Resisting an officer without violence, bond, $1,000. Trespassing in an occupied structure, bond, $500. While bonds were set for the drug and trespassing charges. The judge ordered no bond for the assault on the officer, resulting in him being booked into the booking release center, BRC, and remaining in custody rather than walking free.
