay. So, for this test, it's going to be a walk and turn test. Okay? So, I want you to say, feet together, hands down by your side. Okay? I want you to take your right foot. I want you to take your heel and I want you to touch your toe with it. Okay? I need you to stay in that position until I tell you to move. Okay. >> I got on wedges. >> Yeah. I asked if you wanted to change your shoes or take them off. Do you want to take them off? >> I mean it. I'm just letting you know like I got on wedges. >> Well, it this is a a walking turning kind of thing. If you don't think you can do it, then I need to take your shoes off or change your shoes. >> Do you want me to take them off? >> It's whatever you want to do. I can't tell you what to do. >> I can because there are wedges. So, I can take them off. >> Take them off. Okay. >> Cuz they're wedges. >> That's fine. Feet together, hands down by your side, take your right foot, touch the heel of your foot to your toe or to your uh toe of your left. >> Yep. All right. As long as your toe is touching your heel. Okay. I need you to stay in that position. Okay. I'm going to show you what you're going to be doing. So, just watch what I'm doing and listen to my instructions. Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, the walk and turn test consists of walking and turning. Okay. When I tell you to start, and don't start until I tell you to, you're going to envision that there's a straight line coming out of your toe. Okay? I want you to walk on that line. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps. I'm going to take three, but you're taking nine. Okay? 1 2 three. >> I'm taking three. You're going to take nine. >> Once you hit nine, you're going to take a series of small steps around. Okay? Okay. >> So, a series of small steps. Okay. >> Don't Yep. Once you start, you cannot stop. Okay. Once you're completed with the test, then you may stop. Do you have any questions? No, ma'am. Do you understand? Yes, ma'am. >> All right. You may begin. >> That was nine. I count each step. >> What? I Okay. Now, what's the next part? >> You tell me. I just told you the instructions. You tell me. >> Go ahead. You nine steps. >> Don't tell her. Don't say a word. But I look I don't know. I did nine steps here and I turned around. I don't know if I'm supposed to do nine steps back again. >> What did I tell you to do? Follow my instructions. >> I did nine steps and then turn around. >> Okay. What did I tell you to do after that? >> I don't know. >> You weren't listening. >> I was listening but I don't remember. >> Okay. Well, I can't give the instruction again. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, if you are you done with the test? >> If I'm supposed to be. Yeah. But I just remember you said take nine steps then turn I can take small steps and turn around. >> Then what I tell you to do after that? >> I don't remember. >> I can't remember much. I don't remember. Like honestly, I really don't remember. I just know you said you going to take three and I'm going to take nine. Then I can take small steps to turn around. I don't remember after. >> So you tell me you're done. >> If you want me to be >> You're the one taking >> I'm asking you cuz I really don't remember. I'm not drunk. Like I know you that you going to take three. I'm going to take nine. I can take small steps and turn around. That's what I did. I took nine steps, turned around. >> Are you done? >> I guess so. >> Okay. All right. So come back over here for me. >> Okay. >> All right. I need you to stand, feet together, hands down by your side. Turn around for me. See the other hands by your side. All right. So, this is a balance test. You said you don't have any medical issues that would prohibit you from standing. You have things like that. Okay. You don't have any balance issues that would keep you from balancing. Okay. So, when I tell you to, you're going to pick up one foot. I don't care which foot it is. I'm going to pick up my right, but if you're more comfortable with left, go for it. You're going to keep your hands down by your side. You're going to take this foot, raise it 6 in above the ground. Imagine there's a Coke can, like a standard 12 oz Coke can underneath your foot. You're going to keep that foot six inches above the ground. You're going to look at your toes. Okay? Keep your hands down by your side. Looking at your toes, you're going to count 1,00 1 1,002 1,003. You're going to count it out loud. >> Okay? Do not stop until I tell you to stop. Okay? Do not start until I tell you to start. >> Okay? >> All right. You may begin. >> 1009. I can't me cuz that's as good as my balance go. >> You're not going to continue? >> Yeah. 1. >> Look at your toes. >> 12. I think if I can stop, stop. Okay. >> All right. Put your shoes back on and stand over there for me. >> Okay. >> I think she has that highest and then putting her foot down. She missed the field of toe a couple times. >> And the improper turn. So, >> I I'm not worried about the turn cuz that's But she didn't finish it at all. