perspective of a noons supervisor
arriving to assist one of his officers
following a traffic stop where a female
soft CET has been pulled over for
driving with a 4year suspended license
and plates that don't match the
registration and let's just say the
supervisor lives up to that non nonsense
tag right let's get get into the
video all right what we got she's going
to jail okay she's been suspended since
2019 she feels like she doesn't need to
have a uh her tags M Spire since 2020
she feels like she doesn't need to
possess a driver's license because of
the fact that she is traveling and not
driving she a sovereign citizen exactly
all right pull her
out all right you requested a supervisor
right Miss Roslin okay this is my
supervisor corporate Harris all right
can I can I ask you are you able to turn
your headlight off because it's like
right in eye and it's difficult to see

society but a private motor vehicle as
defined is capable 15 15 or more
passengers when I'm traveling do female
1015 you can clear the channel
s I'm not sure where you pulled that
definition from but it certainly wasn't
from the Florida statute definition
section because they Define a vehicle as
any self-propelled vehicle including a
motor vehicle combination not operated
upon rails or guideway excluding
Vehicles moved solely by human power
motorized wheelchairs and electric
bicycles nothing there about 15 or more
passengers and that's partly why you're
in a pair of silver bracelets

haven't got a clue what the law is and
when it applies or what their
constitutional rights are yet they never
shut up about them how
embarrassing when is her registration
expired it's been expired since 2020
well this says
2024 I don't know how all right we'll
hit her with that citation too

which wonder how time she's been
arrested for
