this is police detective William Thorogood from the Metro Nashville Police Department he's about to attack a man in front of his family for no reason yeah it's her candy I apologize put your hands behind your back sir what the [ __ ] are you doing sir sir welcome back to the here's the deal Channel and stay tuned to the very end because there is an update with the twist but here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal and here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal because here's the deal here's the deal either give me your ID or you go to jail how about that catch me outside how about that there's the deal [Music] [Applause] under my last video right here this 360 View and we'll get back to this in a second you know a lot of people I'll just talk about it right now um I see some comments not a lot I see some comments where people are like oh great a video of the sky so they're they're playing the video like this just looking at the sky I don't think they understand that this is a 360 video it's an interactive video so while you're playing it you can look around you can listen to what's going on you can look forwards backwards up down you can you can see what kind of shoes I'm wearing and all that kind of stuff so it's a 360 interactive video it's not a video of the sky so if the video starts out like this just scroll down like that using your mouse you know you click and drag or if you're using a portable device just turn your phone it'll turn any direction you want or just use your finger and swipe now I was contacted under this last video right here by Auditors of America said Brian did you see my last video which I hadn't yet it was in the queue for me to to watch because I got it on my recommended list but this this video we're about to watch comes from otters of America last days of Freedom it's this last video that he put up called off-duty Nashville cop attacks me and assaults me and this cop does it in front of Auditors of America's family and the cop who does it let's just go ahead and tell you right now it's he's right above my head here that is William thorough good detective William Thorogood with the Nashville Tennessee Police Department the Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County Police Department we're going to take a look at this it's very interesting this this highlights how nice and how evil a cop can actually be and so he goes from Rage to repentant because he got caught on camera attacking and abusing and assaulting a guy in front of his family so we're gonna watch how this plays out hopefully the audio is good if it's not let me know let's roll the film yeah [Music] yeah sir now before before we go any further there's there's the Hat of this five-year-old girl right there in the corner you can't see because I'm my Mug's in the way let me let me shrink myself The Incredible Shrinking man so you see this pink hat here in the corner that's his little five-year-old girl so this guy's about to attack Auditors of America before I continue I just want to give you a little bit of the back story because I asked Jeremiah who's actually the guy holding this camera what exactly happened and Jeremiah and his family were leaving Walmart with a grocery cart you'll see this grocery cart they're rolling down the street they cut through this neighborhood right here and apparently a bag of candy fell out that's all it took to push this guy's button of tyranny let me just start playing it over you can kind of hear his wife saying oh sorry you know the bag slipped out and it's kind of weird too because it looks like they're on the other side of the street of this guy's property yeah yeah it's okay I apologize what the [ __ ] are you doing sir yeah it's okay I apologize no you smashed my phone back calm down calm down can we please stop stop [Music] [Applause] what the [ __ ] is wrong with you dude you tried that now let me just let me just reiterate here the reason for the attack and this is an attack I mean you don't go up to somebody and put your hands on them and knock their phone their you know phones are expensive and not their phone their property out of their hands and apparently he got this guy on the ground got Jeremiah on the ground and put his knee on his chest and let me also say if this ever happens and there are two of you if a phone drops on the on the ground pick that phone up and record don't let that phone sit there try to have the wherewithal to realize okay there's a there's something serious going on at the hands of a government agent and it needs to be recorded because probably nobody else is recording this but that's all it took to to trip this guy's tyranny trigger nothing 400. yes I was assaulted okay isn't that sad man it reminds me of Johnny wheatcroft the guy gets tased 11 times once in the groin in front of his his screaming family his two kids are just going ballistic uh you know beside themselves with grief and fear same thing with this this little kid I don't want my daddy to go to jail I mean where's the where is the compassion where's the human heart where's the just uh just bottom line being a human being to another human being that's okay it's okay see what you're doing to my daughter dude you tired piece of [ __ ] oh because he just attacked me it reminds me of that that scene from uh Josh accountability for all is when he went over to the Richmond Town Hall and the guy who gets on the phone to bring the police over yeah these two guys with the camera we asked him to leave they're not leaving and Josh is like don't forget I was assaulted by one of your employees and the guy in the the Public Employee on the phone trying to get the cops on the scene isn't letting them know the whole story of exactly what happened just like this oh yeah this guy's you know something wrong with him of oh you left out the part detective William Thorogood that you assaulted this guy for no freaking reason come here I have it on video stop it's not worth it let's just go my name's William [Music] is his name stay away from me no we're leaving to detain me for the police officer you are not a cop hey he's trying to kidnapped me help yeah he's trying to hold me against my will all right I sped through this because there's a lot of down time so I just went ahead and sped through this to the point where metro police officers show up on the scene I'm not going to Joe dude I didn't do anything wrong so I'm sure at this point he identified himself threw me down I'm sure at this point he identified himself as detective William Thorogood from the Metro Davidson County Police Department and now you know here's my badge you know here's the deal here's what's going on and I'm sure the officers are going to give this detective this undercover