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'd go with it. >> All right, Tony. I need you to turn around for me. You're being placed under the arrest for driving under the influence. >> I want to be at none of that. >> You got somebody to come get you? >> Yeah. >> Rag. >> Oh, cool. >> Come around here for me. Do you have anything on you that you need to bring with you? Like a phone, a wallet? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I've got >> my phone. >> My wallet. I >> got my phone and my wallet. Yeah. Okay. got her ID started falling off. >> All right, we're going to go to the car over here. >> I don't even know why she did all that. I wouldn't even be did it cuz she in her mind she going to take it to jail anyway. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. How it work? Everything the lady actually did. She >> No. So to be to be honest with you, >> because you can do it doesn't mean that you're not intoxicated. What we're trying to do is to have people perform those tests and decide based on how they do those tests whether they're intoxicated. >> I was so >> Tell me what she did to show that she was drunk. >> So I was also out just out with her on the block. >> Okay. You >> and she had a couple beers while I was out there. >> I don't care why she's going to jail cuz you saw some beer. No. Damn what she did right here. She was going to jail regarding. >> Okay. >> Did I not pass the Barton? No, you did not. Oh. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick or poke? Anything you're not supposed to have? >> No, ma'am. >> But can you I'm not being irresistible in it, but like how did I not pass? >> Cuz there are multiple parts to that test and you didn't pass it. Turn around. Face the car for me. Are you wearing a bra? >> No, ma'am. >> No. Okay. What kind of underwear is it? Just like normal bikini. >> Thong. >> Thong. Okay. I'm just asking. Some of them have weird lines to them. And we've got your wallet and your phone and your ID. Okay. So, the easiest thing since you're tall, sit down like you're sitting in a chair and then scoot back. >> All right. Tony, how old are you? >> I'm 27. >> 27. Okay. I got to read you this. Okay. >> Okay. >> The state of Georgia has condition. Will you submit to the state administer chemical test of your breath? So I'm going to the at the region. >> I don't understand what you saying. >> I can read it again. The state of Georgia has conditioned. >> Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your breath? >> Yes, >> you will. Okay. >> Can I get some privacy, please? >> Nope. No privacy. So you can talk right there. >> I want I got a question. Do like what I was being arrested for a DUI. >> Mhm. >> So do you get a bond or not? I don't know, sweetheart. That's you have to >> tonight. I don't know. >> Get out of jail. I'mma call Nate and tell him go get you out of jail. I I ain't going to go in until you get out. You get out. Don't even worry about. >> So it is a bond for >> Yeah. Yeah. DUI. Hell yeah. You get out. >> So they thought I'm being charged with DUI. >> Ain't nothing else. >> But I'm saying ma'am, I know you read me my stuff, but am I going to the hospital or I'm going to jail? >> So we're going to do your breath test downtown and then we're going to the jail or just >> that [ __ ] and gone to jail. That's all you do. Jeff. >> Sorry. >> The only jail I born yet 2021. >> She's agreed to do the breath test. I'm going to take her downtown real quick and do that. >> Yeah. >> Just let me know what you find in there. >> Yeah. So far, bottle cap with no bottles. >> I mean, it smells like it. >> Yeah. >> I wonder if it's a cup. >> I mean, well, I didn't talk to her in the >> I could smell it a little bit. >> Yeah. when I was uh out of the blog, I was clearing everybody out and she like stumbled over to me through a beer and uh was like, "Man, you're really cute." >> So, >> yeah. [laughter] >> Okay. You got to wait for a second. Okay. >> I don't think I can. >> All right, Tony. >> You're fine. >> All right. We're going to go up on this side up here. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> I know these dresses the material sometimes they stick. All right. We're going to go up to that door. Okay. Oh, well, one of you guys let me in. >> Yep. That one with the police logo on it. Thank you. >> I got to use the restroom or something. >> Let me get situated real quick and then I'll let you go in there. Okay. Sit down right here for me. Okay. All right, Miss Jenny. If you'll stand up and let you use the restroom, okay? >> And I'll be in the restroom with you, but I'm going to turn around so you have a little bit of privacy. >> But as soon as you're done, we'll have to put your handcuffs right back on. