arrested for failure to carry and
present over a simple traffic citation
the cops gave her every opportunity to
hand over a license
but we all know how stubborn and
resistive sausage can be
enjoy
so i've been pulled over for almost 10
minutes now and um no
uh emergency
nobody was dying no accidents
no issues with my automobile
no issues with me
well that's not really true is it you've
been pulled over for a traffic violation
the stop doesn't need to be life
threatening or an accident for it to be
a legitimate stop
don't believe everything you read on the
internet
he was advised that i'm not a statutory
citizen he was advised that i'm an
american national
he was advised that this is a private
mode of travel and not a vehicle
come on there is no such thing as a
non-statutory citizen or an american
national and you are driving a motor
vehicle on a public road so you have to
comply with the rules of the road no ifs
no buts you're not special
yeah this dead egg goes on for a while
so let's move along
well that's totally fine you can record
i'm also recording as well so you do me
a favor you want to step out the vehicle
for me no sir yes ma'am i'm going to ask
you please step up

on what grounds are you telling me to
get out of my own automobile

she seems rather proud of not knowing
any case law i must admit that's pretty
unusual for us offset to say but it's
not surprising coming from someone who
uses the term inner stand instead of
understand so are you able to read i'm

what i don't require a driver's license
you know what i'm going to own league
city by the time this is over with
of course you are but why don't you take
a tour of one of their jail cells before
you take ownership of league city you
know to see how comfy enough it is to
stay the night
and you do need a driver's license to
drive a car on a public road you should
maybe start reading some case law on
that
and not from us offset website
okay real well within your rights but
right now i'm asking you again i don't
need a driver's license step outside of
your vehicle do you want to run my old

why would i do that
and that's where the video ends but
according to the comments it looks like
she was arrested for failure to carry
and present and the traffic infraction
that led to the traffic stop was failure
to use her blinker so she could have
maybe gotten away with a ticket
instead she decided to pull this
sovereign citizen nonsense
the cops were so polite with her so i
would love to see the body cam of this
to see if her claims in this comment are
true
but you play stupid games you win stupid
prizes and solstits are specialized in
this game