detective preference over the guy with the camera now again if the camera wasn't on the scene if there wasn't video footage and evidence they're on their own and it's the cops scored against them and whose word do you think these uniform cops are going to take towards me threw me down on the ground he had me down on the ground Nation all because I asked for his name in Imagine [Music] so I want to press charges on him I have it on video would you like to see it I know the rest of them just because he's a cop he don't have qualified immunity and you should let him know who I am he's about to be famous you're only like come on get up I know baby I know kids are so cute no it was hard to breathe oh he had all his body weight in my throat choking me out so did you hear the did you hear this little girl could you breathe so she Witnesses this Thug jumped her dad knock his property out of his hands and put his knee on her dad's chest of course she's gonna freak out she doesn't understand what's going on and she doesn't want her dad to be hurt could you breathe want to pass out can I use a knife and I can do UFC badge kids are so innocent serious thing going on and the little girl's going you want to see what I can do it's very cute okay so this detective talks to the uniformed officers after Jeremiah shows the officers that William Thorogood detective William Thorogood actually did attack him unprovoked and now that leads us to this segment right here and and guys there is more more to the story because I did get an email from otters of America given just a little bit more tidbit of information of what actually happens to detective Thorogood okay so now detective William Thorogood goes from Rage two repentance here comes the repentance part is your body came going Jeremiah is that your name detective William Thorogood with Metro Police okay not trying to hurt you don't want to scare you I'm really sorry for the confrontation I had in front of your child okay I feel really bad about that and I just want to apologize to you see I don't believe any of this because I think the apology is forthcoming right here because Jeremiah has his attack his assault on video I don't think there's sincerity here and listen to Listen to more of this this repentance here I am sorry for upsetting your kid especially around the holiday season so yeah because she's never gonna forget that now and she's gonna look at cops's pieces of shits because of you you're absolutely right taking that into consideration apologize to you I try to teach my kid that not all cops are bad there are good cops and then you come out and do [ __ ] like that please can you hear me out I hear you all right this guy knows his this cop right here knows his job's on the line up yes that's very cute I mean this kid is so freaking cute would you like a nugget you assaulted my dad but I'll be kind to you I'm not gonna take for you guys are in holidays so try to be man enough and apologize which is a hard thing for cops to do I just hope that yeah I just didn't like the litter in my yard she didn't mean to drop it but to go to that extent because I pulled out my phone and asked you for your name and badge number really come on now that that that's me but that's being a tyrant Jeremiah listen do you not agree with that you're right and I apologize and I want you to understand how hard it is for me got him to admit that he was being a tyrant in other words he went beyond his duty to Serve and Protect he became a tyrant he trashed the Constitution trans trashed this guy's civil rights and went and attacked and assaulted this guy got the admission good job Jeremiah I know how hard it is for cops I know I'm the first in the auditor I know all right let's we need more people like you in this world and less people like you William step my hand to you for man enough to shake it oh man enough shaking hands um I'm still gonna post a video though I mean that's your legal right now yes sir I have a body cans just like them I post videos all the time I think you got some videos [Laughter] [Music] I never trust a smiling cop so the latest that I got because I've been emailing Jeremiah and he said that and I've got a video on this what did he say he said hey Brian I just got a phone call from internal affairs and the Very detective that assaulted me has been stripped of his badge and gun and I'm uploaded uploading the video uh from my phone right now so here's here's this is uh this is basically breaking breaking news let me get this in frame right here for you so you can see what's going on so we can hear what's going on this is again this is from Auditors of America last days of freedom and this is the call where the internal affairs calls Jeremiah from this channel and says that detective William Thorogood has been stripped of his gun and badge what okay yeah I'm just walking me through your side of it and and tell me what it is that at her yeah uh me my wife and my five-year-old daughter were leaving Walmart and we were walking through that neighborhood I guess where he lives and uh Skyler and my daughter dropped a bag of candy we didn't realize she had dropped it he comes running out of his house with his badge in his hand screaming he's a cop that we're going to be arrested for littering that we littered in his yard and Samantha you know is like sorry we didn't realize we dropped it it's Skyler's candy and uh about that time is when I pull my phone out I hit record and I say what is your name and badge number since you're identifying as a cop and that's when the video starts of him running towards me grabbing me he flipped out like through my phone smashed my 800 phone uh put his knee into my throat was literally choking me out with his knee Tony he was he's gonna tell me the same thing yeah he said both of us we couldn't leave like I'm trying to get my four five-year-old out of the situation you know like can you keep her back from him I was waiting for him to try to arrest him he did all this within two inches of my daughter while she's hysterically screaming for him to stop uh man if uh if it would be all right would I be able to get your name Samantha's name Samantha Payne yes that's my wife and you were the uh you were also president correct yes sir I was yes okay there's the three what is uh say that again I'm sorry April 10th 1980 sorry 4 10 80. okay thank you um yeah so uh with the interview for both of you be interested in coming out down Opa and providing your statements uh just to be recorded I don't have a car right now I have no way of getting to you too okay okay I mean just Springfield we're happy to give you our statement I mean that's not that's not that we just found a way of getting it okay that might be something that we could do