Crown Court as a witness but they
dropped the charges on the day very

it away from this cop especially after
what he's just been through today he
deserved that I'm not in the process
conducting business I'm a private

the face it doesn't absolve you of your
statutory
obligations anything else you're under
arrest ready to see the judge yeah
whenever the jail gets you over to the
jail or to the judge absolutely they
able to see right now

according to the original video
description before being booked into the
Shasta County jail he was transported to
a local hospital where he was cleared by
a medical doctor RPD that's Reading
Police Department said that
misinformation around the arrest as well
as allegations of excessive force by the
officer that spread online alleged that
the driver had been struck 10 times by
the officer RPD said that body cam
footage shows that these allegations are
inaccurate and I completely agree he and
he alone escalated this traffic stop the
officer did what he was trained to do
