person that got pulled over by the cops and was harassed by the cops it's not doesn't have anything to do with this guy's Fame it has everything to do with are we going to continue to accept infringements on our Liberty and to what degree and for what reason what what justifications are we going to accept from the cops to give away more of our freedoms I want to direct you to a quote that is often attributed to the guy back in the 1930s with the funny mustache you can't say his name or you get censored but this quote is and it's attributed to this guy but it's really from this book called willfully ignorant by Pat Miller and it says the best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little bit of their freedoms at a time to erode by a thousand tiny imperceptible reductions to erode those rights those freedoms those you know constitutional privileges or whatever you want to call them to erod rights by a tiny thousand tiny almost imperceptible reductions in this way the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed so I want to talk about this Zack Brian traffic stop and I want to talk about the handling of this traffic stop and the commentary given by donut operator now a lot of people call I don't know much about this guy I've seen a bunch of his videos a bunch I've seen I don't know about 20 of his videos I guess but they say that he's a bootlicker and from what he says it kind of looks like he is I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but we're going to go over the traffic stop first and then we're going to go over the critique of the traffic stop by a person that a lot of people call a bootlicker so here is the initial stop of Zack Bryan by I don't know if it's an okahoma Trooper but it's an Oklahoma cop during a traffic [Music] stop all right let me pause this for a second because I want I want you to see this I didn't realize that I was in the way let's see let me get me out of the way and let's just start this over cuz watch this cop's face when Zack Brian walks up to his buddy's car the buddy's car he's the buddy is the one who got pulled over for speeding here's the cop's face right here he's looking guess he's got bifold he's looking over his glasses oh can't have that can't have that hey what you doing I'm wondering why it's taking so long well um it's not any your business if you need to get back in your truck because you're interfering with officer in discharge of Duties right now to get back in your trck you're interfering with an officer in the discharge of his duties what have we learned over the years about what obstruction and interference is it's a physical act you're physically barring the cop from doing his job is walking up to a vehicle is is there something illegal about walking up to another vehicle during a traffic stop is there a law that is written if there is a law that's written is that law unconstitutional does does an American on American soil not have the right to get out of their vehicle in a safe spot not putting anybody else is D in danger and walking up to a vehicle that's been stopped because of a traffic stop do go to jail I don't care wait I'll go to jail it's good all right put this the second time it's happened in 3 days well he just got caught for speeding i r him the citation I know I get it I this is my security guard I'm just waiting for him and it's taking it's taking a long time I was just curious sir I'm sorry well hey I'm not trying to be give you an option to get back in your drug you said you ready to go to jail I said you interfere offic I apologize all right truly go back here can you guys hear the system audio okay and is there movement because when I look back at my screen it looks like it's a frozen screen is everything working okay just put a one in the room if it is I'm sorry sir hang on oh yes sir sir sir sir I can't even tell you how many sir okay just letting you know you need a record for it uh the truck yeah uh got your ID on you uh yes sir I'm just I'm going to Boston to see my girlfriend I just woke up my dog's in there shouldn't have said what I said my name's Zach bran that's my security guard BR I don't know who you are uh I'm just I sold out to B okay twice last month I wasn't I'm not for the cops and I'm not for Zack Bryan I want to stay right in the center but it seems to me when you are a famous person and you try to pull the I'm soand so card it almost seems like there is a privilege that go hey I'm this person right here that's it's irrelevant I don't care how famous you are I don't care how much money you have I don't care how much power you have in your community and that you might have control over all the cops it doesn't matter who you are is the action by the law enforcement officer in accordance with the definition of Liberty being tough either I'm just I'm trying to get to Boston sir I yes sir we'll discussing here in a minute yes sir right here spin around yes sir what is the uh what's the issue with him interfering with uh my traffic stop I apolog I'm not too sure but I'm in security I just traving with him and we just having conversation I wasn't sure exactly going to apologize for what but okay well you had no been stopping on this I mean I was okay with him sitting in the truck but when he gets out I don't know who he is he had no business stopping the translation on that he has no Freedom stopping what do you think