video courtesy of YouTube channel crime
scene cam where the Sovereign citizen
gets pulled over by Coral Springs PD for
doing 70 in a 40 but instead of
complying with the officer he tries to
flip the scripts on the cop by asking
him to fill out a questionnaire
unfortunately for him this cop is of the
non-nonsense variety so things don't go
well for him

I'm showing you here's the radar unit
you were going 70 miles an hour the
speed limit on University is only 40.
you scan me with that I didn't know that
I'm scaring you with that I said you
scanned oh yeah I didn't give consent
for that you don't need to give consent
for that contrary to what you might have
read in your Sovereign cities and
scripts you do not have to give your
consent before a cop uses a speed
detection device on your car for obvious
reasons I swear all common sense goes
out of the window when you become a soft
set either that or they never had it in
the first place

it's funny how he heard the okay part of
the sentence in reply to filling out the
questionnaire but not the part where the
copper asked for his driver's license
and insurance card
somehow I don't think he's going to be
needing that pen oh and by the way these
questionnaires have been flooding around
for years and not once have I seen a cop
fill one out

license and your insurance card
if you're failing to comply I don't want
to make this difficult I don't either
I want to make this very easy but you're
making it very difficult
because I've asked you several times now
for your driver license and your
insurance card and you're failing to
comply when you get pulled over by the

proof of insurance
sounds like he could be new to this
Sovereign citizen BS if his vehicle is
still registered then some do like to do
a dry run first to see how it works
before fully committing the
questionnaire is part of it but we all

this will inevitably be the outcome

he gives me this tells me I need to fill
this out so I continue to ask him for
his ID over and over and over

Sovereign citizen thing
he says I'm not a sovereign he says he's
looking for his ID in his phone I told
him two or three times there's no such
thing as an electronic version of a
driver license he tells me I'm a liar so
I go to pull him out he starts resisting

yeah well if it walks like a duck and
quacks like a duck then guess what
now I guess the question becomes can I
go in here to find a license or do I
have to wait uh
why even bother looking for a license oh

registered to I haven't even checked yet

for money this has nothing to do with

your actions and speaking of actions if
you really do think this is all about
money then there's a really simple
solution to that problem don't do 17 or
40. it's that simple

whine and project and play the victim so

the way to jail but yeah he's definitely

using Sovereign citizen arguments while
claiming he isn't one

Sovereign citizens say I was traveling I
wasn't driving proof again
shouldn't believe everything in the year
okay and of course as per usual we find
out that he does in fact have a license
though it's suspended he also has
registration and the insurance for the
vehicle but he chose to play stupid
games instead I have one of those two oh
okay here's your insurance for the car
and the registration all things I asked
you for that you never gave me out there
I don't know why you wouldn't just give
it to me out there okay thanks
right so just before we find out what he
was charged with and what happened in
court let's give the last word to the
arresting officer
what does that say
what does that say appearance of the law
does not excuse misconduct in anyone
least of all a sworn officer of the law
so isn't that funny that your ignorance
of the law got you in trouble today
because you wouldn't provide me with a
hard copy of your driver license after
pleading no contest he was sentenced to
pay a fine of 293 dollars
so after putting himself through all
that he folded like a wet blanket and
pled no contest I guess some people just
aren't cut out for the Sovereign
lifestyle I hope he learned his lesson
and ditched this Sovereign nonsense I
definitely think the non-nonsense
approach by this cop helped anyway to
