tonight jason that video has now gone viral by the way one of those men is from fricken media and i just want to show you this they they put a age restriction on frickin media's video where they actually highlight and unearth the true character of sergeant moribito and when i say unearth i i look at some of these cops especially the really really bad ones as kind of like a boil on your skin what's one of the things that you need to do to a boil to start you know to speed the healing you have to excise it you have to you know cut it open and then squeeze all the pus out i see that needle tyranny staring you in the eyes telling you hey we're here to take away your rights that's where people tend to get a little miffed and rightly so so it's almost like in this news news story right here they're painting auditors out off the bat is these people who have these mean demeanors that they're out there looking for trouble now granted i'm sure that there are some auditors out there just looking to provoke so that they can build their audience so they can get the click so they can generate the revenue and i think one of the reasons that you're seeing an age restriction right here is perhaps i don't know but perhaps state and local authorities have gotten with youtube saying hey we need to we need to limit that we don't want this guy making any money if you have an age restriction on your video your age restriction means you're not generating any revenue from this and i see this is probably the way it's going to go with all auditors because the state is not going to tolerate underlings in society holding them accountable and trying to bring a level of transparency to their crime ring so they'll probably get with the social media groups and they'll start it off with age he pulls over and calls utica police those two men are with freaking media a group of self-proclaimed auditors of police behavior that makes no sense self-proclaimed auditors of police behavior what are the cops self-proclaimed tyrants over your behavior hey if you step out of line guess what we're gonna do we're gonna we're gonna pull you over we're gonna harass you we'll economically terrorize you and based on our discretion for that day we may throw you into a cage and take away 100 of your freedoms self-proclaimed auditors bringing transparency to the the the law enforcement community secret about being and shout out to freaking media there controversial when utica police detective sergeant greg morabito arrived on this scene things immediately escalated we didn't call you he did email uh tonight and he said he was in jail for about an hour and was released charges remain uh in effect tonight but he said he is currently hiring council to file some lawsuits in this case k.g becky good he should jason any reaction from the police department yeah very brief it simply said that the detective has been placed on leave while it investigates this i also put a call into the mayor of utica he didn't want to elaborate on that too much uh but did say this was a a tough day here in utica indeed given the circumstances back to you okay jason thanks tough day in utica because we brought transparency to the utica police department and we showed you that a sergeant who's you know pretty high up higher up on the food chain than regular underlings couldn't control his temper in broad daylight in front of the public on camera so they got it they got a couple of these articles right here and i want to show you from both perspectives you have people who are sympathetic to the cops and you have people who are sympathetic to the auditors and you have some people in the middle who are trying to be balanced on both but in this i think yeah i think it's this one right here this right here says utica police detective sergeant has been placed on leave after an online video surfaced of the officer using profanity and charging at a man who had filmed him during an encounter the department said thursday and here's what here's what the police department actually said and and they should be really they should be accurate about administrative leave it's paid it's like a vacation they're going to have the police union involved they're going to do everything that they can to protect this guy and spin it to the public that he was basically a victim of harassment a lot of time i'm not saying that this is what's going to happen in this case but a lot of times that's what you see happening the city of utica takes these issues seriously an investigation into the incident has been initiated said the deputy chief adding that the sergeant quote has been placed on leave they're keeping it super vague paid administrative leave hey why don't you take a vacation morbido on taxpayer dime there pending a full and transparent investigation into the matter other details about the wednesday incident were not released the statement did not name the officer who was identified in the video posted on youtube as detective oh i'm sorry the statement did not name the officer as youtube as detective sergeant greg morabito he couldn't be reached for a comment on thursday night of course he couldn't he was told by the police union dude the less you say the better off you're gonna be we're gonna put the thin blue line veil of protection over you you got nothing to worry about and if it just so happens that you lose your job hey i know billy in the next county ova you'll probably be promoted to lieutenant who knows so you can terrorize the people in the next arrived at the gas station parking lot jones and his friends initially refused to answer questions including whether they had weapons and pointed out that they hadn't pulled over uh hadn't been pulled