this is America or something got no Freedom stopping now I understand a cop being concerned about oh my gosh I stopped one person and now there's two uh there might be trouble here they might have passed pass somebody a weapon or something I can understand that there would be that kind of concern but if you are concerned about that maybe you from the GetGo or doing something wrong that you don't want other people to know about maybe you're conducting a little roadside extortion operation in the name of keeping people on the roadway safe and in violation of the oath that you swore to protect defend and uphold maybe that's what's going on okay all right got stay tuned because this is the second traffic stop 3 days prior to this Zach bran was pulled over for he was pulled over for speeding see on this traffic stop right here it's his buddy who's pulled over and then Zack bran interfered with the traffic stop but you you stay tuned because I'm going to show you the other traffic stop and then we're going to go over what donut operator thinks about this something over there yes sir my wallet okay we'll make sure we get it out yes sir [Music] look at the cop's face is Sir these are insanely uncomfortable I understand that sir we we'll we'll we'll change them in a minute you made me put them on in a hurry you made me you made me that's what that's what an abuser says to their victim you made me do this if you weren't dressed like that I wouldn't have done this if you didn't make me do this it wouldn't have happened that's just the That's a classic Psychopathic abuser they really ain't built for comfort to begin with sir I didn't do anything wrong well yeah you did I asked you to leave and get back in your truck and you said you weren't going to do it uh and second time this happened to me in 3 days actually because cops have just been like way too brutal on me because I I give you an option I said can I finish up the original stop let me finish up this one yes sir can you please take these handcuffs off me sir wa if you let me finish up this traffic stop I don't there's no need for me to handcuffs as yeah so he's feeling the pain of the torture cuffs and that's what they are and if they're too tight you can actually leave just one time you can leave permanent nerve damage in somebody's arms and wrists and hands for the rest of their life because you decided to put torture cuffs on too tight this is a big deal this is a big issue this and and on one level to one degree or another Zack Bryant is being tortured right here and he doesn't have to be he doesn't pose a risk to the officer Brian the officer doesn't know that look if you're in a line of work where you're constantly in fear for your safety maybe you should do something that's actually productive to society maybe be a la logger maybe a plumber how about an electrician you know I'm sure that they need framers somebody who's actually going to add something positive to society instead of somebody who's parasitically living off of society right now there is because you were interfering with my traffic stop sir you interfered with my traffic stop by how I was I got out of my truck to talk to my buddy there was no inter you weren't even around how was I interfering with your traffic stop you weren't even around you got out of your car to approach me all I did was get out of my truck to approach my buddy and ask hey what's taken so long cuz it was taking like 15 or 20 minutes and it was a ridiculous amount of time and you wouldn't let me finish I will I will H it's almost like he was going to say I will have your job I will have your job now this guy I think Zack Bryant I think it's a power play I think this guy is kind of power tripping himself so you got the authoritarian power tripping on somebody that he thinks is just an average American because according to the cop he doesn't know who Zach Bryan is but you also have Zack Bryan goes man I am a I am a star I am a superstar I pack stadiums people know me I is somebody I will have your job well yeah well if you're going to have somebody's job have it for the right reason he's violating Zack Bryan's rights and by extension he's violating every American's rights if you were sitting in that seat he would have cuffed you the same way if you were concerned about your buddy and you got out of your truck and you approached that vehicle this cop would have treated you the exact same way and it's in this sense not not in the sense of entitlement or anything like that but in the sense of what's befalling him is something something that's going to be will befall every single one of us at the hands of this officer and everybody who's that got that kind of mentality this is why people do not like police officers I understand I you know I'm I understand too sir a word well spoken this is exact this is one example of why people can't stand you guys you conduct your roadside piracy operations and then when another American comes along exercising his American rights to see what's up with his buddy you try to take him down too that's why people don't like cops I I gave you an option no yes sir no you didn't I did that we use to for our milk goats and chicken coops and all that kind of stuff and I'm looking at these two guys 15 years old I'm like you guys are freaking men I I didn't raise you to be boys you were boys but you've you've you've crossed over into