I'm not interfering at all okay officer Riggins has now opened the vehicle's door intentionally using it to make physical contact with STC media when we slowed down the footage it is apparent that he opened the door just enough to access the interior changes his grip and then accelerates the door as to increase the force in which it would collide with STC all while making eye contact with his Target immediately after making contact officer Riggins then lunges at STC to arrest him smiling the entire time this is commonly known as duper's Delight then you're right up in my face that's all good it's not STC media was taken to jail and was released on Bond and at this point it seems pretty clear that this department is about to cost its tax paying population quite a bit of money