then we could we could bring uh audio recording and get your statements that way that'd be all right yeah something needs to happen to him because that was that was crazy man I mean it was nice that he apologized don't get me wrong because from our daughter's sake you know and we won the situation to de-escalate and I know my husband at the moment at that time didn't press charges but I am going to because he was worried about him flipping out again and you know I was standing there and she finally I wanted to get my daughter out of that situation I had never in my life and I've seen some some some bad cops in my day but I've never seen an off-duty person just you know flip out like that okay oh we've seen plenty and the way I look at it it's a good thing that William Thoreau good detective William thorough good from the Metro Police Department there in Nashville it's a good thing he didn't have his gun on him or maybe he's undercover carrying or whatever but uh you know it's a good thing he didn't use his gun because people have been shot for less than dropping a bag of candy on somebody's lawn uh appalaches officer made us aware of it he went ahead and self-reported about the incident uh so he has been decommissioned so he's not currently up he's not currently a detective with his police murder right now he's and it's because he's under administrative investigation right now so we do take it very seriously we try to move on it very quickly and he has already been decommissioned yes have you seen the video say that again have you seen the video yeah so is that the one are you referring to the video that that's on YouTube is that yes oh Auditors of America's YouTube channel yeah that's my YouTube channel okay and yes I I've seen that uh yeah and I'm gonna go ahead and warn you that there's a lot of big channels such as James Freeman news now ninja they're all about to post that video so it's getting ready to get a lot of exposure my phone okay okay and he threw it down like officer Williams yeah this is a brand new phone he threw it down to where it was so where it wasn't recording and I could not step to the phone to pick it back up because I was afraid he was gonna grab me so I mean because he was threatening everybody at that point you know telling me to get back and I just wanted to keep my kids safe so I wasn't about to pick up anything else and try to record because you know I I didn't want yeah simply all I did was I pulled out my phone and I said since you're identifying as a police officer what is your name and badge number and that's when he flipped out and just lost it I've never in my seven years of doing police audits have I ever had a cop act like that today so now there you have it he was he pulled out his uh phone because the guy identified as a cop [Music] what did you what did you think he was attempting to do what do you mean well for one he uh unlawfully detained me uh he hadn't completely came down he had me pinned down with his knee in my throat choking me out I feared for my life at that moment man that's why I like the 360 camera even if the 360 camera gets thrown down to the ground the grass or whatever and breaks the bottom lens the top lens is going to be recording 180 degrees so together it's 360 but 180 degrees will still be recording and you'll be able to get all that action or if you have a front-facing camera and the 360 and he knocks that you know whether he knocks this camera out or not when somebody grabs your camera or they're coming around to handcuff you that front-facing camera is not going to record that but a 360 camera will said he was under arrest literally yeah and told me I was under arrest for what for walking in a neighborhood I mean do you hate the homeless that much to me okay um anything else you can tell me about the incident I mean that's pretty much it and okay and is this this is this a good number to reach you yes sir I miss myself um there's a possibility we could be reaching out again to try to um uh meet up with you if that would be okay yeah that's fine yeah okay and uh and then we'll go from there okay yes sir I just wanted to let both of you know that we do thank you very seriously yes sir so does my attorney thank you I think yeah I mean it's nice to know that y'all are already on it yeah it's good to know that you are I've already reprimanded him because you know excuse me because if that had been made assaulted we made it uh parent to all of the his chain of commands well yeah because he knows the video is going viral well that's good though I mean I mean I mean he knew he's gonna come here let's give us the Springfield PD made him aware who I was and that the video was going to get a lot of exposure I mean whether you're a cop or not you shouldn't assault somebody but if you are a cop and you're off duty at home but just because homeless families walk into your neighborhood you're gonna put one of trying to put one of them in handcuffs that's right yeah yeah I I think it was mainly because of his skill neighborhood and we were we are currently homeless and we're walking through there with a shopping cart and I think you know because he kept making that comment that I don't have nothing against the homeless I don't have nothing against the homeless but yet you keep saying it you know and another point should be made what if it was Jeremiah who attacked William Thorogood detective William Thorogood well it would have went down way different you know Jeremiah is going to be going to jail you know he's going to have trouble probably for the rest of his life because he laid hands on the cop so guys I wanted to I wanted to bring this to you because this is this is super important you can't just go out there thinking that uh you know you're out there to Serve and Protect not to harass and collect from people especially you know people who are way less fortunate than you are and he comes back with this apology because he knows he's on camera he knows that what he did once he came to his senses he knew that his actions were really going to get him in trouble at the very least he's gonna get a reprimand because this is probably going to go viral and it's not going to look good on him hopefully he does lose his job hopefully he'll lose his pension and maybe Jeremiah and his wife will get you know a little settlement out of it I don't know seems like that would be the just thing although is that really just because the settlement's not going to come out of detective William thorogood's pocket it's going to come out of the pocket of the American Tax calories at least the tax cattle there in Springfield or wherever that is in in the Nashville area so once again this is let me just let me show you before I leave this live stream this is from