manhood if you can do all this kind of stuff hold down the fort run the farm while I'm gone and all that kind of stuff you guys are men I've seen little Amish kids five and six years old run teams of horses while they're doing that that manual plowing labor stuff amazing stuff so it's like for this guy to for him to say I'm just a I'm just a 27-year-old kid you're a man dude man up stop apologizing for what you did you didn't do anything wrong and for goodness sakes take sir out of your mouth when you're addressing a cop jail then trying I was being a smart I apologized immediately after I know and we will let me finish up this I would get back in my truck right now if you let me out of these handcuffs well if you if you don't it's going to be a mistake sir I promise I know I know every High I know every sheriff in Pulsa oh he's pulling the power card I know these cops I know who they are you don't know who I am but I'm somebody okay that's fine I'll let I'll let 40 of them go to my B show you know I know you don't give a but like this is just insane I didn't in other words Zack Bryan backs the blue back the blue till it happens to you the only problem is with his apology video and I'm not going to play his apology video today but with his apology video after the fact he apolog OLED to his audience he apologized to his fans and he apologized to the police officers back the blue till it happens to you no even when it happens to you you're still going to turn around and be a boot licker you were done wrong Zack Bryan you were done wrong say that second time has happened in three days these cops are out of hand true all right so that is that's the end of the second stop of Luke Bryan which Zack Bryan which by the way he wasn't stopped his buddy was but here's where he was actually stopped also in Oklahoma and this is for him speeding how you doing hey officer count vertigos police got you going 68 and a 50 you have your license and insurance sounds good y you still live off 8th Street in Tulsa I know sir okay you have like a registration on you I was looking for it I can't find it uh your registration would be on paper I know I was looking for it I can't find oh okay I got you I got you do you need the insurance or the registration and another thing to note the first cop who got Zack Bryan for interference was didn't know who Zack Bryan was this guy this cop right here does know who he is uh both if if you have it yeah very good Shadow 611 thank you for bringing that up I would have forgot to mention that term it's Stockholm syndrome it's where the abused the victim develops some kind of attachment some kind of psychological emotional attachment to their abusers that's what Zack Bryan is going through that's what he demonstrated that's what he's demonstrating during these traffic stops even though he tries to put up a a mean front and that's what he demonstrated when he apologized to the his abusers on the video in the days following the [Music] stop yeah it's Zack Brian not Zack Brown Zack Bryan is a country music singer tub sock said his first mistake he didn't have the trifold on him what's your current address uh I'm not really comfortable sharing that you have to okay I'm not comfortable sharing okay so either you can give me the information that I need for my my ticket I'm going to give you or you could go to jail so which one would you like to dude so what's the ultimatum there you make yourself insecure in your person and give me your address or you go to jail those are your two options and this cop will eventually say here's the deal and that's why I titled this this entire show here's the deal my channel is called here's the deal why because that's what cops say before you're about to lose your unalienable rights that shouldn't ever be lost especially by the protectors and servants or the so-called protectors and Servants of the people but Zach questions do I no it's part of the mirand it's the first part of the Miranda Rights you have the right to remain silent that means you don't you have the right not to ask any questions you have the right not to say one freaking word when matter of fact when the cop walks up to your car all you got to do according to Traffic Law which aren't really laws they're policies and it it trumps the constitution in the minds of the law enforcers all you got to do is just give me your information you don't have to make eye contact you don't have to speak with them and it drives them crazy when you don't acknowledge their power okay open up your [Music] door I just moved into my new house I don't know my address put your coffee cup inside truck oh [ __ ] okay before we proceed here this is a live stream and one of the reasons I do this is because none of us is a greater than all of us and there's some good comments going on in the chat room James Bar James Barn says Simmons versus United States 390 us 377 from 1968 quote the claim and exercise of a constitutional right cannot be converted into a crime a denial of them would be a denial of due process of law excellent and that's what we're seeing right here we're seeing a deprivation of rights under the color of traffic law traffic policies Zack Bryan and by extension every single American is being deprived of his right right now his right to remain silent and this cop is converting that unalienable right mind you into a crime this is why this video is