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. Get that paper towel out of your bracelet. >> A P BBL look good. [laughter] Hey, look. Look. See, a lot of times the BBLs be looking bad, man. If you don't know what a B a BBL is, Brazilian buttlft, man. It's the surgery that the ladies be getting nowadays, you know, if they got a flat butt or something like that, you know, to get it get it right, you know, it's it's the shortcut instead of going to the gym. But anyways, uh a lot of times the BBLs look bad because ladies thighs don't match the size of the BBL that they get. You know, if you was to go to the gym, if a girl was to go to the gym and start doing squats to get her butt together, right? Everything would start to fill out nice, you know, but when people go and getting the surgeries, you know, they're not necessarily working out, so their their legs be like skinny. It's like a guy, you know, if a guy go to the gym and he only work out his upper body and he got big biceps or whatever, but his legs is skinny, it's unproportioned. It It don't look right. So, a lot of the times with these girls with the BBLs, they don't necessarily work out. So, the thigh the their legs be skinny and then it's just you got a big butt because it's the transfer of the fat. other they take they suction the fat out of the other parts of your body and they put it into your butt. So them joints be looking trash. You know what I mean? But you know uh hers look nice. I AIN'T GOING TO LIE to you man. And I know this video ain't necessarily about BBL's but hey I'm a guy man. This is what I noticed. This is what me and the fellas is looking at right now. But anyway, to go back to, you know, the actual accident, she's definitely under the influence. She's definitely under the influence. But whoever the guy that's with her, he been around the block once or twice, man, because she is doing all of the test, doing the breath sample, all of that stuff. No, I wouldn't do none of it because you just building a case. You know what I'm saying? That's all they doing. you making it by you competing in or doing these tests is making you harder to beat to beat it in court is making it harder for you to beat it in court. Now I get it. The breath test and stuff is like well if you don't do it good thing it's suspended for a year but if you do it and fail it's still going to be suspended. So it's going to be suspended regardless. So it's like you might as well not do it. Get you a good lawyer who's friends with whoever the judge is and beat it. >> I want to repeat. >> If you want to refuse, you have to refuse now. Okay. >> I refuse. >> All right. So, you understood what I told you with refusing, right? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Well, license to be suspended. >> Mhm. All right. So, you're you're refusing this test, right? >> All right. Then I got to since you're refusing breath, I have to read it to you one more time for something else. Okay. >> Okay. State of Georgia has conditioned your Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your blood? >> No. >> No. Okay. Since you're declining, we're going straight to the jail. Okay. Then we've got some paperwork at the jail. All right. Let's go. Okay. We're going to go back to my car. Okay. >> The one in the middle. Yeah. If you just want to prop your feet up. Yeah. Sometimes that's a little bit more comfortable. All right. >> How am I doing? >> Let me try. >> All right. Hold on a second. One, two, three. Up. Sit up. All right. Give me a second. I'll open the other door. Kai. >> All right. >> She's pretty pleasant. You know, she's corg. >> All right. There you go. All right. We're going to go to that first door. Mark 17:36. >> Oh boy. Oh god. Oh god. >> Yeah, you in there with the jail suspect due to a scratch on her chest. So because of that, she'll need to be seen at the hospital first. >> Once we get out to the car, I'll explain what we're going to do. Okay. So this is what we're going to do. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Um, so DUI is a citation. Okay. So technically you are under arrest. But what we're going to do, I'm going to drop you off at the hospital. You need to be seen. But instead of trapesing you all the way back here and having you sit, I'm going to drop you at the hospital, give you the citations. After you're done at the hospital, you're free to go. Okay. It's still going to show on your criminal history. Okay. >> And I still have to go to court. >> Yep. It's still an arrest. Okay. But this way keeps us from coming back here. Okay. >> It works out better for you in the long run. If this was not football weekend, we'd have another story on our hands because we'd be sitting at the hospital for hours together. Okay. Okay. And then we'd have to come back here and do the whole process again. We're not gonna come back here. Okay. So, this way gets you home a little bit sooner. Okay? I don't want to have to come back here either. >> Cuz the more time we spend together, the more time, you know, >> the less time you're spending in your bed. And it is. >> This is this is actually a pleasant interaction between both of them. A lot of times, man, with the lady officers and a lady suspect, it's it they are butting heads a lot of the time, but she's actually the suspect is conducting herself appropriately and the officer is conducting herself appropriately. And so this is actually a pleasant I'm sure on both ends like on the officer's end here. She she doesn't mind dealing with her. You know, she would much rather be dealing with her who's actually pleasant, cordial, you know, she understands she's in trouble, but she's not being a hassle. She's not being a headache than to still be out on the street dealing with some some a-hole, you know. 1:30. >> Is it 1 a.m.? >> It is. It's early or late depending on >> Yeah. >> Okay. Lay back down. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Just be safe for me cuz you're fine. >> All right, Miss Tony. I'm going to sit you up and take the cuffs off while we're in the car. Okay. And then we're going to rain. >> It's sprinkling a little bit. >> Oh my. >> I know. >> Look, I ain't even going. >> Okay. Do you want to sit up and I'll take the cuffs off? Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> One, two, three. Ready? >> I had a BBL. So, my butt and back hurt. >> Oh. Oh, here you go. >> Okay. >> All right. So, take these off. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And then I'm gonna get some stuff out of the front of the car for you. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Get your property back. >> Yep. Slide on out and then get yourself situated and then meet me on this other side. Okay. So, first things first, I'm going to hand these to you. Okay. So, go inside, get looked at. Like I said, court dates on the bottom. So, October the 3rd at 10:30. It's in the courthouse downtown. Show up to that date. Okay. Have a good night. >> Are you dropping me off? >> Yep, I'm dropping you off. I'm trusting you. You need to go get looked at. Yes, I will. >> Okay. Then then call whoever it is to come pick you up. Okay. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> Good night. >> The suspect was released to the hospital but was cited for DUI and failure to stop for stop sign. Don't worry though, here are a few mug shots from multiple other bookings she's had on May 16th, 2023. The God damn, [clears throat] she look she looked rough in in her younger years. >> Don't worry, though. Here are a few mug shots from multiple other bookings she's had on May 16th, 2023. The DUI. Look, this one, she's so young and the red hair with the red hair here or pink hair. She looks really, really young. And then you got the braids. O, this is rough. I charge was dismissed through a null proka and the suspecting she's had on May 16th 2023. The DUI charge was dismissed through a null proka and the suspect plead guilty to failure to stop for stop sign. She was sentenced to 6 months of probation. >> Okay, that makes sense. I mean like like I said, you got a better shot at beating it if you don't do the these things. especially that breath test and everything. I mean, it's damn near imp you're you're you're getting caught up. You're doing that test, you're literally proving that, you know, if if you're doing the the field sobriety test, that's all I mean, there's sober people that can't pass that, you know, balance and all of that, that's whatever. But you doing that breath test, that's going that's concrete like, okay, your alcohol content is X, Y, and Z, and you're cooked. So, but anyways, yeah, this this was actually pretty pleasant. I'm not even going to lie to you. This was this wasn't that bad, you know, on both ends. Anyways, um I I give officer a five, you know, and we don't really judge the suspect. Well, we judged suspects, but not in this manner, like on a rating system. But I would give the suspect a five, too. Man, they both were shitty situation, but it was it went smoothly, man. For what it was, it went smoothly. So, let me know in the comment section below how well you think the officer did. I'm glad you made it till the end of the video.