so important because a lot of people a lot of Americans will go just just take the ticket just give them your address just answer his questions just do what he says just comply with the officer and everything will'll go good with that's how you lose your rights that's how cop says that this incident was he puts a name on it and Zach Bryan calls him out as a liar for for lying about him what's crazy is you're not giving me the information let do this now let's go to the commission days so and that's not just uh a rare occurrence that happens in some police departments in some states this looks like it's an epidemic that has spread to all departments everywhere in because they don't want to because if they did want to they would have done it this is the second time this happen him in 3 days actually because cops have just been like way too brutal on me because man I had a cop I I know but finish up the original stop let me finish up this one so I found the original stop too he gets put his puts in handcuffs on this one hey offic ver and it's funny to him I security guard for Brian the affidavit said Brian began complaining about the tightness of handcuffs and the trooper readjusted them for him he should have just shut up after after that first time Brian then he requested to be told his Miranda rights which the trooper did which by the way cops don't have to read their Miranda rights to you unless they're asking you questions Brian confirmed the driver of the white SUV was a security guard and stated the truth they don't have to read Miranda writes to you unless they're asking you questions the the that's the that's what the cops do the cops are constantly asking you questions from the get-go hey how you doing I'm officer so and so where you coming from where are you going is this your truck is this a rental uh you had anything to drink you have any drugs in the car is anything in the vehicle that I need to know about anything any illegal substances anything that'll be stick me jab me poke me I mean they're constantly asking question it's just this flurry of non-stop stupid questions boys you boys need checked a bunch of middle-aged white dudes arresting people so he continued to be an assho that's why so let's read some of this Bryant confirmed the driver the white SUV was a security guard and stated to the trooper you boys need to be checked a bunch of middle-aged effing mid middle-aged white dudes arresting people that's trooper again and said that he'd be calling the governor the conversation was ended after that the affidavit said I got arrested Trooper stated he had contact at the Craig County district attorney about arresting him Brian became apologetic the still argument of with the trooper before stating he'd called the mayor come on man you're just digging yourself into a hole TR then spoke to Brian's father with the phone and informed him the details of the arrest after David said Brian mentioned open contain a beer while on the phone call he was having some Road sodas at the same time the father spoke to the trooper again said he'd be calling the governor but he came back and made an apology video I didn't help my situation at all I felt like a child and it was ridiculous and immature I pray everyone knows I don't think I'm above the law I was just being disrespectful and I shouldn't have been it was my mistake he his dick to the cop several times he was asking to get arrested I mean he can you m okay let's say you got carjacked and you started mouthing off to the carjacker and somebody got it on video is he going to actually sit there and say man you're being a you're being a bad person to the carjacker it's he was he was stealing my car you're being disrespectful to the thieves who broke into your house at 2:00 they were they were in my house what are you talking about it's no different see there's this magical fictional crazy thing that happens when there's a bad uniform and a gun and the guy calls himself a police officer this thing it it it diffuses and disconnects the ability for the person who's watching this play out to exercise any kind of critical thinking and that's what happens with this why this that's why this video is so important donut operator um basically represents a whole group of people who think just like this if it was just a regular carjacker if it was just a regular let's say you were driving down the road and some somebody was hitchhiking or maybe they pulled you over there in their private car and they did do what a cop did well everybody would see it as a criminal but for some reason the cop does the exact same thing and wasn't speeding and in the second situation where he got involved in asking his buddy hey what's taking so long and the cop you know falsely accused him of you know obstructing and all of this is deprivation of rights under color of law that is the worst possible thing that could happen in America and that's why we have Z International Bankers who are controlling the money supply they control the issuance and the value of your currency because we invited it in one Christmas holiday when Congress was at break sometime around 1912 1913 December 1912 early 1913 and now because we have the centralized banking cartel who controls the the literal value of the product of your time and labor think about that people that you don't know that don't care about you control your time and your
